那個火車就這樣突然從你旁邊呼嘯而過

我覺得很有趣的是所有人都拿著手機

看起來好像是那個火車已經要撞到那個手機

但是沒有

它就是會剛好很完美的從你旁邊經過

然後你就覺得

很新奇的體驗欸

我真的覺得雖然很觀光

就是可能在網路上看到很多次

但我覺得一定要來

沒有體驗過的人一定要試試看

二樓我可以很負責任的說

你在這邊可以

更容易吸得到火車的廢氣

因為氣是直接往這邊來的你知道嗎

所以我們在這邊的空氣品質呢

聽說這邊有很厲害的蛋咖啡

走這邊會讓我想到之前去臺南的那個

窄門咖啡

這邊的餐廳

都好多樓層

它這間店其實

就是撿了非常多的廢棄物

拿來裝飾

你可以看到它所有的這些擺設

感覺都是回收回來的

就把它弄得很漂亮

你看它上面的燈是用玻璃瓶做成的

很多的DIY

哇它的頂樓更美了

天啊

它的牆畫的好好看喔

這是剛剛去的火車街

她說裡面就是包豬肉

這魚露就是要沾好沾滿這樣

好好吃喔

我在臺灣我每次吃越南菜

一定會點生春捲

生吃超清爽

很像就是吃沙拉

傳說中的蛋咖啡

跟我想像的很不一樣耶

它有一點那個蛋塔的香味嗎

先來吃一口它上面這個蛋泡沫

就是布丁 可是它是泡沫

它的甜度很完美很特別

但是跟你一般喝的咖啡完全不一樣

這次來到越南呢

我就決定記取教訓

我要來個無腦旅遊

我就可以享受到自助旅行的自由

同時我又可以有跟團的方便

麵包很脆

它這種麵包的脆度是你咬下去

它那個麵包會插進你的牙齦裡面

裡面的蔬菜跟洋蔥還有肉

其實蠻平衡

再加上麵包

它麵包真的是很鬆脆

就是一個很平衡的麵包

至於說為什麼會吃到就是

把這家店名刺青在身上

我覺得他那天應該是搭配了一點酒

我懷疑他根本是一群人在那邊喝茫了的時候說

然後就上去了

來再喝兩瓶

然後說好好吃喔

超酥脆的煎餅念念不忘

於是我們又折返回來

原本要吃的那間店

煎餅就是拿它這個薄薄的紙

其實就有點像春捲紙

然後它說你再夾一個

它們的這個生菜

然後你再拿它的這個煎餅

炸得酥酥脆脆

裡面有一些豆芽菜

然後重點

越南菜的靈魂

魚露

泡起來

我覺得魚露真的就是

你就是整個泡進去

最好是你吃的時候

都會有湯汁這樣子流出來

加這個生菜營養又均衡

適合給家中的小孩吃

它的煎餅的那個脆度

很像樂事洋芋片

每次吃都可以自製料理的

這個感覺滿爽的

就是你自己就在調配那個比例

這個煎餅

在我心中應該是有

勝過那個法棍

還好我們有回來吃

我們現在走在這個越南的街道上

在這邊可以看到到處都有很多

在賣著一些

各式品牌衣服

那在越南這邊看到這些牌子是真的還假的

就街邊的話

就我們一直以為是那種工廠外流

我們現在來到了這個是在

在環劍湖旁邊的一間Phở(河粉)

那為什麼要吃這家呢 因為它從

1955年就開到現在

感覺就超好吃

我剛走進來的時候我以為它是個室內

可是其實它其實是有點半露天的

其實我覺得有導遊的好處就是

她都會跟我們介紹這間店

而且這間店就是只有賣河粉而已

然後她甚至說這間店的那個河粉它已經

就是有做成泡麵

然後就是在一些超商上面買的到

它就是這麼有名的程度欸

我覺得河粉就是吃它的那個湯頭

就是它的湯頭就是你看它的時候

它就已經在晶瑩剔透

然後閃著那個光的時候

然後喝的時候有一種清甜的味道

河粉就是吃這個味道

來吃它的肉

很嫩欸

超級嫩

它剛剛應該是熱水最後才淋上去

就是它還有一些部分是呈現有一點紅紅的

有點半生不熟的感覺

我覺得最好吃的組合就是

一定要加一片這個檸檬

然後大概五片這個辣椒

超好吃又酸又辣又香

尤其到冬天會有一點空汙的狀況

空氣沒有那麼好

然後到處都是機車什麼的

我覺得可以備個口罩

大家自己再斟酌
