Today is

the second day at Kyocera Dome Osaka

and it was our last performance in Japan.

Kyocera Dome is such a meaningful place for us,

it holds a lot of significance.

I think it was our first dome performance during 'MANIFESTO.'

So, those memories came back to me.

That’s why

even though we’ve been here before during 'FATE,'

being able to hold our solo concert in such a meaningful venue

made us feel grateful once again.

I think it reminded us to be thankful.

During our final remarks,

we announced that we’d be holding a stadium concert,

and we delivered the news directly to ENGINES through our own words.

At that moment,

even during our concert,

the response was amazing, and the cheers were so loud.

Despite wearing in-ear monitors on both sides,

the cheers still broke through.

ENGINES must have loved it just as much.

The reaction was so great, and it made me feel really happy.

Actually, we toured three cities in Japan,

but in my opinion, it felt quite insufficient.

Because, like with 'FATE,'

when we perform in Japan, it’s usually back-to-back.

So, until then,

it felt like we’d done a lot.

But this time, we performed once a month,

and honestly, it made me want to do more.

That’s how I felt.

We knew we’d be performing in a stadium,

but ENGINES seemed so disappointed

and wanted to see more of us. Seeing that,

I really wanted to tell them sooner.

I’m so glad I could share the news.

I hope summer comes quickly.

Actually, this stadium performance

is scheduled for summer, as far as I know.

Since it’s a stadium, it’ll be really hot,

and physically demanding,

but ENGINES will have to wait outside for a long time,

and during the performance, since there’s no roof,

it’ll be twice as hot as performing in a dome.

I’m really worried,

but I hope ENGINES take care of themselves

so we can have a great time together.

Still, just being able to perform in such a big stadium

so quickly—I’m so grateful.

ENGINES come from so far,

and they take such precious time to be with us,

so we’re working hard to prepare

and show ENGINES a great performance.

Actually, this year,

the members said we’re preparing a lot,

and it’s true—we’re working on so many things.

We’re even recording right now,

so we’re eager to show ENGINES new stages soon.

It might feel long for ENGINES,

but we’re always preparing something,

so it might feel long,

but please bear with us a little longer.

During album preparations,

I often feel that way.

Actually, during the 'WALK THE LINE' Goyang concert,

we couldn’t perform 'No Doubt.'

But in Japan,

after the Goyang concert,

we made a comeback between the Japan concerts.

Every time we add something new, the response is amazing,

and as performers,

we get so excited on stage.

It’s not just about the concert,

but we want to show more ENGINES

new stages—that’s our biggest wish.

We’ll prepare quickly

to show ENGINES great work.

We’ll work hard.

Actually, today I had a high-touch event and a signing event,

and many people who came yesterday were there again,

and so many came from far away—I’m so grateful.

Tomorrow, we’re heading to Tokyo for another fan signing event,

and being in Japan for quite a while has made me so happy.

교세라 돔 오사카 둘째 날

일본에서는 마지막 공연이었는데

교세라 돔이라는 장소가

저희한테 정말 의미 있는 그런 장소라서

저희가 'MANIFESTO' 때 첫 돔인가 그랬었던 것 같아요

그래서 그때 기억이 나더라고요

그래서 조금

사실 'FATE' 때도 오긴 했지만

정말 이렇게 의미 있는 장소에서

저희 단독 공연을 할 수 있다는 게

다시 한번 감사하게 느끼게 됐던 것 같고

저희가 마지막 멘트 때

스타디움 공연을 개최하게 됐다는 공지를

저희가 직접 멘트로 엔진분들한테 전달했었는데

그때 딱

저희가 콘서트 할 때도

정말 반응도 좋고 함성도 많이 보내주셨는데

그때 인이어를 양쪽에 끼고 있었는데도 불구하고

인이어를 뚫고 들어왔어요 함성이

그만큼 엔진분들도 되게 많이 좋아해 주셨을 텐데

반응이 되게 좋아서 저도 너무 기분이 좋았고

사실 일본에서 저희가 세 도시를 돌았는데

제 체감상 되게 많이 부족했어요

왜냐하면 'FATE' 때도 그렇고

사실 일본에서 공연할 때는 쭉 이어간단 말이에요

그래서 뭔가 그때까지만 해도

되게 많이 했다는 느낌이 들었었는데

이번에는 한 달씩 월말에 했었어서

사실 더 하고 싶어지는 그런 기분이었는데

그런 느낌이 들었었는데

저희는 알고 있었어요 스타디움에서 공연하는 거를

근데 엔진분들이 되게 많이 서운해하시고

더 보고 싶어 하시고 그런 모습을 보면서

되게 빨리 말해주고 싶었는데

말할 수 있어서 너무 기분이 좋았고

빨리 여름이 됐으면 좋겠어요

사실 이번 스타디움 공연을

아마 제가 알기로는 여름에 하는 걸로 알고 있는데

스타디움인 만큼 되게 덥고

체력적으로 많이 힘들 수도 있겠지만

저희보다 엔진분들이 밖에서 오래 기다리셔야 하고

공연 중에도 천장이 없다 보니까

돔에서 하는 것보다 배로 더울 거고 하니까

너무 걱정이 되긴 하지만

그래도 엔진분들이 체력 관리를 잘하셔서

재미있게 하고 싶어요 개인적으로

그래도 스타디움이라는 큰 공연장에

저희가 빠르게 입성할 수 있다는 것만으로도 너무 감사한데

엔진분들이 되게 멀리서도 와주시고

저희한테 정말 소중한 시간을 내주시고 오시는 거다 보니까

저희도 열심히 준비를 해서

엔진분들한테 좋은 퍼포먼스를 보여드리고 싶은 마음이 큰 것 같습니다

사실 이번 연도에는

준비하고 있는 게 많다고 형들도 말했지만

말 그대로 정말 저희가 준비하고 있는 것도 많고

그리고 실제로 저희가 지금 녹음도 하고 있다 보니까

빨리 엔진분들한테 새로운 무대를 보여드리고 싶은 마음에

엔진분들은 되게 길게 느끼실 수도 있겠지만

저희는 무언가를 항상 준비를 하고 있기 때문에

되게 길게 느끼실 수도 있겠지만

조금만 참아주셨으면 좋겠어요

항상 앨범 준비를 하는 과정에서

그 생각이 많이 드는 것 같아요

사실 이번에 'WALK THE LINE' 고양 콘서트 때는

'No Doubt'을 못 했었죠

근데 일본에서

고양 콘서트 끝나고

일본 콘서트 사이에 저희가 컴백을 했었잖아요

그래서 이렇게 추가될 때마다 반응이 되게 좋고

그리고 저희가 무대를 하는 사람으로서

무대에서도 되게 흥분되고 흥이 나요

콘서트 때문에 뭔가 하고 싶다기보다는

더 많은 엔진분들한테

새로운 무대들을 보여드리고 싶은 마음이 제일 큰 것 같아서

저희도 빠르게 준비를 해서

사실 오늘 제가 하이터치회랑 사인회를 했는데

어제 오신 분들도 많이 와주셨고
