so another year another school year 00:00
another year of suffering God damn it 00:02
and I feel like whenever we get back in 00:05
school it's quite easy to forget the 00:06
simple habits that you could apply to 00:08
your school or university to make your 00:10
life easier we're usually motivated for 00:11
the first few weeks and then it dies 00:13
down after like a few weeks or a few 00:15
months so here are seven habits and tips 00:17
for your next school year tip number one 00:19
fix your goddamn sleep schedule ah sleep 00:21
yes you've heard of it I've heard of it 00:25
and for some reason we still can't get 00:28
enough of it it's like drugs you can't 00:30
get enough of it okay I'm just kidding 00:32
now yes this is a very very basic tip 00:34
but everyone overlooks this tip 00:36
especially when it comes to school I 00:38
know you guys will watch this and think 00:40
I already know this tip this is so 00:42
obvious 00:44
While others might think I wish I could 00:45
but I just don't have the time well 00:48
let's face it everyone on this Earth 00:50
exactly has the same amount of 24 hours 00:52
so you could set aside seven hours of 00:54
sleep okay you probably think you don't 00:57
have time well wait till we look back 00:59
when we're in our full-time jobs or 01:01
working in hospitals or companies and 01:03
we're going to think damn I had a lot of 01:05
time when I was a student now I know 01:07
after going home from school and 01:09
procrastinating on all your homework 01:11
only for you to pawn it off for the next 01:12
day you want to spend a little time 01:14
watching some movies playing some games 01:16
or doing whatever I get it I mean come 01:18
on the new Barbie movies out I want to 01:20
watch it so bad like who cares about my 01:22
homework right I could just do it 01:25
tomorrow we don't have much time in your 01:27
day so we reduce our sleep to do more 01:29
things well on the downside if you cut 01:31
your sleep schedule your whole week is 01:33
just going to look like an unproductive 01:35
mess 01:37
I'm in come on you're not even going to 01:38
be able to accomplish the things in full 01:40
energy because you're just gonna have a 01:42
shitty sleep schedule and you're just 01:43
gonna end up wanting to sleep even more 01:45
what do I do then if I cut back on my 01:47
sleep to get more time I'm just gonna 01:49
end up wasting time but then if I spend 01:51
more time sleeping I'm just gonna be 01:53
wasting time as well what the heck do I 01:54
do well no if you do allocate time for 01:57
your sleep you're going to be a lot more 02:00
productive and you're going to have more 02:02
time for other things because you're 02:03
gonna have more energy to do other 02:05
things the problem with sleeping less is 02:07
that the next day you're just going to 02:09
feel groggy the whole day you're just 02:10
going to finish your tasks in a mediocre 02:12
way now yes I am the victim of this as 02:14
well I do a lot of things past midnight 02:17
simply because I would be doing 02:19
something that I wish I could be doing 02:21
in my free time when I could have just 02:22
simply finished my work early and done 02:24
the things that I wanted to do for the 02:26
day but instead I'm doing it on midnight 02:28
with my t-shirts and lotion I mean I'm 02:30
doing it midnight because well I just 02:32
have bad time management imagine your 02:34
body like I don't know a drug attic you 02:36
know you can never get enough of say 02:39
okay I I'm really bad at analogies just 02:41
make sure to prioritize your body's 02:43
recharge time or else your body will not 02:45
be able to perform correctly or else 02:47
your body won't have enough energy for 02:48
the work you need to do for the day 02:51
you're not even going to have stamina 02:52
enough in bed okay 02:54
stuff so make sure to set aside seven or 02:55
more hours to ensure you get enough 02:58
sleep and energy for the day remember 02:59
it's all about optimizing our days for 03:02
the most productivity for less time and 03:04
making more time for the things we enjoy 03:06
and of course what kind of tip would 03:08
this be without me giving it some actual 03:09
advice to not only achieving more sleep 03:11
but getting good quality of sleep well 03:13
two things a night routine and one of 03:16
these this is a sleeping mask and this 03:19
helps wonders with helping me sleep 03:21
because not only will it block out any 03:23
light source interrupting your circadian 03:24
rhythm but it will also remove the 03:26
temptation to use your phone before 03:28
sleeping which I feel like is is mostly 03:29
the reason why most of us can't sleep 03:31
like come on I know you're scrolling on 03:33
Tick Tock okay just stop doing that okay 03:35
watch my tick tocks instead I don't even 03:37
have a tick tock account God damn it I 03:40
need to start usually these things will 03:42
come with a sort of cooling pack thingy 03:43
where you could put it into a fridge for 03:46
a cool temperature for it to cool your 03:48
eyes so that when you're tired of like 03:50
staring at the screen too long you can 03:52
just pop this onto your eyes and wow the 03:53
cool air yeah and there's more as for 03:57
the night routine it's pretty 03:59
self-explanatory before you sleep having 04:00
a night routine is helpful to prepare 04:02
your body to rest and to set an 04:04
environment that would help you be 04:06
comfortable in sleeping like closing the 04:07
curtains to keep out the creeps from 04:10
watching you sleep try to cut out as 04:12
much noise as you can in your control 04:14
and if you can't you can always buy some 04:15
earplugs which would help you block out 04:17
the noise if you have some noisy family 04:19
members or if your neighbors are getting 04:20
frisky upstairs if you know what I mean 04:22
okay yeah that promise that's the last 04:24
tip number two create a study system now 04:27
I think we go on an everyday lives at 04:30
school for getting that school is a 04:32
place to learn now granted with all the 04:34
school's requirements and all the 04:36
homework and all that kind of [ __ ] it's 04:37
quite easy for us to lose track of what 04:39
we're actually doing but at the end of 04:41
the day we go to school or university to 04:43
learn and apply the things we're being 04:45
taught to even though most of the 04:46
subjects we don't even use in real life 04:48
that's why having your own side system 04:50
is essential so that you don't get lost 04:52
when trying to process and learn these 04:54
things from school because a lot of 04:55
times when studying or learning it's 04:58
easy to get lost in the number of apps 04:59
note-taking techniques or whatever is 05:01
available for study it's kind of like 05:03
restaurants you know it's like you know 05:05
too many choices that's why I suggest 05:06
making your own study system so that you 05:08
can have your own tailored approach that 05:10
works for you to learn information more 05:12
efficiently now I suggest listing all 05:14
the apps you use or all the study 05:16
techniques you use and then drawing a 05:17
mind map so that you have a sort of a 05:19
visual process on how you can take 05:21
information but hey if you don't need to 05:23
write down then good for you it's all in 05:25
your head lucky photographic memory bit 05:27
I'm just kidding I love you so whether 05:29
it is for having to-do list before 05:31
note-taking or starting to write 05:33
flashcards to review flash cards I 05:34
recommend you have a system of studying 05:37
so that you can have a clear path 05:39
whenever you're in taking information so 05:42
for my personal system I have three 05:44
steps to learning information learning 05:46
and understanding database and then the 05:49
application memorization part so 05:51
learning during lectures I reckon when 05:54
you take your time to understand and 05:56
focus what the teacher is teaching 05:57
instead of focusing on taking notes this 05:59
is how to be more efficient with your 06:02
time now keyword focusing I'm not doing 06:04
one or the other I'm doing both but I'm 06:06
putting more energy into understanding 06:09
and focusing my energy on teacher rather 06:11
than taking everything down I only take 06:13
notes or write flashcards when it's 06:16
important and when they mention 06:17
something that I need to memorize in a 06:19
future Endeavor then when I come home 06:21
originally when I have extra time I 06:22
would then organize these understandings 06:24
of what I have onto my notion or onto my 06:26
good notes to make sure I understood the 06:28
pieces of information that I understood 06:30
from the teacher this is sort of where I 06:32
build my database or my understanding 06:34
and I usually start them all on notion 06:36
then I would make my flashcards and 06:38
revise them on an app called Anki this 06:40
is sort of where I start memorizing and 06:42
applying these information bits whenever 06:44
I'm sort of trying to revise my studies 06:46
this is the application part and since 06:48
I'm heading to second year of Dentistry 06:51
which will be a lot more hectic than 06:53
first year obviously especially in the 06:55
upcoming years I have to make this 06:57
efficient so that I have time for other 06:59
things 07:01
tip number three is to be proactive 07:02
don't procrastinate on important 07:05
deadlines now especially for those 07:07
University students out there or 07:09
freshmen's out there please be proactive 07:10
for the love of God 07:13
take note of your school deadlines 07:15
requirements documents and everything 07:17
make sure you have that all covered I 07:18
can't stress enough how big the 07:21
consequences is if you miss a class or 07:23
whatever if you're not proactive you 07:25
might end up extending your school years 07:27
just because you ignored a certain 07:29
deadline or you just forgot classes and 07:31
units are pretty limited so you have to 07:35
be early and proactive when it comes to 07:37
these types of school things ensure that 07:39
you learn all the quirks and all the 07:41
things about your University it's 07:43
different for every University make sure 07:44
you know how to get documents from your 07:46
school the process how to pay for school 07:47
supplies schedule it appropriately 07:49
including enrollment dates classes 07:52
school events and Etc trust me I'm not 07:54
telling you to become teacher's pet but 07:56
I am telling you to be very very active 07:58
and very wary when it comes to these 08:01
kinds of things trust me it will make 08:02
your life so much easier if you're 08:05
proactive in this kind of thing trust me 08:07
I know tip number four organize your day 08:10
now to fit everything into your day and 08:14
to ensure that you're accomplishing 08:16
everything while having a good time with 08:17
your life make sure to schedule 08:19
everything on a calendar now if you want 08:20
to include everything into your life 08:23
your school your partner your friends 08:25
your family your drug addiction your 08:27
gambling it I recommend scheduling your 08:29
day now scheduling might seem like 08:31
you're limiting yourself when you're 08:34
making these time blocks from your day 08:35
but trust me it's allowing you to do 08:37
more things in your life if you schedule 08:39
it right make sure to schedule your 08:41
classes your timeouts and all that kind 08:43
of stuff on your calendar so that you 08:46
know how much time you have for a 08:48
certain thing and if you can dedicate 08:49
time for more things or if you have to 08:51
give up some things for other things 08:53
that's a lot of things in a sentence now 08:55
when it comes to scheduling there should 08:58
be a perfect balance do not over 09:00
schedule and do not under schedule 09:02
because guess what life gets in the way 09:03
yeah [ __ ] you life sometimes we might 09:06
need more more time for a certain thing 09:09
sometimes some things will end early and 09:10
you'll have more time for other things 09:13
humans are not perfect and we're very 09:14
inefficient and especially in this 09:16
chaotic World lots of things can happen 09:18
you might realize that you're really 09:20
tired you might realize that oh [ __ ] I 09:22
have to do this other thing oh my God I 09:24
don't have time for this that's why you 09:26
should have leeway in your schedule 09:28
don't plan too much and fill your 09:30
schedule with everything because I doubt 09:32
that you can follow it through unless 09:34
you're Jeff Bezos or something but do 09:36
not understand it such that you don't 09:38
have anything on your calendar such that 09:40
you don't actually have a plan and 09:42
direction to accomplishing your tasks 09:44
now I'll probably make a more advanced 09:46
way of scheduling your day because there 09:48
are a lot more things that you have to 09:50
take into account when it comes to 09:51
scheduling now personally I use Google 09:53
Calendar that's mainly the application I 09:55
use I find it really easy to use and 09:57
it's I honestly think it's the best 09:59
scheduling app out there now the next 10:01
tip introverts beware but be social and 10:03
join clubs that's tip number five now 10:06
when your University you might end up 10:08
meeting some people that might be very 10:10
important in your life or will be one of 10:12
the closest friends that you will have 10:14
in your life or maybe perhaps even in 10:16
your career now not only will it be 10:18
beneficial for you to meet other people 10:20
and to create connections but joining 10:22
clubs and people with similar interests 10:24
will be fun for you and perhaps it'll be 10:26
an excellent way for you to pursue your 10:28
own Hobbies while studying in University 10:30
now it will depend on your priorities on 10:32
your life whether you have time to set 10:34
aside for clubs now I do personally 10:36
recommend getting into a club if you 10:38
want to make haikyuu a reality then yes 10:40
do join clubs like sports clubs or I 10:42
don't I actually don't know I'm not 10:45
really into clubs personally I don't 10:47
really have time to join clubs because I 10:49
do want to allocate my time on other 10:52
things like this YouTube channel or just 10:54
plain other things like my dragon now 10:56
speaking of clubs and being social it 10:59
can kind of relate to my next tip which 11:01
is tip number six Branch out with some 11:03
side hustles now going back to my boring 11:07
where I mentioned that we have a lot of 11:09
time on our hands during University or 11:11
school because we'll probably get a lot 11:13
more busy when we're in our full-time 11:15
jobs or with families with children now 11:17
is a great time to experiment with your 11:19
side hustles because you don't really 11:21
have the risk of losing any income or 11:23
your chance of living and this is a good 11:26
chance for you to start earning cash 11:29
from the side without worrying about 11:30
bills and all that so if you're free to 11:32
spend on stuff like clothes food or 11:33
outings or even save for your future 11:35
which is definitely the path I recommend 11:38
as for my case for my side hustle it 11:41
will be this YouTube channel and as you 11:43
guys know I started this channel a long 11:45
time ago when I was in high school I 11:47
think around two years ago and now I'm 11:49
practically making this YouTube channel 11:51
for a sort of documentation of my life 11:52
but also for making content for you guys 11:54
so maybe you could even start your own 11:56
YouTube channel you can start 11:58
experimenting with your own side 11:59
business for example you could sell 12:00
products that you made or perhaps you 12:02
could do some Drop Shipping I don't know 12:04
if it's still popular that's practically 12:07
the most generic way of earning money 12:08
honestly but yeah maybe some freelancing 12:10
or some gigs on the side while you're a 12:12
student and while you have time and 12:14
finally the last tip I have for you is 12:16
to surround yourself with good people 12:18
now if there's any code that couldn't be 12:20
more true than it is it is that the 12:23
people surrounding you will influence 12:25
the behavior of your life or your career 12:26
we interact with or who is in your 12:29
friend Circle will influence how you are 12:31
as a person and perhaps even control or 12:33
dictate your career okay maybe control 12:36
is too much of a word no I'm not saying 12:37
you have to be strategic with the 12:39
friends you make nor be picky about it 12:41
but when choosing the people you 12:43
surround yourself with should rather be 12:44
with people who would boost you up 12:46
instead of bringing you down now I'm not 12:48
talking about friends who are rich or 12:49
friends with connections but rather 12:51
people with positive energy who wouldn't 12:53
bring you down when you're succeeding or 12:56
who wouldn't bring you down period And 12:58
this is great because for example if you 13:00
want to have a study group and you will 13:01
study for an exam together if you have 13:03
friends with high Ambitions at the 13:05
energy will spread onto you as well 13:06
making you ambitious for your own goals 13:08
okay again I'm not saying that you 13:09
should be picky with your friends but 13:11
I'm just saying when it comes to your 13:13
inner circle it it's important to have 13:15
friends that would just lift you up now 13:17
trust me going through University you 13:20
cannot do it by yourself trust me I do 13:23
not recommend just doing everything 13:25
yourself now even though you're leaning 13:27
towards the more introverted side it's 13:29
important to have people who you can 13:31
rely on when it comes to these kinds of 13:33
things it is a lot easier to push 13:35
through life with other people who would 13:37
push your spirits up or to have people 13:39
to lean towards when things are bad or 13:41
to have energy to succeed in life but 13:44
yeah I hope you guys enjoying those tips 13:46
I know it's not a lot but those are 13:48
definitely the most important ones I 13:50
would say when it comes to school I hope 13:51
you guys got a thing or two from this 13:54
video and I hope to see you in another 13:56
video I wish you guys good luck with 13:58
school and I'll see you in another video 14:00
don't forget to drink yours ripe and 14:02
I'll see you in another video bye 14:04
[Music] 14:06
thank you 14:10

[English]
so another year another school year
another year of suffering God damn it
and I feel like whenever we get back in
school it's quite easy to forget the
simple habits that you could apply to
your school or university to make your
life easier we're usually motivated for
the first few weeks and then it dies
down after like a few weeks or a few
months so here are seven habits and tips
for your next school year tip number one
fix your goddamn sleep schedule ah sleep

school's requirements and all the
homework and all that kind of [ __ ] it's
quite easy for us to lose track of what
we're actually doing but at the end of
the day we go to school or university to
learn and apply the things we're being
taught to even though most of the
subjects we don't even use in real life
that's why having your own side system
is essential so that you don't get lost
when trying to process and learn these
things from school because a lot of
times when studying or learning it's
easy to get lost in the number of apps
note-taking techniques or whatever is
available for study it's kind of like
restaurants you know it's like you know
too many choices that's why I suggest
making your own study system so that you
can have your own tailored approach that
works for you to learn information more
efficiently now I suggest listing all
the apps you use or all the study
techniques you use and then drawing a
mind map so that you have a sort of a
visual process on how you can take
information but hey if you don't need to
write down then good for you it's all in
your head lucky photographic memory bit
I'm just kidding I love you so whether
it is for having to-do list before
note-taking or starting to write
flashcards to review flash cards I
recommend you have a system of studying
so that you can have a clear path
whenever you're in taking information so
for my personal system I have three
steps to learning information learning
and understanding database and then the
application memorization part so
learning during lectures I reckon when
you take your time to understand and
focus what the teacher is teaching
instead of focusing on taking notes this
is how to be more efficient with your
time now keyword focusing I'm not doing
one or the other I'm doing both but I'm
putting more energy into understanding
and focusing my energy on teacher rather
than taking everything down I only take
notes or write flashcards when it's
important and when they mention
something that I need to memorize in a
future Endeavor then when I come home
originally when I have extra time I
would then organize these understandings
of what I have onto my notion or onto my
good notes to make sure I understood the
pieces of information that I understood
from the teacher this is sort of where I
build my database or my understanding
and I usually start them all on notion
then I would make my flashcards and
revise them on an app called Anki this
is sort of where I start memorizing and
applying these information bits whenever
I'm sort of trying to revise my studies
this is the application part and since
I'm heading to second year of Dentistry
which will be a lot more hectic than
first year obviously especially in the
upcoming years I have to make this
efficient so that I have time for other
things
tip number three is to be proactive
don't procrastinate on important
deadlines now especially for those
University students out there or
freshmen's out there please be proactive
for the love of God
take note of your school deadlines
requirements documents and everything
make sure you have that all covered I
can't stress enough how big the
consequences is if you miss a class or
whatever if you're not proactive you
might end up extending your school years
just because you ignored a certain
deadline or you just forgot classes and
units are pretty limited so you have to
be early and proactive when it comes to
these types of school things ensure that
you learn all the quirks and all the
things about your University it's
different for every University make sure
you know how to get documents from your
school the process how to pay for school
supplies schedule it appropriately
including enrollment dates classes
school events and Etc trust me I'm not
telling you to become teacher's pet but
I am telling you to be very very active
and very wary when it comes to these
kinds of things trust me it will make
your life so much easier if you're
proactive in this kind of thing trust me
I know tip number four organize your day
now to fit everything into your day and
to ensure that you're accomplishing
everything while having a good time with
your life make sure to schedule
everything on a calendar now if you want
to include everything into your life
your school your partner your friends
your family your drug addiction your
gambling it I recommend scheduling your
day now scheduling might seem like
you're limiting yourself when you're
making these time blocks from your day
but trust me it's allowing you to do
more things in your life if you schedule
it right make sure to schedule your
classes your timeouts and all that kind
of stuff on your calendar so that you
know how much time you have for a
certain thing and if you can dedicate
time for more things or if you have to
give up some things for other things
that's a lot of things in a sentence now
when it comes to scheduling there should
be a perfect balance do not over
schedule and do not under schedule
because guess what life gets in the way
yeah [ __ ] you life sometimes we might
need more more time for a certain thing
sometimes some things will end early and
you'll have more time for other things
humans are not perfect and we're very
inefficient and especially in this
chaotic World lots of things can happen
you might realize that you're really
tired you might realize that oh [ __ ] I
have to do this other thing oh my God I
don't have time for this that's why you
should have leeway in your schedule
don't plan too much and fill your
schedule with everything because I doubt
that you can follow it through unless
you're Jeff Bezos or something but do
not understand it such that you don't
have anything on your calendar such that
you don't actually have a plan and
direction to accomplishing your tasks
now I'll probably make a more advanced
way of scheduling your day because there
are a lot more things that you have to
take into account when it comes to
scheduling now personally I use Google
Calendar that's mainly the application I
use I find it really easy to use and
it's I honestly think it's the best
scheduling app out there now the next
tip introverts beware but be social and
join clubs that's tip number five now
when your University you might end up
meeting some people that might be very
important in your life or will be one of
the closest friends that you will have
in your life or maybe perhaps even in
your career now not only will it be
beneficial for you to meet other people
and to create connections but joining
clubs and people with similar interests
will be fun for you and perhaps it'll be
an excellent way for you to pursue your
own Hobbies while studying in University
now it will depend on your priorities on
your life whether you have time to set
aside for clubs now I do personally
recommend getting into a club if you
want to make haikyuu a reality then yes
do join clubs like sports clubs or I
don't I actually don't know I'm not
really into clubs personally I don't
really have time to join clubs because I
do want to allocate my time on other
things like this YouTube channel or just
plain other things like my dragon now
speaking of clubs and being social it
can kind of relate to my next tip which
is tip number six Branch out with some
side hustles now going back to my boring
where I mentioned that we have a lot of
time on our hands during University or
school because we'll probably get a lot
more busy when we're in our full-time
jobs or with families with children now
is a great time to experiment with your
side hustles because you don't really
have the risk of losing any income or
your chance of living and this is a good
chance for you to start earning cash
from the side without worrying about
bills and all that so if you're free to
spend on stuff like clothes food or
outings or even save for your future
which is definitely the path I recommend
as for my case for my side hustle it
will be this YouTube channel and as you
guys know I started this channel a long
time ago when I was in high school I
think around two years ago and now I'm
practically making this YouTube channel
for a sort of documentation of my life
but also for making content for you guys
so maybe you could even start your own
YouTube channel you can start
experimenting with your own side
business for example you could sell
products that you made or perhaps you
could do some Drop Shipping I don't know
if it's still popular that's practically
the most generic way of earning money
honestly but yeah maybe some freelancing
or some gigs on the side while you're a
student and while you have time and
finally the last tip I have for you is
to surround yourself with good people
now if there's any code that couldn't be
more true than it is it is that the
people surrounding you will influence
the behavior of your life or your career
we interact with or who is in your
friend Circle will influence how you are
as a person and perhaps even control or
dictate your career okay maybe control
is too much of a word no I'm not saying
you have to be strategic with the
friends you make nor be picky about it
but when choosing the people you
surround yourself with should rather be
with people who would boost you up
instead of bringing you down now I'm not
talking about friends who are rich or
friends with connections but rather
people with positive energy who wouldn't
bring you down when you're succeeding or
who wouldn't bring you down period And
this is great because for example if you
want to have a study group and you will
study for an exam together if you have
friends with high Ambitions at the
energy will spread onto you as well
making you ambitious for your own goals
okay again I'm not saying that you
should be picky with your friends but
I'm just saying when it comes to your
inner circle it it's important to have
friends that would just lift you up now
trust me going through University you
cannot do it by yourself trust me I do
not recommend just doing everything
yourself now even though you're leaning
towards the more introverted side it's
important to have people who you can
rely on when it comes to these kinds of
things it is a lot easier to push
through life with other people who would
push your spirits up or to have people
to lean towards when things are bad or
to have energy to succeed in life but
yeah I hope you guys enjoying those tips
I know it's not a lot but those are
definitely the most important ones I
would say when it comes to school I hope
you guys got a thing or two from this
video and I hope to see you in another
video I wish you guys good luck with
school and I'll see you in another video
don't forget to drink yours ripe and
I'll see you in another video bye

thank you

Key Grammar Structures

  • especially when it comes to school I know you guys will watch this and think I already know this tip this is so obvious

➔ Use of 'when' as a subordinating conjunction introducing a time clause.

➔ The sentence demonstrates a complex sentence structure, using 'when' to connect the main clause ('I know you guys will watch this') to a subordinate clause describing the circumstance ('when it comes to school'). The repetition of 'this' emphasizes the familiarity of the tip.

  • While others might think I wish I could but I just don't have the time

➔ Use of 'while' to introduce a contrasting idea and the subjunctive mood ('wish I could').

➔ The sentence expresses a contrast between the speaker's inability to follow the advice and the potential desire of others to do so. 'Wish I could' is a common expression of regret or inability.

  • it's kind of like restaurants you know it's like you know too many choices

➔ Use of colloquial language ('kind of', 'you know') and simile ('like restaurants').

➔ The speaker uses informal language to make the explanation more relatable. The simile 'like restaurants' is used to illustrate the idea that having too many options can be overwhelming.

  • now if you do allocate time for your sleep you're going to be a lot more productive and you're going to have more time for other things

➔ Use of conditional sentences (first conditional: 'if you do allocate... you're going to be...') and future time clauses.

➔ The sentence presents a clear cause-and-effect relationship. The 'if' clause establishes the condition (allocating time for sleep), and the main clause states the result (increased productivity and more free time).
