what I do. So yeah, if you're 02:19

people to come on and then we'll dive 02:32
into our quiz. So let me know how your 02:33
day is going. I'm just charging my phone 02:36
right now because um battery is low. was 02:39

don't really expect many people to jump 02:45
on, but we'll see what happens in the 02:46
next few minutes. And yeah, so um if you 02:49
this is your first time with the 02:54

watching, um that you've been here for a 02:56
couple of times, we do a quiz most days 02:59
of the week, uh about 3 or 4:00, usually 03:02
4:00. I'm a little bit earlier today, so 03:05
apologies to my usuals, uh, my usual 03:08
community if I'm a little bit too early. 03:11
I did warn yesterday, but jump onto the 03:12
chat and say hi. Hi, Aaron. It's my 03:15
first time in your live. Hi Aaron, 03:17
thanks for joining. I do have another 03:19
Aaron that jumps on occasionally, but 03:21
I'm delighted to have you here. You're 03:23
very welcome. Like done. Thank you very 03:25
much. I must like the video myself, 03:27
actually. Like, I think there's an 03:29
option to hype up the video as well. So, 03:31
if you can hype up the video, if you 03:33
have hype points, please do that. That 03:36
will help uh the channel a lot. So, 03:38
yeah, joining today. We have a couple of 03:41
more people now. We'll wait for a few 03:44
more people to jump on and then we'll 03:46
start our quiz. We're doing English 03:47
grammar today. Um I'm going to make it 03:49
fun. We're going to do verbs and the 03:52
ing. Hi, Stopworthy. It is the famous 03:54
chair from Learning English Pro. Hello 03:57
to you. How are you? How's Beefy Dog? 03:59
Your famous dog. Hope your lives are 04:02
going well. And yeah, all is well. Doing 04:04
a little bit of a quiz today, some 04:07
grammar, uh some verbs. I have I don't 04:09
have my headphones in yet because my 04:12
battery is low, but once it builds up 04:16
another few percent, I will uh put them 04:18
in so you can hear me a lot better. I 04:20
hope the sound isn't too bad at the 04:22
moment. And yeah, I'm just getting ready 04:24
for my trip. All is well. And yeah, 04:26
Aaron's letting us know. Today I learned 04:29
about a new award. It's called a 04:31
mythical creature named a chup koopakra. 04:32
Koopabra. Koopabra. I think that's what 04:35
it is. I think that's like a Mexican 04:37
maybe Central American animal. 04:40
Stabworthy might be able to help there. 04:42
Koopabra. 04:44
Koopabra. It's like a rodent, isn't it? 04:46
It's like a big beaver or something. I'm 04:48
sure Stabworthy will be in with an 04:50
explanation um that we don't have 04:52
Koopa's here on our shores. It's like a 04:54
skinw walker. 04:57
Oh, like the the mythological one, is 04:59
it? I don't know. I like saying bye 05:01
everyone and going off to my English 05:04
class. Oh, you're very fancy with your 05:05
English class. I'm delighted to have you 05:07
here. Few more people on jumping in now. 05:08
This is your first time with the 05:12
channel. I'm a little bit on on a little 05:13
bit earlier today just to see how it 05:15
goes. And I have a busy evening. I'm 05:17
usually on a bit a little bit later. So, 05:19
if this is your first time with the 05:22
channel, you're very welcome. My name is 05:23
J and we're learning English today. 05:25
We're going to do some quizzing on 05:28
grammar and stuff like that. And then 05:30
later on I'm going to talk a little bit. 05:33
I did some yesterday talking about kind 05:34
of my business and YouTube and things 05:36
like that. So stick around until the end 05:38
and I'll be talking for a few minutes 05:42
about being a content creator, the 05:44
businesses I have, my contracts, what I 05:46
do, little interesting stuff. So 05:48
stability, thank you so much. Koopa 05:50
Cappra is a mythological creature from 05:52
Mexican folk folklore. Sort of a mix 05:54
between a coyote and a rooster. Whoa. I 05:56
remember I played Red Dead Redemption 05:59
and finding the Koopa Kappa was one of 06:00
the one of the kind of missions I think. 06:02
Do you play Roblox or only Minecraft? I 06:06
only play Minecraft really. Um that's 06:08
really all I do. I'm a real mcrafter. I 06:11
was watching Wednesday one one of them 06:15
said you're more noisy than equippers. 06:17
Is that when I was singing? Probably 06:20
when singing. Yeah. Let me just check my 06:22
battery. Let me see. Okay. One or two 06:25
more%. And I'll put in the headphones so 06:28
everyone can hear me properly. So, we're 06:30
doing the quiz today. Grammar Garens's 06:32
ing endings. I want you to guess the 06:35
verb. I'm going to show you the picture 06:38
and I want you to guess the verb in the 06:40
chat with the ing ending. So, what is a 06:42
garand? It's when we have an ing 06:46
on something and it acts more the verb 06:49
acts more like a noun. So you know later 06:52
on you might see someone um having a 06:56
swim. So what is the the gar there? 06:59
Swimming ing. So I want you to have a 07:02
look at the verb and then write the gar 07:05
form the ing form in the chat. Now 07:09
sounds pretty simple. There will be a 07:14
few difficult ones in here. Few ones I 07:15
think you might struggle with. But yeah, 07:18
we get going everyone. Let's let's start 07:20
my camera back. Hello. Hello. I'm just 07:23
going to pop in my headphones so you can 07:26
hear me a bit better. Uh battery is 07:29
charged. 07:32
So, 07:33
my grammar is fragile as a fall leaf. 07:36
Well, we're going to we're going to 07:38
boost that now, Aaron, with this. 07:40
So, let's get started. 07:44
See what 07:51
I just said. 07:56
So, give me the verb for what's 08:02
happening here. Someone is in their 08:04
backyard, aren't they? They are 08:06
the flowers. fixing the flowers. We 08:11
might be putting the flowers in tidy ups 08:13
for that. 08:20
But maybe you see something else 08:24
happening and you have another verb that 08:26
you want to use. So jump into the chat 08:29
and let's see what comes up. 08:31
Can't hear you. Can everyone hear me? 08:35
Okay. 08:37
Okay. Let me If everyone can hear me. 08:39
Yeah. Jar can't hear you. 08:42
Okay. How about now? Hello. Testing. 08:46
Testing. Testing. 08:49
Can you hear me now? 08:51
Hear me now. 09:03
Will I start singing? Hello. 09:05
Is it me you're looking for? 09:09
I can see it in your eyes. 09:12
>> Really? Oh, sugar. 09:16
>> Okay, let's just do this without. Maybe 09:20
because I started without them in 09:22
excess. Your voice is super quiet. We 09:25
can barely hear you. Can you hear me 09:27
now? Is that better? I'll speak a little 09:29
bit higher. I know the sound on my phone 09:31
isn't good without the um headphones. 09:33
So, I do apologize everyone. I should 09:36
have I should have charged my phone. But 09:38
hey, I will plug in my phone now and the 09:40
charger. So, at least we will have a 09:44
full battery now. We can hear. Thank 09:45
you. Okay. Sorry about that. Okay. So, 09:47
let's get back to the quiz. What is 09:50
going on here? The Okay, so someone is 09:52
in their backyard or their front yard. 09:54
What is the verb I want? They might be 09:56
tidying the plants, weeding the plants, 09:59
putting the plants, planting the plants. 10:02
What else is going on? Okay. What is the 10:04
verb that I'm looking for? I'll give you 10:07
a clue. It starts with G. Okay, I'm 10:09
going to put on my light so you can see 10:13
me a little bit better. Hi Jerry, how 10:14
are you? Thanks for coming in. And 10:16
that's a very good answer, Jerry. That 10:18
might be the one I'm looking for. Aaron 10:20
is in with the same gardening. 10:22
Okay, I form of course. So have a look. 10:26
If you're not sure what the answer is, 10:29
have a look at what Jerry and Aaron have 10:31
said. Copy and paste. Type it in 10:34
yourself and have a look. Life be lifing 10:36
sometimes. Yeah. And the microphone be 10:39
microphone. Huh? Jerry, long time no 10:42
see. Ambiverse, mate. Oh, there we go. 10:44
Denisa, you are in. Hello, Diana. Even 10:47
Diana. Denise. Uh, planting. That's a 10:50
really good one. And we can see that 10:53
there's definitely some planting going 10:55
on here. So, well done. Hello, Diana. 10:57
Um, so yes, well done. We have 11:00
gardening. That was the verb I was 11:03
looking for. But Diana is also in with 11:05
planting, which is a great thing. That's 11:08
when we are we take the plant out of the 11:10
pot and we put it into the ground. 11:13
That's planting. But generally here, 11:15
what I was looking for was gardening. 11:18
Gardening. Well done. Okay, let's move 11:21
on to our next one. And let me see 11:24
what's happening. 11:27
I don't know what this is. Okay. Yeah, I 11:30
was looking at the I I have the pictures 11:33
very small and I was like, is that an 11:35
ant or a molecule or something? I don't 11:37
know what it was. Uh, lifeing life is 11:39
lifing. So, have a go. Let me think. Let 11:42
have a think about what you're seeing. 11:45
What is the gerand verb that I am 11:47
looking for here? Air falling. That's 11:50
beautiful, Diana. It's not correct, I'm 11:53
afraid, but what is the word? I do see 11:55
one answer there. That's quite 11:59
interesting. Now, it is all one word and 12:01
I will accept another word. I see 12:05
parachuting there. That's the other word 12:07
I would look for. Yeah. Um I also see 12:09
paragliding. Paragliding is something 12:12
more specific. You're using a glider. 12:15
You know, it's usually one or two people 12:17
and you're not falling. You're not, you 12:19
know, um you did this when you were in 12:22
high school. I fainted. Oh my god, 12:24
Aaron. I would love to do it. 12:26
kind of kind of kind of like to do it. 12:29
So really the one I was looking for 12:32
there was skydiving. Aaron was in with 12:34
skydiving. So is Jerry. Skydiving is all 12:36
one word. We don't need to separate it 12:39
into two small words. It's all one word. 12:42
So Aaron, I'm so sorry that you fainted 12:46
while you were skydiving. At least you 12:47
survived. 12:51
Uh Diana with her cool paint. There we 12:52
go. There we go. Yeah. Would who who has 12:55
skydived? Who has sky who's been 12:59
skydiving? Can anyone let me know? Uh 13:01
cool paint with J with J. 13:04
Thank you. Thank you. Okay, let's keep 13:07
going. And next up, 13:10
so this is about sound. What is the verb 13:13
Garand that we would use here? 13:18
That's not very loud, but that's my 13:22
irritating. Now remember it's the ing. 13:25
I'm only accepting the ing. This is the 13:28
garand. So we're looking at the ing 13:32
form. So staborthy is in with the line 13:35
is roaring. 13:39
Roaring. Jerry and Aaron also have roar. 13:41
But remember I'm looking for the ing. 13:44
That's all you have to do is put on the 13:47
ing. Uh Jerry's in with the phonetic 13:49
roar or a w I think. But roar or uh or o 13:53
a r i n g. The lion is roaring. If the 13:58
lion isn't screaming, 14:04
the lion is roaring. So, this is a loud 14:06
shout that's aggressive, fueled with 14:09
hormones and temper and dominance. 14:12
Roar is a slang internet word. Lol. I 14:16
love it. Very nice. Very good. So, 14:18
roar. Big cat. Meow. Meow. 14:22
Well, you might be on to something 14:26
there, Aron with meow. You might have a 14:28
meow later on. 14:29
Okay, so we had this one at the start. 14:31
This was my 14:33
example. But let's check the spelling. 14:36
Remember, I'm looking for the ing 14:39
[Applause] 14:42
version. So, give me a spell. Make sure 14:44
and check the spelling. Very good. Very 14:48
good. So Aaron, Diana, Stabworthy, 14:50
they're all in with an answer. Have a 14:54
look yourself and see me drowning. Well, 14:55
I hope not. She's not drowning anyway, 14:58
is she? But haz is hell yeah, I got you 15:00
on my feet again. Well, you should be 15:03
subscribed. Get your notifications so 15:05
you can join me because not I'll kick 15:07
the bucket again. Well, we don't want 15:10
anybody kicking the bucket now, do we? A 15:11
great use of your idiom. Freestyling. 15:13
That's freestyling, isn't it? A bit of 15:19
beatboxing. 15:21
I'm I'm going to stop. I'm too wide for 15:23
that. Uh, a swimmer. Yes. Sigh. But we 15:24
we're not looking. We're looking for the 15:28
gerand. So, we're looking for the verb 15:29
this time. What is happening? God is 15:31
subscribed with the bell. Let's go for a 15:34
swim, my dude. Yes, absolutely. H I love 15:36
a good swim in the sea. Not in swimming 15:38
pools. I don't really like chlorine. It 15:41
kind of makes me go red. Um, yeah, 15:42
perfect exercise. Yeah, swimming is a 15:45
perfect exercise. Um, that would be a 15:48
nice sentence we could use. Uh, I really 15:51
like swimming. It's a perfect exercise. 15:53
Exercises all the parts of your body, 15:56
doesn't it? Freestyle is the swimming 15:58
she's doing. Like backstroke, butterfly, 16:00
etc. Okay. Well, good for you. I did not 16:02
know that. Um, yeah, I I do remember the 16:04
backstroke and the butterfly. All right. 16:07
The the 16:09
butterfly from a long time ago in school 16:11
should be done in hot spring in water. 16:14
Yeah, a hot spring would be nice, 16:17
wouldn't it? A hot spring would be 16:18
really, really nice. Um, I'd like to 16:20
experience that. Maybe I'll go to 16:23
Iceland one day. Okay, we have that one. 16:24
So, what's happening here? And I'll 16:27
accept a few different 16:30
alternatives. 16:33
You know, they're doing one thing, but 16:34
we could say they're doing something 16:36
else. What's happening? Diana is a big 16:38
fan of the swimming. I see. How old am 16:41
I? How old do you think I am? 16:44
Um, I'm 43. 16:48
She's painting. Yes, she is painting. 16:51
She's working. Yeah, she's doing some 16:54
work, isn't she? That looks like work to 16:56
me. Diana's in with uh painting as well. 16:57
So, matching up there with stab worthy. 17:00
What other words could we have? You 17:03
know, if she was going to change 17:05
everything in one room or maybe in a 17:07
whole house or in a whole office, what 17:10
would she be doing as well? Like if she 17:13
was doing more than painting, she was 17:16
picking new furniture. If she was 17:18
changing the carpets, you know, what 17:20
what other word could we do? Remodeling. 17:22
Very good. Stabworthy. Yes, remodeling. 17:25
So if you have just say you buy a really 17:27
old old dirty house and you want to 17:31
completely change it, make it super 17:34
modern, we would say we are going to 17:35
remodel the house. Uh 43. Dang. Okay. I 17:38
would have guessed mid-30s. Thank you so 17:41
much. Correct answer. Uh uh designering 17:43
staff. She means like designing. Maybe 17:48
maybe she's a designer testing out the 17:50
different paints. Um another word we 17:52
could say is decorating. Stephanie, 17:55
she's decorating. Decorating would be 17:57
much more general. Okay. So, remodeling, 17:59
she's painting, she's working. Um, she 18:03
could be designing something. Maybe 18:06
she's designing an art installation, 18:08
maybe. So, yeah, kind of artistic stuff, 18:10
isn't it? Yes. Decorating. Yes, Diana. 18:12
Perfect. Okay, let's keep going. This is 18:16
an easy one. 18:19
Hope you can hear the sound on my 18:21
keyboard. 18:23
Arching. Yeah, I don't know. I don't 18:27
know about arching. Aaron is in with 18:30
typing. 18:33
Jerry's in with typing. Diana, are you 18:35
sure? Testing. If we're if we're talking 18:38
about the previous one, 18:42
she could be testing the paint if that's 18:44
what you're talking about. But we're on 18:46
to this one now. Texting. H. No, this is 18:48
definitely typing as Aaron and Jerry 18:54
have said. Definitely uh typing. We will 18:56
have texting later. So, you're a little 18:59
bit early, but you're on the you're on 19:02
the right track. It is a form of 19:04
communication in that way. But when it's 19:06
on a keyboard 19:08
like this, 19:11
it's typing. You are always typing on a 19:13
keyboard. Okay. On a actual keyboard 19:16
could be chatting. Yeah, it definitely 19:19
could be chatting, you know, but I have 19:21
this specifically here buttons here. So, 19:25
we'd say tapping, laptoping. 19:28
No, 19:31
laptoping is not uh not a word. And 19:33
we're maybe getting into areas there we 19:36
don't want to get into. Wolf. Oh, hi 19:38
Wolf. How are you? Thanks so much for 19:41
joining the quiz. You're very welcome. 19:43
Texting is more in line with phones and 19:45
tablets, right? Yes. and keep that 19:46
knowledge in your back pocket because I 19:48
might have an image in a little while 19:50
where you might use this. Here's an easy 19:53
one. What's she doing? I'll accept two 19:55
different verbs for this one. What is 19:58
she doing? H what's going on? This is an 20:01
easy one. 20:04
One of the words begins with or. Oh, 20:06
there's an S one. 20:09
Posing. I don't think she's posing. I 20:11
mean, she's she's in in motion, isn't 20:14
she? But Aaron, well done with 20:17
sprinting. That's another one. So I'll 20:19
I'll accept accept three. Sprinting is 20:21
one. Aaron's also in with running. 20:25
Aaron, you're doing all the leg work 20:27
today. Sprinting, running, exercising. 20:29
That's another good one. Um, jogging. 20:32
Yes, jogging. Wolf is from Brazil. Well, 20:36
welcome uh my Brazilian friend. You're 20:39
very welcome. Make sure to subscribe. 20:42
Hit the bell to get notifications when I 20:44
go live. I go live most days of the 20:45
week. 20:47
You say she is in motion. So, she's 20:50
moving. Very good, Stabworthy. Yes, 20:52
she's in motion. So, we have lots of 20:55
gars there. Lots of verbs. Sprinting, 20:57
uh, running, jogging, exercising. Oh, 21:00
gunhaziz is in with cardio handling. 21:04
That's a very that sounds very fancy. I 21:07
don't think that's what we would say, 21:10
though. She's cardio exercising. Maybe 21:11
her exercising is cardio or her 21:14
exercising is running. So, or she's 21:18
moving. Very simply put, she is in 21:20
motion. She is moving. So, well done 21:23
everybody. 21:26
Now, what's this guy been doing? Or what 21:27
is he in the process of doing? Sweating. 21:30
Yes, she could be sweating as well. 21:33
Probably if I was doing that, I'd be 21:35
definitely sweating. She's using 21:36
Newton's first law or maybe third. 21:38
Yes. physics, motion. So, let's have a 21:41
look. Aaron, you are thinking really 21:44
well. You are thinking lots of stuff, 21:48
aren't you? He is posing. Yes, 21:50
I love this. This is brilliant. Um, 21:53
yeah. Great. Give me everything you can 21:56
you can see in the picture in terms of 21:58
verbs. Well done. I love this. So, yes, 22:00
Jerry's in with fishing. Diana fishing. 22:02
Aaron holding. Brilliant. He's holding 22:05
the fish. He's also sitting, isn't he? 22:08
Um fishing uh wolf fishing. Boating. 22:12
Yes. Well done. So when you're out on a 22:16
boat in a lake, you're boating. And he 22:18
is posing. Staborthy. Well done. Uh he's 22:21
happy. Yes. But that's not a that's 22:24
we're looking for uh Jiren. So verbs 22:27
here. Sailing. Yes. But boating. Sailing 22:30
is more on a bigger vessel, I would I 22:34
would imagine. you know, and sailing 22:36
imparts that you're, you know, it's 22:38
Yeah, I would go more with boating here 22:41
than sailing. Breathing, smiling, 22:43
fishing, sitting, holding. Aaron, you're 22:46
getting all the activities in. So, yeah. 22:49
Well done. So, well done everybody. 22:51
Really nice surprises. Here's another 22:53
one. And I look, I want two here. See if 22:56
you can get me two words, two verbs. 22:59
So, what's happened? I'm going to give 23:03
you guys one now. 23:05
Breathing. Very good. Very good. Yeah, 23:08
great answer. So, Diana's in. Yeah, 23:12
remember it's the ing we're looking for. 23:14
And Jerry, well done. Well done, Jerry. 23:17
I'm very impressed. So, yes, we have. 23:19
Yeah. Oh, Jerry. 23:22
Jerry's in with fondling, Jerry. That's 23:25
a little bit more sexy. 23:29
Um, so we have hugging from Aaron and 23:33
Diana. Uh, Jerry embracing. Jerry also 23:35
has fondling. Fondling would be much 23:39
more of a sexy move. Okay. Uh, loving. 23:41
Yes. This is They're loving each other. 23:45
They're hugging. They're smiling. 23:47
They're posing. I don't know if they're 23:48
posing though. Are they like posing? 23:50
Maybe looking a little bit more at the 23:53
camera. Unless it was like a setup. Is 23:55
he crying? Maybe. Maybe this guy might 23:57
be crying. I don't know. I I don't know. 23:59
Groping. Now, Jerry, come on. Arming. 24:02
No. Arming is what we do. If I was to 24:06
give you a gun or a weapon, I'm arming 24:09
you with a gun or a weapon. That's what 24:12
arming means. Um, okay. Jerry. Jerry 24:15
needs Jerry Jerry. I think Jerry might 24:20
need some attention. 24:22
Is there any verb related to emotional 24:24
like emotioning 24:26
feeling? You're feeling your emotions. 24:28
Um 24:31
I've drawn a blank 24:34
[Applause] 24:37
seven. 24:40
Uh loving, caring. 24:43
Let me see. 24:51
Sorry guys, it's the end of the week. 24:53
Um, 24:55
yeah, I'd say loving, caring, feeling. 24:57
Probably your best ones there. I'm just 25:00
trying to be funny. I know, Jerry. I 25:03
love it. Don't worry. The guys are 25:05
feeling each other. Yes, they are 25:07
feeling each other. Uh, but when we say 25:09
that like if you're feeling somebody, 25:11
that sounds a little bit more sexy as 25:13
well. I'm going to say like 25:15
they're touching. Um, I think when we 25:18
get into feeling and touching and stuff 25:21
like that, you're kind of moving into 25:23
more romantic areas and more kind of 25:25
sexual areas. So, just kind of be 25:27
careful. They're hugging. They're 25:29
embracing. Uh, Rian Vanvik, hello. H J 25:30
is Gerund. I know that's my name there. 25:34
Look, Jund. 25:36
Uh, from a German word sounds like a 25:39
rounding or something. I know. Yeah, J 25:41
is gerunding. 25:44
So yeah, we have hugging or embracing 25:46
here. Uh we also have lots of other sexy 25:48
stuff, but let's move on. 25:51
What's this guy doing? Something that I 25:54
know you guys really like when I do. 25:56
Sail away. Sail away. Sail away. 26:00
Singing. 26:05
Singing. Can we think of any other words 26:07
of singing? 26:10
Hm. 26:12
I can definitely think of one. 26:16
Could be screaming. He could be. He 26:20
looks like he's about to drink the 26:22
microphone. Jerry says singing. So, stab 26:23
worthy. Aaron's singing. Diana. Uh, 26:26
swallow. 26:28
I don't think he's going to swallow it 26:30
unless that's his party trick. 26:32
Performing. Well done. Uh, stab worthy. 26:33
Yes. Could be screaming possibly. I 26:36
would say crewing 26:40
would be my my my my one that I would 26:43
add. Uh oh, not crew not crewing. Sorry. 26:46
Um 26:49
cruning. 26:52
Hug no kiss. Exactly. Egg mad farude. 26:55
Hugging would be the term. Exactly. Me 26:59
in the shower sometimes. Yeah, I sing in 27:01
the shower sometimes, too. Sometimes I 27:04
bring my phone in and I play music when 27:06
I'm in the shower. That's what I really 27:08
like to do. 27:10
So, let's move on. Let's keep going. 27:12
So, what's this guy doing? This is an 27:16
easy one. This is more of a complex 27:19
image uh than probably what needed to 27:21
be. Uh Jerry's the bathroom singer. 27:24
Yeah. And I'm the bathroom singer, too. 27:26
Aaron is in with jumping. Staborthy is 27:29
in leaping. Jerry parkour. 27:32
I don't think parkouring we I don't 27:37
think we can say parkouring uh hiking. 27:40
He could be hiking. Yeah. But he really 27:43
is jumping or leaping really. Uh maybe 27:45
he did this big jump while he was 27:49
hiking. 27:51
Anything we may see he's doing. Yeah, 27:53
it's pretty cool, isn't it? Hopping. 27:55
Yeah, hopping could be hopping is a 27:57
little bit smaller though, isn't it? 27:59
It's a little bit more. 28:01
So, this I would say this is more 28:03
jumping or leaping. Adventuring. Yeah, 28:05
he looks like he's on an adventure. All 28:08
right. Doesn't he? So, yeah. I think 28:09
leaping, jumping. Am I early or 28:11
something? Uh, yeah. I'm early today, 28:14
Denini. Uh, so you might get a few hour 28:16
an hour in before you go to bed. I'm a 28:19
little bit early today. Living like 28:21
Larry. Living like Larry. Is Gerand only 28:23
in continuous use? Yeah, pretty much. 28:26
It's more like the verb form of the more 28:29
of the noun form. We use it like more of 28:32
a noun than a verb really. Leaping 28:36
Larry. Very good. Hi Jar. I got home. Hi 28:38
Gavin Pritz saying we're early today as 28:40
I was talking yesterday. It's 10:29. 28:42
Well, Denini, you can stay up and watch 28:45
me now. I'm here for you. Don't go to 28:47
bed this anytime soon. So yeah, leaping, 28:49
jumping, all that kind of thing. Very 28:53
good. Okay, Jerry, you are early. Yeah, 28:56
I know. I know. I did schedule I'm 28:58
trying to schedule the lives now. So, 29:01
and remember, I'm not going to be here 29:03
tomorrow or Friday or Sunday. I might 29:05
come on Sunday. I'm just um taking a few 29:08
days off and I'll definitely be back on 29:11
Monday. If I'm coming on live on Sunday, 29:13
I will schedule um the live so you'll 29:16
know. So, 10:29 for me, too. But A.M. 29:18
There we go. 10 10:29 in New Jersey, 29:22
huh? So someone said this word earlier. 29:26
So this is the sound that a cat makes 29:29
and I want it in the gerand form. Iing. 29:32
Can anyone even tell me? Even teachers 29:36
need to rest. Yes, Rian. Thank you so 29:39
much. And Rian, thank you so much for 29:41
your lovely comment yesterday after the 29:42
live. That was really really nice. I I 29:44
felt that it was lovely talking to you 29:46
all after the quiz yesterday. Uh oh, 29:48
Gavin Prit Singh, you are in very well 29:50
done. Where are you from? Pacific Ocean. 29:53
Meow meow meow. Uh, annoying. 29:56
Okay. But now remember everyone ing 30:03
form. 30:05
So it is meowing. So it's very 30:06
it is spelled pretty much like we say 30:11
meowing. 30:14
Okay. I don't know spelling yawning. Now 30:16
he could be yawning definitely. Oh, but 30:19
it's meowing. 30:22
Meow. Meow. 30:25
[Applause] 30:27
Meowing. Yawning. Perfect. Yeah, he 30:28
could be yawning. Uh, so yeah, I'll 30:31
accept meowing. 30:33
It is a verb. Uh, bye, sir. I got to go. 30:35
Bye, Denini. Thanks for popping in 30:38
today. So, yeah, meowing. 30:40
Meowing. 30:44
Perfect spelling for Yani. 30:46
Yeah. 30:49
Okay. This car has just been put here. 30:51
Okay, it's just been put here. What is 30:55
the verb that you can think of? So, I 30:58
got it first. 31:00
Yes, you did give infred. You did. Well 31:03
done. Well done. 31:05
Yeah. So, we have Jerry Arens. Um, good 31:07
few people in there. Um, an accident. 31:10
Maybe punch boogie. Ooh, hate those. A I 31:15
think they're quite cute. No, quite nice 31:20
as a car. A blue car. Yeah, but we're 31:22
verbing. Remember this car has just been 31:25
put here. So, what's the term? 31:28
Parking. Yes, exactly. Stab worthy park. 31:34
The parking is exactly what I wanted. 31:37
Aaron is in with parking as well. 31:39
So, well done. 31:42
Well done. Parking, Rian Vanvik. Yes, 31:45
parking. Easy peasy. An easy one. Let's 31:49
try this one. Another easy one. He's 31:53
also idling. Yes, he's kind of waiting. 31:55
He could be, you know, the car is 31:57
parked. Maybe they're waiting if the car 31:59
is still running. Yes, the car could 32:01
still be running. Parking. Parking. Yes, 32:03
parking. So, we're in Gavin Prit is in 32:06
first with cooking. Well done, Aaron. 32:09
Rein vanic. Cooking. Can we say anything 32:12
other? Any other verbs here? 32:15
Any other verbs? Cooking. Diana, well 32:19
done. 32:21
Prepping. Yes, prepping is what we could 32:26
call about getting stuff ready for 32:28
cooking. You know, we could also say 32:31
frying, 32:33
sautéing. 32:35
Frying. Oh, rein vanic was in with 32:37
frying. Well done. Preparing, prepping, 32:39
cooking. 32:43
I can't cook. I used to cook and then I 32:45
kind of stopped cooking. Serving. 32:48
Serving would be done after the food is 32:50
ready. So we wouldn't Serving comes 32:52
after working. Yeah, someone's working. 32:55
Maybe this is their job and they have to 32:58
cook for a living. Looking for a 32:59
husband. 33:02
Good for you. Um Jerry dead. Yeah, I 33:05
feel that same way after that comment. 33:08
Yeah. Uh hello. Hello, MTA. Oh, a very 33:10
competitive uh person has joined us. 33:13
Come on, MTA. It's time for you to shine 33:16
now. Um, I hope you're well. Thanks for 33:18
joining today. So, yeah. 33:21
Um, yeah, we have cooking. 33:24
Yeah. Well done. Prepping, 33:28
frying, 33:31
preparing, working. 33:33
What's our little friend here doing? And 33:35
this is noise. He's making a noise that 33:37
only really dogs make. What do you 33:40
think? 33:44
Oh, Matt is making up for it already. He 33:47
is in first. Well, they are in first 33:49
with the first um guests and lots of 33:51
great great uh answers in already. Back 33:56
to Aaron, Jerry, Gavin, Prince Singh, uh 33:59
Stabworthy maybe in the future. Staborth 34:03
is saying talking. I don't think so. 34:06
Unless you're you know something I don't 34:09
have. You got more modern technology in 34:11
New Jersey. Um, uh, barking. Yes, Rian 34:13
vonvik. Val, well done. I was going to 34:17
say valve. 34:19
Little ones are the loudest. Yeah, they 34:22
really are, aren't they? And they have 34:24
the most kind of temper and energy. 34:25
Annoying. Oh, I like that. I like that. 34:28
Uh, woof. Bark. Like the tree bark. 34:31
Yeah, exactly. Barking. Barking. Woofing 34:34
would be another one. Yeah. Uh, hello 34:37
again, Diana. I don't know. Have a dog. 34:40
You don't have a dog? I would love a 34:42
dog. I can hear my parents listening 34:44
downstairs. I want a dog for Christmas. 34:46
Um, my dog will be talking English soon. 34:50
You will watch yourself. When Beefy Dog 34:52
can start talking English, I will do a 34:55
collab. 34:57
Me and Beefy having a chat. Okay. So, 34:58
what about a bee or sometimes insects? 35:02
What kind of noise do they make? What's 35:06
the verb? What's the gerant that I'm 35:08
looking for here? 35:10
Usually husky or related dogs do wolfig. 35:17
They don't know how to bark. 35:19
Interesting. 35:21
Annoying. Yeah, it can be very annoying. 35:27
Yeah. So, buzzing. Jerry, you have buzz, 35:29
but yeah, I was looking for buzzing. B I 35:32
N G. Uh, Rian Vonvik is in with buzzing. 35:34
Macta, Diana, Stabworthy, pollinating. 35:37
Love that. Love that. Pollinating. Yeah, 35:41
we are looking for the sound, remember? 35:44
But yeah, pollinating. There's 35:46
definitely some pollinating going on 35:48
here. I think there's actually you can 35:49
see a little bit of nectar or something 35:51
on the wing there. So, on the sound is 35:53
buzzing. Yes. Uh be being 35:56
that sounds very um existential, but 36:00
yeah, pollinating stab. That's a really 36:04
valid one. Uh the sound is buzzing buzz 36:05
kind of automatic pay there as well. 36:09
Kind of it's it's spelled like it sound 36:11
we pronounce it like it is like like it 36:14
sounds in real life. We are flying 36:16
through these ones today. 36:18
What is next? I was AFK because my mom 36:21
was calling me. Oh, okay. Big high tier 36:24
mom. So what is going on here? I'm more 36:26
interested in what this thing, this bird 36:30
is doing. What's the process where it's 36:33
looking for something, it's looking for 36:37
something to eat, slides down, it 36:39
catches, goes off, might come back and 36:42
do it again. What is the verb? It begins 36:45
with a h. So, m is in flying with 36:48
hunting. Beautiful. Fishing. Yes, this 36:51
this creature is definitely fishing. 36:54
Fishing. Flying. Holding. Beautiful. 36:56
Catching. Yeah. Yeah. Hunting was the 36:59
word I was looking for. Staborthy and 37:02
Mactar in with hunting. Flapping. Yeah, 37:04
they're flapping their wings. Great 37:07
verbs here, everyone. Catching, flying, 37:08
hunting. Diana, staborthy, Jerry. Gavin 37:11
pray hunting. Staborthy. The fish is 37:14
praying to God. 37:17
Uh, hunting. Hurting. Yeah, the fish 37:19
would be hurting, wouldn't it? 37:23
So impressed. That's brilliant. I'm so 37:25
impressed. This was quite fun. This is 37:27
quite fun trying to like give you the 37:29
image and then seeing how many words I 37:31
can get from you. Um 37:33
yeah, the pray that pur fish it's over. 37:36
It's over for that fish. Um praying 37:40
praying praying 37:44
praying on it. 37:46
[Applause] 37:48
Yeah. To hunt or to kill. Praying. It's 37:52
funny for me because the prey. So this 37:55
is the hunter and this is the prey. But 37:58
yeah, they're the eagle was preying on 38:00
the fish before they caught it. 38:03
Beautiful. Well done. That's really 38:05
good. I need to wash my hands. I'll be 38:06
right back. Thank you, Gavan Pri Singh. 38:09
Give them a good scrub. Let's move on. 38:12
What's this one? This is a very specific 38:15
uh verb I'm looking for. Has a silent 38:18
letter in it, would you believe? 38:20
Have a look and tell me what you think 38:23
in the chat. Predator pray the fish. 38:26
Yeah. Fly not to sleep with the fishes. 38:28
No one wants to sleep with the fishes. 38:31
If you sleep with the fishes, you're 38:33
um So, Jerry, I'm just going to accept 38:36
one. 38:39
Just one because this is not sewing. It 38:40
is knitting. You're correct with 38:43
knitting. Bion von Vic is in with 38:44
knitting. Aaron sewing. Sewing is this, 38:46
isn't it? or you know with the sewing 38:51
machine this is definitely knitting or 38:53
maybe it's you know some other but it's 38:56
a type of knitting definitely mism at 38:59
knitting birds at hunt are called birds 39:01
of prey yes exactly and we also have 39:03
Diana in with knitting so if you look at 39:07
that that we don't pronounce the K the K 39:09
is silent knitting there's specific 39:12
seems biased while there's crocheting 39:15
which I think you do with your fingers 39:18
um there's is knitting but we have 39:20
sewing. Sewing is with the pin, the the 39:24
needle and the thread. Uh I don't know 39:27
but I don't know what is the name my 39:30
grandma does it knitting. Knitting what 39:32
we call that that grandma make out of 39:34
this that start with the letter C or 39:36
something. So you could say you know you 39:38
can make anything really. A hat, a 39:42
sweater, um a scarf maybe. Is that what 39:44
you're looking for? S C A or F scarf. 39:48
Maybe that's what you're looking for. 39:53
Uh, 39:55
okay. Crocheting is different. Yeah. 39:58
What's crocheting? Is that with your 40:00
fingers or you have a crochet needle? 40:02
Maybe. 40:04
[Applause] 40:05
Yeah, it's a special needle for crochet. 40:07
So, I think there is a finger knitting 40:10
one. I think one of my relatives did a 40:11
finger knitting one. But yeah, we have 40:14
crocheting. These are all different 40:15
types of knitting and putting material 40:17
together to make clothing. He's looking 40:19
for crocheting. Oh, crocheting. Very 40:22
good. Okay. 40:24
What's going on here? Let me know in the 40:26
chat. 40:29
J, do you have a gural friend? Are you a 40:36
guro? 40:39
What kind of question is that? Um, 40:41
skating. Okay. Can we be a little bit 40:44
more specific? 40:47
Ice skating. Skating. Yes. Very good. 40:49
Very good. Aaron's in Mata. Rian Vanvik. 40:52
Staborthy. Ice skating. Diana van. Diana 40:56
Denisova. Skating. Yes. So, we can 40:59
generally say skating, but this is ice 41:01
skating. Ice skating. But I'll accept 41:04
both. I'm skating today. I'm going to 41:07
skate on the ice. Uh, is it pronounced 41:10
jar or jar? It's Jair. Jar 41:13
floating upon the ice. I don't know. I 41:17
don't It doesn't look like floating. 41:20
Maybe if they're in the air jumping. I'd 41:22
be falling. Yeah, me too. I am terrible. 41:24
Like really, really bad at skating, 41:28
rollerblading, 41:32
anything like that. I cannot do it. 41:34
Figure skating. Well done, Stab Worthy. 41:36
That's a great one. Figure skating is 41:39
the sport, the Olympic sports, like the 41:40
official name. I'm probably worse. Yeah, 41:43
I'm just not good at this. I break my 41:45
teeth. Yeah, me too. Sort of like my 41:48
name then, just without the Y. Yes, 41:50
exactly. Jerry. Uh, why is that, you 41:52
think? I don't know. I was called Jerry 41:55
when I was in school. So, like my full 41:57
name is Jared. Jared. Um, which is, you 42:00
know, it's the English version of the 42:05
German name Gad. Gahad. So, my name is 42:07
Gerard. She is performing. Great one. 42:11
Great one, Aaron. Yeah, she's she's 42:15
definitely is performing. She's got her 42:16
nice boots on, doesn't she? So, let's 42:18
have a look. We only have a few more 42:20
left. Now, earlier we had this one. 42:22
Someone guessed this for typing. So, let 42:25
me know what you think the correct 42:28
answer is. And what other um what other 42:30
things could we say? You know, what else 42:35
is going on here? 42:37
Uh Jar or Jared. So, Jar or my full name 42:39
is Jared. Not Gerald. 42:44
Jared. 42:47
Okay. 42:52
My name is technique uh Gerardo, but I 42:54
go from Jerry. Yeah, Jerry's a nice 42:57
name. Okay, so we have uh texting, 42:59
chatting, texting, ma, Aaron, Aaron, 43:03
Rihanna, Vic, texting. I I used to 43:06
rollerblade a lot, but I couldn't do ice 43:09
skates. I couldn't even stand up. No, I 43:10
just I just don't even try. Typing, too. 43:12
Yes, we could use typing here. Uh 43:15
texting from Diana. Talking through 43:18
text. Very good, Aaron. Yeah. So all of 43:20
these communicating as well, chatting, 43:23
texting, talking, reading. Yeah, reading 43:26
as well. 43:28
Very good. Stab worthy. You have to be 43:30
careful. They they all get blocked by 43:34
YouTube. If you say anything sexy, it 43:36
gets blocked. Uh I can only see it for a 43:38
second. Scrolling. Um yeah, scrolling me 43:40
at the moment. Yeah, we're all doing 43:44
that at the moment, aren't we? Uh 43:45
replying also. Well done. Chatting. 43:47
Yeah, well done. Well done everybody. 43:49
Everyone did great. So yeah, I I'm still 43:52
thinking about the the roller blades and 43:55
the skating. Not good. 43:57
Okay. 44:00
What's going on here? Reading. Yeah. 44:01
Very good. 44:04
Very good. Okay. What do we have? This 44:06
is an easy one, isn't it? 44:09
What am I going to see? 44:12
Mata. 44:15
Yes. Salsa is the form of dance, but I 44:18
don't think we say salsa as a verb. You 44:20
know, I'm dancing salsa, you know. I I'm 44:23
not salsaing. I I don't think so. Let me 44:26
check. 44:29
No, no, it's not a verb. Salsa is like 44:38
the noun, the name of this type of song. 44:42
So, flamco. Yeah, she's probably she's 44:44
but she's dancing, isn't she? Dancing uh 44:47
salsa dancing. Yes, that's as close as 44:50
we can get. Aaron, well done. So, 44:52
dancing matism with salt. And then we 44:54
have lots of salsa flamingo. Uh but 44:57
yeah, salsa dancing. Yeah, great. Diana 44:59
dancing. Lol. Then fine dancing. 45:03
Yeah, she's salsa dancing. That's that's 45:07
the as close as we can get. Okay, next. 45:09
something a little bit different away 45:12
from human actions and animal actions. 45:14
What is happening here? 45:17
Probably one of the greatest spectacle 45:20
man-made spectacles. What we call that 45:22
her gown is in that shape. Um, ruffles I 45:24
think when they have these kind of 45:30
things. They're ruffles maybe. 45:31
Skyrocketing. That's a good one, Jerry. 45:34
I didn't even think of that one. So, I 45:36
suppose yeah, it is skyrocketing, isn't 45:37
it? Rocket launching from MACTA. Rian 45:40
van Vic is saying launching staby 45:43
launching Aaron launching racing. Maybe 45:45
in the future we'll have some space 45:49
racing spending money. Yes, very very 45:51
expensive, isn't it? Uh Elon Musking, 45:54
would that be a verb? But yeah, 45:58
launching was what I'm looking here. But 46:00
we had a great one there from MTA. 46:01
Rocket launching skyrocketing from 46:03
Jerry. Yeah, flying. Yeah, it is flying, 46:05
isn't it? Flying upwards. Well done. 46:08
Well done, everybody. So, we're down to 46:10
two more, I think. 46:13
Something I've never really done. I went 46:16
to a festival once and I did this. Um, 46:18
but I've never done it. I would love to 46:21
go to the countryside on a date for the 46:22
weekend with a nice dog and do that. 46:26
Going to uncle home in future. 46:30
Yes, exactly. Going to the moon to visit 46:33
your your relatives. Um, Jerry's in with 46:35
camping. Matthew is in with camping. 46:38
Starbrite is in with tenting. Yeah, 46:41
tenting is an unusual one, but that is 46:42
another one. Aaron's in with camping. 46:44
Diana camping. Camping. Something I 46:46
hate. Yeah, some people really don't 46:49
like camping. Rian van Vic. Uh, yeah. 46:51
What is a gerand? So, gerand is the 46:54
continuous form of a verb. It's the ing. 46:56
So, we can see here people are saying 46:59
camping. You know, uh, I camp at the 47:01
weekend. I went camping at the weekend. 47:04
So, it's something like we use the we 47:07
transform the verb into something like a 47:10
noun with using the ing 47:12
relaxing in the tent. Yeah. Very good. 47:15
Great. Homeless. Yes. But not a verb. 47:18
Stab worthy. Um I don't that's 47:21
is there any way you could say 47:25
I can't think of any verb which we might 47:28
associate. I'm sure there probably is. 47:30
Um, 47:33
very intimate inside those tents. I tell 47:34
you Jerry 47:36
Jerry's feeling something today. Stab 47:39
worthy. That's cold. Um, Diana Diana 47:42
likes camping. Very good. Diana, when 47:46
was the last time you went camping? 47:48
Camping is cool unless you face wild 47:50
animal and insects like bear or 47:52
mosquitoes. But if you come to Ireland, 47:53
we don't have any bears and we have very 47:55
few mosquitoes. So, you're pretty good. 47:57
Roid S, you teach English? Yeah, we're 48:00
doing Jiren's. We're doing English. And 48:02
yeah, on my channel, I just posted a new 48:04
video yesterday. Um Oh, no, it's it's 48:07
coming today. It was out yesterday for 48:09
uh student members. It's out today, I 48:11
think, at 5 5:30 maybe. Um relaxing. 48:13
Yeah, cold in the tent. Yeah, maybe. 48:17
Shivering. Shivering. Freezing in the 48:20
tent. Cold as in mean. Oh, yeah. There 48:22
that was. 48:26
Okay, so we're down to our last one. 48:28
Okay. 48:30
What is this guy doing? I could be doing 48:32
this now. 48:35
Two years ago you were camping. Okay. 48:40
Okay. I'd love to try it. Relaxing and 48:43
breeze. Breeze during camping. Yeah. 48:45
Nice breezy summer's day. So, let's Our 48:48
answer now is So, we have Mata, Jerry, 48:52
Rianne is in with stretching. Very good. 48:56
Catting. I don't think so. I don't think 49:00
so. Diane is also in with stretching. 49:03
Yes. Um, Roit is a security guard and 49:06
you're starting out with your English. 49:10
So, welcome Roit. You're very welcome. 49:12
Welcome to the community. Make sure to 49:15
subscribe and hit the notification bell 49:17
and you get notified when I go live and 49:19
just keep listening, you know. So, yeah, 49:22
we have this guy is stretching, isn't 49:24
he? 49:27
And also this is something that we do 49:29
before we exercise. We're supposed to do 49:31
it before we exercise. But yeah, 49:33
stretching. 49:35
Stretching. So well done everybody. That 49:37
was really a lot of fun. Uh God bless 49:40
you in the name Roit. Uh Padulation. 49:43
Pandulation. 49:49
I have to Google that. 49:51
Pandulation. 49:54
Ponticulation 49:58
is the act of yawning and stretching, 50:00
especially upon waking, which is a 50:01
natural reflex in humans and other 50:03
animals that help reset the nervous 50:05
system and wake up muscle muscles after 50:07
a period of activity. That is amazing. I 50:10
never heard that word before. Amazing. 50:13
Thank you, Aaron. 50:16
Uh, Star, we went camping with another 50:18
family and their dad got stung by a bee 50:20
inside his throat because a bee crawled 50:22
into his soda can. I slept in the van 50:23
that night and I never camping again. 50:25
What happened? Did he have to go to 50:28
hospital? Oh. Uh, what time will we 50:29
finish our lesson today? I'm hoping to 50:32
be on for about another 40 minutes, 50:34
Diana. Probably be out of another four. 50:36
We're going to move on to our next topic 50:38
now. Era Valdo says, "Hi." Hello, 50:39
Irvaldo. What country? I am from 50:42
Ireland. This is my Irish flag. I'm in 50:45
Dublin at the moment. Easy peasy words 50:48
for medical students to know like 50:50
pandiculation. 50:52
Yeah sir, I not understand you say. 50:54
Okay, maybe go back and watch one of my 50:58
previous lives. There is subtitles with 51:00
those. Okay, so what we're moving on to 51:02
next, we're no more quiz. We're going to 51:05
have a chat about me. And I was talking 51:07
yesterday about like my job and what I 51:11
do and my company and my businesses. So, 51:14
I just thought I would show you a little 51:17
bit of the different things that I'm 51:19
working on at the moment. So, let me 51:21
scoot over. Um, I don't know what 51:24
happened to him. I hid in the van for 51:25
the rest of the camping trip. I don't 51:27
blame you. God, finally I found you. Hi, 51:28
Sue Mick. Hi. I hope you're well. So, 51:31
learning English Pro um I started it 51:35
about 51:38
um seven years ago. And the reason I 51:39
started learning English pro uh who's 51:43
the menaired woman here? I don't know. 51:45
No, keep it nice, guys. Oh, great. Yeah. 51:48
So, we're going to talk about my 51:50
business, what I do in my day-to-day, if 51:52
you have any questions about it at all. 51:54
Um, I'm going to talk you through kind 51:56
of my mini media empire that I'm trying 51:58
to build. Um, I have lots of kind of 52:02
different projects and companies. So, 52:05
this is kind of me talking about this. 52:07
We do a lot of business English on the 52:10
channel, so I just wanted to kind of 52:11
focus on my business. So, ask any 52:13
questions about the business, whether 52:16
it's English or you want to know 52:17
something what I do. Um, let me know. 52:19
Uh, 52:22
yeah, everyone keep it nice, please. 52:24
Who's that woman with the wild hair on 52:27
the side of the screen? 52:29
What screen? 52:31
Oh, this woman. Oh. 52:34
Oh. Oh, the magenta hair. Sorry, I 52:36
forgot that. Yeah, this part of the 52:39
screen for me is covered with controls 52:41
and buttons. So, I forgot that what what 52:43
that was. I thought you were asking 52:46
something about Wonder People. Okay. 52:48
What type of dogs do you prefer? I love 52:51
a Jack Russell. That's my favorite dog. 52:53
Okay. So, what do I do? Okay. This is 52:56
Hi, Sander Narwhal. You're very welcome. 53:00
So, this is kind of my world. Just a 53:02
little bit of it at the moment. Okay. 53:05
So, I have this channel, Learning 53:07
English Pro, uh that I started seven 53:09
years ago. Um, pretty much seven years 53:12
ago. Yeah, pretty much to the date. Um, 53:16
first 30th uh 31st of 30th of September, 53:18
I think I I launched. So, learning 53:21
English Pro, it started really just as a 53:24
hobby. Um, I really wanted to have some 53:26
passive income. Um, me and my partner at 53:28
the time were really focused on passive 53:31
income and that was our big buzzword. 53:33
Um, so this was a nice project and but I 53:36
really did have high hopes, you know, 53:40
for it. Um, and it has reached the 53:42
potential really that I hoped for, but 53:45
it is a great and interesting thing to 53:47
do. I've done about 400 videos on 53:50
everything you can think of. Um, and 53:53
what YouTube really wants, uh, you know, 53:56
their creators to be is a 360 creator. 53:59
So, if you look at my channel, I do long 54:03
form videos, I do shorts, I do podcast, 54:05
I have a podcast up, I have uh I do 54:10
post, I post every day on the community, 54:13
I have memberships and I have a YouTube 54:16
store and soon I will put together a 54:19
course on my channel. So I have hit 54:22
every single tab that is kind of 54:25
required of me to be a creator and I 54:28
constantly um focused on publishing in 54:31
each of those tabs. Membership community 54:35
the podcast I did 10 episodes. I might 54:38
do another one. But trying to be a full 54:42
creator all the time is quite tricky. 54:44
you know, you're constantly trying to 54:47
review what you've done, what works, 54:48
repeat what you've done, but do it a 54:52
little bit differently. You know, it can 54:54
be very frustrating. For the first few 54:56
years, you know, the channel really 54:58
didn't go anywhere. It wasn't until I 55:00
started doing medical English and more 55:02
professional English that the channel 55:04
really took off, you know. Um, kind of 55:06
this time last year, uh, I was I had 55:09
just finished the job. So last year I 55:12
was working in an optitionians and I did 55:14
some medical videos and they just did 55:17
really really well to a point where I 55:19
was able to save enough money um to be 55:21
like okay I have enough put aside. Let's 55:24
take a chance. So I quit my job. I did a 55:27
um sorry I see your messages there but I 55:31
I'll read them in a second. Um, 55:34
so I was able then to, you know, I had 55:37
the money and I did a course. I became a 55:40
fully trained English teacher. I was a 55:43
trained English teacher before, but I 55:45
really focused on I wanted to upgrade 55:47
what my skills as a teacher and how I'm 55:49
able to communicate and really just give 55:52
myself um a little bit more confidence, 55:54
you know, and been able to talk about it 55:58
and stuff, you know. Um, so yeah. And 55:59
then 56:02
uh so I've been doing that and then like 56:04
November last year I launched my 56:06
memberships. So I have three tiers of 56:08
membership. I have this the membership 56:11
tier the the fan tier that gives you 56:13
that's $1.99 a month and that gives you 56:16
access to 300 of my membersonly videos. 56:19
Okay. The next tier is the student 56:22
membership and that's kind of my main my 56:25
main grading train that would entail 56:28
having 56:31
um PDF guides for my members for my 56:32
student members with each new lesson 56:36
that comes out. And if you join then you 56:39
also get access to all the whole library 56:41
plus a few more other things. So that's 56:44
actually been quite profitable. It's 56:47
probably about 25% of my income on 56:48
YouTube at the moment and I've just hit 56:51
100 members as well, which took almost a 56:54
year. Um, but it has been quite 56:58
successful for me. Um, and it has helped 57:01
me grow my income on YouTube. Um, what 57:04
the latest kind of thing is is lives, 57:08
these lives. And it's very very it's a 57:10
lot of work. I'm doing these six times a 57:14
week and you know it's up and it's down. 57:16
Initially it was going very well. I was 57:20
getting up to 900 views and now it's 57:22
kind of plateaued back down to 5 600 57:25
views per live. I'm trying really 57:28
everything 57:31
I can to make the lives more engaging. 57:33
And I do have a fantastic core group of 57:36
viewers uh who are really supportive. 57:38
They're here every day. It's wonderful. 57:41
And that's really the driving force. I 57:44
really enjoy coming on and talking to 57:46
Stabworthy, to Aaron, um to Rian Van 57:49
Vic. I'm just looking at the name. 57:53
Diana, um uh Sumik, all you guys, it's 57:54
wonderful. Really, really touching. So, 57:59
I do want it's a lot of work for J. 58:02
Everyone hit like and subscribe. Thanks, 58:04
Stabworthy. Yeah, it is an awful lot of 58:05
work. Um so, I really want the lives to 58:07
do really well. You know, I've seen 58:10
other, you know, creators who have had 58:12
30,000 people watching them live. Now, I 58:15
don't know how I could cope with 30,000 58:18
people watching me, but, you know, I 58:21
think what I'm doing is good enough to 58:23
get a few more couple of hundred people 58:25
watching at least, you know. So, it is 58:28
it's hard. You know, you're I I spend 58:31
about an hour every day preparing all of 58:34
these slides, making sure everything's 58:37
interesting. I change the graphics. I 58:39
change the metadata. And that's across 58:41
the the videos as well. Like I do 58:44
shorts, videos, lives. So, you're 58:47
constantly trying to engage with the 58:50
algorithm, make yourself interesting, 58:52
and sell yourself. So, yeah, 30,000 58:55
people all typing. Can you imagine 58:58
30,000 people answering the questions? 59:00
That's like, how would I cope? Uh, 59:01
what's happening today? Hello. Hello, 59:04
Aurora. Well, you missed the quiz. I was 59:06
a I started earlier today and now we're 59:08
just talking about me and my work and 59:10
what I do and being a creator. So, do 59:13
you have any questions about a creator? 59:16
I'm not going to share any information 59:18
about how much money I make. That's 59:20
private. I'm sorry. Um, it's a small 59:22
amount. It's not a huge amount, but it's 59:25
a nice little chunk. It's probably about 59:27
20% of my income at the moment, 59:32
you know. But it's growing. It's 59:35
growing. So, anyone have any questions 59:37
for me about being a creator? Let me 59:40
know. So, the other part of being um a 59:41
360 creator is the store. So, I have 59:44
um my Shopify store and that is linked 59:49
to my YouTube store and I sell the 59:52
guides. So, if you are not part of the 59:56
student membership, you can buy each 59:57
guide in the store. So, that's nice and 59:59
that really has been growing very nicely 00:02
for me. uh you know income-wise 00:05
it started to maybe get like five sales 00:08
a month and now I'm pretty much getting 00:11
a sale every day. 00:12
It's really nice and what's best about 00:15
it is that when you get sale you get a 00:17
ching notification on your phone so it's 00:19
really nice. Um yeah and so that has and 00:22
then having the Shopify store has 00:27
allowed me other business opportunities. 00:29
I'm going to launch in the next week a 00:31
new design business where I will sell my 00:34
designs. Um sell like the digital images 00:37
of the designs. So if you go to my 00:40
store, you'll be able to buy designs. If 00:43
you want to have make t-shirt or a mug, 00:45
you'll be able to buy my own designs, 00:49
which is kind of like a dream come true 00:52
really. Can we get a giveaway of your 00:54
books? You know, I think probably what 00:56
I'll do is I will start giving away them 00:59
um in the chat during the lives. I have 01:02
wanted to give you guys one or two um 01:06
one or two that I've previously made 01:10
just to kind of show you as an example. 01:12
Uh you have to buy it, but I don't mind 01:14
giving out samples. There's no problem. 01:17
No, it's okay. I will maybe next week I 01:19
will put um put a few into the chat. 01:22
Just, you know, there's no harm. Some of 01:25
them are a couple of pages, some of them 01:27
are 50, 60, 70, 80 pages. Um, but I'm 01:28
pretty much publishing one a week. I'm 01:32
publishing one little book guide a week. 01:34
So, yeah. So, kindly, no problem. I'm 01:36
very happy to share. Um, and if it gets 01:39
you interested and maybe someone will 01:42
want to buy the membership, all the 01:44
better. So, yeah. Uh, so that's pretty 01:46
much YouTube. My other kind of social 01:48
media is uh Minecraft. And this is my 01:51
handle on Minecraft, ProCraft Mining, 01:55
uh, on Tik Tok. I don't really publish 01:59
there anymore, but I do have a Tik Tok 02:02
shop. So, that's also another source of 02:04
income. Okay. Now, you were all asking 02:07
about this lady. Uh, this lady is called 02:09
Spark. She is a K-pop star, but I'll get 02:13
to her in a moment. Are you from 02:17
Ireland? Yes, I am. Here we go. Ireland 02:18
up here. So, um, a couple of months ago, 02:22
um, I was talking to my cousin and she 02:27
is kind of involved in making 02:32
merchandise and all that kind of thing. 02:33
Good evening, Karan Kumar. Uh, 02:35
oh, I think the first one is Niger, 02:40
Niger, and then the second one is 02:43
Ireland with the flags. I think they're 02:45
in version of each other. So, are you 02:46
going to teach English while playing 02:48
Minecraft? Um, no. No, no. These are 02:49
just This is literally just Minecraft, 02:53
you know? I do like tutorials and things 02:56
like that. I I like how one business 02:58
idea flows from the other. Yes, exactly. 03:00
So, the skills that I earned with making 03:03
videos and learning English pro um I 03:05
really was I learned how to use Canva 03:08
very well, videos, you know, making all 03:10
those things. So, a couple of months 03:13
ago, I was talking to my cousin at a 03:15
funeral and I she was interested in 03:18
Canva. So, I asked her to come over to 03:21
my house and I would show her how to use 03:23
Canva. Just basic things. So, I brought 03:25
her over. I showed her what I could do 03:27
and she was really impressed. And her 03:29
husband owns is part of an owner of a 03:32
printing company, a print and packaging 03:36
company. And he asked me to do a social 03:38
media. And so I created my company, 03:41
Dawnbridge Creative. This is a name I've 03:44
always kind of wanted to have for my 03:46
company. So now I have it. I have my own 03:49
company registered, taxed, um, 03:51
everything like that. It's wonderful. 03:54
Really, really nice. And yeah, and I 03:56
will let me just have a look. Uh, Shilly 03:59
Shali, hello. Bonjour, Ricardo. Uh, uh, 04:01
I'm is so Okay. How did you learn 04:06
English by the way? Are you native? I am 04:08
native. Run. Yeah, I'm late today. 04:10
That's okay, sir. I was a YouTube 04:12
editor. Oh, very good. Very good. 04:15
Everyone just who just showed up, make 04:17
sure to hit the like button. Thank you 04:18
so much. Storthy Starbury's uh such a 04:20
great supporter. So, yeah, I so I set up 04:22
this company, Dawnbridge Creative, and I 04:25
did the social media for a few weeks for 04:29
the company, and they were so impressed 04:32
they made me the marketing manager for 04:36
the company. Um, so I am involved in 04:38
creating new brands, creative direction, 04:42
marketing, campaigns, show social media. 04:45
I created this new brand. It's called 04:49
Smushy Mugs. It's on Instagram and it's 04:51
pure vulgar 04:55
mottos, Irishness on a mug. Uh, that's 04:58
one brand. I created this for my cousin 05:01
as a little gift h for helping me get 05:04
started. I'm also working on a K-pop 05:06
band at the moment that will function 05:08
through Instagram as its own brand and 05:10
its own kind of merchandise. It mightn't 05:12
make any sense, but it's a good thing. 05:14
Uh, it's your company. Yeah, this is my 05:16
company, Donbridge Creative. So, 05:18
Learning English Pro is now, you know, 05:20
part of Dawnbridge Creative. It's a 05:23
production of um, it's a production of 05:25
Dawnbridge Creative. So I have 05:29
Dawnbridge Creative Production, 05:31
Donbridge Creative Publishing, Donbridge 05:33
Creative Marketing. So I have lots of 05:35
different divisions that I I operate in. 05:37
So the key thing here is that I have 05:41
lots of different income streams. I 05:44
don't have all my eggs in one basket. So 05:47
I work this is my anchor client. I have 05:49
So I really only have one client and 05:52
that's business print. That's my anchor 05:55
client. That's what we would call it. 05:57
and from business print and with my 05:59
cousin who has her own little business, 06:01
I do lots of branding, merchandising, 06:03
designing. Um, I'm working on videos at 06:05
the moment. And if you want to see, I 06:08
think I have an image of it. Um, let me 06:11
see. Oh, I do. Hang on. This is a 06:14
current ad that is is up at the moment 06:17
of on Instagram. You can see it's 06:20
Business Print Limited. And this ad is 06:23
running at the moment for custom uh 06:27
bags. So, we're selling uh bags. I 06:29
designed all the bags in the video. So, 06:33
if you go on to the video, you'll see 06:36
I've I've actually been the one to 06:38
design the whole thing. So, that ad um 06:40
it's filmed. I filmed it. I edit it. I 06:43
did the whole video, added in all the 06:46
graphics, I presented it. It's me in the 06:48
video. And I have put it on Instagram. 06:50
and the company has paid money to boost 06:54
it. So already it's working very well. 06:57
Getting lots of queries. Even as I'm 07:00
talking to you, I can see queries coming 07:02
up on my Instagram. So that's what I 07:04
have to get to. Yeah. So um it's it's 07:07
just really a a great personally a great 07:09
thing for me. Um I'm starting 07:12
maybe two or three more businesses in 07:15
the next while. So it's been really fun. 07:17
So let me just get back to your thing. 07:20
Um, 07:23
thank you very much, Vindesh. 07:24
Congratulations. Thank you, Aura. Thank 07:26
you, Rian Vanvik. Thank you, Karan. 07:28
Thank you, Aura. Totally giving 07:30
up her vibes. Uh, Ricardo Shilly Shadow, 07:33
that's awesome. Staborthy. What's up 07:37
with the little cube logo? Which one? 07:38
Where's the little cube? 07:41
Which one? The little cube. Are there 07:43
Are there three kites? Where? 07:46
Which one? This is Dawn Bridge. I don't 07:50
know what you're asking me. Um, 07:53
multi-talented. I try to be. That's a 07:55
lot of work, but worth it. Yeah, it 07:57
really is. Sometimes I'm up till 3:00 in 07:59
the morning. The other day I was up till 08:01
5 a.m. Um, thanks for sharing. No 08:03
problem. I'm delighted to be able to 08:06
share my life with you, and it's just 08:08
interesting. I know I'm a bit unusual in 08:09
the things I do, but um, yeah, I love 08:12
it. I really love it, and you guys are 08:14
such a big part of that every day. So, 08:16
it doesn't matter if I get I don't get 08:18
thousands of views. Um, it's just great 08:20
to come on and chat with you guys. Uh, 08:22
Vindesh, I'm lazy. Well, 08:25
I'm lazy sometimes, too, but usually I 08:28
can't help myself. The yellow the 08:31
yellow, blue, pink cube next to the word 08:33
business. Oh, that's just their logo. 08:35
That's just the business print logo. 08:37
That's their lo It's their new logo, 08:39
actually. So, that's just the logo. Um 08:41
uh I also have experience with 08:45
sublimation machines and screen 08:46
printing. Yes. Uh Ron, uh that is a big 08:48
part of my life now. Sublimation, DTFS, 08:51
all of that. May your business peak this 08:54
winter. Thank you so much. Yeah, 08:56
Christmas. I've done lots of Christmas 08:58
work. Uh are they three kites? No, 08:59
they're kind of like three. They do look 09:01
like three kites. It's just supposed to 09:04
be a box. Really? A 3D box. I think 09:06
they're supposed to be more leaf like 09:09
leaf structure um to symbolize the 09:10
sustainability of them. Uh you're a 09:13
workaholic. That's amazing. Thank you, 09:16
Karan. Will waiting for your next week. 09:17
Thank you. Thank you for your time. 09:20
Thank you so much. Yeah. So, I'm back on 09:21
Monday. Um I'm going to take a few days 09:23
off and I'm back on Monday. If I can, 09:26
I might be on on Sunday if I can. I I'm 09:30
not going to try. Eddie Hobby, are the 09:33
beer mats locally produced or imported? 09:35
Lo, everything is locally produced, 09:37
sourced, sustainable. Thanks for 09:39
checking out the beer mats, Eddie. Um, 09:42
yeah, everything is it's an Irish 09:44
company. Um, and they're really, really 09:46
good. Loads of innovation. If you check 09:49
out Business Print Limited, 09:51
um, give it give me a follow on 09:54
Instagram. Um, that's the handle 09:56
and you'll see me you'll see my cousin 10:02
Ora uh who's what like such a good 10:04
friend. Um, yeah. Thank you so much. 10:07
Yeah. Yeah. So, thanks so much. I just 10:10
thought I'd share a little bit with you 10:12
today. Like there's so many other things 10:14
that I work on. This is just a very 10:16
small sample. Um, I'm do Christmas 10:18
merchandise. 10:21
Um, 10:23
I'm doing video for a 10:25
um makeup brand at the moment. I'm 10:29
creating lots of new brands. So, thank 10:32
you so much, Stabworthy. Thank you so 10:34
much for being proud of me. Thank you. 10:36
Uh, it's so nice. You know, I I have had 10:38
you some of you may have listened. Um, 10:40
I've had a difficult I've had a 10:42
difficult life and um, it's just great 10:44
to be able to turn everything around and 10:47
be happy and not really, you know, I can 10:50
create my own happiness. I don't need 10:54
anybody else. It all comes from within. 10:56
Hi, Irish Breakfast. Hello to you. Um, 10:58
but yeah, thank you all so much and 11:01
thank you all. I I keep saying it, but 11:03
thank you so much. It's so nice to have 11:05
you here and have you all be a part of 11:06
my day. Cheers. It's awesome to see 11:08
someone passionate about their work. 11:10
Yeah, I just love it. Like I don't 11:12
really watch TV anymore. I just create. 11:14
I just design. You know, sometimes it's 11:16
hard to get away from, but the next 3 11:18
days I just want to sit on the couch, 11:20
watch TV, and play Xbox. That's really 11:24
all I want to do. I'll run my own 11:27
company one day. Yeah, you should. You 11:30
should. It's it's it's much easier than 11:32
you think. U please do share these kinds 11:34
of personal wins. These are very 11:36
helpful. Thank you, Eddie. Yeah, it's 11:37
just, you know, it's nice. It's I know I 11:40
have an unusual life. I'm a YouTube 11:42
creator. 11:44
Um, but it's it's great. It's great. 11:46
Audio is static. What games do you play? 11:49
Sorry about the audio today. I do have 11:51
my my headphones, but we had a a a sound 11:53
problem. So, I'm sorry if I'm staticky. 11:57
Um, there are so many things to learn 12:00
from you apart from learning English. 12:02
Yeah. like I'm like I want to develop 12:03
not just the English side, but you know, 12:05
I'm happy to be here and talk and give 12:07
advice and tell you what I think um 12:09
about things. So yeah, like I I I like 12:12
to think I'm wise. I've probably made 12:15
every mistake a person can make um 10 12:19
times over. Um and I think only a fool 12:22
you have to learn from your mistakes. So 12:26
if you have any want some advice, I'm 12:28
always happy. I'm unqualified though. 12:30
Uh, yes sir. For that I will have to do 12:33
a lot of things but I will. Yeah. Be 12:34
your own boss. It's great. It's great. 12:37
What games do you play? Sorry. What 12:40
games do I play? I play Minecraft. That 12:41
is ProCraft Mining on Tik Tok. Um, that 12:44
is my main, but I really don't publish 12:49
too much anymore. I do have a Tik Tok 12:51
shop, but I generally just um Minecraft 12:53
is for me. It's not really for anyone 12:57
else. I personally never made a mistake. 12:59
never made anything absolutely you know 13:01
and you say you hear parents saying I 13:04
don't want anything to happen to my 13:06
child but things have to happen bad 13:07
things have to happen it's part of life 13:10
uh we have to make mistakes the Chinese 13:13
say to become a master of anything you 13:15
have to make a thousand mistakes so god 13:18
I am like a master of like 20 different 13:20
things 13:22
but the most important thing regardless 13:24
of everything no matter what if you're 13:27
doing English, you're starting your 13:30
business, you put yourself first before 13:32
anybody. And I know if you have kids, 13:35
this might be different. Obviously, the 13:38
kids have to come first. But generally 13:39
in life, you put yourself first over 13:42
your mother, your father, your cousins, 13:46
your best friend, your lover, your 13:48
partner. You come first. What you want, 13:50
what you desire is really, really 13:53
important. Obviously, be kind. Kindness 13:56
is so so important that you really have 13:58
to think of yourself first. Once you can 14:02
take care of yourself, you can start to 14:04
help other people. You know, we have the 14:06
analogy in the plane, you know, when the 14:09
oxygen mask comes down. 14:11
You don't put the oxygen mask, you put 14:14
the oxygen mask on yourself first and 14:15
then you help others. Okay, that's a 14:18
great analogy for life. Uh, could you 14:21
please make a dedicated lesson for 14:23
spoken English? I do have over 450 14:25
videos on the channel about spoken 14:28
English. So definitely check out my 14:31
latest one uh how to sound more 14:33
professional medical. 14:35
But yeah, like let me know topics. I 14:37
mean saying medical I mean what type of 14:39
topics do you want me to do? Do you ever 14:41
play on console like Battlefield 1 back? 14:43
I did play Battlefield very long time 14:46
ago like maybe X Xbox 360 maybe. Uh good 14:48
advice. Yeah, Riad, you put yourself 14:54
first. I keep my parents as my priority 14:56
before myself. That's good. That's good. 14:59
But, you know, your parents always won't 15:01
be around. You know, death is part of 15:03
life. And it's, you know, it makes life 15:06
so important. So, when your parents 15:09
aren't, if you put your parents first 15:11
all the time and then, you know, you 15:13
don't really put much effort into your 15:15
own life and your parents pass away, 15:17
what happens to you? Who's going to take 15:20
care of you? You know, that's that's 15:22
what that's the way I think. Yes, I love 15:24
my parents. I live with my parents. I 15:26
hug my mother every day. I tell her I 15:29
love her. My dad is great. Really funny 15:31
character. But I still have to put 15:34
myself first. Culturally, it's very 15:36
different in Southeast Asia. Family 15:38
comes first. Yeah, I understand that. I 15:40
do understand that. Have you had your 15:42
tea? I think my tea is cold. I kind of 15:44
forgot about it. Um, how did you live in 15:47
Southeast Asia? Am I making people 15:51
upset? 15:53
You know, um it's just a fact. 15:55
[Applause] 15:58
Uh how old are your patients? I think 16:00
you mean my parents. My parents are in 16:03
their 70s and they they're doing well 16:04
for their age. They're good spirits. 16:06
They're doing very well. So, really good 16:08
people. 16:12
Sarah, I actually work in an MNC 16:15
company. though everywhere we speak in 16:17
English only so sometimes it's difficult 16:18
for me to understand those people that's 16:20
an MMC company 16:22
patients 16:25
I don't have any patience just parents 16:29
hopefully they won't be patient 16:32
so anyone else have any more questions 16:35
before I wrap up today not very many 16:38
people on but that's okay 16:40
and the AI told me that it takes about 16:44
six weeks 16:46
for lives to really kick off. So, we'll 16:47
wait and see what happens. A 16:50
multinational company like Google. Oh, 16:51
okay. So, you work in a multinational 16:53
company, so where everyone's speaking 16:56
English only. So, sometimes it's 16:57
difficult. Yeah, that's that's 16:59
understandable. You're going to have 17:00
lots of accents there, aren't you? Um, 17:01
will the audio be fixed? Hopefully. Yes, 17:04
the audio will be back next time. I'm so 17:06
sorry. Thank you all for staying with 17:08
me. And um yeah, multinational company. 17:10
I work in Amazon. Ooh, very nice. Karan, 17:12
how long have you been doing live 17:17
streams? Only in the last two 3 months. 17:18
I'm repairing my flat in the same time. 17:23
Oh, good. Good for you, Diana. Uh, 17:25
remodeling maybe our verb from earlier. 17:28
Um, yeah, live streams for 3 months. 17:31
Well, I did I started a program at 17:34
YouTube. I'm in the creator collective, 17:36
so I'm kind of included in things. and 17:39
we did a course on how to do lives um 17:41
live streams. 17:45
I assumed you've been doing it for 17:47
years. You're so good at it. Thank you. 17:48
Um it took it took me a little while, 17:51
but I'm just comfortable doing it now. 17:54
You know, it just feels like talking to 17:56
friends, which if really I hope so. 17:57
Okay, that's about it for today. Thank 18:01
you so much. I'm going to enjoy my few 18:04
days off. I hope I can join you on 18:06
Sunday, but I can't guarantee it. I'll 18:08
see how I feel. And yeah, thank you all 18:11
for a lovely week. It's been lovely. Um, 18:14
I really feel that we're building a nice 18:16
little community here and it's actually 18:19
quite meaningful to me. So, I never 18:21
thought I would be like that, you know. 18:24
It's like, you know, really, but it is. 18:25
It really is. It's lovely. So, I'm going 18:30
to chill out for the rest of the day. I 18:32
have some packing to do. Um, I've done 18:34
my shopping. Um, so thanks Jar. Thank 18:37
you so much Rianne. Thank you. You're so 18:40
kind. And again, thank you so much for 18:42
your comment on the on the live 18:44
yesterday. It was very meaningful and 18:46
really made me smile. I'm a backend 18:47
developer. So let let me know if you 18:50
need any help along the way. We'll try 18:53
to help you out. Great. Thank you so 18:54
much, Eddie. Um Eddie is one of my 18:57
members, a very generous uh contributor 18:59
to the channel and now one of one of my 19:02
moderators. So, thank you so much Eddie 19:04
for all your contribution to the 19:07
community. Really valued member as you 19:08
all are. Um I sometimes I think of the 19:11
day I wonder how many I should count how 19:14
many of of you you are there's about 30 19:16
35 of you who are my special people. 19:19
Good night Karan. Thank you so much. And 19:22
yeah, that's it everybody. I'll be back 19:25
definitely on Monday. Back at 4. 3:00 19:28
experiment was not successful, I don't 19:32
think. 19:35
But we'll just keep trying. But I kind 19:36
of I really don't want to have I kind of 19:39
need to have thousands of of viewers on 19:40
these lives, but I kind of don't want 19:42
them either. Shh, don't tell anybody. 19:44
Um, so yeah, thank you all. Um, from 19:47
Brazil to New Jersey to India to 19:51
Southeast Asia to Australia to the 19:54
Pacific, all around Europe. Do we have 19:57
anyone in Africa? I don't think we've 20:00
had anyone from Africa yet, but 20:02
my heart is with you all all around the 20:05
world. Thank you all for making my days 20:08
so lovely. And you know, it's nice just 20:10
to calm down for an hour or two. I was a 20:12
little bit stressed yesterday after the 20:14
live. I don't know why. I think I was a 20:16
bit emotional. Um, but it's just so 20:17
lovely. And this hour or two helps me 20:20
just calm myself and not work too much. 20:22
So, thank you, Diana. Thank you. Um, are 20:26
you not going to continue? Oh, no. I'm 20:29
I'm going to teach. I'm teaching. 20:31
Learning English pro will always be it's 20:32
my pension. So, thank you Diana. Hello 20:36
to you Moscow and by 20:39
uh in Russia. Yeah. So, Russia as well. 20:42
Yeah, of course. Uh so, from Brazil to 20:45
New Jersey to Russia to India to 20:48
Southeast Asia to Africa, Australia 20:50
maybe. Bye. Okay, everyone. Thank you so 20:52
much. Fantastic as always. Love you all. 20:56
Have a great weekend. Might see you 20:59
Sunday, but I'll definitely see you 21:01
Monday. Take care everyone. Thanks for 21:04
everyone. Thanks Aurora. Take care. Bye 21:06
everyone. Bye Staborthy. Bye to you New 21:09
Jersey. Bye everyone. Going now. 21:11

good quiz as I said a little bit earlier
today. So maybe I'll see some people I
haven't met before. Um but yeah, I
usually have lots and lots of people in
the chat. So make sure if you're new to
the channel just jump in and say hi. Hi
Paul. Speakology English learning. Hi,
welcome to the channel. Hi Paul. I hope
you're well. Thanks for coming back. And
as you can see, you might see in the
chat someone I've just had a new member
join. Um, so delighted with that.
Welcome to the channel, Toad Ding Kim.
Uh, coming in at the fan tier. Uh, I
have two tiers of membership. Uh, this
is fan tier and student membership.
Student membership gets you the videos
and the PDF guides. So, well worth it.
How's everyone doing today? I was
working today. Busy, busy, busy. Uh,
we're doing a quiz and then we are going
to talk a little bit about kind of me as
a creator. um what I do and how it all
started and kind of my business now and
what I do. So yeah, if you're
interested, stick around. That will be
after the quiz. Uh we're doing ing
today, Jiren's uh a little bit of
grammar. So I'll wait for a few more
people to come on and then we'll dive
into our quiz. So let me know how your
day is going. I'm just charging my phone
right now because um battery is low. was
I'm doing this earlier than usual, so I
don't really expect many people to jump
on, but we'll see what happens in the
next few minutes. And yeah, so um if you
this is your first time with the
channel, Paul, I know if you're still
watching, um that you've been here for a
couple of times, we do a quiz most days
of the week, uh about 3 or 4:00, usually
4:00. I'm a little bit earlier today, so
apologies to my usuals, uh, my usual
community if I'm a little bit too early.
I did warn yesterday, but jump onto the
chat and say hi. Hi, Aaron. It's my
first time in your live. Hi Aaron,
thanks for joining. I do have another
Aaron that jumps on occasionally, but
I'm delighted to have you here. You're
very welcome. Like done. Thank you very
much. I must like the video myself,
actually. Like, I think there's an
option to hype up the video as well. So,
if you can hype up the video, if you
have hype points, please do that. That
will help uh the channel a lot. So,
yeah, joining today. We have a couple of
more people now. We'll wait for a few
more people to jump on and then we'll
start our quiz. We're doing English
grammar today. Um I'm going to make it
fun. We're going to do verbs and the
ing. Hi, Stopworthy. It is the famous
chair from Learning English Pro. Hello
to you. How are you? How's Beefy Dog?
Your famous dog. Hope your lives are
going well. And yeah, all is well. Doing
a little bit of a quiz today, some
grammar, uh some verbs. I have I don't
have my headphones in yet because my
battery is low, but once it builds up
another few percent, I will uh put them
in so you can hear me a lot better. I
hope the sound isn't too bad at the
moment. And yeah, I'm just getting ready
for my trip. All is well. And yeah,
Aaron's letting us know. Today I learned
about a new award. It's called a
mythical creature named a chup koopakra.
Koopabra. Koopabra. I think that's what
it is. I think that's like a Mexican
maybe Central American animal.
Stabworthy might be able to help there.
Koopabra.
Koopabra. It's like a rodent, isn't it?
It's like a big beaver or something. I'm
sure Stabworthy will be in with an
explanation um that we don't have
Koopa's here on our shores. It's like a
skinw walker.
Oh, like the the mythological one, is
it? I don't know. I like saying bye
everyone and going off to my English
class. Oh, you're very fancy with your
English class. I'm delighted to have you
here. Few more people on jumping in now.
This is your first time with the
channel. I'm a little bit on on a little
bit earlier today just to see how it
goes. And I have a busy evening. I'm
usually on a bit a little bit later. So,
if this is your first time with the
channel, you're very welcome. My name is
J and we're learning English today.
We're going to do some quizzing on
grammar and stuff like that. And then
later on I'm going to talk a little bit.
I did some yesterday talking about kind
of my business and YouTube and things
like that. So stick around until the end
and I'll be talking for a few minutes
about being a content creator, the
businesses I have, my contracts, what I
do, little interesting stuff. So
stability, thank you so much. Koopa
Cappra is a mythological creature from
Mexican folk folklore. Sort of a mix
between a coyote and a rooster. Whoa. I
remember I played Red Dead Redemption
and finding the Koopa Kappa was one of
the one of the kind of missions I think.
Do you play Roblox or only Minecraft? I
only play Minecraft really. Um that's
really all I do. I'm a real mcrafter. I
was watching Wednesday one one of them
said you're more noisy than equippers.
Is that when I was singing? Probably
when singing. Yeah. Let me just check my
battery. Let me see. Okay. One or two
more%. And I'll put in the headphones so
everyone can hear me properly. So, we're
doing the quiz today. Grammar Garens's
ing endings. I want you to guess the
verb. I'm going to show you the picture
and I want you to guess the verb in the
chat with the ing ending. So, what is a
garand? It's when we have an ing
on something and it acts more the verb
acts more like a noun. So you know later
on you might see someone um having a
swim. So what is the the gar there?
Swimming ing. So I want you to have a
look at the verb and then write the gar
form the ing form in the chat. Now
sounds pretty simple. There will be a
few difficult ones in here. Few ones I
think you might struggle with. But yeah,
we get going everyone. Let's let's start
my camera back. Hello. Hello. I'm just
going to pop in my headphones so you can
hear me a bit better. Uh battery is
charged.
So,
my grammar is fragile as a fall leaf.
Well, we're going to we're going to
boost that now, Aaron, with this.
So, let's get started.
See what
I just said.
So, give me the verb for what's
happening here. Someone is in their
backyard, aren't they? They are
the flowers. fixing the flowers. We
might be putting the flowers in tidy ups
for that.
But maybe you see something else
happening and you have another verb that
you want to use. So jump into the chat
and let's see what comes up.
Can't hear you. Can everyone hear me?
Okay.
Okay. Let me If everyone can hear me.
Yeah. Jar can't hear you.
Okay. How about now? Hello. Testing.
Testing. Testing.
Can you hear me now?
Hear me now.
Will I start singing? Hello.
Is it me you're looking for?
I can see it in your eyes.
>> Really? Oh, sugar.
>> Okay, let's just do this without. Maybe
because I started without them in
excess. Your voice is super quiet. We
can barely hear you. Can you hear me
now? Is that better? I'll speak a little
bit higher. I know the sound on my phone
isn't good without the um headphones.
So, I do apologize everyone. I should
have I should have charged my phone. But
hey, I will plug in my phone now and the
charger. So, at least we will have a
full battery now. We can hear. Thank
you. Okay. Sorry about that. Okay. So,
let's get back to the quiz. What is
going on here? The Okay, so someone is
in their backyard or their front yard.
What is the verb I want? They might be
tidying the plants, weeding the plants,
putting the plants, planting the plants.
What else is going on? Okay. What is the
verb that I'm looking for? I'll give you
a clue. It starts with G. Okay, I'm
going to put on my light so you can see
me a little bit better. Hi Jerry, how
are you? Thanks for coming in. And
that's a very good answer, Jerry. That
might be the one I'm looking for. Aaron
is in with the same gardening.
Okay, I form of course. So have a look.
If you're not sure what the answer is,
have a look at what Jerry and Aaron have
said. Copy and paste. Type it in
yourself and have a look. Life be lifing
sometimes. Yeah. And the microphone be
microphone. Huh? Jerry, long time no
see. Ambiverse, mate. Oh, there we go.
Denisa, you are in. Hello, Diana. Even
Diana. Denise. Uh, planting. That's a
really good one. And we can see that
there's definitely some planting going
on here. So, well done. Hello, Diana.
Um, so yes, well done. We have
gardening. That was the verb I was
looking for. But Diana is also in with
planting, which is a great thing. That's
when we are we take the plant out of the
pot and we put it into the ground.
That's planting. But generally here,
what I was looking for was gardening.
Gardening. Well done. Okay, let's move
on to our next one. And let me see
what's happening.
I don't know what this is. Okay. Yeah, I
was looking at the I I have the pictures
very small and I was like, is that an
ant or a molecule or something? I don't
know what it was. Uh, lifeing life is
lifing. So, have a go. Let me think. Let
have a think about what you're seeing.
What is the gerand verb that I am
looking for here? Air falling. That's
beautiful, Diana. It's not correct, I'm
afraid, but what is the word? I do see
one answer there. That's quite
interesting. Now, it is all one word and
I will accept another word. I see
parachuting there. That's the other word
I would look for. Yeah. Um I also see
paragliding. Paragliding is something
more specific. You're using a glider.
You know, it's usually one or two people
and you're not falling. You're not, you
know, um you did this when you were in
high school. I fainted. Oh my god,
Aaron. I would love to do it.
kind of kind of kind of like to do it.
So really the one I was looking for
there was skydiving. Aaron was in with
skydiving. So is Jerry. Skydiving is all
one word. We don't need to separate it
into two small words. It's all one word.
So Aaron, I'm so sorry that you fainted
while you were skydiving. At least you
survived.
Uh Diana with her cool paint. There we
go. There we go. Yeah. Would who who has
skydived? Who has sky who's been
skydiving? Can anyone let me know? Uh
cool paint with J with J.
Thank you. Thank you. Okay, let's keep
going. And next up,
so this is about sound. What is the verb
Garand that we would use here?
That's not very loud, but that's my
irritating. Now remember it's the ing.
I'm only accepting the ing. This is the
garand. So we're looking at the ing
form. So staborthy is in with the line
is roaring.
Roaring. Jerry and Aaron also have roar.
But remember I'm looking for the ing.
That's all you have to do is put on the
ing. Uh Jerry's in with the phonetic
roar or a w I think. But roar or uh or o
a r i n g. The lion is roaring. If the
lion isn't screaming,
the lion is roaring. So, this is a loud
shout that's aggressive, fueled with
hormones and temper and dominance.
Roar is a slang internet word. Lol. I
love it. Very nice. Very good. So,
roar. Big cat. Meow. Meow.
Well, you might be on to something
there, Aron with meow. You might have a
meow later on.
Okay, so we had this one at the start.
This was my
example. But let's check the spelling.
Remember, I'm looking for the ing
[Applause]
version. So, give me a spell. Make sure
and check the spelling. Very good. Very
good. So Aaron, Diana, Stabworthy,
they're all in with an answer. Have a
look yourself and see me drowning. Well,
I hope not. She's not drowning anyway,
is she? But haz is hell yeah, I got you
on my feet again. Well, you should be
subscribed. Get your notifications so
you can join me because not I'll kick
the bucket again. Well, we don't want
anybody kicking the bucket now, do we? A
great use of your idiom. Freestyling.
That's freestyling, isn't it? A bit of
beatboxing.
I'm I'm going to stop. I'm too wide for
that. Uh, a swimmer. Yes. Sigh. But we
we're not looking. We're looking for the
gerand. So, we're looking for the verb
this time. What is happening? God is
subscribed with the bell. Let's go for a
swim, my dude. Yes, absolutely. H I love
a good swim in the sea. Not in swimming
pools. I don't really like chlorine. It
kind of makes me go red. Um, yeah,
perfect exercise. Yeah, swimming is a
perfect exercise. Um, that would be a
nice sentence we could use. Uh, I really
like swimming. It's a perfect exercise.
Exercises all the parts of your body,
doesn't it? Freestyle is the swimming
she's doing. Like backstroke, butterfly,
etc. Okay. Well, good for you. I did not
know that. Um, yeah, I I do remember the
backstroke and the butterfly. All right.
The the
butterfly from a long time ago in school
should be done in hot spring in water.
Yeah, a hot spring would be nice,
wouldn't it? A hot spring would be
really, really nice. Um, I'd like to
experience that. Maybe I'll go to
Iceland one day. Okay, we have that one.
So, what's happening here? And I'll
accept a few different
alternatives.
You know, they're doing one thing, but
we could say they're doing something
else. What's happening? Diana is a big
fan of the swimming. I see. How old am
I? How old do you think I am?
Um, I'm 43.
She's painting. Yes, she is painting.
She's working. Yeah, she's doing some
work, isn't she? That looks like work to
me. Diana's in with uh painting as well.
So, matching up there with stab worthy.
What other words could we have? You
know, if she was going to change
everything in one room or maybe in a
whole house or in a whole office, what
would she be doing as well? Like if she
was doing more than painting, she was
picking new furniture. If she was
changing the carpets, you know, what
what other word could we do? Remodeling.
Very good. Stabworthy. Yes, remodeling.
So if you have just say you buy a really
old old dirty house and you want to
completely change it, make it super
modern, we would say we are going to
remodel the house. Uh 43. Dang. Okay. I
would have guessed mid-30s. Thank you so
much. Correct answer. Uh uh designering
staff. She means like designing. Maybe
maybe she's a designer testing out the
different paints. Um another word we
could say is decorating. Stephanie,
she's decorating. Decorating would be
much more general. Okay. So, remodeling,
she's painting, she's working. Um, she
could be designing something. Maybe
she's designing an art installation,
maybe. So, yeah, kind of artistic stuff,
isn't it? Yes. Decorating. Yes, Diana.
Perfect. Okay, let's keep going. This is
an easy one.
Hope you can hear the sound on my
keyboard.
Arching. Yeah, I don't know. I don't
know about arching. Aaron is in with
typing.
Jerry's in with typing. Diana, are you
sure? Testing. If we're if we're talking
about the previous one,
she could be testing the paint if that's
what you're talking about. But we're on
to this one now. Texting. H. No, this is
definitely typing as Aaron and Jerry
have said. Definitely uh typing. We will
have texting later. So, you're a little
bit early, but you're on the you're on
the right track. It is a form of
communication in that way. But when it's
on a keyboard
like this,
it's typing. You are always typing on a
keyboard. Okay. On a actual keyboard
could be chatting. Yeah, it definitely
could be chatting, you know, but I have
this specifically here buttons here. So,
we'd say tapping, laptoping.
No,
laptoping is not uh not a word. And
we're maybe getting into areas there we
don't want to get into. Wolf. Oh, hi
Wolf. How are you? Thanks so much for
joining the quiz. You're very welcome.
Texting is more in line with phones and
tablets, right? Yes. and keep that
knowledge in your back pocket because I
might have an image in a little while
where you might use this. Here's an easy
one. What's she doing? I'll accept two
different verbs for this one. What is
she doing? H what's going on? This is an
easy one.
One of the words begins with or. Oh,
there's an S one.
Posing. I don't think she's posing. I
mean, she's she's in in motion, isn't
she? But Aaron, well done with
sprinting. That's another one. So I'll
I'll accept accept three. Sprinting is
one. Aaron's also in with running.
Aaron, you're doing all the leg work
today. Sprinting, running, exercising.
That's another good one. Um, jogging.
Yes, jogging. Wolf is from Brazil. Well,
welcome uh my Brazilian friend. You're
very welcome. Make sure to subscribe.
Hit the bell to get notifications when I
go live. I go live most days of the
week.
You say she is in motion. So, she's
moving. Very good, Stabworthy. Yes,
she's in motion. So, we have lots of
gars there. Lots of verbs. Sprinting,
uh, running, jogging, exercising. Oh,
gunhaziz is in with cardio handling.
That's a very that sounds very fancy. I
don't think that's what we would say,
though. She's cardio exercising. Maybe
her exercising is cardio or her
exercising is running. So, or she's
moving. Very simply put, she is in
motion. She is moving. So, well done
everybody.
Now, what's this guy been doing? Or what
is he in the process of doing? Sweating.
Yes, she could be sweating as well.
Probably if I was doing that, I'd be
definitely sweating. She's using
Newton's first law or maybe third.
Yes. physics, motion. So, let's have a
look. Aaron, you are thinking really
well. You are thinking lots of stuff,
aren't you? He is posing. Yes,
I love this. This is brilliant. Um,
yeah. Great. Give me everything you can
you can see in the picture in terms of
verbs. Well done. I love this. So, yes,
Jerry's in with fishing. Diana fishing.
Aaron holding. Brilliant. He's holding
the fish. He's also sitting, isn't he?
Um fishing uh wolf fishing. Boating.
Yes. Well done. So when you're out on a
boat in a lake, you're boating. And he
is posing. Staborthy. Well done. Uh he's
happy. Yes. But that's not a that's
we're looking for uh Jiren. So verbs
here. Sailing. Yes. But boating. Sailing
is more on a bigger vessel, I would I
would imagine. you know, and sailing
imparts that you're, you know, it's
Yeah, I would go more with boating here
than sailing. Breathing, smiling,
fishing, sitting, holding. Aaron, you're
getting all the activities in. So, yeah.
Well done. So, well done everybody.
Really nice surprises. Here's another
one. And I look, I want two here. See if
you can get me two words, two verbs.
So, what's happened? I'm going to give
you guys one now.
Breathing. Very good. Very good. Yeah,
great answer. So, Diana's in. Yeah,
remember it's the ing we're looking for.
And Jerry, well done. Well done, Jerry.
I'm very impressed. So, yes, we have.
Yeah. Oh, Jerry.
Jerry's in with fondling, Jerry. That's
a little bit more sexy.
Um, so we have hugging from Aaron and
Diana. Uh, Jerry embracing. Jerry also
has fondling. Fondling would be much
more of a sexy move. Okay. Uh, loving.
Yes. This is They're loving each other.
They're hugging. They're smiling.
They're posing. I don't know if they're
posing though. Are they like posing?
Maybe looking a little bit more at the
camera. Unless it was like a setup. Is
he crying? Maybe. Maybe this guy might
be crying. I don't know. I I don't know.
Groping. Now, Jerry, come on. Arming.
No. Arming is what we do. If I was to
give you a gun or a weapon, I'm arming
you with a gun or a weapon. That's what
arming means. Um, okay. Jerry. Jerry
needs Jerry Jerry. I think Jerry might
need some attention.
Is there any verb related to emotional
like emotioning
feeling? You're feeling your emotions.
Um
I've drawn a blank
[Applause]
seven.
Uh loving, caring.
Let me see.
Sorry guys, it's the end of the week.
Um,
yeah, I'd say loving, caring, feeling.
Probably your best ones there. I'm just
trying to be funny. I know, Jerry. I
love it. Don't worry. The guys are
feeling each other. Yes, they are
feeling each other. Uh, but when we say
that like if you're feeling somebody,
that sounds a little bit more sexy as
well. I'm going to say like
they're touching. Um, I think when we
get into feeling and touching and stuff
like that, you're kind of moving into
more romantic areas and more kind of
sexual areas. So, just kind of be
careful. They're hugging. They're
embracing. Uh, Rian Vanvik, hello. H J
is Gerund. I know that's my name there.
Look, Jund.
Uh, from a German word sounds like a
rounding or something. I know. Yeah, J
is gerunding.
So yeah, we have hugging or embracing
here. Uh we also have lots of other sexy
stuff, but let's move on.
What's this guy doing? Something that I
know you guys really like when I do.
Sail away. Sail away. Sail away.
Singing.
Singing. Can we think of any other words
of singing?
Hm.
I can definitely think of one.
Could be screaming. He could be. He
looks like he's about to drink the
microphone. Jerry says singing. So, stab
worthy. Aaron's singing. Diana. Uh,
swallow.
I don't think he's going to swallow it
unless that's his party trick.
Performing. Well done. Uh, stab worthy.
Yes. Could be screaming possibly. I
would say crewing
would be my my my my one that I would
add. Uh oh, not crew not crewing. Sorry.
Um
cruning.
Hug no kiss. Exactly. Egg mad farude.
Hugging would be the term. Exactly. Me
in the shower sometimes. Yeah, I sing in
the shower sometimes, too. Sometimes I
bring my phone in and I play music when
I'm in the shower. That's what I really
like to do.
So, let's move on. Let's keep going.
So, what's this guy doing? This is an
easy one. This is more of a complex
image uh than probably what needed to
be. Uh Jerry's the bathroom singer.
Yeah. And I'm the bathroom singer, too.
Aaron is in with jumping. Staborthy is
in leaping. Jerry parkour.
I don't think parkouring we I don't
think we can say parkouring uh hiking.
He could be hiking. Yeah. But he really
is jumping or leaping really. Uh maybe
he did this big jump while he was
hiking.
Anything we may see he's doing. Yeah,
it's pretty cool, isn't it? Hopping.
Yeah, hopping could be hopping is a
little bit smaller though, isn't it?
It's a little bit more.
So, this I would say this is more
jumping or leaping. Adventuring. Yeah,
he looks like he's on an adventure. All
right. Doesn't he? So, yeah. I think
leaping, jumping. Am I early or
something? Uh, yeah. I'm early today,
Denini. Uh, so you might get a few hour
an hour in before you go to bed. I'm a
little bit early today. Living like
Larry. Living like Larry. Is Gerand only
in continuous use? Yeah, pretty much.
It's more like the verb form of the more
of the noun form. We use it like more of
a noun than a verb really. Leaping
Larry. Very good. Hi Jar. I got home. Hi
Gavin Pritz saying we're early today as
I was talking yesterday. It's 10:29.
Well, Denini, you can stay up and watch
me now. I'm here for you. Don't go to
bed this anytime soon. So yeah, leaping,
jumping, all that kind of thing. Very
good. Okay, Jerry, you are early. Yeah,
I know. I know. I did schedule I'm
trying to schedule the lives now. So,
and remember, I'm not going to be here
tomorrow or Friday or Sunday. I might
come on Sunday. I'm just um taking a few
days off and I'll definitely be back on
Monday. If I'm coming on live on Sunday,
I will schedule um the live so you'll
know. So, 10:29 for me, too. But A.M.
There we go. 10 10:29 in New Jersey,
huh? So someone said this word earlier.
So this is the sound that a cat makes
and I want it in the gerand form. Iing.
Can anyone even tell me? Even teachers
need to rest. Yes, Rian. Thank you so
much. And Rian, thank you so much for
your lovely comment yesterday after the
live. That was really really nice. I I
felt that it was lovely talking to you
all after the quiz yesterday. Uh oh,
Gavin Prit Singh, you are in very well
done. Where are you from? Pacific Ocean.
Meow meow meow. Uh, annoying.
Okay. But now remember everyone ing
form.
So it is meowing. So it's very
it is spelled pretty much like we say
meowing.
Okay. I don't know spelling yawning. Now
he could be yawning definitely. Oh, but
it's meowing.
Meow. Meow.
[Applause]
Meowing. Yawning. Perfect. Yeah, he
could be yawning. Uh, so yeah, I'll
accept meowing.
It is a verb. Uh, bye, sir. I got to go.
Bye, Denini. Thanks for popping in
today. So, yeah, meowing.
Meowing.
Perfect spelling for Yani.
Yeah.
Okay. This car has just been put here.
Okay, it's just been put here. What is
the verb that you can think of? So, I
got it first.
Yes, you did give infred. You did. Well
done. Well done.
Yeah. So, we have Jerry Arens. Um, good
few people in there. Um, an accident.
Maybe punch boogie. Ooh, hate those. A I
think they're quite cute. No, quite nice
as a car. A blue car. Yeah, but we're
verbing. Remember this car has just been
put here. So, what's the term?
Parking. Yes, exactly. Stab worthy park.
The parking is exactly what I wanted.
Aaron is in with parking as well.
So, well done.
Well done. Parking, Rian Vanvik. Yes,
parking. Easy peasy. An easy one. Let's
try this one. Another easy one. He's
also idling. Yes, he's kind of waiting.
He could be, you know, the car is
parked. Maybe they're waiting if the car
is still running. Yes, the car could
still be running. Parking. Parking. Yes,
parking. So, we're in Gavin Prit is in
first with cooking. Well done, Aaron.
Rein vanic. Cooking. Can we say anything
other? Any other verbs here?
Any other verbs? Cooking. Diana, well
done.
Prepping. Yes, prepping is what we could
call about getting stuff ready for
cooking. You know, we could also say
frying,
sautéing.
Frying. Oh, rein vanic was in with
frying. Well done. Preparing, prepping,
cooking.
I can't cook. I used to cook and then I
kind of stopped cooking. Serving.
Serving would be done after the food is
ready. So we wouldn't Serving comes
after working. Yeah, someone's working.
Maybe this is their job and they have to
cook for a living. Looking for a
husband.
Good for you. Um Jerry dead. Yeah, I
feel that same way after that comment.
Yeah. Uh hello. Hello, MTA. Oh, a very
competitive uh person has joined us.
Come on, MTA. It's time for you to shine
now. Um, I hope you're well. Thanks for
joining today. So, yeah.
Um, yeah, we have cooking.
Yeah. Well done. Prepping,
frying,
preparing, working.
What's our little friend here doing? And
this is noise. He's making a noise that
only really dogs make. What do you
think?
Oh, Matt is making up for it already. He
is in first. Well, they are in first
with the first um guests and lots of
great great uh answers in already. Back
to Aaron, Jerry, Gavin, Prince Singh, uh
Stabworthy maybe in the future. Staborth
is saying talking. I don't think so.
Unless you're you know something I don't
have. You got more modern technology in
New Jersey. Um, uh, barking. Yes, Rian
vonvik. Val, well done. I was going to
say valve.
Little ones are the loudest. Yeah, they
really are, aren't they? And they have
the most kind of temper and energy.
Annoying. Oh, I like that. I like that.
Uh, woof. Bark. Like the tree bark.
Yeah, exactly. Barking. Barking. Woofing
would be another one. Yeah. Uh, hello
again, Diana. I don't know. Have a dog.
You don't have a dog? I would love a
dog. I can hear my parents listening
downstairs. I want a dog for Christmas.
Um, my dog will be talking English soon.
You will watch yourself. When Beefy Dog
can start talking English, I will do a
collab.
Me and Beefy having a chat. Okay. So,
what about a bee or sometimes insects?
What kind of noise do they make? What's
the verb? What's the gerant that I'm
looking for here?
Usually husky or related dogs do wolfig.
They don't know how to bark.
Interesting.
Annoying. Yeah, it can be very annoying.
Yeah. So, buzzing. Jerry, you have buzz,
but yeah, I was looking for buzzing. B I
N G. Uh, Rian Vonvik is in with buzzing.
Macta, Diana, Stabworthy, pollinating.
Love that. Love that. Pollinating. Yeah,
we are looking for the sound, remember?
But yeah, pollinating. There's
definitely some pollinating going on
here. I think there's actually you can
see a little bit of nectar or something
on the wing there. So, on the sound is
buzzing. Yes. Uh be being
that sounds very um existential, but
yeah, pollinating stab. That's a really
valid one. Uh the sound is buzzing buzz
kind of automatic pay there as well.
Kind of it's it's spelled like it sound
we pronounce it like it is like like it
sounds in real life. We are flying
through these ones today.
What is next? I was AFK because my mom
was calling me. Oh, okay. Big high tier
mom. So what is going on here? I'm more
interested in what this thing, this bird
is doing. What's the process where it's
looking for something, it's looking for
something to eat, slides down, it
catches, goes off, might come back and
do it again. What is the verb? It begins
with a h. So, m is in flying with
hunting. Beautiful. Fishing. Yes, this
this creature is definitely fishing.
Fishing. Flying. Holding. Beautiful.
Catching. Yeah. Yeah. Hunting was the
word I was looking for. Staborthy and
Mactar in with hunting. Flapping. Yeah,
they're flapping their wings. Great
verbs here, everyone. Catching, flying,
hunting. Diana, staborthy, Jerry. Gavin
pray hunting. Staborthy. The fish is
praying to God.
Uh, hunting. Hurting. Yeah, the fish
would be hurting, wouldn't it?
So impressed. That's brilliant. I'm so
impressed. This was quite fun. This is
quite fun trying to like give you the
image and then seeing how many words I
can get from you. Um
yeah, the pray that pur fish it's over.
It's over for that fish. Um praying
praying praying
praying on it.
[Applause]
Yeah. To hunt or to kill. Praying. It's
funny for me because the prey. So this
is the hunter and this is the prey. But
yeah, they're the eagle was preying on
the fish before they caught it.
Beautiful. Well done. That's really
good. I need to wash my hands. I'll be
right back. Thank you, Gavan Pri Singh.
Give them a good scrub. Let's move on.
What's this one? This is a very specific
uh verb I'm looking for. Has a silent
letter in it, would you believe?
Have a look and tell me what you think
in the chat. Predator pray the fish.
Yeah. Fly not to sleep with the fishes.
No one wants to sleep with the fishes.
If you sleep with the fishes, you're
um So, Jerry, I'm just going to accept
one.
Just one because this is not sewing. It
is knitting. You're correct with
knitting. Bion von Vic is in with
knitting. Aaron sewing. Sewing is this,
isn't it? or you know with the sewing
machine this is definitely knitting or
maybe it's you know some other but it's
a type of knitting definitely mism at
knitting birds at hunt are called birds
of prey yes exactly and we also have
Diana in with knitting so if you look at
that that we don't pronounce the K the K
is silent knitting there's specific
seems biased while there's crocheting
which I think you do with your fingers
um there's is knitting but we have
sewing. Sewing is with the pin, the the
needle and the thread. Uh I don't know
but I don't know what is the name my
grandma does it knitting. Knitting what
we call that that grandma make out of
this that start with the letter C or
something. So you could say you know you
can make anything really. A hat, a
sweater, um a scarf maybe. Is that what
you're looking for? S C A or F scarf.
Maybe that's what you're looking for.
Uh,
okay. Crocheting is different. Yeah.
What's crocheting? Is that with your
fingers or you have a crochet needle?
Maybe.
[Applause]
Yeah, it's a special needle for crochet.
So, I think there is a finger knitting
one. I think one of my relatives did a
finger knitting one. But yeah, we have
crocheting. These are all different
types of knitting and putting material
together to make clothing. He's looking
for crocheting. Oh, crocheting. Very
good. Okay.
What's going on here? Let me know in the
chat.
J, do you have a gural friend? Are you a
guro?
What kind of question is that? Um,
skating. Okay. Can we be a little bit
more specific?
Ice skating. Skating. Yes. Very good.
Very good. Aaron's in Mata. Rian Vanvik.
Staborthy. Ice skating. Diana van. Diana
Denisova. Skating. Yes. So, we can
generally say skating, but this is ice
skating. Ice skating. But I'll accept
both. I'm skating today. I'm going to
skate on the ice. Uh, is it pronounced
jar or jar? It's Jair. Jar
floating upon the ice. I don't know. I
don't It doesn't look like floating.
Maybe if they're in the air jumping. I'd
be falling. Yeah, me too. I am terrible.
Like really, really bad at skating,
rollerblading,
anything like that. I cannot do it.
Figure skating. Well done, Stab Worthy.
That's a great one. Figure skating is
the sport, the Olympic sports, like the
official name. I'm probably worse. Yeah,
I'm just not good at this. I break my
teeth. Yeah, me too. Sort of like my
name then, just without the Y. Yes,
exactly. Jerry. Uh, why is that, you
think? I don't know. I was called Jerry
when I was in school. So, like my full
name is Jared. Jared. Um, which is, you
know, it's the English version of the
German name Gad. Gahad. So, my name is
Gerard. She is performing. Great one.
Great one, Aaron. Yeah, she's she's
definitely is performing. She's got her
nice boots on, doesn't she? So, let's
have a look. We only have a few more
left. Now, earlier we had this one.
Someone guessed this for typing. So, let
me know what you think the correct
answer is. And what other um what other
things could we say? You know, what else
is going on here?
Uh Jar or Jared. So, Jar or my full name
is Jared. Not Gerald.
Jared.
Okay.
My name is technique uh Gerardo, but I
go from Jerry. Yeah, Jerry's a nice
name. Okay, so we have uh texting,
chatting, texting, ma, Aaron, Aaron,
Rihanna, Vic, texting. I I used to
rollerblade a lot, but I couldn't do ice
skates. I couldn't even stand up. No, I
just I just don't even try. Typing, too.
Yes, we could use typing here. Uh
texting from Diana. Talking through
text. Very good, Aaron. Yeah. So all of
these communicating as well, chatting,
texting, talking, reading. Yeah, reading
as well.
Very good. Stab worthy. You have to be
careful. They they all get blocked by
YouTube. If you say anything sexy, it
gets blocked. Uh I can only see it for a
second. Scrolling. Um yeah, scrolling me
at the moment. Yeah, we're all doing
that at the moment, aren't we? Uh
replying also. Well done. Chatting.
Yeah, well done. Well done everybody.
Everyone did great. So yeah, I I'm still
thinking about the the roller blades and
the skating. Not good.
Okay.
What's going on here? Reading. Yeah.
Very good.
Very good. Okay. What do we have? This
is an easy one, isn't it?
What am I going to see?
Mata.
Yes. Salsa is the form of dance, but I
don't think we say salsa as a verb. You
know, I'm dancing salsa, you know. I I'm
not salsaing. I I don't think so. Let me
check.
No, no, it's not a verb. Salsa is like
the noun, the name of this type of song.
So, flamco. Yeah, she's probably she's
but she's dancing, isn't she? Dancing uh
salsa dancing. Yes, that's as close as
we can get. Aaron, well done. So,
dancing matism with salt. And then we
have lots of salsa flamingo. Uh but
yeah, salsa dancing. Yeah, great. Diana
dancing. Lol. Then fine dancing.
Yeah, she's salsa dancing. That's that's
the as close as we can get. Okay, next.
something a little bit different away
from human actions and animal actions.
What is happening here?
Probably one of the greatest spectacle
man-made spectacles. What we call that
her gown is in that shape. Um, ruffles I
think when they have these kind of
things. They're ruffles maybe.
Skyrocketing. That's a good one, Jerry.
I didn't even think of that one. So, I
suppose yeah, it is skyrocketing, isn't
it? Rocket launching from MACTA. Rian
van Vic is saying launching staby
launching Aaron launching racing. Maybe
in the future we'll have some space
racing spending money. Yes, very very
expensive, isn't it? Uh Elon Musking,
would that be a verb? But yeah,
launching was what I'm looking here. But
we had a great one there from MTA.
Rocket launching skyrocketing from
Jerry. Yeah, flying. Yeah, it is flying,
isn't it? Flying upwards. Well done.
Well done, everybody. So, we're down to
two more, I think.
Something I've never really done. I went
to a festival once and I did this. Um,
but I've never done it. I would love to
go to the countryside on a date for the
weekend with a nice dog and do that.
Going to uncle home in future.
Yes, exactly. Going to the moon to visit
your your relatives. Um, Jerry's in with
camping. Matthew is in with camping.
Starbrite is in with tenting. Yeah,
tenting is an unusual one, but that is
another one. Aaron's in with camping.
Diana camping. Camping. Something I
hate. Yeah, some people really don't
like camping. Rian van Vic. Uh, yeah.
What is a gerand? So, gerand is the
continuous form of a verb. It's the ing.
So, we can see here people are saying
camping. You know, uh, I camp at the
weekend. I went camping at the weekend.
So, it's something like we use the we
transform the verb into something like a
noun with using the ing
relaxing in the tent. Yeah. Very good.
Great. Homeless. Yes. But not a verb.
Stab worthy. Um I don't that's
is there any way you could say
I can't think of any verb which we might
associate. I'm sure there probably is.
Um,
very intimate inside those tents. I tell
you Jerry
Jerry's feeling something today. Stab
worthy. That's cold. Um, Diana Diana
likes camping. Very good. Diana, when
was the last time you went camping?
Camping is cool unless you face wild
animal and insects like bear or
mosquitoes. But if you come to Ireland,
we don't have any bears and we have very
few mosquitoes. So, you're pretty good.
Roid S, you teach English? Yeah, we're
doing Jiren's. We're doing English. And
yeah, on my channel, I just posted a new
video yesterday. Um Oh, no, it's it's
coming today. It was out yesterday for
uh student members. It's out today, I
think, at 5 5:30 maybe. Um relaxing.
Yeah, cold in the tent. Yeah, maybe.
Shivering. Shivering. Freezing in the
tent. Cold as in mean. Oh, yeah. There
that was.
Okay, so we're down to our last one.
Okay.
What is this guy doing? I could be doing
this now.
Two years ago you were camping. Okay.
Okay. I'd love to try it. Relaxing and
breeze. Breeze during camping. Yeah.
Nice breezy summer's day. So, let's Our
answer now is So, we have Mata, Jerry,
Rianne is in with stretching. Very good.
Catting. I don't think so. I don't think
so. Diane is also in with stretching.
Yes. Um, Roit is a security guard and
you're starting out with your English.
So, welcome Roit. You're very welcome.
Welcome to the community. Make sure to
subscribe and hit the notification bell
and you get notified when I go live and
just keep listening, you know. So, yeah,
we have this guy is stretching, isn't
he?
And also this is something that we do
before we exercise. We're supposed to do
it before we exercise. But yeah,
stretching.
Stretching. So well done everybody. That
was really a lot of fun. Uh God bless
you in the name Roit. Uh Padulation.
Pandulation.
I have to Google that.
Pandulation.
Ponticulation
is the act of yawning and stretching,
especially upon waking, which is a
natural reflex in humans and other
animals that help reset the nervous
system and wake up muscle muscles after
a period of activity. That is amazing. I
never heard that word before. Amazing.
Thank you, Aaron.
Uh, Star, we went camping with another
family and their dad got stung by a bee
inside his throat because a bee crawled
into his soda can. I slept in the van
that night and I never camping again.
What happened? Did he have to go to
hospital? Oh. Uh, what time will we
finish our lesson today? I'm hoping to
be on for about another 40 minutes,
Diana. Probably be out of another four.
We're going to move on to our next topic
now. Era Valdo says, "Hi." Hello,
Irvaldo. What country? I am from
Ireland. This is my Irish flag. I'm in
Dublin at the moment. Easy peasy words
for medical students to know like
pandiculation.
Yeah sir, I not understand you say.
Okay, maybe go back and watch one of my
previous lives. There is subtitles with
those. Okay, so what we're moving on to
next, we're no more quiz. We're going to
have a chat about me. And I was talking
yesterday about like my job and what I
do and my company and my businesses. So,
I just thought I would show you a little
bit of the different things that I'm
working on at the moment. So, let me
scoot over. Um, I don't know what
happened to him. I hid in the van for
the rest of the camping trip. I don't
blame you. God, finally I found you. Hi,
Sue Mick. Hi. I hope you're well. So,
learning English Pro um I started it
about
um seven years ago. And the reason I
started learning English pro uh who's
the menaired woman here? I don't know.
No, keep it nice, guys. Oh, great. Yeah.
So, we're going to talk about my
business, what I do in my day-to-day, if
you have any questions about it at all.
Um, I'm going to talk you through kind
of my mini media empire that I'm trying
to build. Um, I have lots of kind of
different projects and companies. So,
this is kind of me talking about this.
We do a lot of business English on the
channel, so I just wanted to kind of
focus on my business. So, ask any
questions about the business, whether
it's English or you want to know
something what I do. Um, let me know.
Uh,
yeah, everyone keep it nice, please.
Who's that woman with the wild hair on
the side of the screen?
What screen?
Oh, this woman. Oh.
Oh. Oh, the magenta hair. Sorry, I
forgot that. Yeah, this part of the
screen for me is covered with controls
and buttons. So, I forgot that what what
that was. I thought you were asking
something about Wonder People. Okay.
What type of dogs do you prefer? I love
a Jack Russell. That's my favorite dog.
Okay. So, what do I do? Okay. This is
Hi, Sander Narwhal. You're very welcome.
So, this is kind of my world. Just a
little bit of it at the moment. Okay.
So, I have this channel, Learning
English Pro, uh that I started seven
years ago. Um, pretty much seven years
ago. Yeah, pretty much to the date. Um,
first 30th uh 31st of 30th of September,
I think I I launched. So, learning
English Pro, it started really just as a
hobby. Um, I really wanted to have some
passive income. Um, me and my partner at
the time were really focused on passive
income and that was our big buzzword.
Um, so this was a nice project and but I
really did have high hopes, you know,
for it. Um, and it has reached the
potential really that I hoped for, but
it is a great and interesting thing to
do. I've done about 400 videos on
everything you can think of. Um, and
what YouTube really wants, uh, you know,
their creators to be is a 360 creator.
So, if you look at my channel, I do long
form videos, I do shorts, I do podcast,
I have a podcast up, I have uh I do
post, I post every day on the community,
I have memberships and I have a YouTube
store and soon I will put together a
course on my channel. So I have hit
every single tab that is kind of
required of me to be a creator and I
constantly um focused on publishing in
each of those tabs. Membership community
the podcast I did 10 episodes. I might
do another one. But trying to be a full
creator all the time is quite tricky.
you know, you're constantly trying to
review what you've done, what works,
repeat what you've done, but do it a
little bit differently. You know, it can
be very frustrating. For the first few
years, you know, the channel really
didn't go anywhere. It wasn't until I
started doing medical English and more
professional English that the channel
really took off, you know. Um, kind of
this time last year, uh, I was I had
just finished the job. So last year I
was working in an optitionians and I did
some medical videos and they just did
really really well to a point where I
was able to save enough money um to be
like okay I have enough put aside. Let's
take a chance. So I quit my job. I did a
um sorry I see your messages there but I
I'll read them in a second. Um,
so I was able then to, you know, I had
the money and I did a course. I became a
fully trained English teacher. I was a
trained English teacher before, but I
really focused on I wanted to upgrade
what my skills as a teacher and how I'm
able to communicate and really just give
myself um a little bit more confidence,
you know, and been able to talk about it
and stuff, you know. Um, so yeah. And
then
uh so I've been doing that and then like
November last year I launched my
memberships. So I have three tiers of
membership. I have this the membership
tier the the fan tier that gives you
that's $1.99 a month and that gives you
access to 300 of my membersonly videos.
Okay. The next tier is the student
membership and that's kind of my main my
main grading train that would entail
having
um PDF guides for my members for my
student members with each new lesson
that comes out. And if you join then you
also get access to all the whole library
plus a few more other things. So that's
actually been quite profitable. It's
probably about 25% of my income on
YouTube at the moment and I've just hit
100 members as well, which took almost a
year. Um, but it has been quite
successful for me. Um, and it has helped
me grow my income on YouTube. Um, what
the latest kind of thing is is lives,
these lives. And it's very very it's a
lot of work. I'm doing these six times a
week and you know it's up and it's down.
Initially it was going very well. I was
getting up to 900 views and now it's
kind of plateaued back down to 5 600
views per live. I'm trying really
everything
I can to make the lives more engaging.
And I do have a fantastic core group of
viewers uh who are really supportive.
They're here every day. It's wonderful.
And that's really the driving force. I
really enjoy coming on and talking to
Stabworthy, to Aaron, um to Rian Van
Vic. I'm just looking at the name.
Diana, um uh Sumik, all you guys, it's
wonderful. Really, really touching. So,
I do want it's a lot of work for J.
Everyone hit like and subscribe. Thanks,
Stabworthy. Yeah, it is an awful lot of
work. Um so, I really want the lives to
do really well. You know, I've seen
other, you know, creators who have had
30,000 people watching them live. Now, I
don't know how I could cope with 30,000
people watching me, but, you know, I
think what I'm doing is good enough to
get a few more couple of hundred people
watching at least, you know. So, it is
it's hard. You know, you're I I spend
about an hour every day preparing all of
these slides, making sure everything's
interesting. I change the graphics. I
change the metadata. And that's across
the the videos as well. Like I do
shorts, videos, lives. So, you're
constantly trying to engage with the
algorithm, make yourself interesting,
and sell yourself. So, yeah, 30,000
people all typing. Can you imagine
30,000 people answering the questions?
That's like, how would I cope? Uh,
what's happening today? Hello. Hello,
Aurora. Well, you missed the quiz. I was
a I started earlier today and now we're
just talking about me and my work and
what I do and being a creator. So, do
you have any questions about a creator?
I'm not going to share any information
about how much money I make. That's
private. I'm sorry. Um, it's a small
amount. It's not a huge amount, but it's
a nice little chunk. It's probably about
20% of my income at the moment,
you know. But it's growing. It's
growing. So, anyone have any questions
for me about being a creator? Let me
know. So, the other part of being um a
360 creator is the store. So, I have
um my Shopify store and that is linked
to my YouTube store and I sell the
guides. So, if you are not part of the
student membership, you can buy each
guide in the store. So, that's nice and
that really has been growing very nicely
for me. uh you know income-wise
it started to maybe get like five sales
a month and now I'm pretty much getting
a sale every day.
It's really nice and what's best about
it is that when you get sale you get a
ching notification on your phone so it's
really nice. Um yeah and so that has and
then having the Shopify store has
allowed me other business opportunities.
I'm going to launch in the next week a
new design business where I will sell my
designs. Um sell like the digital images
of the designs. So if you go to my
store, you'll be able to buy designs. If
you want to have make t-shirt or a mug,
you'll be able to buy my own designs,
which is kind of like a dream come true
really. Can we get a giveaway of your
books? You know, I think probably what
I'll do is I will start giving away them
um in the chat during the lives. I have
wanted to give you guys one or two um
one or two that I've previously made
just to kind of show you as an example.
Uh you have to buy it, but I don't mind
giving out samples. There's no problem.
No, it's okay. I will maybe next week I
will put um put a few into the chat.
Just, you know, there's no harm. Some of
them are a couple of pages, some of them
are 50, 60, 70, 80 pages. Um, but I'm
pretty much publishing one a week. I'm
publishing one little book guide a week.
So, yeah. So, kindly, no problem. I'm
very happy to share. Um, and if it gets
you interested and maybe someone will
want to buy the membership, all the
better. So, yeah. Uh, so that's pretty
much YouTube. My other kind of social
media is uh Minecraft. And this is my
handle on Minecraft, ProCraft Mining,
uh, on Tik Tok. I don't really publish
there anymore, but I do have a Tik Tok
shop. So, that's also another source of
income. Okay. Now, you were all asking
about this lady. Uh, this lady is called
Spark. She is a K-pop star, but I'll get
to her in a moment. Are you from
Ireland? Yes, I am. Here we go. Ireland
up here. So, um, a couple of months ago,
um, I was talking to my cousin and she
is kind of involved in making
merchandise and all that kind of thing.
Good evening, Karan Kumar. Uh,
oh, I think the first one is Niger,
Niger, and then the second one is
Ireland with the flags. I think they're
in version of each other. So, are you
going to teach English while playing
Minecraft? Um, no. No, no. These are
just This is literally just Minecraft,
you know? I do like tutorials and things
like that. I I like how one business
idea flows from the other. Yes, exactly.
So, the skills that I earned with making
videos and learning English pro um I
really was I learned how to use Canva
very well, videos, you know, making all
those things. So, a couple of months
ago, I was talking to my cousin at a
funeral and I she was interested in
Canva. So, I asked her to come over to
my house and I would show her how to use
Canva. Just basic things. So, I brought
her over. I showed her what I could do
and she was really impressed. And her
husband owns is part of an owner of a
printing company, a print and packaging
company. And he asked me to do a social
media. And so I created my company,
Dawnbridge Creative. This is a name I've
always kind of wanted to have for my
company. So now I have it. I have my own
company registered, taxed, um,
everything like that. It's wonderful.
Really, really nice. And yeah, and I
will let me just have a look. Uh, Shilly
Shali, hello. Bonjour, Ricardo. Uh, uh,
I'm is so Okay. How did you learn
English by the way? Are you native? I am
native. Run. Yeah, I'm late today.
That's okay, sir. I was a YouTube
editor. Oh, very good. Very good.
Everyone just who just showed up, make
sure to hit the like button. Thank you
so much. Storthy Starbury's uh such a
great supporter. So, yeah, I so I set up
this company, Dawnbridge Creative, and I
did the social media for a few weeks for
the company, and they were so impressed
they made me the marketing manager for
the company. Um, so I am involved in
creating new brands, creative direction,
marketing, campaigns, show social media.
I created this new brand. It's called
Smushy Mugs. It's on Instagram and it's
pure vulgar
mottos, Irishness on a mug. Uh, that's
one brand. I created this for my cousin
as a little gift h for helping me get
started. I'm also working on a K-pop
band at the moment that will function
through Instagram as its own brand and
its own kind of merchandise. It mightn't
make any sense, but it's a good thing.
Uh, it's your company. Yeah, this is my
company, Donbridge Creative. So,
Learning English Pro is now, you know,
part of Dawnbridge Creative. It's a
production of um, it's a production of
Dawnbridge Creative. So I have
Dawnbridge Creative Production,
Donbridge Creative Publishing, Donbridge
Creative Marketing. So I have lots of
different divisions that I I operate in.
So the key thing here is that I have
lots of different income streams. I
don't have all my eggs in one basket. So
I work this is my anchor client. I have
So I really only have one client and
that's business print. That's my anchor
client. That's what we would call it.
and from business print and with my
cousin who has her own little business,
I do lots of branding, merchandising,
designing. Um, I'm working on videos at
the moment. And if you want to see, I
think I have an image of it. Um, let me
see. Oh, I do. Hang on. This is a
current ad that is is up at the moment
of on Instagram. You can see it's
Business Print Limited. And this ad is
running at the moment for custom uh
bags. So, we're selling uh bags. I
designed all the bags in the video. So,
if you go on to the video, you'll see
I've I've actually been the one to
design the whole thing. So, that ad um
it's filmed. I filmed it. I edit it. I
did the whole video, added in all the
graphics, I presented it. It's me in the
video. And I have put it on Instagram.
and the company has paid money to boost
it. So already it's working very well.
Getting lots of queries. Even as I'm
talking to you, I can see queries coming
up on my Instagram. So that's what I
have to get to. Yeah. So um it's it's
just really a a great personally a great
thing for me. Um I'm starting
maybe two or three more businesses in
the next while. So it's been really fun.
So let me just get back to your thing.
Um,
thank you very much, Vindesh.
Congratulations. Thank you, Aura. Thank
you, Rian Vanvik. Thank you, Karan.
Thank you, Aura. Totally giving
up her vibes. Uh, Ricardo Shilly Shadow,
that's awesome. Staborthy. What's up
with the little cube logo? Which one?
Where's the little cube?
Which one? The little cube. Are there
Are there three kites? Where?
Which one? This is Dawn Bridge. I don't
know what you're asking me. Um,
multi-talented. I try to be. That's a
lot of work, but worth it. Yeah, it
really is. Sometimes I'm up till 3:00 in
the morning. The other day I was up till
5 a.m. Um, thanks for sharing. No
problem. I'm delighted to be able to
share my life with you, and it's just
interesting. I know I'm a bit unusual in
the things I do, but um, yeah, I love
it. I really love it, and you guys are
such a big part of that every day. So,
it doesn't matter if I get I don't get
thousands of views. Um, it's just great
to come on and chat with you guys. Uh,
Vindesh, I'm lazy. Well,
I'm lazy sometimes, too, but usually I
can't help myself. The yellow the
yellow, blue, pink cube next to the word
business. Oh, that's just their logo.
That's just the business print logo.
That's their lo It's their new logo,
actually. So, that's just the logo. Um
uh I also have experience with
sublimation machines and screen
printing. Yes. Uh Ron, uh that is a big
part of my life now. Sublimation, DTFS,
all of that. May your business peak this
winter. Thank you so much. Yeah,
Christmas. I've done lots of Christmas
work. Uh are they three kites? No,
they're kind of like three. They do look
like three kites. It's just supposed to
be a box. Really? A 3D box. I think
they're supposed to be more leaf like
leaf structure um to symbolize the
sustainability of them. Uh you're a
workaholic. That's amazing. Thank you,
Karan. Will waiting for your next week.
Thank you. Thank you for your time.
Thank you so much. Yeah. So, I'm back on
Monday. Um I'm going to take a few days
off and I'm back on Monday. If I can,
I might be on on Sunday if I can. I I'm
not going to try. Eddie Hobby, are the
beer mats locally produced or imported?
Lo, everything is locally produced,
sourced, sustainable. Thanks for
checking out the beer mats, Eddie. Um,
yeah, everything is it's an Irish
company. Um, and they're really, really
good. Loads of innovation. If you check
out Business Print Limited,
um, give it give me a follow on
Instagram. Um, that's the handle
and you'll see me you'll see my cousin
Ora uh who's what like such a good
friend. Um, yeah. Thank you so much.
Yeah. Yeah. So, thanks so much. I just
thought I'd share a little bit with you
today. Like there's so many other things
that I work on. This is just a very
small sample. Um, I'm do Christmas
merchandise.
Um,
I'm doing video for a
um makeup brand at the moment. I'm
creating lots of new brands. So, thank
you so much, Stabworthy. Thank you so
much for being proud of me. Thank you.
Uh, it's so nice. You know, I I have had
you some of you may have listened. Um,
I've had a difficult I've had a
difficult life and um, it's just great
to be able to turn everything around and
be happy and not really, you know, I can
create my own happiness. I don't need
anybody else. It all comes from within.
Hi, Irish Breakfast. Hello to you. Um,
but yeah, thank you all so much and
thank you all. I I keep saying it, but
thank you so much. It's so nice to have
you here and have you all be a part of
my day. Cheers. It's awesome to see
someone passionate about their work.
Yeah, I just love it. Like I don't
really watch TV anymore. I just create.
I just design. You know, sometimes it's
hard to get away from, but the next 3
days I just want to sit on the couch,
watch TV, and play Xbox. That's really
all I want to do. I'll run my own
company one day. Yeah, you should. You
should. It's it's it's much easier than
you think. U please do share these kinds
of personal wins. These are very
helpful. Thank you, Eddie. Yeah, it's
just, you know, it's nice. It's I know I
have an unusual life. I'm a YouTube
creator.
Um, but it's it's great. It's great.
Audio is static. What games do you play?
Sorry about the audio today. I do have
my my headphones, but we had a a a sound
problem. So, I'm sorry if I'm staticky.
Um, there are so many things to learn
from you apart from learning English.
Yeah. like I'm like I want to develop
not just the English side, but you know,
I'm happy to be here and talk and give
advice and tell you what I think um
about things. So yeah, like I I I like
to think I'm wise. I've probably made
every mistake a person can make um 10
times over. Um and I think only a fool
you have to learn from your mistakes. So
if you have any want some advice, I'm
always happy. I'm unqualified though.
Uh, yes sir. For that I will have to do
a lot of things but I will. Yeah. Be
your own boss. It's great. It's great.
What games do you play? Sorry. What
games do I play? I play Minecraft. That
is ProCraft Mining on Tik Tok. Um, that
is my main, but I really don't publish
too much anymore. I do have a Tik Tok
shop, but I generally just um Minecraft
is for me. It's not really for anyone
else. I personally never made a mistake.
never made anything absolutely you know
and you say you hear parents saying I
don't want anything to happen to my
child but things have to happen bad
things have to happen it's part of life
uh we have to make mistakes the Chinese
say to become a master of anything you
have to make a thousand mistakes so god
I am like a master of like 20 different
things
but the most important thing regardless
of everything no matter what if you're
doing English, you're starting your
business, you put yourself first before
anybody. And I know if you have kids,
this might be different. Obviously, the
kids have to come first. But generally
in life, you put yourself first over
your mother, your father, your cousins,
your best friend, your lover, your
partner. You come first. What you want,
what you desire is really, really
important. Obviously, be kind. Kindness
is so so important that you really have
to think of yourself first. Once you can
take care of yourself, you can start to
help other people. You know, we have the
analogy in the plane, you know, when the
oxygen mask comes down.
You don't put the oxygen mask, you put
the oxygen mask on yourself first and
then you help others. Okay, that's a
great analogy for life. Uh, could you
please make a dedicated lesson for
spoken English? I do have over 450
videos on the channel about spoken
English. So definitely check out my
latest one uh how to sound more
professional medical.
But yeah, like let me know topics. I
mean saying medical I mean what type of
topics do you want me to do? Do you ever
play on console like Battlefield 1 back?
I did play Battlefield very long time
ago like maybe X Xbox 360 maybe. Uh good
advice. Yeah, Riad, you put yourself
first. I keep my parents as my priority
before myself. That's good. That's good.
But, you know, your parents always won't
be around. You know, death is part of
life. And it's, you know, it makes life
so important. So, when your parents
aren't, if you put your parents first
all the time and then, you know, you
don't really put much effort into your
own life and your parents pass away,
what happens to you? Who's going to take
care of you? You know, that's that's
what that's the way I think. Yes, I love
my parents. I live with my parents. I
hug my mother every day. I tell her I
love her. My dad is great. Really funny
character. But I still have to put
myself first. Culturally, it's very
different in Southeast Asia. Family
comes first. Yeah, I understand that. I
do understand that. Have you had your
tea? I think my tea is cold. I kind of
forgot about it. Um, how did you live in
Southeast Asia? Am I making people
upset?
You know, um it's just a fact.
[Applause]
Uh how old are your patients? I think
you mean my parents. My parents are in
their 70s and they they're doing well
for their age. They're good spirits.
They're doing very well. So, really good
people.
Sarah, I actually work in an MNC
company. though everywhere we speak in
English only so sometimes it's difficult
for me to understand those people that's
an MMC company
patients
I don't have any patience just parents
hopefully they won't be patient
so anyone else have any more questions
before I wrap up today not very many
people on but that's okay
and the AI told me that it takes about
six weeks
for lives to really kick off. So, we'll
wait and see what happens. A
multinational company like Google. Oh,
okay. So, you work in a multinational
company, so where everyone's speaking
English only. So, sometimes it's
difficult. Yeah, that's that's
understandable. You're going to have
lots of accents there, aren't you? Um,
will the audio be fixed? Hopefully. Yes,
the audio will be back next time. I'm so
sorry. Thank you all for staying with
me. And um yeah, multinational company.
I work in Amazon. Ooh, very nice. Karan,
how long have you been doing live
streams? Only in the last two 3 months.
I'm repairing my flat in the same time.
Oh, good. Good for you, Diana. Uh,
remodeling maybe our verb from earlier.
Um, yeah, live streams for 3 months.
Well, I did I started a program at
YouTube. I'm in the creator collective,
so I'm kind of included in things. and
we did a course on how to do lives um
live streams.
I assumed you've been doing it for
years. You're so good at it. Thank you.
Um it took it took me a little while,
but I'm just comfortable doing it now.
You know, it just feels like talking to
friends, which if really I hope so.
Okay, that's about it for today. Thank
you so much. I'm going to enjoy my few
days off. I hope I can join you on
Sunday, but I can't guarantee it. I'll
see how I feel. And yeah, thank you all
for a lovely week. It's been lovely. Um,
I really feel that we're building a nice
little community here and it's actually
quite meaningful to me. So, I never
thought I would be like that, you know.
It's like, you know, really, but it is.
It really is. It's lovely. So, I'm going
to chill out for the rest of the day. I
have some packing to do. Um, I've done
my shopping. Um, so thanks Jar. Thank
you so much Rianne. Thank you. You're so
kind. And again, thank you so much for
your comment on the on the live
yesterday. It was very meaningful and
really made me smile. I'm a backend
developer. So let let me know if you
need any help along the way. We'll try
to help you out. Great. Thank you so
much, Eddie. Um Eddie is one of my
members, a very generous uh contributor
to the channel and now one of one of my
moderators. So, thank you so much Eddie
for all your contribution to the
community. Really valued member as you
all are. Um I sometimes I think of the
day I wonder how many I should count how
many of of you you are there's about 30
35 of you who are my special people.
Good night Karan. Thank you so much. And
yeah, that's it everybody. I'll be back
definitely on Monday. Back at 4. 3:00
experiment was not successful, I don't
think.
But we'll just keep trying. But I kind
of I really don't want to have I kind of
need to have thousands of of viewers on
these lives, but I kind of don't want
them either. Shh, don't tell anybody.
Um, so yeah, thank you all. Um, from
Brazil to New Jersey to India to
Southeast Asia to Australia to the
Pacific, all around Europe. Do we have
anyone in Africa? I don't think we've
had anyone from Africa yet, but
my heart is with you all all around the
world. Thank you all for making my days
so lovely. And you know, it's nice just
to calm down for an hour or two. I was a
little bit stressed yesterday after the
live. I don't know why. I think I was a
bit emotional. Um, but it's just so
lovely. And this hour or two helps me
just calm myself and not work too much.
So, thank you, Diana. Thank you. Um, are
you not going to continue? Oh, no. I'm
I'm going to teach. I'm teaching.
Learning English pro will always be it's
my pension. So, thank you Diana. Hello
to you Moscow and by
uh in Russia. Yeah. So, Russia as well.
Yeah, of course. Uh so, from Brazil to
New Jersey to Russia to India to
Southeast Asia to Africa, Australia
maybe. Bye. Okay, everyone. Thank you so
much. Fantastic as always. Love you all.
Have a great weekend. Might see you
Sunday, but I'll definitely see you
Monday. Take care everyone. Thanks for
everyone. Thanks Aurora. Take care. Bye
everyone. Bye Staborthy. Bye to you New
Jersey. Bye everyone. Going now.
