Let's get started.
In this video, I'm going to talk a little
bit about my plans for tonight.
So, Right now, I am at a park.
A park is a place with trees, grass
and sometimes flowers where people can walk, run, or relax.
It is a nice place to enjoy nature and get some fresh air.
I'm going to go running.
This means I will run for exercise.
Running is when you move your legs fast, faster than walking.
It helps you stay healthy and strong.
I plan to run for about 40 minutes,
which is a little less than one hour.
I really need to run today because it
helps me feel good and stay in shape.
I try to run one hour every day.
This means I make an effort to run for one hour each day.
It's part of my daily routine,
something I try to do regularly.
After I run, I'm going to take some photos of the park.
I will use my phone or camera to take
pictures of the trees, flowers,
and the beautiful view.
I really love this park and I want to
remember how nice it looks.
Then, I'm going to share the pictures with my friends.
I will show them the photos, probably by sending them or posting them online.
I'm going to post the photos on Facebook
a social media website where people share photos, messages
and updates with friends and family.
After that, I'm going to drive home.
Driving means using a car to go back to my house.
Then, I will have dinner with my family.
Dinner is the evening meal, usually the
last meal of the day.
I think tonight we're going to have pizza, though I'm not sure.
Pizza is a popular food with cheese,
tomato sauce, and different toppings,
like vegetables or meat.
I’m not completely sure what we will eat, but I think it might be pizza.
After dinner, I think I'm going to relax.
That means I will rest and do something
calm like sitting on the couch or talking.
I will also chat with my mom and dad.
Chat means to talk in a friendly way.
Then, I’m going to go to bed early.
This means I will sleep early and not stay up late.
I will not watch TV or use my phone for a long time.
I want to sleep early because tomorrow I have to wake up early.
Tomorrow, I’m going to drive to another city.
I have a trip planned.
I will go to a different city by car.
I’m going there to meet my niece and nephew.
A niece is the daughter of your brother or sister.
A nephew is the son of your brother or sister.
My nephew is getting married.
This means he is having a wedding.
A wedding is a special event where two
people get married.
So, tomorrow I will be doing many things.
It will be a busy day for me. I will have a lot to do and many people to see.
Now, I want to ask you a few questions.
What about you?
What are you going to have for dinner
tonight?
Are you going to see anybody tonight?
And what are you going to do tomorrow?
What do you do on the weekend?
On the weekend, I like to relax and take a break for my busy week.
I usually stay at home and do some chores.
Chores are small jobs we do around the
house to keep it clean and organized.
For example, I sweep the floor with a
broom to remove dust and dirt.
Then I mop the floor with water and soap. To make it clean and shiny.
I also do the laundry.
That means I wash my clothes using a
washing machine or by hand.
Then I dry and fold them.
Besides cleaning, I also like to take care of myself.
This is called self-care.
Self-care means doing things that help you feel good, healthy, and happy.
Sometimes I get my nails done at a salon.
That means someone helps me clean,
shape, and paint my fingernails.
I might also get my hair done,
which means I go to a hair salon to wash,
cut, or style my hair.
Sometimes I get my eyelashes done to make them look longer or fuller.
My weekends are usually calm and peaceful.
I take it easy and enjoy slow,
quiet time.
I use this time to rest my body and my
mind.
I also prepare for the new week.
To get ready, I do things like meditate
which means sitting quietly and focusing on my breath or thoughts.
I also reflect, which means I think about
my past week and how I felt.
Sometimes, I write my thoughts and feelings in a journal
which is a special notebook just for me.
Now, I have a question for you:
What do you do on the weekend?
Do you buy dinner at the supermarket?
Sometimes I do.
When I am busy and don’t have much time to cook
I go to the supermarket to buy dinner.
Supermarkets are large stores where you can buy food, drinks
and other household items.
They often have a section with pre-made foods that are already cooked
and just need to be heated up.
This makes it quick and easy to have a meal when I am in a hurry.
When I buy dinner at the supermarket
I usually choose foods that I enjoy and that are somewhat healthy.
For example, I like to buy sushi, which is a Japanese dish made with rice
fish, and sometimes vegetables, wrapped in seaweed.
I also like to buy dishes like rice with vegetables because they are filling and nutritious.
I try to pick meals that are balanced, with both protein and vegetables.
However, I don’t usually buy fast food at the supermarket.
Fast food is food that is made quickly and is often high in calories, fat, and salt.
I avoid it because it is not very healthy and doesn’t make me feel good after eating it.
I also don't like frozen meals.
Frozen meals are pre-cooked dishes that are kept in the freezer.
While they are convenient, I find that they don’t taste very fresh
and the texture can be a bit different from freshly cooked food.
Instead of buying these types of meals
I often choose to buy ingredients like fresh vegetables and chicken.
Cooking at home allows me to prepare meals exactly how I like them.
I can add my favorite spices,
make sure everything is fresh
and cook food in a healthy
way, such as grilling or steaming.
When I have enough time, I definitely
prefer to cook because it tastes better
and is usually healthier.
Still, the supermarket is very helpful when I am busy
because it has so many options for
pre-made food.
It’s nice to know that if I don’t have time to cook
I can still find something to eat quickly.

Do you like indoor pets, like birds or fish?
Yes, I do.
I really enjoy having indoor pets like
birds or fish.
Indoor pets are great because they are usually easy to take care of
and can bring a lot of joy and companionship.
They don't require as much space as outdoor animals
and you can enjoy their company while staying inside.
I have a cat and I love having it as my
indoor pet.
My cat lives comfortably in my house, and I make sure it has everything it needs.
I provide fresh food and clean water for
it every day.
To keep my cat happy and healthy
I also make sure to clean its litter box regularly—usually every day.
Cats don't need a bath very often because they are good at grooming themselves.
Usually, I only bathe my cat if it gets especially dirty
or if there’s a reason it needs a wash.
Most of the time, my cat takes care of its own cleanliness.
One of my favorite things to do is take pictures of my cat.
It has such cute and funny expressions that I can’t help but capture them!
Sometimes, I let my cat roam around the living room to play or just relax.
It loves to chase toys and sometimes curls up in a cozy spot to nap.
I love my indoor pet because it is so
adorable and always makes me smile.
Taking care of my cat is a rewarding experience
and I feel happy knowing it’s comfortable and safe at home.
Taking care of indoor pets can be both fun and fulfilling.
Whether you have a cat, bird, fish or any other pet.
It is important to make sure they have a safe, clean and comfortable environment.
Pets can be wonderful companions and can help reduce stress
making them a great addition to your life.
