NARRATOR: Well, hello there.
It's time to set sail into the
story of a girl who followed
her heart to face the
unknown and became
who she was meant to be.
Meet Moana.
Moana grew up on
the beautiful island
of Motunui, surrounded by
friends, family, and community.
As the chief's
daughter, Moana was
raised to care for the
people of her village,
and one day lead them.
Moana adored her

demigod named Maui.
It wasn't easy to convince Maui
to help return the stolen heart,
but Moana refused to
take no for an answer.
Eventually, the stubborn
shapeshifter agreed to help.
With every step on her
journey, Moana discovered
something about herself.
She's a strong leader.
Moana has sailed the open ocean,
battled coconut-clad pirates,
and escaped the clutches
of a giant crab,
all to save her island.
When things get tough, she
finds courage in her heart
and never gives up.
Moana proves that
anything can be
accomplished with the
power of friendship,
determination, and compassion.
She not only protects
the island of Motunui,
Moana also reminds her
people who they truly are--
voyagers and wayfinders.

with Moana, there's
no telling how far you'll go.
