So, today, we're talking about how to work with our energy. 01:06
So, everything from energy awareness 01:09
to energy cleansing to energy redesign, 01:11
and how energy is so crucial to manifesting effectively. 01:14
So, it all ties in together 01:18
on how to effectively transform your life 01:20
because it all starts with energy. 01:22
And after today, you're gonna understand 01:25
how important energy is, 01:27
knowing how to work with your energy, cleanse it, design it, 01:30
that is literally the beginning of how you can design 01:34
and shape your dream life. 01:37
So, I'm excited to get into it. 01:39

All right, let's begin. First step, energy awareness. 01:55
Let's first talk about how to be aware of your energy 01:59
because you wanna know what you're working with 02:02
and how to take care of it. 02:04
If you're not aware, you don't even know 02:05
what can be improved or what needs to be changed. 02:07
So, first step, energy awareness 02:10
is simply becoming more present with yourself, 02:12
with your body, your mind, and your emotions. 02:16
And I'll just share two simple techniques. 02:19
One is meditation. 02:21
You can do a body scan meditation 02:23
where you simply just close your eyes, 02:25
take deep breaths to relax your body, 02:27
and then just do a body scan mentally, 02:30
like feel your head, feel your chest, feel your shoulders, 02:33
literally go through your body each part, 02:37
and ask yourself, are there any areas 02:40
that feel tense, heavy, or uncomfortable? 02:42
You can spend some time 02:46
maybe putting your hands on your heart, 02:47
like what does my heart feel? 02:49
Does my heart feel heavy? 02:51
Are there any emotions that might be buried here? 02:53
Really spend time to be present with yourself, 02:57
and then see what comes up. 03:00
Because most of the time, there are things happening 03:01
or living or being held in our bodies, 03:05
but we go about our day, so we're not paying attention. 03:07
So, normally, it's like when something is bothering you 03:11
or some emotion is in you, it's like a whisper. 03:14
And you know it's bad 03:18
when your body starts to break down 03:20
Like when you can physically, 03:22
things physically start to be uncomfortable, 03:24
that's when your body is trying to speak louder 03:26
and louder to you to get you to listen. 03:28
But anyway, the more that you can practice this awareness 03:30
with your body, with your emotions, and yourself, 03:35
the better you will be 03:38
at taking care of yourself and your energy 03:39
because you're going to catch things before they get worse. 03:41
You're gonna catch those subtleties before they get louder. 03:45
The second technique is journaling. 03:48
And journaling is really 03:50
to help you brain dump anything on your mind, 03:51
anything in your heart. 03:55
Again, you can write about your worries, 03:56
your stresses, your emotions, 03:57
and that's another way 03:59
to just become aware of what is going on. 04:00
Because a lot of our energy has to do with our emotions 04:04
and our thoughts, because these are all different energies 04:07
that make up how we feel at any given moment. 04:10
So, journaling is also a great outlet to be aware of, okay, 04:15
what is the energy that I'm holding right now? 04:20
What's on my mind? 04:22
What's replaying in my mind 04:23
or what emotion am I feeling right now? 04:24
So, just those two really simple techniques 04:26
can help you understand a lot about yourself 04:29
and what your energy is right now. 04:33
Moving on, step two, energy cleansing. 04:35
There are so many different techniques 04:37
that you can use to cleanse your energy. 04:40
I will just try to cover a variety, 04:43
and you can decide what you wanna try 04:46
and what works for you. 04:48
But literally, 04:49
I think there are an unlimited amount of options out there. 04:50
But energy cleansing, you can start with simple breathing. 04:53
The breath is actually such a powerful tool 04:58
and it's free, and we all have access to it. 05:00
So, I'll start there. 05:03
So, using our breath to breathe in different ways 05:04
or breathe deeply can help us really cleanse our energy. 05:08
I'm sure if you have anxiety or if you're stressed, 05:10
you can do breathing techniques 05:14
and breathing exercises to help you calm your body down. 05:16
That's like cleansing your energy in a way. 05:19
So, different breathing techniques. 05:21
One is like 4-7-8 breathing, 05:24
which means breathing in for four counts, 05:27
holding for seven counts, 05:29
and then breathing out slowly for eight counts. 05:31
Another similar technique is called box breathing, 05:34
and that is simply breathing 05:37
and visualizing like you're drawing a box. 05:38
So, imagine you're breathing in for four counts, 05:41
you're holding for four counts, you are breathing out 05:44
for four counts, and then holding for four counts. 05:47
And then, you just keep doing that as a box. 05:49
And the whole point is each step is an equal amount. 05:52
So, the concept behind these breathing techniques 05:57
is simply to slow down your breathing 05:59
and be more intentional with your breathing, 06:01
and focus your attention on the breathing. 06:04
So, if you can do that for as many, I guess, 06:07
cycles as you would like, 06:11
you do notice your body calms down, 06:13
like physically, it works. 06:16
Other self-care activities 06:18
that can help you cleanse your energy. 06:19
One is showering, 06:21
because showering, you're physically cleansing your body, 06:22
but you're also letting the water wash away and purify, 06:25
cleanse the energy around you. 06:30
If you're sad, if you have any annoying thoughts 06:32
or negative thoughts, try taking a shower. 06:35
You really do feel better afterwards. 06:38
You can take a walk outside. 06:40
Being in nature is cleansing to your energy. 06:42
I think also just walking outside is a shift in environment. 06:46
So, when you shift your environment, 06:50
like you decide to go to a coffee shop or you go to a park, 06:52
or you just get out of your little comfort bubble, 06:56
that cleanses your energy, 06:59
because it resets the space around you and you feel anew. 07:01
Decluttering or cleaning your space 07:05
is also a great way to reset your energy 07:07
because like I said, your environment is part of your energy 07:09
or it affects your energy. 07:14
At least for me, I'm heavily affected 07:15
by the energy of my environment. 07:17
So, I feel really good when I have a clean space, 07:19
and I don't feel good 07:23
when my space is not clean and not tidy. 07:24
I'm not like a super OCD perfectionist, 07:27
but it does affect me. 07:29
So, literally, this past week, 07:30
I was deep cleaning my house, and it feels so good. 07:32
I literally feel my energy is reset and calm. 07:36
I feel more centered because of it. 07:40
So, that's a huge one. 07:43
Sometimes calling a loved one 07:44
is a great way to cleanse your energy, 07:46
because you are so in your own emotions 07:48
and thoughts that sometimes it's just a negative cycle, 07:51
where it just feeds into itself. 07:55
So, sometimes talking to someone else who is loving 07:56
and supportive and positive, 07:59
they can transfer and share their energy with you, 08:01
and that cleanses your energy as well. 08:04
And of course, there are so many tools 08:06
and spiritual practices 08:08
that you can try to cleanse your energy. 08:12
A lot of people work with sage, incense, crystals. 08:14
I think crystals are very cleansing 08:18
or they each have different properties. 08:19
Sound bowls or any instruments 08:21
for sound healing can also be very cleansing. 08:23
Sound is actually a very, very powerful tool 08:26
that I think is so underrated, 08:29
because like I said, we are all energy and sound is energy. 08:31
It's literally vibrations. We are vibrations. 08:35
So, with the right frequencies, 08:37
with the right tools, it really can help cleanse our energy. 08:39
And that's why people talk about sound healing, 08:43
the power of sound to heal our bodies. 08:46
And that's another topic. 08:49
Lastly, meditation can also be an energy cleansing practice 08:51
and you can enhance the energy cleansing 08:54
by doing certain visualizations 08:56
or setting certain intentions. 08:59
So, I do wanna share one visualization exercise 09:00
that I do for energy cleansing. 09:03
And this is something I do in a lot 09:06
of my guided meditations if you listen to them. 09:07
I learned this years ago from this Chinese meditation class 09:09
I took with my family in Mandarin. 09:13
It was a whole thing. 09:15
But the simple version 09:17
of this visualization is you're meditating 09:19
and you're sitting there, 09:22
and you are envisioning like a white light 09:23
coming down in through your crown, 09:24
and it goes in from the top of your crown through your body, 09:26
down your limbs, 09:31
and then you push it out through the tips of your toes. 09:31
And so, you're breathing in pure white light energy, 09:35
and then you're pushing out anything that is stagnant, 09:39
anything that is negative, anything that doesn't serve you. 09:43
And you're basically visually filtering your body 09:46
with this positive light energy. 09:50
So, that's just an example of one visualization, 09:53
meditation exercise that you can try. 09:57
I'm sure there's an infinite amount of exercises, tools, 10:00
and resources out there for energy cleansing. 10:04
But this whole point is to know that you have options 10:07
and try whatever interests you 10:11
or try whatever you're comfortable with. 10:14
You don't have to get all woo-woo and sage 10:16
and crystal everything, create an altar. 10:18
I'm not saying you have to do that, 10:20
but if you wanna do that, great. 10:21
There is something for everyone. 10:22
For other people, 10:25
it could be simply like I go for a swim. 10:26
It really doesn't matter as long 10:29
as you have some sort of practice that you like to lean on. 10:31
All right, so let me know down below, 10:35
what is the one energy cleansing habit 10:36
that you are going to do today? 10:39
Let me know, out of all these options, 10:41
or maybe you have your own options, 10:43
what are you going to do? 10:44
What is the most appealing to you? 10:46
And what is gonna become a part of your routine? 10:48
So, comment down below, so we can all see your ideas 10:50
and share our ideas with each other. 10:53
Step three is energy redesign. 10:55
This is our opportunity to, once we're done cleansing, 10:57
purifying, resetting our energy, 11:01
we get to design our energy. 11:03
And this is one of my favorite parts 11:06
because I love the power of intention. 11:07
I love the power of choice. 11:10
And really, our life and our bodies is as we make it. 11:12
We get to design and shape how we wanna feel, 11:17
how we want our days to feel. 11:20
So, anyway, going back to energy design, 11:21
this is where you simply ask yourself, 11:25
how do I want my energy to be? 11:27
How do I wanna feel? 11:30
How do I want it to be in the mornings 11:31
and the afternoons and the evenings? 11:32
And how do I wanna show up in the world? 11:34
How do I wanna show up for the people in my life? 11:37
So, the first technique 11:39
is essentially setting your intention, 11:40
and then visualizing it. 11:43
So, this is very similar to what we did in the video 11:45
about becoming your ideal self, 11:47
because all you're going to do is ask yourself, 11:50
okay, who my ideal self, who do I wanna show up as? 11:52
What is the energy of that ideal self throughout the day 11:55
or for different circumstances, or different moments? 11:59
Does she wake up energized, ready to take on the day? 12:02
Confident? How do you feel? 12:05
How do you wanna feel? 12:09
And what is your ideal energy? 12:10
And so, after you set the intention, you visualize it. 12:12
And the more you visualize it is essentially practicing 12:16
or rehearsing it in your mind, 12:19
so that you can show up more as that person. 12:21
You already know what it is and what it feels like, 12:24
what it looks like, and so you just act it out. 12:27
Another practice for energy redesign 12:30
is utilizing the power of sound. 12:32
So, I mentioned how sound 12:35
is a very powerful tool to change our energy. 12:37
So, think about it, you can listen to audio affirmations 12:40
that changes your energy. 12:44
You're literally designing it 12:45
and aligning it to the new energy of these affirmations. 12:47
Or you can listen to empowering motivational talks. 12:50
That's the power of audio. 12:54
But also, the power of music. 12:56
Choosing the right music to design how you want to feel. 12:58
So, when I'm getting ready, the playlist is crucial. 13:02
I guess for me, it depends on what mood I'm in. 13:06
If I want a chill, 13:08
romantic mood, I'll put on some love songs. 13:09
If I wanna feel confident, 13:11
I'll put on some K-pop upbeats, 13:13
really sassy, fierce type of music. 13:16
You can design how you show up and how you wanna feel. 13:19
You design your energy by music, 13:23
and that's one of the quickest ways to shift your energy. 13:25
Imagine you're just going from EDM 13:28
to slow jams to '80s music. 13:31
There's so many different genres 13:34
and they all make you feel a different way. 13:37
They all make you show up in a different way. 13:39
So, music is a shortcut for me 13:41
to literally design how I want to feel. 13:44
And that's also why I play so much meditation 13:47
and calming music throughout my day, like classical. 13:49
Because I wanna feel calm and peaceful in my home. 13:52
And so, my Spotify Wrapped at the end 13:56
of the year is all like classical music. 13:58
It's really funny. 14:00
Anyway, the last practice I'll talk about 14:01
for energy redesign is creating an energy reset routine. 14:04
So, this is where you're gonna pick three to four activities 14:09
that leave you feeling the very best. 14:11
And maybe you can create different versions of this routine. 14:13
One is like, this is the confidence routine. 14:16
Another one is, this is the calm my anxiety down routine. 14:19
Again, designing your energy 14:23
depending on what you wanna feel. 14:25
This is the social me energy routine, 14:27
or this is the introvert, artistic version energy routine. 14:30
So, anyway, you can design different energy routines 14:34
for each energy, 14:38
but the whole point is just choosing the three 14:39
to four activities that put you in that energy. 14:42
So, it could be like, okay, 14:45
I'm gonna do 10 minutes of journaling, 14:47
I'm gonna take a walk. 14:49
and then I'm gonna to this kind of music. 14:50
Or I'm gonna do gratitude journaling, I'm gonna meditate, 14:52
and then I'm gonna call a friend. 14:55
Or pick three to four activities that set you in that zone. 14:57
And it really is depending on what energy you're designing 15:04
and what activities work for you, but create it, 15:08
and then try to implement it, see if it works. 15:12
And this is like an experiment 15:14
where if it doesn't really work, 15:16
you did these three things and you still don't feel great, 15:18
okay, try something new, 15:20
try something different, swap some activities out. 15:21
But once you find that routine for you 15:24
or that selection of routines for you, 15:27
then it'll be so much easier to just tap in 15:30
and become that version of who you wanna be. 15:33
Imagine you have a big day, a big presentation. 15:36
You're like, okay, I know I have this big day, 15:38
so that day, I have to do these, boom, boom, boom, 15:41
these three things, 15:43
and I know I'll feel really good about it. 15:44
Or like, oh, I had a really tough week last week, 15:46
so now I know I have to do my calming 15:49
and reset energy routine. 15:52
So, boom, boom, boom, 15:54
I'm gonna shower, take a bath, whatever. 15:55
Now, let's talk about manifestation through energy. 15:57
Energy is such a crucial part 16:00
of being an effective manifester. 16:03
Because law of attraction states that like attracts like, 16:05
meaning if you believe good things are coming, 16:11
then good things will come. 16:14
If you worry and you focus on all the negative things 16:15
that you don't wanna happen, 16:17
then those things are being attracted to you. 16:19
So, in that way, 16:22
you have to be really vigilant of your energy, 16:23
of your thoughts, your emotions, and your beliefs. 16:26
All of those are energy. 16:29
When I say energy, I mean everything, 16:30
thoughts, emotions, belief, 16:32
how you carry, personality, everything. 16:33
So, all of that has to align 16:35
with what you're trying to manifest in your life. 16:38
If you look at who you wanna become, 16:41
the life you wanna create, you have to find a way 16:43
to be that person now, to feel like you are that person now, 16:47
to feel like you're living that life now. 16:51
And the more your energy aligns with the energy 16:53
of your ideal future self, living that dream life, 16:56
the faster and more smoothly 16:59
you are going to attract that life to you. 17:02
That's the essential core of manifestation. 17:04
It's all about energy, energy design, 17:07
being intentional, knowing what you want, 17:11
and then becoming what you want, 17:13
with yet the power of your mind, the power of emotions, 17:16
the power of knowing how to align everything. 17:19
So, this is why everything 17:22
we talked about in the previous steps is so important 17:23
because you have to be aware of your energy. 17:25
Like where's the negativity? Where's the limiting beliefs? 17:28
What's blocking me? Where am I not feeling good? 17:30
And then, cleanse it. 17:33
How do I feel good? 17:35
How do I make myself feel better? 17:36
And then, design it. 17:38
Okay, where do I wanna go? Where am I bringing this energy? 17:39
My energy's here now, it's like meh. 17:42
It's mediocre, it's average, but I wanna be here. 17:45
I wanna be bright, confident, 17:47
amazing, flourishing, thriving energy. 17:49
How do I become that? How do I feel that now? 17:52
What makes me feel like I'm thriving? 17:55
Maybe I need to listen to this kind of music. 17:57
Maybe I need to go for a run, 17:59
feel good, get some endorphins. 18:00
Maybe I need small wins, 18:02
maybe I write a to-do list and cross off things, 18:04
because crossing off things 18:08
on my to-do list makes me feel good. 18:09
It makes me feel like I'm thriving. 18:11
Whatever works for you. 18:12
Whatever makes you feel like that person 18:14
that you are desiring to become, 18:17
that you are trying to attract, 18:20
that you have to become that energy. 18:22
And so, that's why energy 18:24
and manifestation really go hand in hand. 18:26

and this is one of the foundational books I believe. 19:17
But it's funny that I haven't listened to it, 19:21
but I just decided to listen to it recently this past month, 19:24
and it's been really 19:27
just bringing me back to the core, really inspiring. 19:29
I also love Deepak Chopra's books. 19:32
I've listened to a lot of them. 19:35
One, I guess audiobook, 19:36
that I really like from him is called "Creating Affluence". 19:38
I remembered listening to that over and over again. 19:41
I would listen to that in the evenings on repeat, 19:44
even like as I'm sleeping, 19:46
'cause I really wanted to ingrain it into my subconscious. 19:48
He also has a book called "Seven Spiritual Laws of Success". 19:53
That is really good. 19:57
There are just so many great books out there. 19:58
Whether you want something more modern 20:00
or something more traditional and classic, 20:02
they're out there. 20:04
So, definitely go read, 20:06

One is like 4-7-8 breathing,
which means breathing in for four counts,
holding for seven counts,
and then breathing out slowly for eight counts.
Another similar technique is called box breathing,
and that is simply breathing
and visualizing like you're drawing a box.
So, imagine you're breathing in for four counts,
you're holding for four counts, you are breathing out
for four counts, and then holding for four counts.
And then, you just keep doing that as a box.
And the whole point is each step is an equal amount.
So, the concept behind these breathing techniques
is simply to slow down your breathing
and be more intentional with your breathing,
and focus your attention on the breathing.
So, if you can do that for as many, I guess,
cycles as you would like,
you do notice your body calms down,
like physically, it works.
Other self-care activities
that can help you cleanse your energy.
One is showering,
because showering, you're physically cleansing your body,
but you're also letting the water wash away and purify,
cleanse the energy around you.
If you're sad, if you have any annoying thoughts
or negative thoughts, try taking a shower.
You really do feel better afterwards.
You can take a walk outside.
Being in nature is cleansing to your energy.
I think also just walking outside is a shift in environment.
So, when you shift your environment,
like you decide to go to a coffee shop or you go to a park,
or you just get out of your little comfort bubble,
that cleanses your energy,
because it resets the space around you and you feel anew.
Decluttering or cleaning your space
is also a great way to reset your energy
because like I said, your environment is part of your energy
or it affects your energy.
At least for me, I'm heavily affected
by the energy of my environment.
So, I feel really good when I have a clean space,
and I don't feel good
when my space is not clean and not tidy.
I'm not like a super OCD perfectionist,
but it does affect me.
So, literally, this past week,
I was deep cleaning my house, and it feels so good.
I literally feel my energy is reset and calm.
I feel more centered because of it.
So, that's a huge one.
Sometimes calling a loved one
is a great way to cleanse your energy,
because you are so in your own emotions
and thoughts that sometimes it's just a negative cycle,
where it just feeds into itself.
So, sometimes talking to someone else who is loving
and supportive and positive,
they can transfer and share their energy with you,
and that cleanses your energy as well.
And of course, there are so many tools
and spiritual practices
that you can try to cleanse your energy.
A lot of people work with sage, incense, crystals.
I think crystals are very cleansing
or they each have different properties.
Sound bowls or any instruments
for sound healing can also be very cleansing.
Sound is actually a very, very powerful tool
that I think is so underrated,
because like I said, we are all energy and sound is energy.
It's literally vibrations. We are vibrations.
So, with the right frequencies,
with the right tools, it really can help cleanse our energy.
And that's why people talk about sound healing,
the power of sound to heal our bodies.
And that's another topic.
Lastly, meditation can also be an energy cleansing practice
and you can enhance the energy cleansing
by doing certain visualizations
or setting certain intentions.
So, I do wanna share one visualization exercise
that I do for energy cleansing.
And this is something I do in a lot
of my guided meditations if you listen to them.
I learned this years ago from this Chinese meditation class
I took with my family in Mandarin.
It was a whole thing.
But the simple version
of this visualization is you're meditating
and you're sitting there,
and you are envisioning like a white light
coming down in through your crown,
and it goes in from the top of your crown through your body,
down your limbs,
and then you push it out through the tips of your toes.
And so, you're breathing in pure white light energy,
and then you're pushing out anything that is stagnant,
anything that is negative, anything that doesn't serve you.
And you're basically visually filtering your body
with this positive light energy.
So, that's just an example of one visualization,
meditation exercise that you can try.
I'm sure there's an infinite amount of exercises, tools,
and resources out there for energy cleansing.
But this whole point is to know that you have options
and try whatever interests you
or try whatever you're comfortable with.
You don't have to get all woo-woo and sage
and crystal everything, create an altar.
I'm not saying you have to do that,
but if you wanna do that, great.
There is something for everyone.
For other people,
it could be simply like I go for a swim.
It really doesn't matter as long
as you have some sort of practice that you like to lean on.
All right, so let me know down below,
what is the one energy cleansing habit
that you are going to do today?
Let me know, out of all these options,
or maybe you have your own options,
what are you going to do?
What is the most appealing to you?
And what is gonna become a part of your routine?

Step three is energy redesign.
This is our opportunity to, once we're done cleansing,
purifying, resetting our energy,
we get to design our energy.
And this is one of my favorite parts
because I love the power of intention.
I love the power of choice.
And really, our life and our bodies is as we make it.
We get to design and shape how we wanna feel,
how we want our days to feel.
So, anyway, going back to energy design,
this is where you simply ask yourself,
how do I want my energy to be?
How do I wanna feel?
How do I want it to be in the mornings
and the afternoons and the evenings?
And how do I wanna show up in the world?
How do I wanna show up for the people in my life?
So, the first technique
is essentially setting your intention,
and then visualizing it.
So, this is very similar to what we did in the video
about becoming your ideal self,
because all you're going to do is ask yourself,
okay, who my ideal self, who do I wanna show up as?
What is the energy of that ideal self throughout the day
or for different circumstances, or different moments?
Does she wake up energized, ready to take on the day?
Confident? How do you feel?
How do you wanna feel?
And what is your ideal energy?
And so, after you set the intention, you visualize it.
And the more you visualize it is essentially practicing
or rehearsing it in your mind,
so that you can show up more as that person.
You already know what it is and what it feels like,
what it looks like, and so you just act it out.
Another practice for energy redesign
is utilizing the power of sound.
So, I mentioned how sound
is a very powerful tool to change our energy.
So, think about it, you can listen to audio affirmations
that changes your energy.
You're literally designing it
and aligning it to the new energy of these affirmations.
Or you can listen to empowering motivational talks.
That's the power of audio.
But also, the power of music.
Choosing the right music to design how you want to feel.
So, when I'm getting ready, the playlist is crucial.
I guess for me, it depends on what mood I'm in.
If I want a chill,
romantic mood, I'll put on some love songs.
If I wanna feel confident,
I'll put on some K-pop upbeats,
really sassy, fierce type of music.
You can design how you show up and how you wanna feel.
You design your energy by music,
and that's one of the quickest ways to shift your energy.
Imagine you're just going from EDM
to slow jams to '80s music.
There's so many different genres
and they all make you feel a different way.
They all make you show up in a different way.
So, music is a shortcut for me
to literally design how I want to feel.
And that's also why I play so much meditation
and calming music throughout my day, like classical.
Because I wanna feel calm and peaceful in my home.
And so, my Spotify Wrapped at the end
of the year is all like classical music.
It's really funny.
Anyway, the last practice I'll talk about
for energy redesign is creating an energy reset routine.
So, this is where you're gonna pick three to four activities
that leave you feeling the very best.
And maybe you can create different versions of this routine.
One is like, this is the confidence routine.
Another one is, this is the calm my anxiety down routine.
Again, designing your energy
depending on what you wanna feel.
This is the social me energy routine,
or this is the introvert, artistic version energy routine.
So, anyway, you can design different energy routines
for each energy,
but the whole point is just choosing the three
to four activities that put you in that energy.
So, it could be like, okay,
I'm gonna do 10 minutes of journaling,
I'm gonna take a walk.
and then I'm gonna to this kind of music.
Or I'm gonna do gratitude journaling, I'm gonna meditate,
and then I'm gonna call a friend.
Or pick three to four activities that set you in that zone.
And it really is depending on what energy you're designing
and what activities work for you, but create it,
and then try to implement it, see if it works.
And this is like an experiment
where if it doesn't really work,
you did these three things and you still don't feel great,
okay, try something new,
try something different, swap some activities out.
But once you find that routine for you
or that selection of routines for you,
then it'll be so much easier to just tap in
and become that version of who you wanna be.
Imagine you have a big day, a big presentation.
You're like, okay, I know I have this big day,
so that day, I have to do these, boom, boom, boom,
these three things,
and I know I'll feel really good about it.
Or like, oh, I had a really tough week last week,
so now I know I have to do my calming
and reset energy routine.
So, boom, boom, boom,
I'm gonna shower, take a bath, whatever.
Now, let's talk about manifestation through energy.
Energy is such a crucial part
of being an effective manifester.
Because law of attraction states that like attracts like,
meaning if you believe good things are coming,
then good things will come.
If you worry and you focus on all the negative things
that you don't wanna happen,
then those things are being attracted to you.
So, in that way,
you have to be really vigilant of your energy,
of your thoughts, your emotions, and your beliefs.
All of those are energy.
When I say energy, I mean everything,
thoughts, emotions, belief,
how you carry, personality, everything.
So, all of that has to align
with what you're trying to manifest in your life.
If you look at who you wanna become,
the life you wanna create, you have to find a way
to be that person now, to feel like you are that person now,
to feel like you're living that life now.
And the more your energy aligns with the energy
of your ideal future self, living that dream life,
the faster and more smoothly
you are going to attract that life to you.
That's the essential core of manifestation.
It's all about energy, energy design,
being intentional, knowing what you want,
and then becoming what you want,
with yet the power of your mind, the power of emotions,
the power of knowing how to align everything.
So, this is why everything
we talked about in the previous steps is so important
because you have to be aware of your energy.
Like where's the negativity? Where's the limiting beliefs?
What's blocking me? Where am I not feeling good?
And then, cleanse it.
How do I feel good?
How do I make myself feel better?
And then, design it.
Okay, where do I wanna go? Where am I bringing this energy?
My energy's here now, it's like meh.
It's mediocre, it's average, but I wanna be here.
I wanna be bright, confident,
amazing, flourishing, thriving energy.
How do I become that? How do I feel that now?
What makes me feel like I'm thriving?
Maybe I need to listen to this kind of music.
Maybe I need to go for a run,
feel good, get some endorphins.
Maybe I need small wins,
maybe I write a to-do list and cross off things,
because crossing off things
on my to-do list makes me feel good.
It makes me feel like I'm thriving.
Whatever works for you.
Whatever makes you feel like that person
that you are desiring to become,
that you are trying to attract,
that you have to become that energy.
And so, that's why energy
and manifestation really go hand in hand.

whether you're a beginner or not,

And it can remind you that, wow, it is all about my energy.
It's all about my belief.
So, I'll just share some of my favorites books.
Like one of my favorite books
is "Manifesting Change" by Mike Dooley.
I'm currently listening
to "Ask and It Is Given" by Esther and Jerry Hicks.
They have so much content on manifestation
and this is one of the foundational books I believe.
But it's funny that I haven't listened to it,
but I just decided to listen to it recently this past month,
and it's been really
just bringing me back to the core, really inspiring.
I also love Deepak Chopra's books.
I've listened to a lot of them.
One, I guess audiobook,
that I really like from him is called "Creating Affluence".
I remembered listening to that over and over again.
I would listen to that in the evenings on repeat,
even like as I'm sleeping,
'cause I really wanted to ingrain it into my subconscious.
He also has a book called "Seven Spiritual Laws of Success".
That is really good.
There are just so many great books out there.
Whether you want something more modern
or something more traditional and classic,
they're out there.
So, definitely go read,
catch up on some manifestation resources.
