오늘 사실 홈커밍데이라는 게

오늘이다라는 날짜를 받았을 때 어떤 기분이 드셨는지

사실 어떤 관객분들한테는

이제 막 클래스 1이 도착한 분들도 있을 거예요

그래서 이들이 뭐 그전에 친구들 같은 느낌보다

가장 현재의 친구들처럼 느껴지는 분들도

굉장히 많으실 거라는 생각이 듭니다

1위 자리를 차지하고 있는데요

사실 클래스 1 때만 해도

이 정도의

그런 어떤 성공을

예상을 하셨을까요?

저는 잘될 거라 생각은 했었습니다

왜냐하면

약간 클래스 1이

이제 당시에 런칭했을 때

저희가 실제로

작품 자체의 인지도가 되게 높지 않았었어요

그때 정말

되게 많은 어떤 지표가 나오는데

예능이 됐건

시사 프로그램이 됐건

다른 타 드라마들은 말할 것도 없고요

가장 바닥에 있었던 인지도의 작품이어서

그 당시에 부산 영화제에 가서

여기 있는 모든 배우분들이 진짜 고군분투하면서

2박 3일 동안 홍보를 하셨었습니다

근데 그때만 해도 마음을 졸이긴 했지만

공개가 되면

수치는 알 수 없지만 굉장히 많은 분들이

좋아해 주실 거라고 생각을 했었고요

그래서 너무나 감사하고 기쁜 마음입니다

사실 유수민 감독님께도 여쭤보고 싶은 부분이

결국은 이 작품을 했던 첫 마음을

또 기억하게끔 되는 시기일 것 같아요

이 작품을 처음 시작했었을 때

첫날의 촬영 현장으로 다시 돌아간다고 생각하면

그때의 가장 큰 고민은 무엇이었고

또 가장 큰 기대는 무엇이었을지가 궁금한데요

저희 첫 촬영이

거의 한 3년 전 이맘때쯤이었던 것 같은데요

이게 아무래도 데뷔 작품이다 보니까

좀

긴장도 많이 되고 불안하기도 하고

되게 복합적인 무언가들을

많이 느꼈던 것 같은데

작품을 만들면서는 그냥

제가 늘 생각하는 건

뭔가

현장에서 같이 하는 배우나

스태프들이 현장을 보면서

모니터의 배우 연기를 보면서

우리가 뭔가 괜찮은 걸 만들어 나가고 있구나라는 걸 느끼기를 바라는데

첫 촬영 당시에도 계속

최면을 걸었던 것 같아요

이게 바로 되진 않겠지만

같이 하는 모두가 이걸 즐기게 만들고 싶다라는

생각을 많이 했던 것 같아요

첫날 첫 촬영이 어떤 장면이었는지 기억나세요?

연시은이 금상 받는 장면

그런 장면부터 시작을 해서

오늘까지 이렇게 이르게 됐는데요

연시은

클래스 2를 보면

그런 느낌이 들더라고

수호가 여전히 시은이의 심장에 그냥 박혀 있고

범석이가 시은이의 머리에 그냥 찐득하게 붙어 있는

그런 느낌을 받기도 했었는데

이렇게 그리운 얼굴들을 극 중 안에서나

혹은 또 바깥 에서 또 이렇게 만나게 됐을 때

조금은 다른 기분이 좀 들지 않을까 싶거든요

너무 특별한 친구들이어서

사실 잊을래야 잊을 수 없는 친구들이고

사실 무의식 중에서 이렇게 자꾸 친구들을 찾는다라는 게

연시은이한테는 되게

첫사랑 같이 약간 좀

첫사랑이 옆에서 웃고 있네요

되게 깊이 있는..

시은이한테 깊이 있고 소중한 친구들이 아닐까 생각해 봅니다

이게 어떤 관객들 아까 말씀하셨듯이

3월 25일에 서비스를 시작한

넷플릭스에서 서비스 시작한

약한 영웅 클래스 1 의 친구들을 처음으로 만난 관객들이 있을 테고

여러분들 같은 경우 촬영 시점으로 치자면

3년 전 정도 될 텐데

다시 방영이 될 때

다시 이제 서비스가 될 때

만났었던 자신의 캐릭터들이 어떻게 느껴졌는지가 좀 궁금해요

반가웠는지 혹은 좀 낯설었는지

혹은 저 때라서 저렇게 또 가능했던 연기였구나

지금이라면 좀 다르게 연기할 수도 있었겠다라는

생각이 드는 그런 장면들이나

혹은 연기 디테일 같은 것들이 있었는지

그럼 이제는 수호부터 이렇게

해서 쭉 한번 얘기를 좀 들어볼까요

저도 넷플릭스로 이렇게 오게 되면서

정말 한 5번 넘게 본 것 같아요

클레스 1을

그만큼 정말 치열하게 그때 당시에 찍었었고

저 때의 어떠한

저의 3년 전에

더 지금보다 더 큰 에너지로

수호를 만들어냈던 것 같아서

또 지금 했으면 또 달랐지 않았을까라는 마음도 있긴 한데

되게 그냥 재미있는 마음으로

시청자의 마음으로 저도 빠져들면서

계속 보게 된 것 같습니다

범석이는 혹시 다시 또 보시면

범석이라는 캐릭터에 대해서

어떻게 또 홍경 배우님은 보셨는지 궁금합니다

저도 사실 기존에 이렇게

다 처음부터 끝까지 본 적이 없었는데

이번에도 사실 정주행을 하진 못했는데

근데 이제 뭐 보면서 박지훈 배우나

최현옥 배우나 신승호 배우나

이제

이연 배우의 연기에 되게 놀라면서

다시 한 번 봤었던 것 같아요

다시 보셨나요? 혹시

다섯 번은 아니시겠죠?

정말 솔직히 해야 되는 자리니까

한 번 딱 봤고요

저도 사실 보면서

진심으로

장난치는 게 아니고

그냥 계속 감사하다는 생각이 들었던 거 같아요

이렇게 너무너무

감히 저도 하나의 출연한 배우가 아니고

하나의 관객으로

시청자로서 봤을 때

너무너무 대단하고 멋진 작품에 출연할 수 있었음에

너무 감사한 마음이 들었던 것 같고

앞에서 홍경이가 말씀드린 것처럼

우리 출연한 배우분들의 연기가..

보면서 이들과 함께 호흡했고

이들과 함께 현장에서 웃고 떠들고 장난도 쳤고

그랬던 시간들이 너무 감사했던 것 같습니다

근데 저는 이렇게 쭉 다시 본 건 아니고

각 편마다 보고 싶은 장면들이 있었어요

캐릭터마다 있었고

그래서 그 장면들을 좀 다시 보기를 했고

지금 제가 다시 영이를 하라고 하면은

너무 또 다른 게 나올 것 같아서

근데 그 전과 비교했을 때

더 나을 거라는 보장은 전혀 없는 것 같아요

그래서 그때 베스트를 했다

그러면서 봤고

너무 고생했던 것들이

이제는

되게 열심히 했던 기억만 남잖아요

결국 다 끝나고 나면?

그렇죠

그래서 그런 생각들을 많이 하면서 봤고

역시나 엔딩 장면은 정말 너무 좋더라고요

그 학교에서 이제

연시은이랑 홍경이랑 이렇게 다 나오잖아요

그냥 때려 부시고

그 장면은 다시 봐도 너무너무 좋더라고요

아까 그 어떤 장면을 좀 특히 보고 싶으셨다고 하셨는데

그 장면들 좀 들어볼 수 있을까요?

궁금한데요

일단 저는 시은이가 뺨 때리는 장면

그건 진짜 다시 보고 싶었고

그리고 현욱이는

처음에 약간

옛날 무슨 순정 만화에서

되게 멋진 오빠처럼 막 이렇게 자다가 일어나 가지고

막 때려 부시는 게 있어요

그렇죠

근데 그것도 너무 다시 보고 싶었고

저는 홍경이는

그 얼굴이 있는데

저기 우리 나철 선배님이랑

이제 경찰서에서 둘이 마주하는 장면이 좀 있거든요

때리라고

근데 거기에 나오는 홍경이의 모먼트가 저는 너무 좋았거든요

그래서 그걸 좀 다시 보고 싶었고

그래서 그 경찰 장면을 다시 봤고

이제 승호는

사실 승호 장면은 다 봤어요

영이에계 굉장히 또 중요한 인물이죠

그래서 다 보고 싶더라고요

그래서

저는 비즈니스니까 이해하라고..

이해하세요

이연이가 왜 제 장면을 다 봤을까 생각해 봤더니

제가 나오는 장면에 이연이가..

제가 다 나와요

자기가 나오는 장면을 다 봤다는 거죠~

아

그렇게 이해될 수가 있겠네요

그 두 사람의 캐릭터들이

얼마큼 또 연결되어 있는가를

또 느끼게 되는 부분이기도 하죠

박지훈 배우님은 어떠세요?

오랜만에 뺨 때리고 있는 나 자신을 다시 봤을 때

저도 이제 클래스 2를 다 찍고 나서

그 2를 이제

클래스 2 배우분들이랑 단체관람을 한번 더 하고

다시 와서 또 클래스 1을 다시 봤어요

근데

진짜 너무

뭐 하나

이렇게 꼽을 장면이 없을 정도로

모든 장면 다 너무 진심으로 이렇게 찍었고

막 달렸고 땀 흘리고

이런 감정이 들다 보니까 너무 좋더라고요

그래서

클래스 2를 보고 났을 때도 여운이 되게 길었는데

클래스 1까지 딱 보고 나니까

뭔가 더

이렇게 더 길게 남고

좋은 기운이 너무 길게 남고

언제 이런 분들이랑 다시 한번 호흡을

맞출 수 있을까라는..

너무 영광스러운 감사한 생각이 들었습니다

본인이 봐도

저건 저 때라서만 가능했었던 그런 장면이야라고 생각되는

그때의 그 에너지이기 때문에 가능했던 그런 장면들 같은 것도 있나요?

어떤 장면이라고

그거를 또 이렇게 다 꼽기에는 좀 조심스러운 것 같고요

또 저희 나이에서

또 폭발적으로 낼 수 있는 에너지들을

저희는 다 또 어느 정도는 열심히 임했다고 생각을 해서

그런 거를 염두하고 찍지는 않았던 것 같습니다

사실 신승호 배우님

용마랜드 철문 앞에서

영이를 보내면서

뭐라고 얘기했죠?

제가 얘기하는 것보다는

대사를 직접 해 주시는 게 더 좋지 않을까요?

어, 그거다

아니 저는 사실

좀 거칠었잖아요. 전석대가

그렇죠

그래서 방금 말씀

질문 주셨을 때

제 기억엔 아무리 생각해도 욕밖에는 없는데

뭐라고 하지

근데 이연이가 옆에서 얘기해 줬어요

"가. 니 잘못 아니니까"

그 뒤에는 이제 욕입니다

그렇죠 그렇죠

네, 하지만 그 한마디가 주는 울림이 되게 컸었던 것 같아요

그리고 그 대사는 결국 이후에

많은 사람들의

또 많은 캐릭터들의 입을 통해가지고

또 다시 이어지기도 했었던 그런 대사이기도 했었는데

그 이후의 석대의 삶은

그 전과는 굉장히 달라졌겠다라는 생각이 들었었던 공간이

바로 용마랜드였던 것 같아요

전석대는 어떻게 살고 있을까요?

혹시 생각해 보신 적 있으신지요?

저는 사실

클래스 1 촬영 당시에도

심지어 촬영 전에도

뭐 우선은

그 뒤에 상황을 배우나 감독님들께서는 알고서

저희는 현장에서 연기를 하기 때문에

방금 주신 질문이라면

석대는 갱생한 채로

아주 멋지게 건강한 삶을 살고 있지 않을까 하는 생각입니다

그래봤자 20살이니까요

연시은이랑 밥 한번 먹었을까요?

한 다섯 끼 먹지 않았을까요

감독님 두 분께도

사실 여쭤보고 싶은 게

혹시 이제 다시 또 돌이켜서 보니

그때도 좋아졌지만

다시 보니 더 좋아졌던

그리고 더 마음이 갔던 장면이 있을까요?

두 분 각자에게

저는 아무래도 8부 마지막에

연시은이 범석이와 대화하고 수호의 병원까지 가는

그 시퀀스가 가장 기억에 많이 남고

이렇게 가끔 보게 되는 것 같아요

눈물이 나면서요?

조금 울기도 하면서..

저도 그 장면이 이제

원래 범석이와 이제

연시은이 마지막에 대치를 해서

유 감독님이랑 그 얘기를 되게 많이 했었어요

때려야 할 것인가

때리지 말아야 할 것인가

저는 마지막까지도 안 때리는 게 맞지 않을까?

근데 판단은 감독님 판단이니까

또 감독님은 또 이제

그것에 동의하면서도

장르적인 어떤 결말이 좀 필요하지 않을까?

근데 그렇지 않아도 괜찮을 것 같아라고 얘기했는데

제가

감독님은 기억 못하실 수도 있는데

그 씬을 찍을 때 현장에 직전까지 있다가

제가 현장에서 나갔어요

마지막 그 장면을 좀 보기가 되게 마음이 힘들더라고요

'안 좋다' 이런 게 아니라

어떻게 찍힐 것인가에 대해서

뭔가 궁금한 마음도 있고

동시에

현장에서 이걸 목도하는 것이

좀 복합적이어서 좀 어려운데

감독님이 배우가 어떤 판단을 하고

어떻게 찍을지를

그냥 멀찍이에서

그다음에 결과물로 보고 싶다는 마음이 들었던 것 같아요

저는 그렇게..

그 장면을

생각했을 때

가장 좀 유 감독님 말씀하신 그 장면이 좀 마음에 남는 것 같아요

저도

사실 그 장면에서 응집됐던 어떤 슬픈 에너지가

그 이후의 복도에서 터져 나왔었을 때

많은 관객분들이

시청자분들이 카타르시스를

그러니까 슬픔의 카타르시스 같은 걸

좀 느끼게 됐었던 그런 장면이었던 것 같아요

말씀을 하셔서 또 그렇지만

저는 그 장면에 대해서

범석이에게

홍경 배우님께 또 묻고 싶은 그런 질문이 있는데요

그러니까 왜 그랬어라고 묻는 연시은에게

나도 잘 모르겠어라고 맥없이 누워가지고

막 이렇게 눈물을 흘리던

범석이의 그 창백한 얼굴이

정말 저는 아직도 진짜 기억이 나는

그런 장면이기도 한데

그때 범석이는 어떤 마음이었을까를

물어본 적은 없었던 것 같아요

누구도

그냥 뭐

사실 솔직하게

너무 오래돼 가지고

그렇게 막 면밀하게 기억이 나진 않는데

첫 번째로는 일단 박지훈 배우가 제 위에 앉아서 이렇게 하는데

저 사람의 에너지가 너무 대단해서

되게 압도당했었던

많이 테이크를 많이 가지도 못했는데

박지훈 배우 에너지가 너무 대단해서

되게 압도당했었던 것 같고

감독님이랑 그런 얘기를 나눴는지 모르겠는데

감독님이 잘 적어주신 것처럼

그냥 진짜로 잘 모르겠었던 것 같아요

범석이의 마음이 어떤지에 대해서

그래서 그냥 그랬던 것 같습니다

범석이는 이미 모든 걸

사실 거의 링 위에서

이 사람이 영원히

이미 그때 죽은 게 아닌가라는 생각이 들 정도로

모든 걸 다 놔버린 것 같은 눈빛이긴 했었던 것 같아요

홍경 배우가 말한 게 맞는 것 같고요

조금 저도 기억을 떠올려보면서 첨언하자면

범석이는 이렇게 되게 막 폭풍처럼 이렇게 흔들릴 때에

사실 되게 많은 사람을 탓하고 원망하는 성질을 가지고 있었는데

말씀하신 대로 7부 체육관씬 이후로는

얘는 더 이상 그 누구도 원망할 수조차 없는 상태가 돼버렸고

그래서 정말 자기도 모르게 그런 말이 툭 나오지 않았을까

그렇게 생각합니다

그 앞에서 "넌 나 이해하지?"라고 물어보는

범석이에게 연시은이

보면 이제 주먹을 내려치는 힘보다

이걸 거두는 데 더 힘이 들어갈 수밖에 없는

그런 장면이었던 것 같아요

정말 범석을 때리지 못했었던 연시은의 이유는 무엇이었을까?

혹시 기억을 또 돌이켜 본다면?

저는 그렇게 생각해요

뭔가

그렇게 잘못된 길을 가고 있음에도

범석이가

시은이는 마지막까지 범석이를 바꿔 놓을 수 있을 거다

혹은

그래도 뭔가 아직은 내 친구다라는 거를

그렇게 알고 싶어 했었던 것 같아요

그래서 때리지 못했다라는 감정도 있을 것 같고

그 때리지 못한 연시은의 마음은 충분히 이해가 또 갑니다

그래서 결국은 때리지 않는 게 더

보시는 분들이 더 마음이 아프시지 않을까

연기하는 저도 너무 마음이 아팠지만서도

보시는 분들도 마음이 많이 아프시지 않았을까 하는 생각이 드네요

"너 나 이해하지? 시은아"

그것은 정말 어느 정도 연시은도

범석의 마음을 이해하는 부분

충분히 서로 이해가 가지 않았을까 하는

이해가 되면서도 안 되지 않았을까

홍경 배우가 말씀하셨던 것처럼

어떤 배우들끼리 서로 주고받는 에너지가

아주 크게

느껴지는 장면들이었을 것 같고

또 그런 장면 중에 하나가

아마도 수호와 범석이의

노래방 장면이지 않았을까 싶어요

최현욱 배우님

그 날

앞에 있는 홍경 배우의

쿵쾅쿵쾅거리는 심장 소리가 이렇게 들리는 것 같았다고

그때 얘기를 하셨던 기억이 나는데

그 장면 함께 찍으셨을 때

기억을 좀 돌이켜 본다면 어땠었나요?

그 노래방이

이렇게 꺾으면 저희만 있는

그 모퉁이가 이제 있었는데

제가 이제 이렇게 약간 팔을 걸치면서

범석이를 끌고 가는 리허설 때부터 느껴지잖아요

호흡이 엄청 가빠지고

거친 그 호흡을 느꼈을 때

정말 저도 그 에너지가 저한테 같이 오더라고요

그래서 되게 어떻게 보면

그때 기억나는 게

감독님이

그 화나는 장면은 수호가 아니라

현욱이에 더 가깝다고 했던 말씀이 기억나는데

그만큼 같이 노래방에서 하면서

진짜 압도가 됐던 기억이 납니다

홍경 배우님께도 여쭤보고 싶은 게

사실 그 장면을 찍으신 건

본인이 또 함께 그 순간에 에너지를 같이 나눴던 사람이니까

그 쿵쾅거리던 자기의 심장 소리가

자기 귀에서 들리는 시간이었나요?

뭘 어떻게 대답해야 될까요...

근데 그때 되게

저는 기억이 나는 게

좀 다른 얘기일 수 있는데

현욱이랑 박지훈 배우랑 같이 이렇게 셋이서

노래방 시퀀스를 찍고 셋이 막 치킨을 먹었잖아요

그렇죠

치킨을 먹었다고요?

이게 갑자기 기억이 나네요

되게 셋이 좀 거닐고

감독님이랑 넷이 좀 거닐었던 기억이 나요

제 기억이 맞는지 모르겠는데

사실 걷는 건 셋이 걸었어요

그래서 그 시퀀스를 찍고서

이 셋이 너무 스파크가 튀고 뚱한 거예요

근데 그게 막 이게 주체가 안 되는 느낌이더라고요

그래서 홍대를 좀 걷고 와라 하고

나는 안 갈게

그래서 셋이 좀 그때 얘기를 많이 나눴던 것 같고

홍경 배우가 사실 술을 안 하는데

그날 먼저 치맥을 하자고 제안을 해서

그 자리도 이제 그냥 셋이 가서 얘기 많이 해라 하고

저는 빠져 있었습니다

본인이 제안하신 자리라서

홍경 배우는 그렇게 기억에..

연시은이 머릿속으로 떠올리고 있는

그런 세대 혹은 친구들의 아름다웠던 시절 같이

구체적으로 무슨 얘기를 했는지 기억이 안 나지만

어떠한 그 순간들 같은 것들이

거기에 머릿속에 남아 있는 건가 봐요

제 기억으로는 그냥 홍대에서

정말 고등학생이 된 것 처럼 산책하는

수다를 떨면서 산책하는 그런 느낌을 받았던 기억은 있습니다

유수민 감독님 사실 캐스팅을 처음에

이 배우들을 딱 했을 때에

기대했었던 부분들이라는 것들이 분명히 있었을 테고

실제로 한 배우 한 배우가

자기의 역할들을 수행해 나가고

혹은 그 배우들끼리의 합들과 에너지들이 나눠지고 하면서 나온 결과물들을 보면서

배우들이 만들어냈다라고 생각되는 각각들의 좀 장면이 있다면

좀 뽑아주실 수 있을까요?

사실

거의 모든 장면이

배우분들의 영향이 이렇게 많이 끼친 것 같거든요

그러니까 저도 만드는 그 방식 자체도

사실 많이 열려 있고

배우분들과 많이 상의하면서 하기 때문에..

좀 기억이 나는 거는

어느 씬이 아니라

그러니까 예를 들어

박지훈 배우 같은 경우는

그러니까 연시은이 되게 판타지적인 캐릭터고

어떻게 보면 말이 안 되기도 하는데

저 사람이 연기를 하면 이게 말이 되는 것 같은

어떤 마법 같은 게 좀 있었던 것 같고

최현욱 배우는 좀

사실 대본상에는 조금 더 까칠한 면이 있었던 것 같은데

최현욱 배우가 어떤 해석이나 애드립이나

어떤 그런 본능적인 것들로

캐릭터를 더 사랑스럽게 만들어줬던 것 같고요

홍경 배우는 사실 클래스 1을 하면서 가장 많은 대화를 나눴었는데

이게 마찬가지로 대본에서는 좀 더 노골적인 악역에 가까웠다면

좀 더 최대한 보편성을 가진 우리 옆에 있는 소년처럼

이렇게 가져오려고 했었던 것 같아요

그런 것들이 기억에 남고

많네요

많으신데요

신승호 배우는

이게 어쨌든 초반부의 빌런인데

얘가 나쁜 애가 아니잖아요

근데 그게 이 사람이

가진 아우라 같은 걸로

어떤 긴장감을 자연스레 불러일으켰던 것 같고

이연 배우는 현장에 오면 늘 되게 즐거웠어요

엄청 똑똑하고 그 발랄함과

또 어떤 그 위기 속에서 막 그걸 헤쳐나가려는

되게 용기 있는 얼굴들 같은 거를 잘 표현해 주지 않았나

그렇게 생각을...

이게 질문이 이게 맞았나요?

영이 그 자체네요 사실은

말씀하셨던 걸로 듣자면요

그렇죠

한준희 감독님께도

사실은 또 이 전체적인 기획을 하고

총괄을 해나가시는 과정에서

배우의 캐스팅은 굉장히 중요한 부분이고

각자가 그 역할들을 해낸다는 것에 대한 기대와

또 우려도 또 있었을 텐데요.

시작점에서 그랬을 것 같은데요

지금 돌이켜 보니

이 캐스팅은 어떤 캐스팅이었던 것 같으세요?

우려는 없었어요

다 너무 잘 하는 친구들이고

사실 지금 얘기를 듣다 보니까

저는 오히려 이제 다 모두의 첫 만남들이

갑자기 다 떠올라가지고

'저 배우와 어디서 뭘 먹었지?"

이 생각도 나가지고

'저 배우는 어떻게 인사했지?"

이런 생각이 들어서

그냥 되게 좋았는데

지금 와서 생각을 해보면

저희가 이제 다시 또 부산영화제 때 얘기를 하면

부산 영화제 때

배우들의 필모에 남을 수 있는 작품이 됐으면 좋겠다

한국의 다음의 세대를 이어갈 배우분들이라고 생각했는데

이제

지금 한 3년밖에 안 지났음에도 불구하고

여기 있는 배우는 전부 다

너무나 왕성하게 활동하고

정말 전화해도 안 받을 정도로 바빠져서

너무 뿌듯하고요

그리고 감사하게 생각하고

이제는 또 저희가 이 배우분들의

약한 영웅이라는 필모가 될 수 있어서 더 영광입니다

전화해도 안 받는 분은 어느 분이신지?

다들 잘 안 받어라고요

저는 전화를 막 자주 하진 않는데요

보통 자주 하지 않으면, 전화하면 좀 받으면 좋잖아요

무슨 일이 있는지 걱정이 될 수도 있고

전화를 잘 안 받긴 하더라고요

진짜 박지훈 배우님은

확실히 더 그렇겠다는 생각이 드는 게

하나의 캐릭터를 이렇게 길게

오래 품고 있는 어떤 경우가

사실은 자주 찾아오는 거는 아니라고 생각을 하거든요

그만큼 어떤 부분

고통스러운 부분도 있을 테고

이 연시은이란 캐릭터가 점점 자기 안에서

어떻게 자리 잡고 있는 것 같다는 생각이 드세요?

사실 연시은 한테 제일 마음이 가는 게

워낙 쓸쓸한 뒷모습이라든지

이 연시은이 혼자 있을 때 지내는 모습이

사실 제 어렸을 때랑은 좀 많이 비슷해요

완전 똑같다고 하기에는 좀 그렇고요

좀 비슷한 부분이 많아요

그래서 조금 더

나는 친구가...

저는 친구가 많이 있었던 게 아니어가지고

그런 시은이의 마음을 너무 알고

시은이는 그렇게 살아오는 게 너무 편하고 좋았겠지만

뭔가

제가 이렇게 캐릭터를 봤을 때는

그런 마음이 있었던 것 같아요

나는 없었으니 너라도 좀

주변 사람들도 챙기고 친구 좀 있어라

약간 좀 이런 마음이 있었어가지고

보면 볼수록 되게 마음 아프고

되게 슬프고

너무 이쁘고

그런 캐릭터인 것 같습니다

본인이 하지 못했던 것들을 할 수 있고

또 혹은 또 그런 친구들도 만들어내고

또 어떻게 보면 또

그런 것들을 겪어내면서 성장하는 그런 캐릭터를 옆에 둔다는 건

좀 어떤 면에서 굉장히 든든한 친구이기도 할 것 같아요

마음도 아프지만

듬직

듬직했다고도 표현을 할 수 있을 것 같아요

너무 고마운 캐릭터입니다 진짜

이 시리즈의 제목이 갑자기 생각이 나는 것 같아요

듬직했다라는 표현을 들으니 '약한 영웅'이라는

이 시리즈의 제목이 금방 말씀하셨던 것을 대신해 준다는 생각이 듭니다

감독님이 약간 배우들이 또 이렇게 만들어 갔었던

어떤 캐릭터들에 대한 얘기를 했는데

수호 캐릭터를 정말 사랑하시는 분들이 많죠

수의 어떤 습관성 윙크나

그때 왜

헬멧 딱 닫고 날리던 하트 같은 것들 있잖아요

이런 것들은 사실 지문에 쓰여지기

조금 어려운 부분의 액션이었을 것 같은데

하지만 결국은 이 캐릭터를 만들어 나갔던

사소하지만 중요한 제스처들이라고 생각이 들거든요

그냥 자연 속에 떠오르던가요

수호를 생각하면

수호를 제가 연기하면서

수호가 됐다고 해도

약간 수호가 됐다고 해야 되는 된 것 같아요

저는 수호가 된 것 같아요

왜냐하면 저는

좀 내성적인 편에 가까웠거든요

근데 수호라는 캐릭터를 만나면서

드라마 밖에서도

되게 막 에너지를 최대한으로 올리려고

엄청 많이 했었던 것 같아요

계속 친구를 계속 이어가려고

그래서 그런 어떠한 하트라든지

이런 게 사실은

연시은을 보면 그냥 나오는 감정인 거 같아요

그냥 이 눈만 보기만 해도

네 되게

어떻게 보면 그의 등만 봐도

되게 외로운 친구같이 보였거든요

근데 그거를 되게 수호 입장에서는

되게 그냥

내가 약간 더 이렇게 다가가고 싶은 느낌이어서

그래서 자연스럽게 나왔어요 이런 게

윙크나 이런 것도 현장에서 감독님이랑 상의를 했던 것도 되게 많았고

저는 그렇게 기억이 나는데요

수호는 사랑을 했었던 것 같습니다

했었던 것 같다고

처음에 제 기억엔 최현욱 배우는 윙크하고

이런 거에 되게 뭔가 거부감을 느꼈는데

그래요?

저도 하면 좋지 않을까요? 했는데

감독님도 계속해서 강요를 하셔가지고

그러니까 사실

두 배우에게는 이건 멜로에 가깝다라는 얘기를 좀 많이 했었어요

'첫사랑이다' 뭐 이렇게..

시간이 지났으니까 이제 말하자면

좀 이게 그랬습니다

계속해서 사랑의 눈길로 바라보다 보면

자연스럽게 하트가 나오고 윙크가 나오고

기억이 잘 안 나요..

근데 시은이가 너무 섭섭해하는 데요

아니 아니 그게 아니라

정말 뭐

거의 사랑..

고등학교..

아.. 그만 해야 될 것 같아요

영이에 대한 궁금함도 있는 것 같아요

영이는 혼자서 밥 먹는 거 잘 못하고

그런 친구였었잖아요

그 이후로 영이는 어느 순간 소식이 끊겼다

드라마에서는 이 정도로만 끝이 나 있는데요

어떻게 지내고 있을까 되게 궁금하기도 하고

이제는 혼자서는 밥도 잘 먹을 수 있을까?

어느덧 밥 같이 먹을 친구가 있을까?

이 모든 것들이 되게 궁금해지는 영이 입니다

어떻게 지내고 있을까요?

왜 누군가한테 상처받는 순간이 모두에게 있잖아요

그래서

뭐죠..

저만 혼자 막 펑펑 울어가지고

왜 자꾸 눈물이 나나 했었는데

왜 자꾸 요즘 눈물이 이렇게 많이 나는지 모르겠는데

우리 모두 상처를 받아서

뭔가

일단 내가 좀 떠나보자라는 순간들이 있을 테니까

그래서 우리 각자가 생각하는 무언가를 이겨내는 방식대로

영이를 해석해 주셨으면 좋겠다라는 생각을 했고

영이가 잘 살든 못 살고 있든

어떻게 열심히 살고 있든 뭔가 무너져 있든

그냥 가장 하나 했었으면 좋겠는 건

감옥에서 나오는 날을 뭐라고 하죠?

출소하는 날

영이가 꼭 나가 있었으면 좋겠다

그러면 그날이 아마 영이가 뭔가 다시금 깨어나는

오래 있다가도 뭔가

석대의 영향을 받아서

다시

세상으로 나올 수 있는?

네 네

그렇지 않을까요

그러고 보니까 신승호 배우 님께도 여쭤보고 싶은 게

만약에 그 순간

석대가 그렇게 오래 있었을 것 같진 않지만

영이가 다시 내 눈앞에 나타나고

그랬다면 어떤 기분이었을 것 같으세요

나만 너무 민망하니까 지금

근데 진심으로 석대라면

밖으로 나오면..

제가 '출소'라고 표현하자면

나오는 게 경찰서 유치장이든 교도소 수감 시설이든

철문을 열고 나왔을 때 영이가 눈앞에 있었으면

굉장히 뭉클하지 않았을까요

뭉클했을 것 같고

하지만 겉으로 티는 안 냈겠죠

석대 성격이라면

크게 얘기해줘

크게 얘기 한 번만~

뭐 하라고 하면 안 해요 얘는

멋있다고 해서 좀 크게 얘기해달라고 했는데..

그래서 저 역시도

이연이가 이야기해 준 것처럼

석대가 밖에 나왔는데 그의 눈앞에 영이가 있다면

다시 한번..

물론 그 안에서 마음을 잡고 있었겠지만

나왔을 때 영이가 눈앞에 있다면

굉장히 힘차게 다시 한번 살아갈 용기가

신나게 생기지 않을까 하는 생각입니다

오늘 그 얘기를 들으니까

두 사람의 서사가 좀 완벽하게 마무리되는 느낌이 좀 드는데요

어쨌든 철문 앞에서 헤어졌었던 두 사람이었기 때문에

여러분 다시 그 철문 앞에서

약한영웅 시리즈 속에 나오는 얘기는 아니지만

그렇게 다시 만나서

다시 다음 세상을 살아갈 힘을 얻는 두 사람이 됐으면 좋겠다

다시 돌이켜 보면

미안한 기억들, 감정들이 좀 더 많이 느껴지는 것 같습니다

제가 '사랑'이라고 말하려고 했는데 이연이가 먼저 해서가 아니고

동시에 그런..

그러니까 되게 아련한 그게 있어요

지훈이 눈만 봐도 그런 게 나오고

오프닝 인트로 시퀀스에 열리는 BGM도 그렇고

너무 가슴이 따뜻하게 시려지는 느낌?

정리하자면 그런 것 같습니다

가슴이 되게 따뜻하기도 하고

또 시려지는 졸업 앨범 같은

그런 작품이 바로 약한 영웅이었군요

그냥 이 배우들을 만나서

좀 감사한 작품인 것 같아요

지금까지도 뭐 이렇게

나름 사이 좋게 지낸다고 생각하는데

그런 동료를 만날 수 있는 건 되게 귀한 거니까

감사한 작품인 것 같습니다

사실 학교라는 곳이 공부를 하기 위해서만 있는 것은 아니잖아요

사람을 만나고 그 사람들과의 관계를 만들어가는 것이

사실 학교가 주는 가장 큰 일이라고 생각이 드는데

이곳이 그런 곳이었었군요. 홍경 배우님께는

수호는 더 직진을 많이 했던 친구 같아요

그 어떤 자기 자신의 감정을 잘 알지 못한 채

아무리 성숙한 친구였다고 하지만 그래도 고등학생이고

그래서 되게 많은 면에서 감사한 작품이고

저 또한 성장을..

저도 수호를 만나면서, 약한 영웅을 만나면서

성장을 했던 것 같습니다

약한영웅은 최현욱이라는 배우에게 있어서 성장의 시간들이었던 셈이네요

저는 되게 왁자지껄한 그런 분위기일 거라는 생각을 잠시 했다가

가만히 생각해 보면

이 클래스 1의 친구들에게는 되게 아픔이라는 것이 있고 죄책감이라는 것들이 있고

서로에 대해서 지켜주지 못했던 것에 대한 아쉬움이 있고..

이런 어떤 관계성을 가지고 있는 친구들이기 때문에

오늘 아까 신승호 배우 님께서 얘기하셨듯이

이들을 돌이켜 봤었을 때는

정말 약간 한쪽은 조금 아픈 느낌도 있고

조금 그러면서도 되게 찬란한 느낌이 드는

그 느낌을 오늘 확실히 또 함께 있으면서 받았던 것 같습니다

이렇게 다 같이 모이는 자리가 되게 귀하잖아요

근데 이게 많은 분들이 사랑해 주셔서 가능했던 일인 것 같아서

정말 감사드립니다

한준희 감독님, 클래스 1 친구들에게도 마지막 또 인사를..

클래스 1이 나오고 나서 몇 년이 지났는데

어떤 작품을 했을 때

영화가 됐건 시리즈가 됐건

이렇게 몇 년 뒤에 다시 모여서 이런 행사를 할 수 있다는 건

굉장히 드문 일이라고 생각해요

정말 많은 분들이 애정을 주셨다고 생각하고

이제 다들 얘기했던 것처럼 점점 기억이 옅어질 수밖에 없지만

그래도 약간 이 클래스 1이란 작품에 대해서

많이 오랫동안 기억해 주시고

배우분들도 같이 애정해 주시면 좋겠습니다
