good morning everybody it is
january 1st
2021
and i'm gonna show you
my morning routine
for 2021
because i'm excited and we're gonna be
productive
active
queens
in 2021 all right
but the first thing that we need to make
that happen
is coffee

since i got my nespresso machine i have
been obsessed with making lattes in the
morning it is the best thing i feel like
a barista and honestly they're so
freaking good
just want to give you guys a tip that if
you're going to use dairy-free milk oat
milk is the best frothed milk i've found
so far it literally froths just as good
as regular milk and it turns out amazing
another thing i've been doing is putting
honey drizzled on top and
chef's kiss best latte ever

this is a double shot so
we are going to be flying high this
morning this is the energy that we've
always needed
so
cheers to that and let's get this
marketing started it's time to make
breakfast i'm really excited
because every morning
i literally go to bed thinking about
food
is anyone else like that because that's
what i'm like
but yeah i'm gonna try this i always
sprinkle honey on it now it's a new
thing that i'm doing
when we wake

okay so i literally improvised this
recipe and my pancakes turned out so
good so it is one banana one full cup of
gluten-free oats then i added in one egg
one teaspoon of baking soda one teaspoon
of cinnamon one teaspoon of vanilla and
then two dashes of cashew milk and
literally it's perfect it probably will
look like there is enough milk but once
you blend it it's blended perfectly and
they turned out so good

so i ended up just finishing off the
pancakes with some raspberries
blueberries and then some real canadian
pure maple syrup and they turned out so
good

and then usually i always do some work
while i eat my breakfast and have my
little happy dance my mom wanted a bite
of my pancakes so i gave her one but
yeah he was just getting my video up for
today making sure it got uploaded
successfully and just eating my
breakfast and doing all that jazz

all right guys i just changed into my
little workout outfit for today so this
is what i'm wearing these leggings are
from lululemon they're a bit older i've
had them for like two years now three
years i love the color of them and
they're super flattering so i love these
my sneakers are nike and i'm just
wearing this crop top from gymshark
that's super crease so that's great
doesn't matter though because we're
working out in my basement
since in ontario we're in lockdown right
now so
can't go to the gym before i work out
i'm just gonna do a little bit of
planning in my planner that i got my
2021 planner it's a daily planner so i'm
going to go through january 1st and kind
of write down
my goals for today and what i need to do
so i have that all outlined before i go
and start my workout

today's workout should be fun i'm gonna
do a bunch of different leg exercises
just make up my own little like circuits
and do them three rounds and then i'm
also gonna do like probably two ab
circuits and do three rounds of those
two so that's my game plan i'm gonna put
my music on and just get into my workout
zone and this is what i do now this is
my little workout area at home
really small but you don't need a lot to
do home workouts really all you need is
just an open space and if you can get
some weights that's great but you can
also do a lot of exercises just your
body
and yeah i'm gonna work out now
get some sweat
in this morning
so for my workout i did two separate
circuits so this is the first circuit i
realized my back isn't very straight i
think it was i tried the first round
doing it on the bench like this and i
wasn't able to get my form the right way
so i ended up doing it just standing on
the floor instead so
bear that in mind but i just did 10
stiff leg rdl's single leg ones on the
bench
and then from there i went into 20 sumo
squats with my dumbbell
and then from there i went into 20 side
squats where you go basically like side
to side and i repeated the circuit three
times and then i went on to the next one

so for this circuit i want to do some
hip thrust variation so i started off
just with regular old hip thrust with a
barbell and from there i went on and did
single leg hip thrusts and these burn
like don't underestimate them i know it
looks like oh that would be so easy but
it burns out your
glutes and it is such a good workout so
i did this circuit three times as well

all right workout is done
i am done and dusted did my legs and a
bunch of abs and now the next thing i do
in my morning okay my hair is looking
real cute now but i'm gonna make my
protein shake because
whenever you work out it's always good
to get your protein in right after it
helps rebuild your muscles and it's just
really good for you i've just been
drinking my eas i showed you guys
they're mainly for muscle recovery and
they also help the muscles as well as
well they're full of amino acids and
it's got coconut water in it just a
bunch of stuff that's really good for
you but yeah i'm gonna make a protein
shake now i'm out of breath
i usually have like a protein
smoothie kind of thing instead of just
like a shake
so
i'm gonna make that even if

so my protein shake is really simple
i've showed it a ton of times on my
channel but i just do a banana some
frozen fruit and then i basically just
add in so there's my mom cleaning i
didn't even know she did that then i in
some cashew milk and i just add in two
and a half tablespoons or big spoons of
the topeka lean protein and chocolate
and i'll also add in like two
tablespoons of hemp seeds just blend it
all together and it is a delicious
fruity protein smoothie that i inhale
after my workouts

so i ended up not washing my hair in the
shower i don't wash my hair every day
just not good for it so i use dry
shampoo i love this moroccan oil one
because it's for dark hair so it doesn't
show up like gray as much in the top of
my hair so i kind of spray that in and
then i just rub it in with my fingers
and it gives me a lot of volume too
which i love but it definitely gets rid
of any of that oil residue in my hair
because i do have oily skin and hair or
oily oily-ish and then i'll go in and
add some oils this is the gisu i think
that's how you say it or juice i'm not
sure but i just add some into the ends
because i do find that dry shampoo dries
out your hair so just putting that oil
back in the ends really make sure that
you don't dry it out because we don't
want dry burl hair okay we want shiny
healthy looking hair and then it was
time for my skin care so i just do a
bunch of different products mostly
moisturizing ones i love this sunday
friday sunday what's it called the cc me
serum so good and then i just go in with
my pharmacy honey halo moisturizer my
eye cream and of course sunscreen
because you don't want to forget to
protect your skin even if you're inside
all day put on that sunscreen

i've been wearing a lot less makeup
recently since my skin cleared up just
because i don't feel like i need it as
much and it's amazing so just on the
daily i always put eyebrow gel in
because my eyebrows are nuts the hairs
just go in every direction and then i'll
take some of this nars pot concealer i
forget which one it is i think soft
matte or something like that and i'll
apply some underneath my eyes and on my
eyelids because they get quite red in
there and dark
and then anywhere that i have like a big
scar where i'm like okay let's cover
that puppy up i'll just apply a bit of
concealer and that's my
makeup all right guys so that is my 2021
morning routine i hope you enjoyed it
i love my morning routine it makes me
feel so productive and good especially
during lockdown i want to stay motivated
and feel like i'm doing things and being
productive and getting stuff done
because it just makes me feel better it
makes me happy it makes me feel
productive it just fuels my
soul so i've already checked off a bunch
of stuff in my planner so i'm feeling
good we got stuff done today i'm in my
comfy outfit because
not leaving my house no need to get
dressed up but yeah i hope you guys
