After work I was craving matcha cookies so bad.

Take the butter off the heat when slightly brown.
I reduced the butter amount from recipe but still there is so much.
Mix the butter with sugar
There is this “burnt” (caramelized) powder at the bottom

I don't know why but the recipe said to add a spoon of yogurt into the cookie dough.
I think it’s supposed to make the cookies fluffy, please let me know in the comments!
