me well first off I'm really organized I

love planning

events last year I helped organize the

spring dance and everyone had a great

time I want to create more events where

we can all have fun together like talent

the customer service representative

position Jenna and

Tom

absolutely I think Jenna was the more

enthusiastic of the

two true but I felt Tom had the most

relevant

experience he's worked in customer

service for five years while Jenna has

only

three good point but Jenna's problem

solving skills seemed

sharper but I'd argue Tom had the best

communication skills

he articulated his thoughts clearly and

confidently I see what you mean but I

think Jenna's ability to empathize with

customers is her strongest

trade she seemed more

personable you might be right Jenna

definitely has a warmer

approach but in terms of technical

skills Tom was the more qualified

candidate that's a big plus however

Jenna was the most adaptable

she mentioned how quickly she learned

new systems in her previous

job H should we consider a second round

of

interviews I think that's the best

option let's ask them both to do a

role-play

scenario that should help us see who

performs better and is less nervous

what I started watching English movies

subtitles it's challenging but I think

it helps with listening

to podcasts I love listening to stories

walking that's a great idea I should try

that I also like using flash cards for

vocabulary it makes memorizing words

easier flashcards are

awesome I use an app on my phone for

that it's convenient for studying on the

go exactly it's all about finding what

works best for you
