looking to kind of see what I should do
00:00
next to continue building
00:01
it's you know what my answer is going to
00:04
be if you're not on all seven platforms
00:06
I'm upset there's also going live right
00:08
and kick YouTube and Snapchat and Tik
00:11
Tok and it's just more I keep telling
00:13
people building a brand on social media
00:16
is like going to the gym it's [ __ ]
00:18
more reps it's like getting better at
00:20
basketball it's like getting better at
00:21
chess most people are not disciplined or
00:23
consistent or tenacious enough to get
00:26
through the hard days and then they lose
00:28
momentum.
00:30
I've been posting consistently for
00:30
probably the probably the last 6 years
00:32
honestly on on Lenny's Facebook page,
00:34
which is Lenny the Boston. Um, and he
00:36
was actually the first Hotel.com
00:40
official dog. So, also known as the K9
00:42
Critic. Uh, and we're kind of in a niche
00:44
spot where we review pet friendly hotels
00:46
and I review them from Lenny's
00:48
perspective. So, we've grown it from 60
00:50
followers to 114,000 followers,
00:53
which is which is cool. Um, we're
00:55
reaching 4.5 million views per month.
00:57
Uh, now we're in the content
00:59
monetization program, which is great.
01:00
So, uh, Lenny's really helping out the,
01:02
uh, the family, which is awesome.
01:05
So, Lenny's Lenny's Lenny's becoming the
01:06
bread winner.
01:08
Exactly. Lenny's paying the mortgage.
01:10
Yeah. Looking to kind of see what I
01:11
should do next to continue building.
01:14
It's it's it's it's doubling down on
01:16
what you know.
01:19
It's just more like I keep telling
01:20
people building a brand on social media
01:23
is like going to the gym. The answer is
01:25
more. Like how do I get
01:28
just came from
01:29
Nice work. You know like like I you know
01:30
like people it's [ __ ] more reps. It's
01:33
like getting better at basketball. It's
01:34
like getting better at you know chess.
01:36
It's like what people don't understand
01:38
is that most people are not disciplined
01:41
or consistent or tenacious enough to get
01:43
through the hard days and then they lose
01:46
momentum. Every one of us, every one of
01:48
us watching right now has tried to get
01:50
better at something, right? And every
01:53
one of us has failed. Like literally
01:55
every [ __ ] person watching has tried
01:57
and failed at something. Especially in a
01:59
world of like health and fitness. Like
02:02
so many people fail at that. And then
02:03
there's other skills. I think you know
02:05
the answer. If you're not posting on
02:07
every platform and then there's other
02:09
thing you could start writing on
02:10
Substack, right? Where's the attention?
02:12
What's the content you need to do there?
02:15
How do you overindex on awareness on the
02:18
platforms that have the attention? That
02:21
is the game. There's the seven social
02:23
networks. There's Substack. There's the
02:25
live streaming platforms like Twitch and
02:27
Kick. Joe, I that's it, brother.
02:29
Yeah. More reps.
02:32
More reps. like how much content is
02:34
being you have more platforms, more
02:36
output,
02:38
more different ways, written, word,
02:39
audio, video, live, recorded, uh doing
02:41
you doing podcasts with Lenny, right?
02:45
You showing up.
02:48
I want to do
02:49
Well, by the way, then you need to then
02:50
you need to go take a shower since you
02:51
just worked out and sit there for 3
02:53
hours and DM every podcaster that talks
02:54
about dogs or travel in the world. The
02:57
end.
02:58
That's what I do. I'm [ __ ] tenacious.
02:59
Yep. like a turkey or a termite. Depends
03:02
on which befriend you like more like you
03:05
know that's it, bro. Got it
03:07
right. I love it. Yes. All right, man.
03:10
Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
03:12
Love you, bro. Question from Joe. How do
03:13
you maintain focus on one project when
03:15
you're so excited about six others? I
03:17
tend to squirrel way too much and my
03:19
attention is divided between several
03:21
projects and nothing gets done.
03:22
Discipline.
03:25
Like I don't know like like you know,
03:27
but also not demonizing yourself. I get
03:29
pretty creative too. I can deviate
03:31
myself. I like I like spinning seven
03:33
plates. I just don't cry when five of
03:36
them break.
03:38
If you're going to add it out, you can't
03:40
beat yourself up for living your true
03:44
life.
03:46
So, I'm giving the answer, but I don't
03:48
live that answer all the time. Sometimes
03:51
I don't see things all the way through
03:53
because I want to [ __ ] spin six other
03:55
plates. I got that off. I got that
03:58
feeling off. I scratched that itch. I
04:01
got that nut off. I did that. But I'm
04:03
okay with five of the plates breaking
04:06
cuz I realize that's what I'm doing it
04:07
for the excitement of the creativity of
04:09
nine other things. I don't believe that
04:12
I'm super human and can make seven
04:14
things work at the same time. And I'm 25
04:15
years into my career now, 30 years into
04:18
my career now. And I have trusted
04:20
partners, my brother AJ, you know,
04:22
Brandon Waricki, Eric Watenberg, not to
04:25
mention all of you on the thing. Like I
04:28
have infrastructure around me now, which
04:30
allows me to do more things. But I used
04:32
to have none of that. I didn't have an
04:34
admin for the first 15, 10 years of my
04:36
career,
04:39
you know, not even an admin. I had to do
04:41
my own calendar. I had to like So like
04:43
you just build up. But if you're going
04:44
to jump to a bunch of different things
04:47
and not be disciplined, don't be
04:49
disappointed something failed. Cuz if
04:51
you're going to need something to
04:53
succeed, you got to put in time and
04:54
effort. Nothing on earth has ever
04:56
happened without time or effort.
04:58
Nothing. Not being a good parent, not
05:01
being good at a sport, not creating a
05:04
company, not getting views consistently
05:06
as a creator or influencer. There's not
05:09
one [ __ ] thing that has ever happened
05:12
that has been meaningfully successful
05:15
for a period of time that has happened
05:17
without consistency and effort and work.
05:19
And do you know Aaron? Do you want to
05:23
hear something crazy? These
05:25
[ __ ] don't want that to be the
05:27
case. But there's no [ __ ] OMIC in
05:29
real life. In real life building [ __ ]
05:32
in business, in [ __ ] building,
05:35
there's no ompic.
05:37
Sorry.
05:40
There's no [ __ ] ompic in building a
05:42
career or a business or something
05:44
meaningful.
05:46
Sorry. I'm sorry. I get it. I wish I
05:48
could get A's in school. I wanted to get
05:52
A's. I didn't want to get Fs. It's not
05:54
fun to get grounded every 3 months. It's
05:56
not fun for grown-ups to [ __ ] on you
05:58
24/7 from the ages of 8 to 18. It wasn't
06:00
fun for me. I wish I could get A's.
06:04
There was a problem. I never opened up a
06:07
book. I did no studying. I did not hand
06:09
it a I did Do you know how many book
06:12
reports I did in my life? Goose egg. I
06:13
did not hand them in. I heard book
06:16
report. I'm like, "Fuck you." Do you
06:18
know how I did my tests? I'm old G. I
06:21
don't know if you guys Do they still Do
06:23
you have Scantron still like AB? Good.
06:25
You know how I did Scantron? Let me show
06:27
I can take a test in high school right
06:29
now. That's how prepared I was back
06:31
then. Ready? Here you go. A B C C DB A C
06:33
A BB C A B I'm out.
06:36
I'm [ __ ] out.
06:40
That was me. That's how I [ __ ] took
06:44
tests in high school. BCP A CCB A B C A
06:46
B CCC. I'm out. And you know what would
06:51
happen, Aaron? I'd get it back and I'd
06:54
get a 24. I'd get a [ __ ] 24. That's
06:56
what [ __ ] happened. Cuz I didn't put
07:00
in the work. because I wasn't like a lot
07:02
of you who like you know paid attention
07:04
in class and studied like
07:06
and that's why I [ __ ] failed and
07:09
sucked. You saw the report card. 243 out
07:12
of I was 243rd best out of 254 kids in
07:14
my class earned cuz I was [ __ ] lazy
07:17
in that thing cuz I kind of was smart
07:21
and realized it meant nothing. And
07:23
that's how real life is. You can't just
07:25
sit there and lay in bed and scroll and
07:28
the money just shows up. There's no get
07:31
rich quick scheme, you [ __ ]
07:35
There's no secret. It's called [ __ ]
07:37
work.
07:39
[ __ ] me. Jesus Christ. Robert Mchu on
07:41
the show.
07:45
What's going on, Vic? How you doing?
07:47
What's up, my man? I'm good, bro. I'm
07:48
[ __ ] fired up. These [ __ ]
07:49
don't want to work. Robert,
07:51
bro, I'm telling you. I'm telling you,
07:53
man. You don't even realize. I've been
07:54
emailing, texting, and guess what? I'm
07:57
here, bro. You just got to keep it up,
07:58
man. That's all you got to do.
08:00
100%. How where you from, bro?
08:01
Uh Birmingham, Alabama,
08:04
my man.
08:05
How can Yes, sir.
08:06
Uh just real quick, as you know, you may
08:07
not know, but on uh on whatnot, then my
08:09
little icon is the hustling hamster,
08:12
bro. Out here hustling, getting it.
08:14
So, but but I'm hustling at the wrong
08:16
things. I got to know like like how how
08:19
do I figure out my passion?
08:22
Well, what do you like? Like I'm Bro,
08:23
that's just it. I like everything for
08:28
for a short moment of time. You You
08:29
understand what I'm saying? Like
08:32
I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not
08:33
sure. Let's stop right there.
08:34
All right.
08:36
It sounds like passion and what you
08:37
think you can make money in are two
08:41
different things.
08:42
Okay.
08:44
Got it.
08:45
Got it.
08:46
I'm talking about Robert the dude, not
08:46
the guy who's trying to figure out where
08:48
he can make his money. Talk to me about
08:50
you like at night on the weekends during
08:51
holidays. Like what do you want to do?
08:54
Do you want to drink beer? Do you want
08:56
to watch NASCAR? Do you want to [ __ ]
08:58
surf? Do you [ __ ] want to play video?
08:59
Like you as a human, what [ __ ] do you
09:01
get excited about? Cuz you know, I'll
09:03
give you like V friends. What I'm doing
09:06
right now with V friends is me living my
09:08
biggest truth. I love collectibles and
09:11
like flipping stuff and like building
09:14
univer and creativity and like like I'm
09:16
living it. I love marketing. I learned
09:18
when I was building my daddy's store
09:20
that it wasn't the liquor selling that I
09:22
liked. It was figuring out ways to get
09:25
people to buy it. So then I did Vayner
09:26
Media. Got it? Like I need to know what
09:28
what is fun for you. It is fun for me to
09:31
come up with ideas for business and
09:34
slogans and strategies.
09:37
But if I had if I knew that gu uh if
09:39
landscaping was where all the money was
09:43
in the world and I was like, "Oh, I'm
09:45
going to do landscaping." I wouldn't
09:48
like it because I don't [ __ ] like
09:50
mowing lawns. And by the way, a lot of
09:52
my [ __ ] buddies do,
09:55
right?
09:57
They they live for [ __ ] Saturday.
09:57
They're like, "Gary, you [ __ ] see my
10:00
grass?" I'm like, "I don't give a [ __ ]
10:01
about your grass." They're like, "But my
10:03
shit's so green. Look at my neighbor.
10:05
It's like brown." And they can't wait to
10:07
[ __ ] pop a [ __ ] Budweiser and
10:09
drink the [ __ ] out of it and put on some
10:11
[ __ ] ear pods and listen to Bon
10:13
[ __ ] Joy and Bruce Springsteen and
10:16
[ __ ] mow that lawn like nobody's
10:18
[ __ ] they I have buddies literally I
10:21
mean this I grew up with these kids. I
10:24
talked to them that are literally can't
10:26
wait for [ __ ] this Saturday to
10:28
[ __ ] drink four and a half Bud Lights
10:31
while listening to rascal frats while
10:33
they mow the [ __ ] out of their lawn. And
10:36
I'm telling you right now, if you told
10:39
me that's what I had to do for life, I
10:40
would take a knife and stab it through
10:42
my throat.
10:44
I got you. I got you.
10:48
So, I want to know what you give a [ __ ]
10:50
about.
10:51
So So that's that's the thing, bro. Like
10:53
what I what I care about is is the
10:55
process. Like I'm always trying to
10:58
figure out the next way. Like that is
11:00
what I enjoy. That's what I'm talking
11:01
about to my friends is trying to figure
11:03
out what can we do next.
11:04
Well, let me tell you what you should do
11:06
next. You should download Lovable and
11:08
you should make apps.
11:09
Okay,
11:12
that's it. I've literally changed your
11:12
life, Robert. Stay disciplined. Never
11:15
waver. If you [ __ ] with me like that,
11:17
give me one year of [ __ ] becoming
11:20
obsessed with how to use Lovable to make
11:22
apps and put out apps that charge a
11:25
dollar a month and try to get one to
11:27
[ __ ] work.
11:29
Okay. All right. All right. I'm in
11:31
there, bro.
11:33
I appreciate caring about what's next,
11:34
but once you understand what's Bro,
11:36
here's what here's what's next. AI,
11:37
blockchain, and live live streaming on
11:40
the internet, whether brand building or
11:43
selling. I just gave you the answer of
11:45
what's next. That is the next four
11:46
years, right? So now do something within
11:48
it.
11:52
Yeah. Yeah, bro. Like I I
11:53
It's lovable.dev, right?
11:56
Right. I just want to get Yeah. I want
11:59
to get it pinned for everyone.
12:00
Okay.
12:02
So, bro, I just told you what the [ __ ]
12:03
is next.
12:05
I I appreciate that because it's it it's
12:06
always just been like, you know, I I
12:09
dropped out of high school to take care
12:11
of my family. like we we kind of have
12:13
like the same like you got to take care
12:15
of your moms. You know what I'm saying?
12:17
That's what I did.
12:19
I respect it.
12:20
And it's been hustle hustle city since
12:21
then. And it's always been like about
12:23
the making the dollar and now it's just
12:25
got to be I got to figure out what that
12:26
passion is. I got to figure out
12:28
what about what about hobbies? Real
12:30
quick, just real quick. What are your
12:31
favorite like what do you watch? Movies,
12:33
sports, like what do you listen? Like
12:36
help me.
12:38
No, like like that that that's the crazy
12:39
thing. Like that's the thing that's
12:41
driving me crazy is I don't like my
12:42
hobby is learning. Like I love to learn
12:46
different things. Like I'm out here on
12:48
chat GBT trying to figure out like what
12:50
what's going on today.
12:52
So So why don't why don't why don't you
12:53
[ __ ] start a Twitch channel and talk
12:55
about [ __ ] your like call it Alabama
12:58
[ __ ] learnings and just [ __ ] sit
13:01
there and talk about [ __ ] for an hour
13:03
and share your screen. Why don't you go
13:05
live sharing your screen while you're
13:07
learning? like come learn with me.
13:10
That's what I'm thinking about doing.
13:13
One of the things I'm contemplating in
13:14
26 is going live in the evenings. I told
13:15
Sid this yesterday. I'm going to call it
13:18
winding down. Get it? Winding down.
13:20
Little wine. You like that? I like tea
13:23
with I want to bookend everybody's day.
13:25
I want to be tea with Gary B in the
13:27
morning and wine ding down with Gary B
13:29
at night. And I'm just going to [ __ ]
13:32
And like my slogan is going to be like,
13:34
"And you [ __ ] have to figure out the
13:36
middle."
13:38
That's going to be me. I got you in the
13:39
morning and I got you at night and you
13:41
got to [ __ ] figure out the middle.
13:42
That's going to be my [ __ ] slogan.
13:45
Gary B 2026. Vote for me. [ __ ] you
13:46
figure out the [ __ ] middle. Gary
13:49
2026. Tea with Gary B and winding down
13:52
with Gary B. And you got to figure out
13:55
the [ __ ] middle.
13:57
I love it, bro. I'll be your first
13:58
subscriber. I'm in there, bro.
13:59
Bro, listen to me. You've got to do the
14:01
same thing. You got to learn how to like
14:02
you got to use chat GPT to learn how to
14:04
get a proper little. And by the way,
14:06
Courtney's putting out content about how
14:08
to set up your live world. Courtney's
14:10
[ __ ] out here hustling trying to
14:11
build her brand on let me teach you
14:13
beginners how to set up a live stream
14:15
sitch. Once you get that right, bro,
14:17
your night should be put on some music
14:19
or not candles, whatever the [ __ ]
14:22
incense, whatever the [ __ ] gets you
14:24
going. Put on your [ __ ] get your
14:25
[ __ ] screen live and here's what it's
14:28
going to look like. You're gonna have
14:30
six, three, two and a half viewers at
14:31
first and you're going to build. Aiden
14:34
Ross and Kaiet had two viewers at first.
14:36
Me, too. That's how it is. And you're
14:38
going to [ __ ] I'm teaching. I'm
14:41
teaching. And people are attracted to
14:42
people that are like them. There's a
14:45
bunch of country boys that going to [ __ ]
14:47
with you way more than somebody else cuz
14:49
you're them and and they're you and
14:51
they're going to [ __ ] like hanging
14:53
with you. Like when I make my wrestling
14:54
and sports references, root beer or
14:56
garage sales, people that are into that
14:59
stuff are into it. People that are a
15:00
little more quiet, more reserved, maybe
15:02
high class life, maybe literature, they
15:04
may not connect with me as much. The
15:06
interests don't align, but everybody has
15:08
an audience. Everybody has an audience.
15:10
Question from Yomar. What would you say
15:13
to your 33-year-old self? I'm just
15:15
curious because my TikTok has gone
15:17
ridiculously viral in the last 48 hours.
15:19
If this was my one shot at opportunity
15:22
between how I live and how I want to
15:24
live, what would you say?
15:25
Jump.
15:27
Go all in. Fear is destroying
15:28
everybody's soul on this show. Fear of
15:31
what though is what the question. Like
15:35
like falling on your face is good.
15:36
Especially if you're lucky if you have
15:39
family. Some people don't have family.
15:40
But if you have family on earth, like
15:41
falling your face is good cuz the booby
15:44
prize of falling on your face is you go
15:46
get to hang out with your family. Now
15:49
some people hate their parents. So that
15:50
might not work but sometimes you know
15:52
friends are sometimes family
15:54
you know like sometimes you're you know
15:56
as we always say friends are the family
15:58
you choose right so there's friends like
16:00
sleeping on the couch of a loved one or
16:03
friend I actually genuinely no [ __ ]
16:06
believe is a badge of honor if you went
16:10
and took a risk and failed if you're
16:12
sleeping on a couch because you [ __ ]
16:15
want to do coke all night and play video
16:17
games losing way. If you just want to
16:19
sit around and [ __ ] you know, like
16:22
smoke weed all day and gamble on crypto
16:25
and that's why you're sleeping on your
16:28
buddy's couch, you're a [ __ ] loser.
16:30
But if you went and risked, you quit
16:32
your job, you had $8,000 in savings,
16:34
maybe even $8,000 in debt, but you had
16:36
this moment on TikTok when something's
16:38
happening and you realize how to
16:40
monetize. That's the other part. A lot
16:42
of people can go viral, but they don't
16:44
know how to make money. This is why I'm
16:45
obsessed with this platform. I actually
16:47
think live. So Mike F can't sell. He's
16:49
not a [ __ ] sales dude. But now he's
16:51
becoming one.
16:53
Yeah. Yeah, for sure.
16:57
You didn't you didn't you didn't like
16:58
obsess your whole life about selling
17:00
[ __ ]
17:02
It's true.
17:03
I'm not making fun of you. I'm saying
17:04
the truth. Like I have basically spent
17:06
I'm 49 years old. Six. I've spent 43
17:08
straight years every day thinking about
17:11
selling something.
17:13
Like I I don't know what to tell you.
17:16
Rips. You get over here. Rips this. Rips
17:17
when you were like nine and 10 and 11,
17:23
like you thought about selling [ __ ]
17:25
Yes.
17:26
Right. All right. Thanks, Rips. Like
17:27
Rips wanted But Mike, me and Rips could
17:29
sell on any platform. eBay, a card show,
17:32
flea market, this platform. But Mike
17:35
here, not a salesperson, but went and
17:37
did the show and enjoyed it. Yeah.
17:40
Have you sold anything since, Mike? No,
17:42
but new but another
17:44
another show coming up. I got to go back
17:47
to LBI. That's where I got all the
17:49
stuff.
17:50
Mike,
17:50
I got no It's a small Brooklyn
17:51
apartment.
17:52
Mike, I don't give a [ __ ]
17:52
I'm going to I'm going to go pick trash
17:54
like when people do the stupid
17:55
Mike. What have you been doing for the
17:56
last 2 weeks
17:58
in detail? In detail? What have you been
18:00
doing? Like
18:03
started last Monday at 9:00 a.m. I woke
18:04
up. Um,
18:06
I want to know what your 700 p.m. to
18:09
midnight has looked like for the last 2
18:11
weeks.
18:12
My
18:14
o, you know, yeah,
18:16
I can promise you what O looks like. It
18:19
means you could have went back to LBI
18:21
and got more stuff. And this is what I
18:23
mean. And like, no burn on Mike. What
18:26
I'm saying is what I'm saying is like
18:28
just cuz you go viral doesn't mean
18:31
anything. like one like there's 8
18:33
billion people that had a clip get a
18:35
million views on Tik Tok that have done
18:36
nothing with it.
18:38
It's all [ __ ] discipline, execution,
18:40
knowing how to monetize. Are you selling
18:42
something? Are you trying to get brand
18:44
dollars?
18:46
Uh Mike Mikey the designer on Vfriend
18:48
Friends. He's doing his whole thing. I'm
18:51
on a [ __ ] phone call with him three
18:54
weeks ago as I'm driving to a meeting
18:55
with Kelloggs, a serial company, and I'm
18:58
cuz he emailed me twice to ask for,
19:00
"Hey, I want to like figure out how to
19:03
get brand deals, more brand deals." Like
19:05
it's either you're doing it or you're
19:07
not, everybody like enough of the blame.
19:09
Like either you're doing it or not. So
19:12
that's what would I say? Jump. Go for
19:13
it. But have a plan, you know?
19:15
Alyssa, how are you?
19:18
I'm doing well. How are you?
19:20
Good. Where are you from?
19:22
I'm from Virginia Beach and I am a
19:23
25-year-old who's been doing business
19:25
for years. So, this part really
19:27
resonated with me.
19:28
I'm happy. What's cooking?
19:29
All right. So, I read your book. I've
19:32
got my decisive duck squishy. And I
19:33
actually went and got a booth at Podcast
19:36
Summit because I've read your kissing
19:39
booth style at the end of your book.
19:41
Now, I wanted to know if you have any
19:43
suggestions for, of course, now I have
19:45
the vending booth. I'll actually be
19:47
launching um my software called plug
19:48
machine at the time which is really a
19:51
white label of go high level but um I
19:53
wanted to know if you had any advice
19:55
because we did decide to get that based
19:57
on your book.
19:58
I love it. So what are you trying to
19:59
accomplish there?
20:00
The goal is more of a launch for the
20:02
program that we're having plug machine
20:04
because everybody in that community has
20:06
a podcast need some type of landing
20:07
page. Our full business is funnel
20:09
building. So we're going to have the
20:11
templates already built out and so
20:13
they'll be able to buy. So, the first
20:14
piece of advice by far is to film the
20:17
entire execution.
20:19
Got it. So, I see I see the glasses, but
20:22
if you can get someone Where where is
20:25
this event?
20:28
It'll be in Atlanta.
20:29
Okay, great. Anybody who's watching
20:31
who's in Atlanta, what's your Instagram?
20:32
Carissa C R L Y S A.
20:35
Um, so like your last name but with a C.
20:38
Correct. First name with a C.
20:42
All right. Can somebody put that? Mods.
20:45
Can you hit that? It's her first name. A
20:47
but with a C. Um, that's your Instagram.
20:49
C. Alyssa.
20:53
C U R L Y.
20:54
Oh, C U R.
20:56
Yes. Like curls.
20:58
Mhm. C U R L
21:00
Y S A.
21:03
Beautiful. Um, everybody, somebody who's
21:04
in Atlanta who's willing to either, if
21:09
they have a camera or with an iPhone,
21:12
just film the entire booth the entire
21:14
day. You're a straight grinder. You're a
21:16
straight [ __ ] grinder. You're just
21:18
excited to [ __ ] go and stand there
21:20
and film every interaction.
21:23
Hit up Kissa or Alyssa and uh see if you
21:25
guys can connect. That's what I would
21:28
definitely do. That'd be the first thing
21:30
for sure cuz you need those clips and
21:32
because you know you're being filmed
21:34
when you get the first people coming in
21:37
and explain it, explain it to them, but
21:39
also know to get your entire thesis out
21:41
cuz you're going to post those things on
21:43
LinkedIn and on YouTube shorts. Um
21:44
because those are going to be platforms
21:48
that will lead to opportunity.
21:49
That makes sense. The biggest thing when
21:52
you're in a live event, especially a B2B
21:54
event like you're going to be at, the
21:56
two core things you're trying to
21:58
accomplish is number one, you're trying
21:59
to film everything. So, it's a
22:03
production day for your content. Every
22:05
live event, whether you're B2B or B TOC,
22:08
is now a production day for your social
22:11
media content. Got it?
22:13
Yes. Number two, you're trying to make
22:15
very deep relationships,
22:17
one-on-one relationships with 5, 10, 15
22:20
people that can change the course of
22:23
your game because of it, you know.
22:24
Yes.
22:26
So, that's it. That's what I would
22:27
recommend.
22:28
Thank you so much.
22:29
You're welcome. Have the best day.
22:30
Okay. This question is from Jackson in
22:31
Vancouver, Canada. I'm 17 years old and
22:33
my dream is to be a screenwriter. My
22:36
question for you is, should I pursue a
22:38
more viable career that would make more
22:39
money and try to do writing on the side
22:41
or just go all in on writing? Go all in
22:42
on writing 17. Again, we talk about this
22:44
constantly. High and this is where the
22:47
world had it wrong for a long time. High
22:50
risk needs to happen early. You know,
22:52
Erin, you and I both, even though I'm a
22:56
good generation above you, but we both
22:58
grew up when like, oh, you're 22 now, go
23:00
be a grown-up. I really believe in this
23:03
AI, live social shopping, social media
23:06
world, the viability of making an income
23:09
at a level similar to what you would
23:14
make in a job by living in this digital
23:15
world and by being in that age group
23:18
of let's call it 17 since that's the
23:22
person asking to 208, 29, 30. I really
23:25
believe those are the golden years. I
23:30
really do believe 20 to 30 is the new
23:31
golden years. Not just for fun, but to
23:34
actually be practical financially by
23:37
being high risk and by going after your
23:39
dream,
23:43
right?
23:44
And like doing that court, you played
23:46
basketball.
23:48
Did you ever when you when when you
23:50
realized you weren't going to go to the
23:52
WNBA? I don't know if that was like in
23:53
high school or in college,
23:54
did you contemplate like I should go
23:57
overseas and play basketball or did were
24:00
you not at that level either? I don't
24:02
know. I'm asking.
24:03
I was I was contemplating it, but I knew
24:04
honestly going into college that I
24:06
didn't even want to go division one
24:08
because wanted to be a full-time job.
24:10
So, I wanted to die.
24:12
Understood. Where I was going with that
24:14
with Court is I I talked to a lot of
24:15
former athletes who weren't good enough
24:17
to get to the NFL or or the NBA or Major
24:19
League Baseball, but took professional
24:23
routes differently. They played overseas
24:24
in Greece or Turkey or Israel. They
24:26
played in the Canadian Football League
24:29
or even like a pro league that nobody
24:30
really watches. And it is stunningly
24:32
obvious to me how many of those people
24:35
do not regret it. Whereas so many people
24:38
I've met regret not chasing their
24:41
athletic career a little further. That's
24:43
how I feel about entrepreneurship,
24:46
script writing, the arts, anything that
24:48
isn't like I am a cog in a machine and
24:50
I'm good with that. And and by the way,
24:54
big shout out and I mean this huge shout
24:56
out to people who are fortunate and that
24:59
is the word I'm going to use. I want
25:01
everybody to listen nice and slow
25:03
because this is where we have confusion.
25:04
Huge shout out to people who are
25:06
genuinely genuinely happy to be a cog in
25:09
a machine to not have to emotionally
25:12
worry about the business they work for.
25:16
I have thousands of cogs in the machine
25:19
in my companies. There's a lot of people
25:21
that really enjoy life with a very
25:23
simplistic
25:26
I don't want to stress about my career
25:28
that way. I'm going to work 9 to5. I'm
25:31
going to work 40 hours a week. I'm gonna
25:34
have time at home. I'm going to be able
25:35
to go to my kids stuff. I'm gonna enjoy
25:37
my weekends. I can't wait for Fourth of
25:39
July and Labor Day and Memorial Day
25:41
weekend. As you guys know, I've been off
25:43
the grid the last couple weeks. I'm not
25:45
fully relaxed. Every morning I woke up,
25:46
I had to look at my phone to make sure
25:48
something catastrophic didn't happen.
25:49
Like that's just like you don't have a
25:52
vacation when you own a business.
25:54
And so big shout out to those people.
25:57
Obviously, those come with limited
26:00
financial upside compared to an
26:02
entrepreneur or somebody doing something
26:04
remarkable in the arts or sports, but if
26:06
those individuals know how to manage
26:10
their money and live within their means,
26:11
bless you, rips, like you know, I say
26:14
this all the time. Bless you, Rips. A
26:16
lot of people need to live move from San
26:19
Francisco to Chattanooga, Tennessee. A
26:22
lot of people need to move from
26:24
Connecticut to, you know, New Hampshire.
26:26
A lot of people need to move to places,
26:29
especially as we go into this virtual
26:32
world. So anyway, long-winded answer, 17
26:33
to 29, high risk all the way. If
26:36
something's burning in your tummy, go
26:38
all in. You can always get a job. You
26:40
once you get a job, you don't have the
26:44
hours to be creative like that. The
26:45
thing that everyone's full of [ __ ]
26:48
about, Erin, and I mean really full of
26:50
[ __ ] about is they don't want to
26:52
sacrifice
26:55
all the other things while they chase
26:57
their dream. So if this kid's going to
26:59
chase his writing dream from 17 to 27,
27:01
he's going to live
27:05
very, very humbly. No Mercedes, no trips
27:08
to the Amalfi Coast, no Prada bags. And
27:11
I think that's great. And that's that.
27:15
So anyway, and then there's the whole
27:18
mental part, the judgment. When you
27:20
gonna get a real job, your mom and dad,
27:21
your friends, your buddy that was a
27:23
equal to you in high school is now
27:25
making 100k and has like a little
27:27
something and all the things that [ __ ]
27:29
with people mentally. Anyway, that's the
27:31
answer. Let's keep it moving. Oh, with
27:32
the hard hat. This man is working.
27:34
Bronson, you [ __ ] working, bro.
27:35
Can you hear me?
27:37
I can hear you, bro.
27:38
Okay, I'll jump right into it. So, can
27:40
you think of a moment in recent history
27:43
that was really impactful for you that
27:47
you haven't shared yet on social and put
27:49
us there in the moment with you?
27:52
That's a really good question, brother.
27:56
Um,
27:58
I I think it you're catching me at an
28:02
interesting time. I would say I had a
28:04
lot of time to think the last couple of
28:06
weeks and
28:08
I'm really really
28:10
you know I'm trying to think of
28:13
something super impactful that I haven't
28:14
shared yet. Let me give you something
28:16
that's current and I'll try to think of
28:17
something big but let me give you what's
28:19
on my mind right now. What's on my mind
28:20
right now is starting this fall
28:22
definitely going into 2026 I've realized
28:25
I've really missed interacting live like
28:28
this. Right. This is why I'm doing tea
28:31
with Gary Veemore. This is why I'm going
28:34
to start doing IRL streaming on Twitch
28:36
and Kick. Like I feel very much
28:39
that I'm gravitating towards being more
28:44
creative.
28:46
The comic books that I'm navigating, I
28:48
feel like as I head into my 50th
28:51
birthday in November, Brunson, I want to
28:53
be more creative and more community. I
28:55
want to double down on the two C's. And
28:57
I feel like I'm really contemplating
28:59
changing a lot of aspects of how I
29:02
operate. Um, I also want to wake up
29:04
earlier. Like I've been a very much like
29:08
a 7:30, 8:00, then work out then go in.
29:10
But another thing that's on my mind is
29:13
getting up at like 5 or 6 to give myself
29:15
some time before today. So that's on my
29:17
mind. I was up at 5 today. So that's on
29:19
my mind a little bit. But I haven't had
29:21
anything like, god forbid, somebody
29:24
passed away and a reset my framework or
29:26
or I had a health scare or something
29:28
major unless something major with health
29:30
happens. Nothing else is major to me.
29:34
Those are the major moments in life. You
29:36
know what I mean?
29:38
Yeah. I guess uh I guess really
29:40
impactful maybe a little bit too big.
29:42
Maybe just something that sticks out in
29:45
your mind where you're like, "Oh, that's
29:46
interesting."
29:49
Okay. Well, I'll give you a good one. AJ
29:50
called me when I was at the a football
29:52
game with Andy Kay a couple years ago
29:54
and he's like, "Bro, you've got to see
29:56
this." And it was the first time I saw
29:58
Chad GPT. And I was walking out of the
29:59
stadium. It was the Rams Raiders game. I
30:02
think it was the game that Baker
30:04
Mayfield came back and like played well
30:05
and like it rejuvenated his career. And
30:07
uh I was playing with chat GPTt as I was
30:11
walking out of the stadium in LA and it
30:14
completely changed the course of how I
30:18
thought about everything, right? And
30:19
like we are very deep in AI land right
30:21
now. Um same with this platform right
30:24
here, live shopping. I I'm excited. I
30:26
mean we're in an era where search is
30:28
getting destroyed.
30:31
like AI is exploding by the nancond and
30:33
I would say that realizing collectibles
30:38
on the blockchain NFT 2021
30:41
AI 2022 or whatever that was 23 I'm
30:45
trying to remember when that was and
30:48
live shopping last year like these three
30:50
themes the blockchain AI and live social
30:52
shopping and very honestly IRL overall
30:57
live streaming these are the themes that
30:59
have me very like oh [ __ ] I'm paying
31:01
attention and I'm excited.
31:03
Yeah, I had a similar uh kind of
31:06
experience with patch of BHT and stuff
31:08
like that and I've been taking your
31:11
advice on using it like an hour a day.
31:13
Love you for that.
31:15
And uh um it's just such a great
31:16
research partner and creative partner
31:20
like writing stuff like that,
31:23
brainstorming stuff.
31:24
It's huge. It's huge. The other thing
31:25
that's a superpower I mean look the
31:27
other thing that's really exciting is
31:29
it's free. We It's Yeah, it's very low
31:30
cost. And And the other thing that's
31:33
brewing is people are going to be
31:36
building websites and apps in a day or
31:37
two. All of us normies that don't know
31:40
how to code, that's a big deal. Somebody
31:42
here watching right now is going to
31:44
launch an app that's two bucks a month
31:46
on the app store in a year and is going
31:50
to change their life by just prompt
31:53
engineering an idea. Like all of us have
31:55
ideas, right? And like but like me
31:58
included cuz I don't code. You don't
32:00
wake up with an app idea and think it's
32:02
going to happen. You think you need
32:05
$100,000 to get a developer and
32:06
marketing and all this stuff. So like
32:08
lovable is very much on my radar and I'm
32:10
paying attention to that. And so I just
32:13
think it's an incredible time to be
32:15
alive. I think everyone's obviously like
32:17
actually that's probably another thing
32:20
very much on my mind. The polarization
32:21
of like the world right now. Forget
32:23
about even the politics, the wars, all
32:25
that. Forget even that the separation of
32:27
wealth, the changing tides. I think we
32:29
have two groups of people. This is why
32:32
I'm so motivated to bring back tea with
32:33
Gary Vee every day. I need everybody
32:36
here watching to start their day mindset
32:38
right. We are in such an extremely
32:41
interesting time in history. And
32:44
honestly, I genuinely believe this from
32:46
the bottom of my heart. Either one
32:49
decides it's terrible or one decides
32:51
it's remarkable. And both can be true.
32:53
But you were fundamentally in charge.
32:56
Not Elon, not Donald Trump, not Vladimir
32:58
Putin, not [ __ ] Sam Alman. Like you
33:00
and the way you've decided to look at
33:03
the opportunity in front of you is like
33:05
100% real. Like there's ways right now
33:08
to like get golden visas in Portugal and
33:11
Dubai that are pretty darn easy in the
33:13
scheme of things. And so if you're upset
33:16
with Canada or the UK or the US, you
33:18
could stop being a cry [ __ ] baby and
33:21
just [ __ ] move to Portugal. You could
33:24
now someone's going to be like, "No, no,
33:26
no." But like, you could hate your job
33:27
and you could learn how to use AI and
33:29
live streaming and the blockchain. Like,
33:31
like, it's just [ __ ] binary. You
33:33
could be a [ __ ] crybaby or you could
33:36
be an actionoriented, accountable
33:39
[ __ ] awesome ninja. So, you could be
33:41
a [ __ ] crybaby
33:44
or you could be accountable and
33:46
actionoriented and nobody stops.
33:48
And it's never been easier. And it's but
33:53
brother that's why I'm saying it's never
33:55
been easier when people like oh it used
33:56
to be so awesome in the 90s [ __ ]
33:58
they didn't have anything like it wasn't
34:00
more awesome in the 90s there was no Tik
34:02
Tok there was no Shopify there was no
34:04
Google there was no chat like we didn't
34:06
have [ __ ]
34:08
like I was a [ __ ] hustler making like
34:11
and I was working my dick off and I was
34:14
making like $83 a weekend cuz I had to
34:16
go to a flea market and then wait for
34:18
another show to happen two weeks later.
34:20
There was no [ __ ] internet, let alone
34:22
AI.
34:24
You have one of what's what's happening
34:25
actually is technology in this moment is
34:27
exposing people. It's creating the
34:31
extreme halves and the extreme have
34:33
nots. Either you're late either this
34:35
weekend you laid in your bed and you
34:37
were in your feed and you were upset or
34:39
you weren't.
34:42
Like that's it.
34:44
I'm not a great reader either. So
34:48
I can't read for [ __ ] library in high
34:50
school.
34:52
Bronson, I can't read for [ __ ] either.
34:52
Yeah, chatbt is such a big help with
34:55
like learning anything I want to learn.
34:59
100%, bro.
35:00
And Gemini and stuff like that.
35:02
Gemini pucks. All of it. [ __ ] it, man.
35:03
All of it. All right. Love you guys. See
35:06
you, Bronson.
35:08
All right.
35:09
All right.
35:09
Thank you.
35:10
Lyrics & Translation
[English]
looking to kind of see what I should do
next to continue building
it's you know what my answer is going to
be if you're not on all seven platforms
I'm upset there's also going live right
and kick YouTube and Snapchat and Tik
Tok and it's just more I keep telling
people building a brand on social media
is like going to the gym it's [ __ ]
more reps it's like getting better at
basketball it's like getting better at
chess most people are not disciplined or
consistent or tenacious enough to get
through the hard days and then they lose
momentum.
I've been posting consistently for
probably the probably the last 6 years
honestly on on Lenny's Facebook page,
which is Lenny the Boston. Um, and he
was actually the first Hotel.com
official dog. So, also known as the K9
Critic. Uh, and we're kind of in a niche
spot where we review pet friendly hotels
and I review them from Lenny's
perspective. So, we've grown it from 60
followers to 114,000 followers,
which is which is cool. Um, we're
reaching 4.5 million views per month.
Uh, now we're in the content
monetization program, which is great.
So, uh, Lenny's really helping out the,
uh, the family, which is awesome.
So, Lenny's Lenny's Lenny's becoming the
bread winner.
Exactly. Lenny's paying the mortgage.
Yeah. Looking to kind of see what I
should do next to continue building.
It's it's it's it's doubling down on
what you know.
It's just more like I keep telling
people building a brand on social media
is like going to the gym. The answer is
more. Like how do I get
just came from
Nice work. You know like like I you know
like people it's [ __ ] more reps. It's
like getting better at basketball. It's
like getting better at you know chess.
It's like what people don't understand
is that most people are not disciplined
or consistent or tenacious enough to get
through the hard days and then they lose
momentum. Every one of us, every one of
us watching right now has tried to get
better at something, right? And every
one of us has failed. Like literally
every [ __ ] person watching has tried
and failed at something. Especially in a
world of like health and fitness. Like
so many people fail at that. And then
there's other skills. I think you know
the answer. If you're not posting on
every platform and then there's other
thing you could start writing on
Substack, right? Where's the attention?
What's the content you need to do there?
How do you overindex on awareness on the
platforms that have the attention? That
is the game. There's the seven social
networks. There's Substack. There's the
live streaming platforms like Twitch and
Kick. Joe, I that's it, brother.
Yeah. More reps.
More reps. like how much content is
being you have more platforms, more
output,
more different ways, written, word,
audio, video, live, recorded, uh doing
you doing podcasts with Lenny, right?
You showing up.
I want to do
Well, by the way, then you need to then
you need to go take a shower since you
just worked out and sit there for 3
hours and DM every podcaster that talks
about dogs or travel in the world. The
end.
That's what I do. I'm [ __ ] tenacious.
Yep. like a turkey or a termite. Depends
on which befriend you like more like you
know that's it, bro. Got it
right. I love it. Yes. All right, man.
Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
Love you, bro. Question from Joe. How do
you maintain focus on one project when
you're so excited about six others? I
tend to squirrel way too much and my
attention is divided between several
projects and nothing gets done.
Discipline.
Like I don't know like like you know,
but also not demonizing yourself. I get
pretty creative too. I can deviate
myself. I like I like spinning seven
plates. I just don't cry when five of
them break.
If you're going to add it out, you can't
beat yourself up for living your true
life.
So, I'm giving the answer, but I don't
live that answer all the time. Sometimes
I don't see things all the way through
because I want to [ __ ] spin six other
plates. I got that off. I got that
feeling off. I scratched that itch. I
got that nut off. I did that. But I'm
okay with five of the plates breaking
cuz I realize that's what I'm doing it
for the excitement of the creativity of
nine other things. I don't believe that
I'm super human and can make seven
things work at the same time. And I'm 25
years into my career now, 30 years into
my career now. And I have trusted
partners, my brother AJ, you know,
Brandon Waricki, Eric Watenberg, not to
mention all of you on the thing. Like I
have infrastructure around me now, which
allows me to do more things. But I used
to have none of that. I didn't have an
admin for the first 15, 10 years of my
career,
you know, not even an admin. I had to do
my own calendar. I had to like So like
you just build up. But if you're going
to jump to a bunch of different things
and not be disciplined, don't be
disappointed something failed. Cuz if
you're going to need something to
succeed, you got to put in time and
effort. Nothing on earth has ever
happened without time or effort.
Nothing. Not being a good parent, not
being good at a sport, not creating a
company, not getting views consistently
as a creator or influencer. There's not
one [ __ ] thing that has ever happened
that has been meaningfully successful
for a period of time that has happened
without consistency and effort and work.
And do you know Aaron? Do you want to
hear something crazy? These
[ __ ] don't want that to be the
case. But there's no [ __ ] OMIC in
real life. In real life building [ __ ]
in business, in [ __ ] building,
there's no ompic.
Sorry.
There's no [ __ ] ompic in building a
career or a business or something
meaningful.
Sorry. I'm sorry. I get it. I wish I
could get A's in school. I wanted to get
A's. I didn't want to get Fs. It's not
fun to get grounded every 3 months. It's
not fun for grown-ups to [ __ ] on you
24/7 from the ages of 8 to 18. It wasn't
fun for me. I wish I could get A's.
There was a problem. I never opened up a
book. I did no studying. I did not hand
it a I did Do you know how many book
reports I did in my life? Goose egg. I
did not hand them in. I heard book
report. I'm like, "Fuck you." Do you
know how I did my tests? I'm old G. I
don't know if you guys Do they still Do
you have Scantron still like AB? Good.
You know how I did Scantron? Let me show
I can take a test in high school right
now. That's how prepared I was back
then. Ready? Here you go. A B C C DB A C
A BB C A B I'm out.
I'm [ __ ] out.
That was me. That's how I [ __ ] took
tests in high school. BCP A CCB A B C A
B CCC. I'm out. And you know what would
happen, Aaron? I'd get it back and I'd
get a 24. I'd get a [ __ ] 24. That's
what [ __ ] happened. Cuz I didn't put
in the work. because I wasn't like a lot
of you who like you know paid attention
in class and studied like
and that's why I [ __ ] failed and
sucked. You saw the report card. 243 out
of I was 243rd best out of 254 kids in
my class earned cuz I was [ __ ] lazy
in that thing cuz I kind of was smart
and realized it meant nothing. And
that's how real life is. You can't just
sit there and lay in bed and scroll and
the money just shows up. There's no get
rich quick scheme, you [ __ ]
There's no secret. It's called [ __ ]
work.
[ __ ] me. Jesus Christ. Robert Mchu on
the show.
What's going on, Vic? How you doing?
What's up, my man? I'm good, bro. I'm
[ __ ] fired up. These [ __ ]
don't want to work. Robert,
bro, I'm telling you. I'm telling you,
man. You don't even realize. I've been
emailing, texting, and guess what? I'm
here, bro. You just got to keep it up,
man. That's all you got to do.
100%. How where you from, bro?
Uh Birmingham, Alabama,
my man.
How can Yes, sir.
Uh just real quick, as you know, you may
not know, but on uh on whatnot, then my
little icon is the hustling hamster,
bro. Out here hustling, getting it.
So, but but I'm hustling at the wrong
things. I got to know like like how how
do I figure out my passion?
Well, what do you like? Like I'm Bro,
that's just it. I like everything for
for a short moment of time. You You
understand what I'm saying? Like
I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not
sure. Let's stop right there.
All right.
It sounds like passion and what you
think you can make money in are two
different things.
Okay.
Got it.
Got it.
I'm talking about Robert the dude, not
the guy who's trying to figure out where
he can make his money. Talk to me about
you like at night on the weekends during
holidays. Like what do you want to do?
Do you want to drink beer? Do you want
to watch NASCAR? Do you want to [ __ ]
surf? Do you [ __ ] want to play video?
Like you as a human, what [ __ ] do you
get excited about? Cuz you know, I'll
give you like V friends. What I'm doing
right now with V friends is me living my
biggest truth. I love collectibles and
like flipping stuff and like building
univer and creativity and like like I'm
living it. I love marketing. I learned
when I was building my daddy's store
that it wasn't the liquor selling that I
liked. It was figuring out ways to get
people to buy it. So then I did Vayner
Media. Got it? Like I need to know what
what is fun for you. It is fun for me to
come up with ideas for business and
slogans and strategies.
But if I had if I knew that gu uh if
landscaping was where all the money was
in the world and I was like, "Oh, I'm
going to do landscaping." I wouldn't
like it because I don't [ __ ] like
mowing lawns. And by the way, a lot of
my [ __ ] buddies do,
right?
They they live for [ __ ] Saturday.
They're like, "Gary, you [ __ ] see my
grass?" I'm like, "I don't give a [ __ ]
about your grass." They're like, "But my
shit's so green. Look at my neighbor.
It's like brown." And they can't wait to
[ __ ] pop a [ __ ] Budweiser and
drink the [ __ ] out of it and put on some
[ __ ] ear pods and listen to Bon
[ __ ] Joy and Bruce Springsteen and
[ __ ] mow that lawn like nobody's
[ __ ] they I have buddies literally I
mean this I grew up with these kids. I
talked to them that are literally can't
wait for [ __ ] this Saturday to
[ __ ] drink four and a half Bud Lights
while listening to rascal frats while
they mow the [ __ ] out of their lawn. And
I'm telling you right now, if you told
me that's what I had to do for life, I
would take a knife and stab it through
my throat.
I got you. I got you.
So, I want to know what you give a [ __ ]
about.
So So that's that's the thing, bro. Like
what I what I care about is is the
process. Like I'm always trying to
figure out the next way. Like that is
what I enjoy. That's what I'm talking
about to my friends is trying to figure
out what can we do next.
Well, let me tell you what you should do
next. You should download Lovable and
you should make apps.
Okay,
that's it. I've literally changed your
life, Robert. Stay disciplined. Never
waver. If you [ __ ] with me like that,
give me one year of [ __ ] becoming
obsessed with how to use Lovable to make
apps and put out apps that charge a
dollar a month and try to get one to
[ __ ] work.
Okay. All right. All right. I'm in
there, bro.
I appreciate caring about what's next,
but once you understand what's Bro,
here's what here's what's next. AI,
blockchain, and live live streaming on
the internet, whether brand building or
selling. I just gave you the answer of
what's next. That is the next four
years, right? So now do something within
it.
Yeah. Yeah, bro. Like I I
It's lovable.dev, right?
Right. I just want to get Yeah. I want
to get it pinned for everyone.
Okay.
So, bro, I just told you what the [ __ ]
is next.
I I appreciate that because it's it it's
always just been like, you know, I I
dropped out of high school to take care
of my family. like we we kind of have
like the same like you got to take care
of your moms. You know what I'm saying?
That's what I did.
I respect it.
And it's been hustle hustle city since
then. And it's always been like about
the making the dollar and now it's just
got to be I got to figure out what that
passion is. I got to figure out
what about what about hobbies? Real
quick, just real quick. What are your
favorite like what do you watch? Movies,
sports, like what do you listen? Like
help me.
No, like like that that that's the crazy
thing. Like that's the thing that's
driving me crazy is I don't like my
hobby is learning. Like I love to learn
different things. Like I'm out here on
chat GBT trying to figure out like what
what's going on today.
So So why don't why don't why don't you
[ __ ] start a Twitch channel and talk
about [ __ ] your like call it Alabama
[ __ ] learnings and just [ __ ] sit
there and talk about [ __ ] for an hour
and share your screen. Why don't you go
live sharing your screen while you're
learning? like come learn with me.
That's what I'm thinking about doing.
One of the things I'm contemplating in
26 is going live in the evenings. I told
Sid this yesterday. I'm going to call it
winding down. Get it? Winding down.
Little wine. You like that? I like tea
with I want to bookend everybody's day.
I want to be tea with Gary B in the
morning and wine ding down with Gary B
at night. And I'm just going to [ __ ]
And like my slogan is going to be like,
"And you [ __ ] have to figure out the
middle."
That's going to be me. I got you in the
morning and I got you at night and you
got to [ __ ] figure out the middle.
That's going to be my [ __ ] slogan.
Gary B 2026. Vote for me. [ __ ] you
figure out the [ __ ] middle. Gary
2026. Tea with Gary B and winding down
with Gary B. And you got to figure out
the [ __ ] middle.
I love it, bro. I'll be your first
subscriber. I'm in there, bro.
Bro, listen to me. You've got to do the
same thing. You got to learn how to like
you got to use chat GPT to learn how to
get a proper little. And by the way,
Courtney's putting out content about how
to set up your live world. Courtney's
[ __ ] out here hustling trying to
build her brand on let me teach you
beginners how to set up a live stream
sitch. Once you get that right, bro,
your night should be put on some music
or not candles, whatever the [ __ ]
incense, whatever the [ __ ] gets you
going. Put on your [ __ ] get your
[ __ ] screen live and here's what it's
going to look like. You're gonna have
six, three, two and a half viewers at
first and you're going to build. Aiden
Ross and Kaiet had two viewers at first.
Me, too. That's how it is. And you're
going to [ __ ] I'm teaching. I'm
teaching. And people are attracted to
people that are like them. There's a
bunch of country boys that going to [ __ ]
with you way more than somebody else cuz
you're them and and they're you and
they're going to [ __ ] like hanging
with you. Like when I make my wrestling
and sports references, root beer or
garage sales, people that are into that
stuff are into it. People that are a
little more quiet, more reserved, maybe
high class life, maybe literature, they
may not connect with me as much. The
interests don't align, but everybody has
an audience. Everybody has an audience.
Question from Yomar. What would you say
to your 33-year-old self? I'm just
curious because my TikTok has gone
ridiculously viral in the last 48 hours.
If this was my one shot at opportunity
between how I live and how I want to
live, what would you say?
Jump.
Go all in. Fear is destroying
everybody's soul on this show. Fear of
what though is what the question. Like
like falling on your face is good.
Especially if you're lucky if you have
family. Some people don't have family.
But if you have family on earth, like
falling your face is good cuz the booby
prize of falling on your face is you go
get to hang out with your family. Now
some people hate their parents. So that
might not work but sometimes you know
friends are sometimes family
you know like sometimes you're you know
as we always say friends are the family
you choose right so there's friends like
sleeping on the couch of a loved one or
friend I actually genuinely no [ __ ]
believe is a badge of honor if you went
and took a risk and failed if you're
sleeping on a couch because you [ __ ]
want to do coke all night and play video
games losing way. If you just want to
sit around and [ __ ] you know, like
smoke weed all day and gamble on crypto
and that's why you're sleeping on your
buddy's couch, you're a [ __ ] loser.
But if you went and risked, you quit
your job, you had $8,000 in savings,
maybe even $8,000 in debt, but you had
this moment on TikTok when something's
happening and you realize how to
monetize. That's the other part. A lot
of people can go viral, but they don't
know how to make money. This is why I'm
obsessed with this platform. I actually
think live. So Mike F can't sell. He's
not a [ __ ] sales dude. But now he's
becoming one.
Yeah. Yeah, for sure.
You didn't you didn't you didn't like
obsess your whole life about selling
[ __ ]
It's true.
I'm not making fun of you. I'm saying
the truth. Like I have basically spent
I'm 49 years old. Six. I've spent 43
straight years every day thinking about
selling something.
Like I I don't know what to tell you.
Rips. You get over here. Rips this. Rips
when you were like nine and 10 and 11,
like you thought about selling [ __ ]
Yes.
Right. All right. Thanks, Rips. Like
Rips wanted But Mike, me and Rips could
sell on any platform. eBay, a card show,
flea market, this platform. But Mike
here, not a salesperson, but went and
did the show and enjoyed it. Yeah.
Have you sold anything since, Mike? No,
but new but another
another show coming up. I got to go back
to LBI. That's where I got all the
stuff.
Mike,
I got no It's a small Brooklyn
apartment.
Mike, I don't give a [ __ ]
I'm going to I'm going to go pick trash
like when people do the stupid
Mike. What have you been doing for the
last 2 weeks
in detail? In detail? What have you been
doing? Like
started last Monday at 9:00 a.m. I woke
up. Um,
I want to know what your 700 p.m. to
midnight has looked like for the last 2
weeks.
My
o, you know, yeah,
I can promise you what O looks like. It
means you could have went back to LBI
and got more stuff. And this is what I
mean. And like, no burn on Mike. What
I'm saying is what I'm saying is like
just cuz you go viral doesn't mean
anything. like one like there's 8
billion people that had a clip get a
million views on Tik Tok that have done
nothing with it.
It's all [ __ ] discipline, execution,
knowing how to monetize. Are you selling
something? Are you trying to get brand
dollars?
Uh Mike Mikey the designer on Vfriend
Friends. He's doing his whole thing. I'm
on a [ __ ] phone call with him three
weeks ago as I'm driving to a meeting
with Kelloggs, a serial company, and I'm
cuz he emailed me twice to ask for,
"Hey, I want to like figure out how to
get brand deals, more brand deals." Like
it's either you're doing it or you're
not, everybody like enough of the blame.
Like either you're doing it or not. So
that's what would I say? Jump. Go for
it. But have a plan, you know?
Alyssa, how are you?
I'm doing well. How are you?
Good. Where are you from?
I'm from Virginia Beach and I am a
25-year-old who's been doing business
for years. So, this part really
resonated with me.
I'm happy. What's cooking?
All right. So, I read your book. I've
got my decisive duck squishy. And I
actually went and got a booth at Podcast
Summit because I've read your kissing
booth style at the end of your book.
Now, I wanted to know if you have any
suggestions for, of course, now I have
the vending booth. I'll actually be
launching um my software called plug
machine at the time which is really a
white label of go high level but um I
wanted to know if you had any advice
because we did decide to get that based
on your book.
I love it. So what are you trying to
accomplish there?
The goal is more of a launch for the
program that we're having plug machine
because everybody in that community has
a podcast need some type of landing
page. Our full business is funnel
building. So we're going to have the
templates already built out and so
they'll be able to buy. So, the first
piece of advice by far is to film the
entire execution.
Got it. So, I see I see the glasses, but
if you can get someone Where where is
this event?
It'll be in Atlanta.
Okay, great. Anybody who's watching
who's in Atlanta, what's your Instagram?
Carissa C R L Y S A.
Um, so like your last name but with a C.
Correct. First name with a C.
All right. Can somebody put that? Mods.
Can you hit that? It's her first name. A
but with a C. Um, that's your Instagram.
C. Alyssa.
C U R L Y.
Oh, C U R.
Yes. Like curls.
Mhm. C U R L
Y S A.
Beautiful. Um, everybody, somebody who's
in Atlanta who's willing to either, if
they have a camera or with an iPhone,
just film the entire booth the entire
day. You're a straight grinder. You're a
straight [ __ ] grinder. You're just
excited to [ __ ] go and stand there
and film every interaction.
Hit up Kissa or Alyssa and uh see if you
guys can connect. That's what I would
definitely do. That'd be the first thing
for sure cuz you need those clips and
because you know you're being filmed
when you get the first people coming in
and explain it, explain it to them, but
also know to get your entire thesis out
cuz you're going to post those things on
LinkedIn and on YouTube shorts. Um
because those are going to be platforms
that will lead to opportunity.
That makes sense. The biggest thing when
you're in a live event, especially a B2B
event like you're going to be at, the
two core things you're trying to
accomplish is number one, you're trying
to film everything. So, it's a
production day for your content. Every
live event, whether you're B2B or B TOC,
is now a production day for your social
media content. Got it?
Yes. Number two, you're trying to make
very deep relationships,
one-on-one relationships with 5, 10, 15
people that can change the course of
your game because of it, you know.
Yes.
So, that's it. That's what I would
recommend.
Thank you so much.
You're welcome. Have the best day.
Okay. This question is from Jackson in
Vancouver, Canada. I'm 17 years old and
my dream is to be a screenwriter. My
question for you is, should I pursue a
more viable career that would make more
money and try to do writing on the side
or just go all in on writing? Go all in
on writing 17. Again, we talk about this
constantly. High and this is where the
world had it wrong for a long time. High
risk needs to happen early. You know,
Erin, you and I both, even though I'm a
good generation above you, but we both
grew up when like, oh, you're 22 now, go
be a grown-up. I really believe in this
AI, live social shopping, social media
world, the viability of making an income
at a level similar to what you would
make in a job by living in this digital
world and by being in that age group
of let's call it 17 since that's the
person asking to 208, 29, 30. I really
believe those are the golden years. I
really do believe 20 to 30 is the new
golden years. Not just for fun, but to
actually be practical financially by
being high risk and by going after your
dream,
right?
And like doing that court, you played
basketball.
Did you ever when you when when you
realized you weren't going to go to the
WNBA? I don't know if that was like in
high school or in college,
did you contemplate like I should go
overseas and play basketball or did were
you not at that level either? I don't
know. I'm asking.
I was I was contemplating it, but I knew
honestly going into college that I
didn't even want to go division one
because wanted to be a full-time job.
So, I wanted to die.
Understood. Where I was going with that
with Court is I I talked to a lot of
former athletes who weren't good enough
to get to the NFL or or the NBA or Major
League Baseball, but took professional
routes differently. They played overseas
in Greece or Turkey or Israel. They
played in the Canadian Football League
or even like a pro league that nobody
really watches. And it is stunningly
obvious to me how many of those people
do not regret it. Whereas so many people
I've met regret not chasing their
athletic career a little further. That's
how I feel about entrepreneurship,
script writing, the arts, anything that
isn't like I am a cog in a machine and
I'm good with that. And and by the way,
big shout out and I mean this huge shout
out to people who are fortunate and that
is the word I'm going to use. I want
everybody to listen nice and slow
because this is where we have confusion.
Huge shout out to people who are
genuinely genuinely happy to be a cog in
a machine to not have to emotionally
worry about the business they work for.
I have thousands of cogs in the machine
in my companies. There's a lot of people
that really enjoy life with a very
simplistic
I don't want to stress about my career
that way. I'm going to work 9 to5. I'm
going to work 40 hours a week. I'm gonna
have time at home. I'm going to be able
to go to my kids stuff. I'm gonna enjoy
my weekends. I can't wait for Fourth of
July and Labor Day and Memorial Day
weekend. As you guys know, I've been off
the grid the last couple weeks. I'm not
fully relaxed. Every morning I woke up,
I had to look at my phone to make sure
something catastrophic didn't happen.
Like that's just like you don't have a
vacation when you own a business.
And so big shout out to those people.
Obviously, those come with limited
financial upside compared to an
entrepreneur or somebody doing something
remarkable in the arts or sports, but if
those individuals know how to manage
their money and live within their means,
bless you, rips, like you know, I say
this all the time. Bless you, Rips. A
lot of people need to live move from San
Francisco to Chattanooga, Tennessee. A
lot of people need to move from
Connecticut to, you know, New Hampshire.
A lot of people need to move to places,
especially as we go into this virtual
world. So anyway, long-winded answer, 17
to 29, high risk all the way. If
something's burning in your tummy, go
all in. You can always get a job. You
once you get a job, you don't have the
hours to be creative like that. The
thing that everyone's full of [ __ ]
about, Erin, and I mean really full of
[ __ ] about is they don't want to
sacrifice
all the other things while they chase
their dream. So if this kid's going to
chase his writing dream from 17 to 27,
he's going to live
very, very humbly. No Mercedes, no trips
to the Amalfi Coast, no Prada bags. And
I think that's great. And that's that.
So anyway, and then there's the whole
mental part, the judgment. When you
gonna get a real job, your mom and dad,
your friends, your buddy that was a
equal to you in high school is now
making 100k and has like a little
something and all the things that [ __ ]
with people mentally. Anyway, that's the
answer. Let's keep it moving. Oh, with
the hard hat. This man is working.
Bronson, you [ __ ] working, bro.
Can you hear me?
I can hear you, bro.
Okay, I'll jump right into it. So, can
you think of a moment in recent history
that was really impactful for you that
you haven't shared yet on social and put
us there in the moment with you?
That's a really good question, brother.
Um,
I I think it you're catching me at an
interesting time. I would say I had a
lot of time to think the last couple of
weeks and
I'm really really
you know I'm trying to think of
something super impactful that I haven't
shared yet. Let me give you something
that's current and I'll try to think of
something big but let me give you what's
on my mind right now. What's on my mind
right now is starting this fall
definitely going into 2026 I've realized
I've really missed interacting live like
this. Right. This is why I'm doing tea
with Gary Veemore. This is why I'm going
to start doing IRL streaming on Twitch
and Kick. Like I feel very much
that I'm gravitating towards being more
creative.
The comic books that I'm navigating, I
feel like as I head into my 50th
birthday in November, Brunson, I want to
be more creative and more community. I
want to double down on the two C's. And
I feel like I'm really contemplating
changing a lot of aspects of how I
operate. Um, I also want to wake up
earlier. Like I've been a very much like
a 7:30, 8:00, then work out then go in.
But another thing that's on my mind is
getting up at like 5 or 6 to give myself
some time before today. So that's on my
mind. I was up at 5 today. So that's on
my mind a little bit. But I haven't had
anything like, god forbid, somebody
passed away and a reset my framework or
or I had a health scare or something
major unless something major with health
happens. Nothing else is major to me.
Those are the major moments in life. You
know what I mean?
Yeah. I guess uh I guess really
impactful maybe a little bit too big.
Maybe just something that sticks out in
your mind where you're like, "Oh, that's
interesting."
Okay. Well, I'll give you a good one. AJ
called me when I was at the a football
game with Andy Kay a couple years ago
and he's like, "Bro, you've got to see
this." And it was the first time I saw
Chad GPT. And I was walking out of the
stadium. It was the Rams Raiders game. I
think it was the game that Baker
Mayfield came back and like played well
and like it rejuvenated his career. And
uh I was playing with chat GPTt as I was
walking out of the stadium in LA and it
completely changed the course of how I
thought about everything, right? And
like we are very deep in AI land right
now. Um same with this platform right
here, live shopping. I I'm excited. I
mean we're in an era where search is
getting destroyed.
like AI is exploding by the nancond and
I would say that realizing collectibles
on the blockchain NFT 2021
AI 2022 or whatever that was 23 I'm
trying to remember when that was and
live shopping last year like these three
themes the blockchain AI and live social
shopping and very honestly IRL overall
live streaming these are the themes that
have me very like oh [ __ ] I'm paying
attention and I'm excited.
Yeah, I had a similar uh kind of
experience with patch of BHT and stuff
like that and I've been taking your
advice on using it like an hour a day.
Love you for that.
And uh um it's just such a great
research partner and creative partner
like writing stuff like that,
brainstorming stuff.
It's huge. It's huge. The other thing
that's a superpower I mean look the
other thing that's really exciting is
it's free. We It's Yeah, it's very low
cost. And And the other thing that's
brewing is people are going to be
building websites and apps in a day or
two. All of us normies that don't know
how to code, that's a big deal. Somebody
here watching right now is going to
launch an app that's two bucks a month
on the app store in a year and is going
to change their life by just prompt
engineering an idea. Like all of us have
ideas, right? And like but like me
included cuz I don't code. You don't
wake up with an app idea and think it's
going to happen. You think you need
$100,000 to get a developer and
marketing and all this stuff. So like
lovable is very much on my radar and I'm
paying attention to that. And so I just
think it's an incredible time to be
alive. I think everyone's obviously like
actually that's probably another thing
very much on my mind. The polarization
of like the world right now. Forget
about even the politics, the wars, all
that. Forget even that the separation of
wealth, the changing tides. I think we
have two groups of people. This is why
I'm so motivated to bring back tea with
Gary Vee every day. I need everybody
here watching to start their day mindset
right. We are in such an extremely
interesting time in history. And
honestly, I genuinely believe this from
the bottom of my heart. Either one
decides it's terrible or one decides
it's remarkable. And both can be true.
But you were fundamentally in charge.
Not Elon, not Donald Trump, not Vladimir
Putin, not [ __ ] Sam Alman. Like you
and the way you've decided to look at
the opportunity in front of you is like
100% real. Like there's ways right now
to like get golden visas in Portugal and
Dubai that are pretty darn easy in the
scheme of things. And so if you're upset
with Canada or the UK or the US, you
could stop being a cry [ __ ] baby and
just [ __ ] move to Portugal. You could
now someone's going to be like, "No, no,
no." But like, you could hate your job
and you could learn how to use AI and
live streaming and the blockchain. Like,
like, it's just [ __ ] binary. You
could be a [ __ ] crybaby or you could
be an actionoriented, accountable
[ __ ] awesome ninja. So, you could be
a [ __ ] crybaby
or you could be accountable and
actionoriented and nobody stops.
And it's never been easier. And it's but
brother that's why I'm saying it's never
been easier when people like oh it used
to be so awesome in the 90s [ __ ]
they didn't have anything like it wasn't
more awesome in the 90s there was no Tik
Tok there was no Shopify there was no
Google there was no chat like we didn't
have [ __ ]
like I was a [ __ ] hustler making like
and I was working my dick off and I was
making like $83 a weekend cuz I had to
go to a flea market and then wait for
another show to happen two weeks later.
There was no [ __ ] internet, let alone
AI.
You have one of what's what's happening
actually is technology in this moment is
exposing people. It's creating the
extreme halves and the extreme have
nots. Either you're late either this
weekend you laid in your bed and you
were in your feed and you were upset or
you weren't.
Like that's it.
I'm not a great reader either. So
I can't read for [ __ ] library in high
school.
Bronson, I can't read for [ __ ] either.
Yeah, chatbt is such a big help with
like learning anything I want to learn.
100%, bro.
And Gemini and stuff like that.
Gemini pucks. All of it. [ __ ] it, man.
All of it. All right. Love you guys. See
you, Bronson.
All right.
All right.
Thank you.
