I've spent the last 2 years trying to

lose weight and just generally improve

my overall health. But there are days

where I just don't care. Not about my

blood pressure, not about my headaches,

chest pain, comments, none of it. And

seeing as today is one of those days,

let's indulge. Mayonnaise, some Mexican

crema, couple chipotle peppers, garlic

powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, a

pinch of salt, pepper, and a little bit

of lime juice.

Delicious. And now for a very nice

steak. Nicely cubed with just a little

bit of salt. Well, a lot of salt. Now

for the surf to our turf. Some very nice

and very large tiger bronze. And we'll

just drizzle on a little bit of food

loop and coat it with a nice spice rub.

Then we'll just add some beef tallow

into a hot pan. And then our steak.

And that is good to go. Now fresh

shrimp, a little bit of lime juice, and

a touch more salt. It's an indulgence

meal for a region. Now we'll go in with

some butter and a pan, a large tortilla.

We're going with half a bag of cheese.

Place on our meat. And then the other

half of the bag. You can't tell me that

doesn't look
