come on guys blog miss day six is
officially upon us
and I don't know if you can tell but I
am not feeling too hot today I'm
actually having a pretty bad flare-up of
my allergies I don't know how many of
you guys know this but I am actually
allergic to our first cat Drizzy and I
found out I was allergic like two days
after we got him when he was still baby
but there was no way that he was going
back to the shelter we were keeping him
so for the most part I've been managing
it just like sometimes very rarely like
it's been I think the last time I had a
really bad allergic reaction was like at
least three months ago oh he's so cute
right now I'm just like watching a
squirrel but so I have this thing it's
called
allure pet it takes away the dander
that's on the cat's fur which is what
I'm allergic to
for the most part it works wonders but I
forgot forgot to do it and invest like
three weeks and it's been gradually like
working its way up to how I feel right
now so I woke up in like my nose is
stuffy and it was running and my skin
itches my skin like always just sits
right in ditches everywhere and that's
that's how my morning started so um I'm
gonna go ahead and honestly probably
gonna Ralph's today pick up some allergy
pills because I don't have any hopefully
those will work but I just wiped em down
so tomorrow I should wake up and
everything should be Gucci but today
it's gonna be a struggle and I actually
feel like I need to just get out of the
house and maybe even do some cardio
because sometimes that helps me so I
think that's what we're gonna do
actually before that though I do want to
talk about a question or a request that
I had someone wanted me to talk about in
a past vlogmas that aren't exactly
member which one but someone asked if I
could talk about my current workout
routine and have like structured it
throughout the week how many rest days I
have on what days do I do what cardio
all that stuff so I'm gonna I'm gonna
grab my tripod I'm gonna set you guys
down because my arms hurting and then
we're gonna talk about that before we
get into that in case you are someone
who also has cat and has allergies this
is what I'm talking about this is called
zeller pad I get it on Amazon I think
it's like around $20 and I'll usually
just like take a washcloth or some sort
of cloth and I'll just
whereas on there I wipe dressing with it
and that's it come here buddy he saw it
if he got really unhappy works for I'd
say two weeks yeah after you doing it
sorry I'm gonna keep doing that because
I can't breathe I apologize I know it's
kinda disgusting but no it's tough stuff
it is also safe non-irritating non-toxic
it's fine for him I know what some of
you guys may worry now as far as my
current workout routine so as I said my
training has changed quite a bit but my
intensity and how many days a week I go
so like that hasn't really I've always
been someone who thrives and going to
the gym around five times a week it
gives me like exactly enough rest I feel
like my body gets recovered and I'm
still like able to push myself Monday
I'll do a hypertrophy and hit style like
date what I mean by that is I'll use
some certain bodybuilding moves and I'll
also do some high-intensity moves and
I'll kind of just come by it together
and create a workout like that Tuesday
I'll usually do an upper body session
with some steady-state cardio my upper
body sessions are typically bodyweight
so I'll do pull-ups chin ups dips
push-ups things like that and also throw
in some bodybuilding moves into there
but I'll do it in like a circuit style
gonna be able to actually do 15 to 20
bodyweight push ups with the right form
and not like you know where you put your
knees on the ground Wednesday's I miss
depends I either take a rest on one
circuit or on Thursday but one of those
days is a rest day and one of them is I
like day again
and we're like days once again similar
hypertrophy mixed with hit and I just
I've been loving those kind of workouts
then Friday I do another upper body
workout with some hit cardio and that's
when I'll do like treadmill spreads or
hit on the Stairmaster which is absolute
killer I'll do it for 20 15 to 20
minutes I would say not including warmup
and then on Saturday I will do a full
body hit workout now that includes like
burpees push-ups
jump squats all those kind of things if
you're in a certain week I feel like I
need an extra rest day then I'll
definitely take it I'm not someone who
like push myself to the extreme or
working out for me is very therapeutic
especially mentally so if I ever
also feel like I need an extra day to
just like kill live in the gym and feel
then I'll do it as well I think the most
important thing is always always just
listen to your body and right now our
body is telling me to get the hell out
of the house so that's what I'm gonna do
I'm gonna go to the gym it's also
officially winter break so I think Omer
and I might if I'm feeling better might
go to the Grove tonight and go to the
movies and have like a date night yeah
we'll see cuz my allergies are like I
said if I'm setting the movies just like
sniffling man that's gonna be horrible
for everyone else I'm not going to

like three different layers and wearing

a lot cheaper but it's basically like
their attendant we got and now we're
looking for some potato chips and Omer
is very upset because you can't find
them but we're gonna go to different
routes

been the most boring vlog mists of all
of my vlog missus and I apologize I just
I'm still not feeling too hot my nose
kind of cleared up a little bit which is
good but I changed into a hoodie
sweatpants some comfy socks and I think
I'm going to spend the rest of my night
on this couch watching El Chapo we're
not going to make some dinner and I'll
insert a clip of what we have right now
but I think I'm gonna have some Brussels
sprouts my rice and quinoa and yon meat
beats burger that's what I'm craving at
the moment but we'll see if that changes
and we've decided to not go to the
movies because I'm gonna be sneezing
sniffling and I'm going to annoy
everyone around me as well as myself so
that's a no-go today but maybe I'll go
tomorrow or something we'll see but I'm
going to end off this vlogmas here thank
