So I'm the type of person
that likes to get a lot done
generally speaking, the more
I can get done in one day,
the better I feel.
But sometimes, oh man.
Sometimes I legitimately can't find
the slightest shred of motivation
to get up and do anything.
And unfortunately, I had a day
just like this earlier this week.
So in an attempt to
break out of that funk,
I experimented and found
some quick and easy tricks
that actually did work for me.
So if this ever happens to
you, keep watching because
I'm about to give you five
ways to get motivated.
I"m going to pump you up La lawl!
Number one is get energized,
now there are some websites out there
that try to tell you that
you need all these fruits and veggies,
and a whole clean diet
change to get your energy.
Bitch ain't nobody got time for that!
I need motivation now not
six months from now mother fucker.
So we have an easy fix for that.
Woo!
Now don't have too many energy drinks
cause they can get addictive.
Hold on I just need one more!
(panting) Yeah,ahh see
and they say that they're
side effects to energy drinks.
I'm gonna punch babies...
okay step on complete.
Number two is get happy.
In other words, stop being a grumpy fuck.
No seriously though, this isn't
as hard as it might sound,
what makes you happy baby?
Do you like cuddly things?
They're so cute and
cuddly... (laughs) joy!
Maybe you have a favorite food,
bagel mmmmmmm
How bout listening to your favorite songs?
Whatever it is, surround yourself with it,
and you'll start being happier.
Number three is get support.
Sometimes you need a little
help from others to get going,
if you need a morale boost,
just call your friend,
your mama, whatever works for you baby.
Just don't literally call out, "Help me!"
Cause, it's not like anyone's just gonna
magically show up.
- (male voice) da ta ta ta,

- Did someone call for help?

- I'm motivation man.
- No you're Eugene in a cape.
And it's not even a cape, it's a blanket.
- Who told you?
Number four is get real.
You have to be realistic with your goals
I mean Rome wasn't built in a day.
For me personally, I don't like to
focus on the end goal, because
I find it intimidating.
Instead, I like to focus on
what I can accomplish right now.
You know, start small, smaller, smaller,
even smaller, there you go.
For example, my goal is
not to eat all the candy
that I bought to hand out to the kids
before Halloween happens.
So, I'm going to have
just one little bite and be done with it.
Oh my!
(male cheerfully singing)
(heavy breathing)
Learn from my mistakes.
And number five, get confident.
Probably the single most important thing
is for you to actually believe
that you can do what
you're setting out to do.
Please don't be one of
those people that's like,
"Well, I don't really know
what the outcome's gonna be.
"I'm not really sure. I've
never done that before,
""I don't know if this or that..."
Stop babbling mother fucker.
Get confident and believe that you can do
what you wanna do and you
will be able to do it.
And I will prove it to you.
I believe that I can drink
this entire bag of milk
in less than 30 seconds, let's do this.
Motivation! It's so cold! It's so cold!
