황금연휴를 만들려면

보통 황금연휴가 어떻게 생기게 되죠?

그렇게 쉬는 날이 이어질 때

황금연휴가 되는데

가끔은 예를 들어 추석이,

주말이면 그 날 원래 쉬어야 되는데 주말이니까

그냥 쉬는 게 되는 거잖아요.

그래서 그렇게 겹칠 경우에

그 다음 월요일이나 그 전 금요일을

평일인데도 쉬는 날로 만들어 줘요.

이제 이거를 대체 공휴일 제도라고 해서

마침 이번에 추석이

이번에 원래 무슨 요일이죠?

일요일이에요.

아 추석이

추석 그 전날에 보통 이제 3일을 쉬잖아요.

우리가 이제 3일을 쉬는데

추석 전날이 일요일하고 겹쳐서

그래서 추석이 끝나고

하루 더 대체 휴일이 수요일이죠

10월 8일 추석 대체 휴일이 있고

그리고 그 다음에 이제 9일이 마침 한글날이어서

또 빨간날이어서 쉬는데

그 다음에 이제 아쉽잖아요.

목요일까지 쉬었어.

근데 이제 금요일 하루 일을 하고

또 주말인데

이제 여기에 따라서

이게 약간 더 쉬면 좋잖아요.

그래서 이제 회사들 중에

어떤 회사는 금요일도 쉬어라, 하는 회사도 있고

보통은 직장인들 같은 경우는

자기가 스스로 오늘 하루 더 쉬겠습니다.

직장인이 그 휴가를 이용해서 연차라고 하는데

그 연차를 활용해서

하루만 더 쉬면

이제 그 다음 주말까지 쉴 수 있는 거죠.

맞아요.

이게 또 그 직장인들은

이제 연차를 활용해서

휴가를 내서 쭉 쉬게 되면

진짜 그 열흘 이상이 되나요?

열흘 가까이 쉬게 되는데

또 그렇게 좀 애매하게

하루 끼어 있는 경우에는

아예 국가에서 공휴일로 정할 때가 있어요.

매번, 매년 쉬는 날은 아니지만

쉬면 좋겠다!

쉬면 좋겠다 생각을 해서

이걸 공휴일로 지정을 할 때가 있는데

이걸 임시 공휴일이라고 해요.

지난번 설?

맞아요.

설날에 아마 그때가 설 연휴가 화수목 요일이었는데

애매하게 월요일이 끼잖아요.

주말 금요일과 끼는데

그래서 그때 월요일 1월 27일에 임시공휴일이 지정됐었죠.

이번은 사실 임시 공휴일은 아니에요.

금요일은 다음 주 금요일은

근데 선생님네 학교는 어때요?

제가 다니는 학교는

학교에서 자체적으로 다 같이 쉽시다.

그래서 학교 자체에서 쉬는 날로 만들어 줘서

저도 굉장히 오래 쉬게 되었습니다.

저도 사실 임시 공휴일을 좀 기대를 했거든요.

이번에 진짜 딱 하루만 쉴 수 있으면

쭉 열흘 가까이 쉴 수 있는데

그래서 기대를 했는데

기대를 했는데

근데 임시공휴일로 이번에 지정되지는 않았잖아요.

근데 선생님 학교처럼

제가 다니고 있는

그 학교에서도 그 하루를 휴업일로 정해서

쭉 쉬게 됐어요.

그래서 진짜 황금연휴를 보낼 수 있게 된 거죠

얼마나 좋아요~

맞아요.

그래서 이렇게 직장인들 사이에서는

아까 연차를 쓴다고 했잖아요.

그래서 SNS나 아니면 뉴스 기사들 많이 찾아보면

이날 연차를 쓰면

아니면 이날과 이날 며칠을 연차를 쓰면

이만큼 쓸 수 있다!

이만큼 쉴 수 있다!

기사도 되게 많이 돌아다니는 것 같더라고요.

이번 기회에 무엇을 해라~

이 황금연휴를 활용해서

여기에 다녀와라

또 이거를 해라

이런 기사들도 많이 보게 되는 것 같아요.

이렇게 연휴가 길면

어쨌든 제일 하고 싶어 하는 게

사람들이 여행이잖아요.

맞아요.

황금연휴를 사람들이 반기는 이유는

이 연휴를 활용해서

사실 가장 하고 싶어 하는 게 여행인 것 같거든요.

특히 이렇게 길면

어쨌든 한국은 지리적으로

유럽이나 미국을 가려면

비행기를 오래 타야 되니까

자주 갈 수 있는 나라는 아니잖아요.

그래서 이렇게 연휴가 길면

먼 곳까지 여행을 갈까?

하는 사람들이 느는 것 같아요.

맞아요.

보통 그냥 이렇게 황금 연휴가 만약에 3일이다

그러면 짧으면

그냥 국내에서 돌아다닐 수 있는

국내 여행을 가는 것 같고

한 일주일?

주말 활용해서 일주일 가량 황금 연휴가 확보가 되면

해외로 가는 것 같아요.

저 같아도 만약에 열흘 아무 걱정 없이 쉬라고 하면

이번 기회에 그러면 좀 먼 나라 한번 가볼까?

해 가지고 비행기를 타고 떠날 것 같아요.

그렇죠.

한국에서는 보통 유럽 여행은 시간이 많이 필요하니까

유럽 여행 많이 가는 것 같거든요.

유럽, 미국 아니면 6시간 이상

인도네시아, 발리

이런 데도 있고

비행 시간이 오래 걸리는

그래서 항상 이맘때쯤 되면

황금연휴 때 특히나 명절 때 뉴스 기사로 많이 나오는 게

이번에 인천공항 이용객 역대 최고

그렇죠.

역시 최다치, 경신

이러면서 3시간 전에,

4시간 전에 출발하세요~!

맞아요..

2시간 전에, 그렇죠..

오늘 뉴스 기사를 찾아봤는데 보니까

이번 황금연휴 열흘 동안

인천공항 이용객이 200만 명 예상이 된대요.

그래서 이번에도 마찬가지로

역대 최고 진짜 한 공항에 3시간 전에는 도착해야겠네요.

그냥 가도 2시간이니까

기다리는 거 생각하면

3, 4시간 전에는 가야겠네요.

한 4시간 전에는 가야 되지 않을까요?

하루에 거의 20만 명

가까이 이용을 할 예정이라고 하더라고요.

얼마나 복잡할까요..

그렇죠.

얼마나 오래 기다려야 될지

그렇게라도 이제 여행을 가고 싶은 마음인 거죠.

이렇게 또 여행을 많이 가다 보면

특히 국내든 해외든 사람들이

이제 여행을 가면

돈을 쓰잖아요.

국내 여행을 가면

그래도 국내 소비가 늘어나는 거니까

경제가 활성화 돼서 좋아요.

쉬면 쉴수록 사실 좋은 건 맞는 거 같아요.

맞아요.

그래서 아까 임시공휴일 이야기를 했는데

사실 국가에서도 이 공휴일로

임시공휴일을 지정하는 이유가

사실 국내 소비를 늘리려고 하는 것도 있잖아요.

그 목적이 있잖아요.

보통 여행은 도시로 안 가고

좀 서울에서 먼 곳을 간다거나

자연이 있는 곳을 가니까

그런 곳은 경제가 좀 어려울 수 있는데

그런 데 가서

돈을 좀 쓰고 와라!

이런 의도로 공휴일을,

임시 공휴일을 만들어줬더니

근데 또 사람들이 길면

길수록 해외에 가야 되는 거 아니야?

그렇죠 ..맞아요.

그렇게 되면 또 돈이 해외로 빠져나간다

그런 또 측면이 있죠

그래서 이번에 임시 공휴일 안 해준 것 같지 않아요?

맞아요.

저도 생각을 한 게

그래서 안 해 준 건가?

사실 이런 임시 공휴일이

국내에 또 경제 활성화를 시킨다는

그런 게 이제 그렇게 큰 효과가 없나 봐요.

효과가 없었대요.

기사에서 그러더라고요.

맞아요.

그래서 그래서 안 된 게 아닐까..?

그렇죠.

약간 그런 의심을 지울 수가 없습니다.

또 황금 연휴 때

사람들이 하는 게

또 뭐가 있을까요?

그동안 못했던 일들을

아무래도 할 것 같은데요 학생들? 고등학생?

고등학생은 상관없구나.

학생들 보니까 고향에 갔다 온다든지..

맞아요.

외국인 학생들은 어쨌든 학기 중에는

학교에 다녀야 되니까

고향을 못 갔을 텐데

우리나라 추석이지만

학생들 나라는 추석이 아닐 수 있잖아요.

그럼에도 어쨌든 쉬니까

고향에 가서 부모님을 만나고 온다든지

친구들을 만나고 온다든지 하는 학생들도 있고요.

또 우리나라 사람들은?

맞아요.

좀 미뤄뒀던 일들 많이 하는 것 같아요.

저만 해도 그냥 그동안 바빠서 하지 못하는 일들이 있잖아요.

예를 들면 집안일이라든지

대청소 같은 집안일이라든지

아니면 또 저는 추석 때

이런 연휴를 활용해서

옷 정리 같은 거 하거든요.

계절도 바뀌는 시기이기도 하니까

옷 정리, 청소, 정리

또 이런 일들도 조금 미뤄놨다가

그때 연휴 때 활용해서 일들도 하는 것 같아요.

말씀하시니까 생각난 게

저는 선풍기 정리하거든요.

아 맞아요.

선풍기 날개에 먼지가 많잖아요.

청소 한번 해야 되고

에어컨도 이제 좀 깨끗하게 좀 닦아서

안 쓸 거니까

당분간 안 쓸 거니까

정리해놔야 될 것 같아요.

필터 청소라든지

아니면 좀 닦아서

또 햇빛에 말려놓고

이런 작업들이 필요한 정리들이 있잖아요.

평소에는 하기 어려우니까

큰 맘 먹고 쉬니까

지금 해야겠다!

이런 생각하면서 정리를... 해야겠네요.

그리고 책도 미리 많이 읽으려고

도서관에서 책도 미리 많이 빌려 놨어요.

연휴를 아주 알차게 계획하고 계시네요. 선생님은요?

뭐 하실 거예요?

저는 그동안 연휴나

특히나 이런 명절 때는 어딜 가나 사람이 되게 많잖아요.

그래서 사실 막 여행을 할 생각을 하진 않았거든요.

저희 그냥 가족들끼리 모여서

가족 모임하고

그냥 주변,

집 주변 돌아다니고

서울에서 그냥 돌아다니는 걸 했었는데

이번에 좀 큰 마음을 먹고

2박 3일간 국내 여행을 떠나려고 해요.

어디로 가요?

목포, 남해 쪽으로 가려고 하거든요.

사실 남해, 부산이나

아니면 경상도나 전라도는

사실 멀어서 잘 못 가잖아요.

기차가 벌써 3시간 반이니까 맞아요.

가면 좋을 것 같아서

2박 3일로 국내 여행을 계획하고 있는데

딱 명절 기간에 가요 월화수?

네, 맞아요.

기차를 타고 가거든요.

저는 고향이 그냥 서울이다 보니까

사실 추석이나 설날에 기차표를 예매할 일이 없었거든요.

말로만 들었어요.

이게 '전국민 수강신청'이라는 말이 있잖아요.

그만큼 기차표 예매하기가

정말 하늘의 별 따기라는 말이 있듯이

정말 힘들다고 들었는데

그거를 이번에 해봤어요.

성공을 하기는 했는데

너무 힘들었어요...

왜냐면 이게 새벽 아침 7시에 티켓이 열리거든요.

근데 7시가 딱 돼서 들어갔는데

이게 기다리고 있죠. 다들..

못 들어가고 한번 멈춰요.

사람이 너무 많이 몰려서

서버가 멈추는데

그래서 클릭해서 열렸는데

제 앞에 9만 명이 있는 거예요.

저 몇만 명이

그때 저희 부모님도 그걸 하고 있어서

다행히 이제 어... 계속 기다렸는데

9만명, 5만명, 2만명

그래서 원하는 시간은 예매를 못했는데

그래도 괜찮은 시간에

티켓을 구하게 돼서

다행히 그 기차표를 예매를 했습니다.

하필 딱 추석 연휴

진짜 고향 가는 사람들하고 겹쳐 가지고

맞아요 와,

그래서 진짜 딱 사람들이 많이 이용하는 시간은

바로 매진이 되더라고요.

그래서 그래도 성공을 해서

이번에 이제 여행을 다녀오게 됐어요.

오, 다행이네요 네,

근데 이제 그 기차표가 끝이 아니라

이제 기차표를 성공을 했잖아요.

이제 숙소가 남았죠..

그래서 이제 숙소를 예약하려고 하는데 와,

그때 성수기다 보니까…

너무 비싼 거예요.

거의 뭐 3배?

어떤 곳은 10배 가까이 비싼 곳도 있었어요.

와 이렇게 심할 줄 몰랐어요.

그래서 그래서 이제 뭐 적당한 곳에

또 예약을 하기는 했는데

와 명절에 이렇게 여행하기가 어려울 줄 몰랐어요.

안 돼요, 안 돼요...

이게 그 뭐라고 해야 되지

전국민 수강신청 전국민 티켓팅인데

다들 비슷한 시간에 가고 싶잖아요.

아침에 너무 일찍 가고 싶지 않고

밤에 가기 싫고 몰릴 수밖에 없으니까

이럴 때를 성수기라고 하는데

그럴 때 호텔 값도 오르고

식당도 값을 올리려나?

그럴 수도 있어요.

안 그러겠지? 맞아요

식당은 올리지는 않을 것 같은데

예약이 좀...

네 그러니까요

저도 이제 마음의 준비를 하고 있는 게

웨이팅이 얼마나 오래 걸릴까 싶기는 한데

잘 피해서 잘 다녀봐야겠죠.

목포랑 순천이라는 곳을 가는데

순천에는 유명한 공원이 있어요.

그래서 산책도 하고

그리고 또 남은 연휴는

그냥 친척들 만나고

그리고 우선은 이제 등산을 계획 중이거든요.

또 등산하면 앞뒤로 쉬워 줘야 되잖아요.

그래서 이번 연휴 때 등산을 하려고 합니다.

다음 날 힘들잖아요. 맞아요.

그래서 연휴를 저도 알차게 보내려고 해요.
