不出意外兩部分人體為同一個人

好消息是

第二個紅白箱子上有條形碼等商品信息

且上半身的胳膊雙手都在

這意味着可以通過指紋來查出受害者是誰

很快警方根據標籤

在當地找到了售賣箱子的店鋪

這也就意味着

這個心狠手辣的兇手

就在新加坡

另一邊法醫經過6小時的指紋比對

終於找到了受害者

來自中國吉林長春的劉紅梅

今年22歲

來新加坡工作已經3年了

目前在實龍崗北大道5號一家電子廠里上班

而她的同事早些時候

就已經提交了失蹤報告

警方立即趕往電子廠

搜查了劉紅梅的就業記錄以及私人物品

其中一份不良行為文件引起了警方的注意

那是去年9月27日公司發下的文件

文件內容指出

她和當地一名主管在上班期間

有多次親吻和擁抱

偷偷摸摸的那一種

2004年9月14日

兩個人竟公然在辦公室里親了起來

這一幕被同事撞見並舉報給了公司高層

半個月之後

兩個人都收到了公司高層的口頭警告

劉紅梅承認了錯誤

而主管不願接受警告

他給高層回了一封信聲稱:

自己親劉紅梅

是因為當天是劉紅梅的生日

並無其他意思

希望高層能夠再查一遍

此後劉紅梅和主管的私情

在工廠里就不算什麼秘密了

哪怕劉紅梅工作一直勤勤懇懇

認真負責人也不錯

但同事們依然對她連續升職兩次有很多不滿

背地裡都說這肯定少不了主管的推波助瀾

而這位主管名叫梁少初 55歲

有老婆和三個孩子

兒子(二兒子)比劉紅梅都大兩歲

揪出一個婚外情警方立刻警覺

直接找到梁少初

一開始

警方並沒有透露劉紅梅遇害的消息

只說是來做一個簡單的失蹤人口詢問

但問着問着警方就發現了幾個可疑點

第一 梁少初一直否認自己與劉紅梅有私情

還讓警方不要隨意指控

聲稱自己可是有老婆孩子的人

第二 整個問詢過程中他都非常緊張

雙手一直攥在一起不停的發抖

第三 他左手關節處有劃痕

當警方問他手是怎麼受傷的

他回答說是在家裡修管道時不小心劃傷的

要說警方嘛反應也很快

立馬就接了一句:走去你家看一看

隨後警方就來到梁少初家

在一個酒櫃裡翻到了一摞中文報紙

在客廳以及他兒子的房間裡

找到了一捆綠色塑料袋

廚房裡有一把豁了口的刀

一個橡膠錘

一卷封口膠帶

還有一輛車筐沾有血跡的腳踏車

等等眾多可疑物證

隨即梁少初被帶回了警局

由於案發時他的大女兒和愛人正在泰國度假

兒子在學校

小女兒當天在家也被帶回了警局

起初梁少初仍然否認自己和劉紅梅的關係

警方一邊給他施壓

一邊安排法醫在他家取證

初步判斷他家就是第一案發現場

但奇怪的是本應該是重污染的浴室

卻出奇的乾淨

一點痕跡都沒有

甚至連氣味都聞不到

負責案件的林警官

想起了10年前的死刑犯

約翰·馬丁的現場勘查報告

浴室被清洗沖刷清理

但在洗臉盆底下發現了一滴血

林警官照着前輩的經驗檢查了一遍洗臉盆

但很可惜什麼都沒有

但東方不亮西方亮

他跪着的姿勢讓他把視線挪到了馬桶附近

本不抱任何希望的他

居然在馬桶底部

發現了直徑約兩毫米大小的紅色污漬

法醫將提取到的污漬進行了檢驗

結果證實是血跡且屬於劉紅梅

可即使到了這一步

梁少初仍不肯交代

直到林警官說：

6月17日凌晨4:40

梁少初終於崩潰了

他告訴警方這一切都是他幹的

但他也是被逼的

他強調

是劉紅梅說要雙雙殉情

要他幫忙結束掉對方的生命的

這究竟是怎麼一回事呢

梁少初 華裔 1955年4月19日

出生於新加坡

他有一個雙胞胎弟弟

高中畢業之後他完成了大學預科教育

繼而服兵役

1976年進入了新加坡電信公司工作

這一干就是20年

在此期間梁少初繼續學習

1983年

他拿到了新加坡理工學院的畢業證

專業是電子與通信工程

1996年梁少初從電信公司離職

開始自己創業

但他性格內向不太適合打理生意

1997年4月創業失敗的他

老老實實的上班了

也就是在現在工作的電子廠里

擔任生產主管

雖然常年上夜班

從晚上7點到第二天早上7點

但他手底下管着十幾號人

5月份剛拿到手的工資有3743新元（當時匯率2309.43美元）

養活一大家子完全不成問題

一開始梁少初管的是第三小組

2004年1月他被調到了第四小組

劉紅梅就是第四小組的操作員

兩個人一來二去的接觸

慢慢的就有了私情

2004年6月13日

劉紅梅在梁少初的推薦下升職加薪

這時兩個人就正式在一起了

劉紅梅是2002年從中國來新加坡的

當年11月開始在電子廠里上班

工作兩年多完成兩次晉升

這也足以證明她平時表現還不錯

對待工作是認真負責

特別是今年每月都能拿到公司的全勤獎

30新元

上個月工資他總共拿了1406新元（當時匯率864.17美元）

平日裡劉紅梅非常節儉

錢都存起來

然後每隔三個月就往家裡寄一次

每次約2000新月

2003年年中劉紅梅還將姐姐接了過來

兩姐妹準備一起在新加坡打拼

不過似乎姐姐發展的更加順利一些

2005年4月24日

姐姐找了一個新加坡的姐夫登記結婚了

婚禮暫定在9月

劉紅梅就特別期待當伴娘

可她為何要在婚禮的兩個多月前

與梁少初相約殉情呢

據梁少初交代

6月15日我趁家裡沒人

將劉紅梅直接約來家裡

這也是我們第一次在家裡私會

她是早上9:50左右到的

我們坐在床上聊天 聊着聊着

她就說到我們的關係總被人指指點點

很憋屈

她勸我跟他回中國重新開始

這我能幹嗎

我都50多歲的人了

到中國重頭再來

這怎麼可能呢

當場就直接給拒絕了

再說我還有老婆孩子在這邊

可沒想到劉紅梅很堅持

聲稱養家糊口的重擔

交給她就行了

但不管怎麼說我也不可能同意的

僵持了一段時間之後

她突然情緒低落的冒出一句

那我們一起去死吧

相愛這麼久也算做個了斷

為表示誠意劉紅梅又補充道

梁少初答應了

隨即從房間裡拿起一條毛巾

纏繞在劉紅梅的脖子上

他們當時是面對面的姿勢

梁少初用力時能近距離觀察到劉紅梅的臉

期間他還詢問劉紅梅是否安好

得到的回覆是:

然後他就更加使勁了

就這樣持續了20分鐘

劉紅梅的臉色逐漸變得青紫

最終停止呼吸倒在床上

片刻過後梁少初決定自己不死了

而他給自己的理由是臉色鐵青、醜陋不堪

他不想自己也變成這樣

看着腹部不再起伏的劉紅梅

梁少初沒有悔過沒有搶救

而是想着趕緊處理掉

不然等到晚上6點多

就會被放學回家的小女兒看到

他自己晚上也要上班

所以必須要馬上處理掉

於是他將劉紅梅拖至浴室

拿着一把刀和橡膠錘

一刀一刀犯下了新加坡史上最惡劣的案件

中午時分梁少初清洗廁所

他發現自己身上有些許血跡

但因為不明顯也就沒管了

只洗了洗手和腿

然後就騎着自行車來回三趟

打車兩趟

將劉紅梅的遺體以及遺物

分批丟棄在不同的地方

下午5點

梁少初回到家看了一眼時間覺得還早

於是他又拿起刷子和清洗劑

把浴室再清洗了一遍

這一次他洗得更加仔細了

甚至用磨刀石把菜刀上的血跡給磨掉了

把沾有一滴血的床單被套放進洗衣機

忙完這些他來不及洗澡

直接換上工作服匆忙趕去上班了

臨走之前看到劉紅梅的背包落在地板上

他用一個塑料袋裝了起來

在上班路上順手丟掉了

晚上7:30車間開始點名查勤

那天有兩個人沒來

其中一個就是劉紅梅

梁少初還假模假式的

讓另一位同事給劉紅梅打電話

問她為什麼沒來上班

而結果自然是手機關機

且自此之後劉紅梅再也沒有出現過了

雖然梁少初已經承認了罪行

但你注意到沒有

他的說辭偏向於過失殺人

如果警方拿不出新的證據

只要他一口咬定自己的說辭

他很有可能不會被判絞刑

法醫也表示頭疼吶

僅根據現有的遺體

根本無法判斷出劉紅梅的真實死因

以當時的天氣狀況

只要遺骸暴露在外超過24小時

就會急速腐爛

然而3天過去了

還有5部分遺體沒有找到

根據梁少初的口供

有三部分被丟棄在新加坡河

兩部分被丟在公交車的垃圾桶里

警方在氣象局的幫助下

根據新加坡河的風速、遺骸重量等等

計算出它們應該還在河裡

並且離一開始的拋棄地點並不遠

因為這2天呢新加坡河的水流速度緩慢

約8斤重的袋子飄不遠

但30名特種部隊

在搜查了河岸灌木叢等等

依然沒有線索

這時林警官想到了一種可能

或許是被當做垃圾給清走了

於是立即來到新加坡河的碼頭去問清潔工

得知河裡兩天就會清理一次

清潔工的垃圾會統一運到

幾十公里外的姐妹島附近的船上

等林警官趕到時發現船上早已經空了

垃圾被轉走

再一問得知

新加坡河的垃圾

最終都會被運往大士南焚化廠焚化

林警官打電話給工廠

要求他們馬上停止焚燒

下午等林警官趕到時他傻眼了

現場是堆積如山的垃圾

臭氣熏天

根本就無法呼吸

但時間不等人吶

再大的挑戰

他們也得硬着頭皮上

一行人戴着口罩

拿起鏟子開始一個一個的打開翻找

不放過任何一袋垃圾

一直忙到深夜

終於在快翻完時

林警官聞到了一股味道

一股警察熟知的臭味

他當時特別激動

歷經10個小時

翻遍三噸垃圾後

他們終於找到劉紅梅剩餘的部分

經檢查確定頭部沒有被重物擊打的痕跡

左腿肌肉里有兩塊非常細小的金屬

被證實與梁少初家中的切肉刀切口吻合

邊緣磨損也吻合

然而麻煩的是死因仍然無法確定

首先腐爛嚴重

其次兇器特殊

是寬大且柔軟的毛巾

這通常不會給頸部帶來很多傷痕

最讓人疑惑的一點是

劉紅梅身上沒有防禦性損傷

難道說梁少初所說是真的

一直以來警方都在質疑梁少初的話

所以不停的在尋找其它線索

在一連串的調查中

發現劉紅梅的銀行卡曾被盜過

她所有的積蓄所剩無幾

劉紅梅事後也報了案

當時警方告訴他

等銀行監控調出來之後

讓她來認一認取她錢的小偷

沒想到第二天她就遇害了

而現在看監控錄像

竟從中看到了梁少初的身影

哪怕他的臉被帽子擋住

還換了一身裝扮

但林警官仍然認出了他

在排除了梁少初的雙胞胎弟弟的嫌疑之後

梁少初就成了偷錢的最大嫌疑人

果然再一次搜索時

警方在梁少初家裡面

找到了監控中所穿的綠色毛衣

棒球帽以及藍色短褲

至此警方可以確定

銀行監控中的男子

就是梁少初

不僅如此

在其家中還搜出了一條工裝短褲、一條polo衫

正是他當時來不及換的衣服

經檢測上面沾有血跡

為了揭示其真實的動機

警方再次提審梁少初

他依然堅稱劉紅梅是自願離世

而他不過是幫忙而已

至於盜取銀行卡的事

他倒是認得很乾脆

但他解釋稱這只是他們之間的惡作劇

他說在出事兩天前的6月13日

兩個人出去開房

他想找梳子

而劉紅梅在洗澡不方便找

所以他就私自在劉紅梅的包里找了起來

他知道劉紅梅的密碼

當天下午3點退房

5點他就去取了錢

取了2000多

第二天他就把卡和錢原數還給了劉紅梅

然而警方很快就發現了三個矛盾點

在劉紅梅家裡面沒有找到這筆錢

如果劉紅梅在14號就收到了卡和錢

她就不會報警了

梁少初的取錢方式似乎不像是惡作劇

根據記錄顯示

6月13日他分4次從4個地方取錢

第一次取了1000新元

第二次取了100新元

第三次又取了1000新元結果失敗了

第四次取1000新元又失敗

回家的路上他還不忘拿卡消費

買了價值14.4新元的日用品

第二天他繼續喬裝打扮

再次出門取錢

這一次啊他不那麼較真

取了960新元成功了

共計2071.4新元

不光是這些疑點

劉紅梅的親友也都表示

她對未來是充滿期待

不會想不開的

劉紅梅的姐姐說姐妹倆的關係特別好

每周都會相聚兩次

但她並不知道妹妹與梁少初之間的關係

她還想讓妹妹去婚姻介紹所試一試

畢竟她結婚留在了新加坡

她想妹妹也留在新加坡

回憶這2年她和梁少初好像只見過4次面

最後一次是6月13日

是在電子廠舉行的家庭日活動上

她記得大家玩得都很開心

而且姐妹兩個人經常通電話

6月14日兩個人閒聊

劉紅梅就說

她很有信心通過最近參加的英語考試

如果通過的話那就繼續學習

爭取再考一個導遊證

後經過警方查實

劉紅梅確實在新加坡一家機構學習英語

報名時間是2003年5月20日

兩年多來她共交了1,288新元的學費

機構負責人說

6月14日劉紅梅來找過他

詢問後期費用

以及課程時間的安排

當時劉紅梅表示

會認真考慮之後再告訴他結果

李建華是一家婚介所的主管

他記性很好

雖然機構里有14,000多名會員

但他對劉紅梅印象非常深

紅梅呢是在這個2004年3月27號來參加

她來這裡的目呢就是想早結婚

我對她的印象是她是一個很

溫柔的女孩子

講話很有禮貌

她主要是找男人呢

就是有涵養

最主要是對方要有心結婚

因為她想留在新加坡

總共呢我跟她介紹呢有五個對象

這當中呢她對那個

公務員還有那個

做經理的比較說有興趣了

面對這些證人證詞

被捕之後的第十天梁少初鬆口了

承認殺害劉紅梅就是因為錢

他說6月14日晚上當劉紅梅告訴他

警方會去查銀行監控

並且她自己第二天也會去看

看能否認出小偷

害怕東窗事發的梁少初在電話里就說

你明天先來我家

我陪你一起去警局

6月15日梁少初本打算向劉紅梅坦白

主動承認錯誤

然後歸還錢和卡

希望能夠獲得劉紅梅的諒解

但他自尊心太強

到嘴邊的話就是說不出口

想到自己一旦被抓

婚外情曝光、工作會丟、家人朋友會譴責

他的生活會四分五裂

他這一輩子都抬不起頭了

於是他就動起了邪念

開始用語言來試探劉紅梅

看看劉紅梅會不會為了他去死

他問劉紅梅為什麼愛他

劉紅梅回答

因為你是一個好丈夫好父親

你會照顧家人

和你在一起我很開心

聽了這句話之後

梁少初心裡就有底了

他知道卡和錢的事情有辦法解決了

他故意將話題引到兩個人的關係上

故意讓劉紅梅生氣

在主動提議兩個人一起去死的話題

一切都是他主導的

劉紅梅就這麼信了他的鬼話

梁少初用力拉扯毛巾時

腦子裡就已經在考慮

如何處置劉紅梅的遺體了

什麼臉又青又黑臉色難看

不過是他為了撇清罪責的藉口罷了

2006年5月3日

新加坡高等法院開始審理此案

在法庭上面對公眾和媒體記者

梁少初又翻供了

聲稱

6月26日的供詞都是被林警官誘導

為了拉近與自己的關係

林警官甚至給他買茶喝

不過啊他的翻供並不能改變什麼

法官問道：這是發生在什麼時候的

梁少初答就是錄這份口供之前

只見林警官二話沒說拿出工作手冊

據手冊記錄

買茶發生在2005年7月5日

梁少初已經認罪的9天之後

當時梁少初說自己很熱

於是林警官就好心買了兩瓶涼茶給他

結果反被污衊

見一計不成

梁少初又試圖混淆視聽

說劉紅梅身上沒傷

所以她是自願的

法醫部門針對這個問題在法庭上表示

劉紅梅身上雖然沒有防禦性損傷

但是這並不代表她就是自願的

或許是由於事發突然比較瘦的劉紅梅

還沒來得及作出反應

便無力癱瘓了

當法官要求梁少初在法庭上示範

是如何勒死劉紅梅的

他臉上竟露出了一抹狡黠的笑容

讓現場的人不寒而慄

沒有人知道他在想什麼

當時海峽時報的記者林賽琳娜就在現場

他聲稱梁少初的笑讓人感到毛骨悚然

整個庭審過程中梁少初的家人均未到場

經過長達16天的審判

法官斷定劉紅梅並無輕生想法

她仍是一個對未來抱有希望的女孩

是梁少初為了一己私慾剝奪了她的生命

2006年5月19日梁少初被判處絞刑

儘管他提出了上訴但未被批准

2007年11月30日上午他被送上絞刑架

終年52歲

劉紅梅的葬禮於2005年7月11日舉行

在她的火化儀式上

她的家人均因故未能參加

但她遇到了熱心腸的殯儀員鄭羅蘭

他不僅將劉紅梅的身體縫合在一起

還在腳沒有找到的情況下特製了一雙蠟腳

為的就是讓劉紅梅能夠體面的上路

和劉紅梅一起火化的

還有她最愛的玩具、書和衣服

葬禮有150多人參加

但百來面孔各有不同

有人來看熱鬧、有人來祭拜

還有人是來碰運氣選彩票的

最終劉紅梅的骨灰被運回她的家鄉中國

回顧這起案件

無疑劉紅梅遇到梁少初是不幸的

對梁少初來說

他們之間才不是愛情呢

他不過是為了滿足自己的一己私慾

單純的劉紅梅竟然相信了對方的花言巧語

最終失去了寶貴的生命

其實註定沒有結果的感情

不如趁早收起來
