The second season of Sasaki and Peeps is

officially set to premiere in 2026. The

story introduces us to Sasaki, a weary

middle-aged office worker whose droll

corporate life leaves him feeling

unfulfilled. Seeking companionship, he

takes a chance and visits a pet shop, a

decision that changes his life forever.

He finds an adorable bird named Peeps

and brings him home. But Peeps is far

from a regular bird. He's actually an

incredible sage from another world.

Peeps promptly bestows Sasaki with

supernatural powers and the ability to

travel between worlds. The first season,

which premiered with a special 1-hour

episode in January 2024, ran for 12

episodes until March 2024. The ongoing

series will see its 12th volume ship in

Japan on November 25, 2025.
