Sarah and Alex are chatting and  enjoying their Friday night.  

Let's see what they are talking about. So, Sarah, how was your day?  

It was good, thanks. Just the usual  routine: wake up and go to work.  

Yeah, I know the feeling. What do  you usually do to unwind after work?  

Well, I like to take a hot  shower, put on some comfy clothes,  

and then watch a few episodes of a show I'm into.  

That sounds nice. I usually just come  home and pour myself a glass of wine.  

Wine is great, but I find that taking  a shower and changing into something  

comfortable really helps me relax and  separate my work life from my home life.  

That's a good point. What  do you usually watch on TV?  

Right now, I'm really into this superhero  TV drama. It's about a group of superheroes  

who fight crime and protect their city.  It's a bit cheesy, but it's really fun.  

That sounds like a good distraction. I  usually just watch the news or sports.  

It's important to have some time to  unwind and do something you enjoy,  

even if it's just for a few minutes.
