I don't know why it happened, what sparked it,
but recently when anyone asks a question in YouTube comments,
what is, I don't know, the song in the video,
the answer is always "Darude - Sandstorm."
Every single comment in my videos, on my livestreams is,
"What was that song he was playing at the start of it?"
"Darude - Sandstorm."
I thought it was a couple people and I'm like,
"Okay, this guy's a little confused."
And then when I realized a hundred other people
were just as easily confused, I'm like,
"Okay, they're not confused. They're doing this for a reason."
I think it was funny the first one hundred times.
Now it's just kind of expected.

I was so confused because everyone was in on this joke

can make a thing that's kind of old resurface.
It shows you the power of the collective hive mind,
of the YouTube comments section.
It's just crazy, man, how the smallest, most random thing
can just become this monster.
I think it's really cool that someone can just type something
and then it just sends people into weirdness.
