Four ways to use cheese. Number one, the

most obvious, grate it over something

like a Caesar salad. Number two, take

the palm rind, scrape off any ink on the

outside, cut it into segments, place in

a plate, and microwave for 2 minutes.

Number three, add one pint of griier

cheese and one pint of hot cream to a

blender. Place in a whipped cream

canister, add one charge, shake, and use

that as a topper for anything like

French fries. Number four, if you take

some cheese, sprinkle it onto a griddle

or non-stick pan over medium heat, place

a tortilla on top, let that cook for a

couple of minutes, and then once crispy

and caramelized, flip it over, and you

have a beautiful cheese skirt tortilla.

Then just top with whatever you want. In

this case, we have braced meat, onion,

cilantro, a little lime juice.
