- [Connie] So, we're
stealing you guys away.
We're gonna go have some Yobe.
Are you excited?
- Yep.
- Yep.
- I don't have a choice.
I'm sorry.
(laughing)
- No choices.
- [Terra And Jesse] Bye-bye!
- [Connie] Let's go!
(upbeat music)
Hey, everyone!
- Ow.
I just slapped myself in
the eyes with my hand.
(giggles)
- So, the kids just got home from school.
- Uh-huh.
- Tyler's in the back,
getting changed real quick,
so that he's a little freshened up.
- We're gonna go get Jayla and Aydah.
- Yay!
- We get to go get Yobe,
and we're gonna go play at the park,
and we're gonna have so much fun.
We're gonna eat sugar
plums and make cookies.
(laughing)
- Kayla, as you can
tell, is super excited.
It's been quite a while since they've
been able to visit,
because they've had family,
and we've been doing cheer stuff.
- I have bangs.
- And traveling, and
all kinds of cool stuff.
Finally, we're gonna get together,
and it's gonna be wonderful.
- I have bangs.
- Let's go get Tyler and head out.
- I learned how to cradle,
because I saw a bunch of people doing it.
I was like, "How'd they do that?"
It was like I wanted to
learn how to do that,
so I looked on some videos on YouTube,
and I figured it out.
That's just the cradle.
Pretty easy.
- [Connie] All right, so you're
really excited about this.
- Yeah.
- [Connie] What is it called again?
- Cradle.
- [Connie] No, the sport.
- Oh.
(Kayla laughing)
- It's called lacrosse.
- [Connie] Yeah, so Tyler's
been learning lacrosse,
and he's really stoked, so good job, Ty.
You guys, we gotta head out.
We promised Jayla and
Aydah we'd be there by now.
- [Tyler] It's been a while.
- He keeps getting up.
Yeah, he's so terrible.
- [Tyler] You guys used to always have
sleep overs like every day.
- [Kayla] We didn't.
- [Connie] We're gonna be heading out,
and getting Jayla and Aydah.
- Cool.
- [Connie] Yeah, so we'll be
back in just a little bit.
- Okay. Cool.
Tell everyone I said, "Hi."
(drum music)
- [Connie] Hi!
- I have a mouthful of taco right now.
- Me too.
- [Connie] Tacos!
- So hungry.
- So much fun.
- [Connie] Hi guys!
- [Kayla] Hello there.
- [Connie] Oh!
Hello there.
Hi, Jaylah!
- You wore that tye-die.
- What?
Oh yeah.
- [Connie] Aydah, how you've been?
- Connie asked how you've been.
I don't think she heard you.
- [Connie] Yay!
- Gucci--
- Gucci.
- Is the new word.
- Gucci.
- Gucci.
- [Connie] Aww!
- All guccis.
(giggles)
- [Connie] So, we're
stealing you guys away.
We're gonna go have some Yobe.
Are you excited?
- Yep.
- Yep.
- I don't have a choice.
I'm sorry.
(laughing)
- No choices.
- [Terra and Jesse] Bye-bye!
- [Connie] Let's go!

- Hello.
- Hello.
- Hello.
- Now, we're gonna, oh wait, what?
- Hah!
(laughing)
- [Connie] We're going to the park.
- I'm not good at this.
- We're going to the park.
- Yes. We just got back from Yobe.
- We're going to see our favorite tree.
- Steve.
- He's--
- Last time you guys saw him,
Tyler broke his arm.
- Yep, okay.
End of story.
- Yep.
We're gonna go see him,
and Tyler's not allowed to climb him.
- [Tyler] I think the
last time we saw him,
he was on American Challenge.
- Yeah.
I was climbing him.
- [Tyler] Now you're not allowed.
- Oh, no, I just--
(laughing)
Scared me.
There's like a little mirror on this side,
and I, like, knocked it back.
Yeah, that's where we're going,
and I'm being washed out.

- We gotta tell you the story
about how Tyler broke his arm.
- That's me.
- That's him.
- That's him.
- It was the day before
the end of the school year.
- It was like Halloween-time.
- No, it was the day before
the end of the school year.
- Oh, yeah, the day before
the end of the school year.
- Because we always do a sleep-over
before the end of the year.
Last year, we were
supposed to do it my house.
- So--
- We had to go play on Steve.
- Steve is a giant tree.
Tyler was trying to see
if he could like jump--
- Popcorn.
- He was trying to do
some popcorn or whatever,
trying to jump from a branch to branch,
but he missed, and he fell off,
and he broke his arm.
- No, I didn't miss.
- I saw it.
I was sitting.
First, he was like he fell off the tree,
and then he was going around like, "Whoa!"
- He was holding his
arm, running in circles,
going, "Woo, woo, woo, woo!"
- His arm was like bent back,
and he's like, "I'm fine, I'm fine."
He got up and started
like going in circles.
- He's like, "I'm fine.
I want to go home now."
- He's like, "Aargh!"
He's like, "I want to go home now."
We like heard the crack.
- Yeah, it was like eh.
He slammed face-first and
we're like, "Oh, shoot!"
- We started laughing, but then he was,
we noticed he was seriously hurt,
so we stopped laughing.
- We went home and then he started crying.
- Yeah, and he had to go to the hospital.
- Yeah, but guys, I
didn't miss the branch.
There was moss on it.
- There was moss on it.
- Moss.
- That's how Tyler broke his arm.
There's the story.
- If you want to see how that came out,
go watch the video of me breaking my arm.
It was a good one, me crying in the car,
going to the hospital.
Whee!
- [Kayla] I wasn't there
'cause I went to Jayla's house.
- She ditched him.
- Link in the description below,
or in the icon.
- The pole.
- The pole.
The pole, the icon, whatever
you want to call it.
(fun guitar music)
(fun guitar music)
- All right.
I left the kids back at the park,
so they could have some alone time,
and friend time, and fun time,
and I went ahead and came back home.
I wanted to check on the pups,
Hershey and Harley,
who just greeted me at the door.
They're so happy.
Yeah.
Hi babies!
Oh, is that your present?
Is that your present?
Oh no, not a present.
You guys want to go outside?
Yay, go play.
Hershey's going to check on his lizards.
He goes and checks every spot.
Where's those lizards?
Where's those lizards?
He's got his routine.
See, he's got to check every spot.
Where's those lizards?
Do you want me to open one and help you?
I'm gonna open it up.
Aww, where are they?
Do you see them?
Oh, I think he went the other way.
Look, he's running.
Did you see him?
Hershey, what about this one right here?
Hershey, what about this one right here?
I'm gonna open it.
Are you ready?
You ready?
Look, you see there?
That's it!
There's nothing there.
Oh, well.
Everybody's playing.
Pups are playing and the kids are playing.
Shawn just got home.
- Yeah, I got back from the store,
trying to get some grub on.
- I was wondering what was
gonna happen for dinner.
I was so, I'm so hungry right now, aah!
- Got it covered, baby.
I got some yummy stuff right here.
Veggies, yum.
These are Kayla's favorite,
so squash, any kind of squash.
She loves this stuff, so I got her.
Everybody loves corn, right?
So I got corn for everybody.
- Yay!
- And then--
- You got these really
interesting meat roll things.
- They're called Ready to Cook.
Oh no, that's not the type of meat it is.
Yeah, anyway, it's just meat with like
spinach and cheese and mushrooms.
I don't know.
- Yum.
- Should be good.
- I'm excited.
I can't wait.
How long is it gonna take?
- Oh, like, about three or four days.
You can eat on Wednesday.
- Today is Wednesday.
- Oh, okay, well then lucky for you.
(laughing)
- In a minute here, I go
back and get the kiddos,
because they are still
playing at the park.
All right, unfortunately time
has gotten away from us, but--
- No!
- I know!
The girls have to say good-bye,
for today.
It's not over, right?
- Yep.
- Friday.
- I like it when it farts.
- In like two days,
Aydah and Jayla are coming
back for spend the night.
- Yay.
- We're so excited to have you.
We'll come up with some
good ideas to do stuff.
- Awesome.
- While you're here.
- That sound like fun.
- Yeah, it will be fun, fun, fun!
- For now, we gotta be getting back home.
Kayla's got cheer in like
an hour and a half or so,
and we gotta have dinner,
and I'm pretty sure they have some stuff
that they have to do.
- [Jayla] We have to go get bedding.
- They have to go get bedding.
- [Jayla] For my new bed.
- Yep.
We are out of here.
- Bye-bye.
- [Connie] Bye!
- [Kayla] Bye-bye!
- [Connie] See you guys later.
- Kayla's coming with us.
- [Connie] See you guys in two days.
All right, we just got back home
from dropping off the girls,
and Kayla is working on her homework,
so she's deep in thought.
- I'm working on first
period, which is the math.
- [Connie] Do you think you'll
be done in time for cheer?
- I don't know,
'cause I don't know how
much homework I have.
- Okay.
Kayla's figuring out
the homework situation.
Hopefully, she gets done
in time for her cheer,
but if not, I know she'll
be back early enough
to where she'll still have plenty of time
to work on it.
I just didn't want her
working on homework later in the evening,
if we can get it done now.
Hopefully, fingers crossed,
if all goes well, she'll be done soon.
How's dinner?
- I thought it was done
because it beeped at me,
but I checked another area
of the meat that was kind of thicker,
so it needs a couple more minutes.
It's almost done, but not quite yet.
- [Connie] So hungry.
- I'm hungry, too.
I'm smelling all the food now,
because I'm hovering over it,
and it smells really good.
Five more minutes, tops.
That's it.
I promise you.
(Connie whimpering)
- I'm gonna find a video game right now.
I finished all my homework.
- You did finish your homework.
That's what I was gonna ask.
- Yep.
- Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt.
- I finished my my homework at school,
'cause that's what I do.
I'm playing a game on my new PS4.
It's not really new, but I call it new,
because it's new.
- Yeah.
(giggles)
That's cool.
I think Tyler,
he's really good at getting
his homework done right away,
but I think it has something to do with
being in the fifth grade.
Do you guys remember,
if you've been in the fifth grade already,
and are in the sixth grade or higher?
- Fifth grade homework is easy.
- Yeah, do you guys think
that the fifth grade
was easy, compared to
sixth grade or higher?
Do you think there was
a big difference between
fifth grade and sixth grade?
Comment below,
because that's what Kayla said,
that there's a huge difference
between fifth and sixth grade.
- I think fifth grade should
get you ready for sixth grade,
with all the work.
- But it's not.
Kayla got shocked, I think,
when she started sixth grade this year.
She was struggling with
all the classes being--
- Too much.
- Well, they were at different rooms,
so she was jumping from
room to room to room,
and before, in fifth grade,
you don't have to do that.
- You just have two rooms.
- Yeah, two rooms.
- They're right next to each others.
- Mm-hmm.
- Well, the occasional
third room for the bathroom.
- Do you guys get recess?
- Yeah.
Sixth grade doesn't though.
- Yeah, you don't even
get recess in sixth grade,
so there's like a big difference
at the school that they're going to.
If that's like how it is
where you guys go to school,
comment below,
because I want to know
if it's all the same
across the board, or if
there is a difference.
What are you playing?
- A game called Destiny.
- Is that a age-appropriate game?
- It's a first-person
shooter, like Call of Duty.
- All I know, I put dad
in charge of that stuff.
Hopefully, it's good.
- He bought it.
- Okay, well.
- Well, I bought it.
- Dad and Tyler bought it together.
- Mostly my money.
I'm still in debt.
No, just kidding.
(laughing)
- Okay, checking on dinner right now.
- There's a bunch of
invisible guys attacking me.
- Whoa!
(Tyler laughing)
Dinner's ready, yay!
You guys, I just gotta
show you real quick.
Aww, mmm-mmm-mmm!
So yummy!
Can't wait!
- Yummy!
I'm taking the string.
It had rope holding it all together.
It's just, I know, kind of weird, but
cutting it off and making bite-size chunks
for the kids here.
- [Connie] Is that good?
- Hot.
- [Connie] It's hot?
But is it good?
- I'm only eating the squash so far.
I haven't eaten the meat.
I'm letting it cool off.
So sweet!
- [Connie] (giggling) Hershey's--
- Jealous.
- [Connie] He's like, "Look at me!
"Pay attention to me!"
Look it, I'm here!
I see you.
I see you.
Did you get all your homework done?
- I think so.
- [Connie] Good. Yay.
With minutes to spare.
(dogs growling)
Look it.
They're after the--
(dog bark)
Oh!
(dogs growling)
You guys!
You be nice!
- [Kayla] I'm gonna pull your tail.
- [Connie] Now, you guys,
you stop that fighting.
- [Kayla] Gonna get your tail!
I got your tail.
- [Connie] See, Harley
actually starting it,
because Hershey was playing with it first.
Actually, Hershey probably
wants to do that, huh?
- [Kayla] Yep.
I'm gonna get your tail.
(dogs growling)
- [Connie] Dogs are just like kids.
Nah, nah, nah, nah.
- Harley is like, "Aww!"
(giggles)
I think he's just sitting there.
It's like, "Don't touch me!'
- [Connie] Here we go.
- Hershey is like, "Wait,
"I thought you were playing with me."
- [Connie] Yay!
- [Kayla] Hershey is like, "Wait,
"I thought we were playing."
- [Connie] Not playing?
Hi!
- [Kayla] Hello!
Come and get it.
Hershey!
Come and get it.
(playful music)
- [Connie] Can you
imagine life without them?
- No. I hope they live forever.
(Connie laughs)
Ooh!
(playful music)
- [Connie] Bye-bye!
See ya later!
Thank you for dinner.
It was awesome.
- Thank me for dinner.
It was awesome.
I'm so, that was so grubbin',
but you're welcome, by the way.
Sorry,
and I am welcome, too,
(laughing)
I think, yeah.
- Thankful.
- We're grateful all across the board,
because that was yummy!
(Connie laughing)
If there is one thing I know how to do,
it's make food delicious.
- Thanks so much for watching.
Kaylaboo and Tyler, you
want to say good-bye?
- Mm-hmm.
- I don't know if Where's Waldo
had showed up in today's video,
but if he did, comment below.
Where was he?
'Cause--
- [Shawn] I'm pretty sure he was.
- He was somewhere in the house,
but I don't know if he showed up.
- He was there.
I saw him.
- Get him!
- Yeah, and--
- I hope you guys enjoyed this vlog.
(laughing)
- Sorry for the distraction there.
- Bless you.
- I get the dogs to fight.
- Dogs are sneezing.
(laughing)
- Hope you guys enjoyed this vlog.
Like, subscribe,
