他都這樣的互有因果

牽連關係共同來做案

洪敏雄坦承了"還有印象的"

9起重大搶案

包括2件殺警奪槍 內湖郵局搶案

板橋農會運鈔車搶案

亞東醫院劫案 台電永和搶案

鶯歌郵局搶案 鳳山運鈔車

以及高雄三信運鈔車搶案等等

聽得警方瞠目結舌

而他還接著說出一個震撼消息

共犯林本健落網後也直說

警方找回松北分局警員

蕭益勝遭槍殺被搶走的警槍

不過洪敏雄和林本健的驚人自白

卻抖出更震撼警界的劇情

殺警集團還有一名成員在逃

他叫做溫錦隆

是25歲的台北市保安大隊員警

洪敏雄一落網沒多久

我相信他們後來就知道了

所以他們認為這個

專案小組認為這個事情

可能牽涉到警察自己人有涉案

所以很慎重 就把整個集團

一反過去偵辦刑案的常理規律

通通把所有的偵辦人員呢

全部移到警官學校去辦案

我們外面記者根本

接觸不到他們辦案人員

專案小組會如此緊張

深怕記者洩漏消息

台北市警局長顏世錫

還先主動請辭 但獲得慰留

原來溫錦隆身分可不是普通警察

而是借調到警政署

當署長羅張的隨扈

此時他已經曠職2天 不知去向

警政署想切割的態度

也很明顯

羅張說他不認識他 他的意思是說

大概意思是 不是跟他很熟啦

也不是他貼近身邊的人

但是事實上 你不能這樣講啊

他是服你勤務的人 天天跟你見面

你怎麼會說不認識他呢

所以這一句話他講出來不認識他以後

第二天報紙新聞就登出來了

羅張要上車 溫錦隆就打把傘

那時候下雨 溫錦隆就站在他旁邊

打把傘 協助他上車

那你怎麼能說不認識他呢

所以針對這一點 所以各界譁然

包括立法院 都對這件事情提出質詢

這個人到署裡來 初期我並不曉得

後來我發覺後頭跟著有車

我問做什麼的 他說隨扈車

要維護我暗中維護我署長的安全

我說沒這個必要

後來我知道這個事情之後

我就特別規定 我講這個是事實

我這個人不會說謊

我說他們只是擔任隨扈的勤務

不可以進到我的辦公室

不可以參與公私事務

他們做什麼呢 只有我出去的時候

到外縣市的時候

只有我出去的時候隨扈

始終和媒體保持距離的羅張

也不得不站出來面對

隨扈犯下殺警強盜案 重創警察形象

此時的溫錦隆下落不明

連女友馮麗萍也跟著失蹤

軍師兼主謀的林宗誠

與共犯廖世倫確認潛逃泰國

溫錦隆有沒有可能跟著出去呢

幾天後台北市警局長辦公室

竟接到溫錦隆的電話

警察涉案那一定是(死刑) 沒有活口的啊

所以他就跟他女朋友講說

就是逃亡啊

逃亡他們就往那個雙溪方向

瑞芳那個山區裡面去走

想要去自我了斷嘛

兩個人都吞了大量的安眠藥

結果他女朋友死了

隔了兩天之後溫錦隆他沒死

他又醒過來了 打了電話自首嘛

給了當時的台北市警察局長顏世錫

我想跟阿隆講幾句話

阿隆 媽媽很高興你出來

因為自己被朋友陷害也好

或者是自己有被人家連累

這個都沒有關係

因為法律是公義的 是公平的

那麼你呢要遵守

你自己是一個警察的身分

你該是怎麼做 你應該要知道

溫錦隆帶著警方

在環河北路堤防外找槍

派出工人在爛泥裡挖尋 終於找到

接著上山找馮麗萍 因為山勢陡峭

加上身體虛弱

袍澤情深的刑警還背著他 冒雨找人

終於在山頂上發現馮麗萍

俯臥在樹下 臉部腐爛 已經長蛆

另外一把槍殺海地大使館駐衛警

奪走的警槍就在身邊

無辜卻情深的女友

為了溫錦隆慘死在山上

溫錦隆後悔萬分

溫錦隆到案後本以為

他會像洪敏雄一樣和盤托出

沒想到他卻否認涉案

只強調有借槍給昔日同窗

不知道拿去犯了什麼案

還不斷強調自己是警察

是不可能去殺同袍的

林順健跟我是高中同學

高中你們認識以後

74年元月開始接觸 對

他跟你借了兩發子彈是不是 對

因為他跟我講說是

說他有一個什麼仇人啊 什麼什麼啊

他想要把他 想要把他滅掉就對了

嚴格說起來的話 那些案子來講

我也並不太知道

並不知道他們做什麼事 對

你有沒有得到他們的錢 錢

他們有沒有給你錢

有沒有分給你錢 沒有

通通都沒有 通通都沒有

土地銀行的事 你有沒有參加 沒有

但是警方調查發現

溫錦隆不僅實際參與

土地銀行運鈔車搶案

射殺押鈔警員林明侯的其中一槍

就是他開槍的

而海地大使館殺警奪槍案

以及高雄鳳山五甲信用合作社

運鈔車搶案 歹徒所使用的槍枝

就是溫錦隆的警用配槍

剛開始是跟溫錦隆借槍

溫錦隆私下借槍給他們

也給他們子彈 提供給他們子彈

那後來被要脅

說你要..你繼續借槍

或者要繼續要跟他們一起犯案

這一步一步才把他拖下水的

所以溫錦隆他是被慢慢

交到壞朋友 一步步被拖下水的

溫錦隆實際參與搶案

以及兩度提供自己的警槍 和8發子彈

總共拿到80幾萬元的分紅

他因為意志不堅 毀了大好前程

把自己逼向不歸路

最後的拼圖 只剩逃往泰國的主嫌

林宗誠跟廖世倫

警方在林宗誠住處找到一張

疑似拿警槍試射的照片

只是此時我們與泰國並無邦交

刑事局國際科幹員

緊急前往泰國求助

國內也發動親情攻勢

因為他的飛機是 下午2點40分的嘛

那我們11點多到了機場以後

就辦好了那些手續 就在那邊等哪

他也是跟我講說 他這邊出去了

我這邊事情辦好了

我的護照出來了以後

他希望我也趕快過去幫他這些忙

假如他打電話回來

你會不會把這些事情跟他講

請他趕快回來

那當..那是一定的

因為這種情形來講的話

我們一定希望說

他能夠馬上回來澄清

澄清他本身是很清白的啦

而逃亡泰國的林宗誠和廖世倫

最終也逃不過警方跨國合作

雙雙被逮 引渡回到台灣

在當年算是高學歷 相當聰明

落網面對媒體竟能談笑風生

漏夜偵訊10個小時

還是能說說笑笑

但隨著警方出示一個個證據

最後只能乖乖認罪

而他們涉案數量 相當驚人

檢警一筆筆清查

他們犯下的重大刑案

發現他們殺害基隆警員廖國棟

目的就是要警槍和子彈

隨後拿槍犯下

板橋農會運鈔車搶案

結果子彈用完了

就把腦筋動到任職警察的

高中同學溫錦隆身上

借警槍和子彈

犯下槍傷海地大使館駐衛警案

又把警槍和子彈搶走

讓溫錦隆從此沒辦法脫身

隨後又犯下高雄鳳山五甲運鈔車搶案

以及土地銀行運鈔車劫案

射殺駐衛警林明侯 因為子彈用罄

又把他的警槍和子彈搶走

接著犯下民生東路崗亭員警

蕭益勝殺警奪槍案

檢警越深入追蹤

發現他們犯下的竊盜強盜搶奪案

竟然有超過200件

就只因為身上沒錢上酒店消費

整個強盜集團顛覆警方認知

幾乎都沒有前科

外表還相當斯文

擅長水性的林本健

寒暑假還會教殘障孩童游泳

他跟被撞死的林順健是兄弟

而林順健跟溫錦隆 林宗誠

是基隆中學同窗

跟洪敏雄是海軍陸戰隊同袍

由兩人擔任殺手

原本眾人是靠飛車搶劫維生

後來林宗誠提議幹大事

便開始奪槍搶劫 甚至會開檢討會

渭水路搶案準備5輛機車不熄火

就是以防逃逸時不能出狀況

劫鈔後還得等風頭過後才能使用

心思縝密可見一斑

幸好商人賴順昌 開車這麼一撞

才撞出了林宗誠犯罪集團

民國78年(1989)林宗誠 林本健

洪敏雄以及溫錦隆 遭到槍決

牧師黃明鎮回國輔導的

第一個死刑犯

就是警察身分犯案的溫錦隆

他被牢友視為硬漢

但是在槍決的前一刻

全身發抖 嚎啕大哭

第一印象帥哥一個 長得帥又聰明

他就供應子彈

他對自己這樣做法是覺得不對的 不應該

但是他說我真的沒有親自參與搶銀行

也給他的朋友抓住把柄

好像由不得自己給他綁住了一樣

你再不供應我(子彈)

我就把它掀出去 你就完蛋了

所以有把柄在人家手上

這個就是年輕人不會想嘛

同樣和他一樣是警察

卻遭到殺害的廖國棟 才24歲

留下2歲的女兒和妻子

林明侯28歲 兩個兒子分別才3歲和4歲

蕭益勝25歲 遇害前2個小時

才剛剛和老父親

還有2歲大的獨生子與妻子

一家人和樂融融地吃飯

沒想到卻是最後一餐

他們盡忠職守

卻因為溫錦隆一夥歹徒的貪念

讓多少警察家庭破碎

執行槍決前 溫錦隆決定捐出眼角膜

主啊 我投靠在?的懷裡

我的心充滿了歡喜

這是溫錦隆生前做的詞曲

懺悔犯下的大惡

自己也付出生命的代價

卻因為符合緊急避難要件

獲不起訴處分

要不是他這搏命一拚

不知道還有多少人要受害
