So good morning from Ica! We are spending
the weekend here at a vineyard. It is called
Viñas Queirolo. And it is a beautiful property.
It has been so nice to get away from the city
just for a day. And yeah, we're going to show
you around because it is just a beautiful
place.
So we sampled a lot of wine last night and
then we ended up going to bed at like eight
thirty because we were exhausted. Which meant
we woke up really early this morning. We were
actually up at six Am. Woke up to the sound
of chirping or hooting owls. So we decided
to go out for a bike ride. And yeah, we're
just riding around the vineyards and it is
really quiet. Really peaceful. And really
scenic.
So I'm not sure if these grapes are ready
or not but I'm going to sample one because
they're just hanging there and it is a little
tempting. Oh, spider web. Let's take one.
I'm just going to rub it clean. It has a little
bit of dirt on it. Show me that grape? Mmmm.
Those are very sweet. Those are definitely
ready. I'm getting eaten alive while I eat
my grape. We both are. I think it is time
we left the vineyard.
