We are down here in the Phoenix area
and it is hot, it's like, not even 9 a.m.
and it is sweltering so we're headed
to a shaded park, we're gonna let the kids
play for a little bit and then I think
we're gonna have to be indoors for
most of the rest of the day,
except for swimming, we do plan
to take the kids swimming
this afternoon, so,
anyway, here we're gonna
start off the video today
with a poll question:
Do you prefer hot weather or cold weather?
Personally, I would
rather be cold than hot.
It's always fun when
you can walk to a park.
Arizona is super smart
and has shaded parks,
I think that's great.

Tiffany is an Arizona mom,

- [Kendra] So Laura just brought me this
sweet little tiny tiny flower,
and she said "A flower for you, mom".

- An dentist.
- [Kendra] You need to go to the dentist?
With your owie? Where's your owie?
Oh, is it on your leg?
We need to go have the
dentist fix your leg?
Laura, did you know that the dentist
just takes care of teeth?

of owies in your mouth.

Well if the messiness of a house
is an indication of how
much fun kids are having...
The kids are having an awesome time
at aunt Tiffany's house right now,
and for aunt Tiffany,
like, the house was clean
when we got here, we've just
completely destroyed it,
so let me show you some of the fun.
Not really sure what's going on.
- So we got pirates and the Star Wars
are gonna attack the army men.
- [Kendra] Oh, pirates and Star Wars
are attacking the army men.
Okay, over here, we have Laura and Sarah.
What are you doing?
- We jumping.
- [Kendra] You're jumping?
I don't know if you're
supposed to jump on the couch.
Technically it should be
her nap time right now.
Wish me luck on that endeavor,
and then over here my nephew Davis
is showing Isaac his awesome robot thing.
Isaac's thinking hard.

- [Kendra] What are you watching?
- Hotel Transylvania 2.
- And sometimes you
have to turn on a movie
and just enjoy the quiet for a minute.
The shade came out and so the kids
decided to come out too.
(joyful music)
- [Kendra] So we're headed swimming
with Jeremy's sister and her family
and it's a 107 degrees out
and Isaac's response to that was
"Is the swim water gonna be boiling?"
Like, it's just so hot to us here,
like, I know people are
used to hotter temperatures,
but we're not, so.
- Do you think I turn right here?
- I think so.
I hope so, I don't honestly know.
- Is it up there?
- It's either this one or the next one.
So each family is just bringing their own
dinner and instead of
doing a drive through
we decided to stop at one of our favorite
Arizona restaurants, which is right here,
it's called Cafe Rio.
Yum, so excited.
Alright, we're ready,
this place smells fun.
- [Kendra And Jeremy] ♫ Lean on me

- So we have satellite radio right now
and I'm loving it, like I can go
to an 80s station or a Broadway station
or 90s or 60s.
We have an older car
that doesn't have that,
so it's kind of fun.
- [Kendra] It's really fun.
- [Jeremy] This is our exit.
- [Kendra] See that? We've
been listening to 80s on 8.
- [Jeremy] Caleb is starting
a new trend in swimwear.
- [Kendra] The backwards swimsuit.
- [Jeremy] Yep, wear it backwards.
- For almost gone food, this
was a sweet pork burrito,
and that's a grilled chicken salad.
- I want to have somebodies.
- Wanna have a bite of it?
- Yeah.
- So we're here at the pool
with Jeremy's older sister
Julie and her family and also Jeremy's
three younger brothers.
- I did a flip in the water.
- [Kendra] Wow! Good
job 'Lise, do it again!
- Okay, do you wanna see?
- [Kendra] Sure, I'll come see it.
- There it is!
- [Kendra] That is it! Good job 'Lise!
- So it's a 107 and they all
wanna play in the hot tub.
- [Kendra] How how is the hot tub?
- It's like as hot as
a normal hot bathroom.
- [Kendra] Look at you, you're swimming!
- So there's all these
ants right by the pool,
and in Missouri the ants
don't bite.
But I know in Arizona... it hurts, so,
hopefully the kids don't
learn by experience.
- [Kendra] That's funny I
hadn't even thought of that.
- Ants bite here.
- I'm swimming, I'm swimming!
- Yeah, we are!
(laughing)
- [Kendra] Good job Sabrie!
- That was awesome!
- [Kendra] Was it awesome?

- [Kendra] We're
attempting a group picture.
- Three, jump!

- Julie is awesome and
remembers to take pictures,

And I'm not even on the steps.

jacket just make you float?
- Yeah.

like, now that we're sitting
here next to the pool
in the shade, it's
actually really gorgeous.

- Snorting?
