hello and good morning everyone hope you

guys day is starting off awesome kids

are all at school so i'm home alone just

getting a few things done i always kind

of have to laugh at the things that we

choose to do whenever the kids are gone

you just

never know what's gonna happen some days

i really crush it hard other days not so

much today i feel like i'm being pretty

productive i feel like i've done pretty

well so far i got a recipe up on the

blog

yesterday talked about a little bit on

our instagram check it out a lot of fun

ones on there i just did the floors made

them all shiny and clean while the kids

are gone

start of a new week it's monday kids

have a full week this week and then next

week is kind of an even shorter week

because we have a holiday and they

already only go to school four days so

next week they have

three days of school trying to plan

something fun for labor day weekend this

weekend coming up give us some ideas you

guys like this video if we should go do

something fun for labor day and comment

down below what we should do because we

need some good ideas last minute

planning need something going on awesome

first thing i do every single morning

when i come downstairs is i open up

all the windows it makes me feel so good

then i'll burn a yummy

candle so today it's lemon mint leaf i

have to have this space in the house

pretty cleaned up most of the day or

else it makes me all fuzzy inside it

makes me a little grumpy i usually start

out the day by cleaning up this main

level and that's what i've done so far

today just gonna get a few more things

done while the kids are at school

the house is far too quiet far too empty

without the kids here so

it is time to go get them this time i'm

picking up stephanie's kids as well i'm

gonna go run a little errand for her

pick up something for dad at the post

office we're gonna go do that

come back brown and i have a few things

we need to go grab at costco so we're

gonna get that done too today

kids are home enjoying the beautifully

clean pristine kitchen

looks and smells so fantastic they're

also having a little bit of a snack and

a little bit of after-school reading

going on right now they're reading

in what is this called the cat man dog

man dog man oh man i was way off wait

are you supposed to be eating that i

feel like that's breakfast no

i didn't think you're so busted but just

enjoying a fun snack what do you have

over here here's your girl for your

after school snack today easy's having

water waffles wow and don't you look so

adorable today hazel looks so cute that

tonight we are celebrating and saying

goodbye an actual farewell to mona and

papa you saw

yesterday's vlog you got a little piece

of that as we are saying goodbye to them

and they're leaving on their mission to

nauvoo historic sites in illinois can be

gone for a year we're going to get

together one last time tonight as a

family we're going to a park kind of

nearby where they're living currently

get together as a family have some fun

dinner some snacks we're going to try

and take the opportunity though to

celebrate my mom's

birthday as well her birthday is just

shortly after they leave so since we

won't be able to celebrate that with her

in person because they will be gone

mindy had the idea that we should do it

tonight and so tonight we are going to

be doing a small birthday slash farewell

to my parents we've got some prep to do

for that you guys gotta go get some

things done we gotta go pick up some

some balloons i believe a gift some food

i don't know what's going on but we've

got to get out of the house

with a salad except for me to bring the

healthy thing okay so mindy as is known

in the family as kind of the healthy

salad

healthy person yeah that's what she's

known as in the bingham family so we're

gonna pick a salad and pick up a gift

pick up some other stuff and then

tonight we should have a lot of fun

hanging out with them it would be fun

we gotta get ready for that

okay guys picked up a few things for

tonight mainly the salad caesar salad

kits you just can't go wrong

plus mom's struggling to get the

chocolate milk out plus we found we're

getting costco pizza tonight so it's

kind of like a costco affair we're gonna

do costco pizza with some costco salad

picked up a few other little snacks for

the kids in the pantry a little

restocking on the protein drinks

like my favorite thing lately are these

stinky bars i love these they sound all

healthy and stuff

no hike fructose corn syrup plant-based

yeah i'll balance this out i don't like

them so there you go if i could just

maintain that diet all across the board

i'd probably be good but figs for

everyone

pigs all around

how's that fig bar back home now kids

just wrapping up some chores homework

all the good stuff we got the perfect

gift for my mom tonight that's gonna be

fantastic some fun balloons and all the

things we need for a great party but

we arrived back home and i got some

accessories for the onewheel here we're

gonna throw these on right now rag i

love the satisfying feeling of putting

fresh new hotness on and then what's

your favorite part of the whole thing

peeling the sticker off he loves just

peeling the sticker back so we're gonna

let him do that we're gonna get this on

here now guys what's cool about this is

these are just very simple rail guards

on the outside here but because like

when i first got it tons of crashes we

didn't know what we were doing scratched

up quite a bit so it's gonna have a

fresh new

hot blue look to match the underside

here it'll be fun when we go riding

then we talked to you about how next

week the kids are going to be adding an

online portion to their learning so

there's like half days during the week

and then like a makeup day on friday but

then when they come home there's an

online section so mom is trying to link

up all of the kids

schooling into one location so that way

she can go and see where they're at

it's like canvas or something is what

it's called so then that way you can see

their assignments what they need to turn

in what they haven't yet so they really

linked it

all of our kids here's all of our kids

classes one-stop shop for all the kids

homework it's a lot to manage it's a

little bit extra on the parents as we do

the kind of like hybrid online and

in-person schooling a little bit more on

us to make sure they're getting their

things done and so we're realizing as we

go in there and we log in there's gonna

be a lot to manage and keep track of to

make sure that they're doing their

assignments and some of the stuff like

crew right now trying to find his

assignment online so some of those

kinks 2020 style you guys as we go into

the school year not as simple and

straightforward

as it was as a normal traditional school

year but also not so much

straightforward as it was when we did

just online we kind of got the hang of

that at the end of the last year but

doing the hybrid is going to present its

own set of unique challenges i feel like

we'll get it figured out

it is a weird weather day today i don't

know if bran already talked about this

because he went out on his little my

neighbor sarah calls it his big will

but it's like gloomy outside a little

bit very cloudy

cooler temps that's making me want to go

get sweatshirt and sweatpants on

i don't think we're there yet it is

making me want to make soup for dinner

and rolls and really embrace that fall

feeling i actually went to the store

this week and i got a new candle and you

guys it's called

pumpkin dolce it smells exactly like i

want my house to smell during fall so

kind of getting that little edge to just

have

fall leaves hanging out here and there

we're not quite there yet we've had a

really hot

summer a really hot dry summer which we

live in the desert that makes sense but

it's been a little bit drier here than

normal just gonna have to keep waiting

for that fall speaking of this weird

whack-a-doo weather we got clouds coming

in it's starting to sprinkle rain a

little bit so we're gonna try and throw

these covers on the patio furniture one

second time we've been able to do that

and our neighbors you guys they're just

beautifying this area we got a row of

pine trees as the backdrop now for the

patio it looks fantastic

smells even better if you can imagine

and then we've got some concrete going

they're doing gonna be like concrete

slabs and then i think

rocks or grass in between oh my gosh but

you guys i teased with my neighbor i

said if

christmas time comes around and you

notice when you're trees in this thing

it's because i cut it down and put it in

a great spot to get one this year

backyard area looking fantastic all the

way around full neighborhood event here

we were sitting on the patio last night

our patio was so

perfectly lit brandon was saying the way

the strands were hung we didn't do it on

purpose but it looks

perfect out here at night today's been a

really good weather day because it's

cooler

yeah it is that's what i think is great

about it is that it is cooler it's very

mild weather we're like

clear down into like the high 60s low

70s today

the cloud cover is nice i feel like i

could put on like a little hoodie the

only problem is is that tonight's party

is supposed to be like potentially at

sean's pool uncle john's pool not sure

how that's gonna work out the other plan

was at a park either way rain could

spoil that the nicer milder temperatures

you know i might throw on a light jacket

tonight

i don't know i'm ready for fall you guys

this is just a classic utah tease though

because in a couple of days jumps right

back into the mid 90s so yeah don't get

too comfortable in fall mode people

to let you know what's coming oh boys

battery's almost dead guys i'm a little

curious to find out if tonight the wind

picks up like crazy because i just saw

that not only is it a little bit cooler

today but it's dropping into the

40s tonight how do you have a 95 degree

swing down into the 40s crew do you know

how

no i don't know how that is going to be

a severe and significant temperature

drop dropping into the 40s tonight

like i said in a couple days back up

into the 90s let's see how tonight goes

what we end up doing but for right now

crew and i just testing out the new rail

guards on the one wheel crew's getting

some more skate practice in taking the

gopro max for a spin having a great time

we are getting ready for tonight and

packing up all my stuff in a bag i

bought two kits of salad to take tonight

for our little picnic plans have just

changed because the weather has cooled

down so much monado just messaged

everyone and she's like okay change of

plans prayers have been answered you

don't have to see me in a swimming suit

so we will meet at the park i think i'm

actually gonna take a sweatshirt tonight

i'm craving fall

kids have already started looking at

their halloween costumes and what they

want to be i mean i've even heard the

kids say what they want for christmas

i'm like okay let's pump the brakes

there cooling down tonight gonna take a

sweater and getting ready to go hang out

with the family hazy just barely came in

she's being super big and brave but what

happened outside you have a really bad

owie i was trying out when they scooted

and i fell

and you fell oh don't take that off

mommy will help you put it on we're

gonna put some medicine on first then

we'll put that band-aid on but that's

the only that's the last big band-aid

that i have

we better do it right the first time

yeah and then and then we can just grab

two band-aids and then just put one

right on the bottom and then one on the

top

later that same evening guys just got

back from a pretty awesome evening

saying goodbye to my parents it was a

really fun night

it was i gotta say guys we brought the

camera with the intention of potentially

videoing vlogging

some of it but also at the same time we

wanted to be in the moment and enjoy it

they ended up leaving in the car never

got it out we did get a chance to take

some pictures with them as we said

goodbye give our final farewells

i had a long talk with my dad tonight

and i just said it just seems easier

this time because you're going somewhere

familiar it's nearby

it's still here in the united states

isn't that big it's like a one-hour time

day but it used to be

nine hours so when we plan our calls it

had to be like there early morning an

hour late

whatever you know now there's like no

visas passports no none of that it's

just they're taking a drive

and they were all loaded up their car

was totally packed fully ready to go

they're taking off in the morning smash

wishing them luck we're going to miss

them but we know that they are doing

exactly what they want to be doing and

we could not be happier for them it's a

fawn fawn farewell tonight we got a

chance to hang out one last time at a

park take some fun pictures together as

we said our goodbyes matt even snapped a

couple of pictures as we were hugging

mona and papa goodbye

so they are on their way guys they're

gone speaking of being on your way being

ganding heading out of town we've got

some fun ideas we've been talking about

today some potential labor day plans you
