檢警連夜趕到台南高鐵旁開挖

屍體居然出現詭異情況

深夜12點 刑事局會同宜蘭縣警方

帶著綁架案嫌犯到達台南官田

準備尋找慘遭撕票的林姓地主

由於範圍廣大 加上天色昏暗

警方出動探照燈 花了1個多小時

才找到林姓地主遭掩埋的土堆

就在承辦檢察官到達後 正式開挖

一翻開土堆 現場屍臭味瀰漫

每個人都戴上口罩 小心挖掘

令警方驚訝的是

雖然黃土蓋滿了他側臥的屍體

但是林松吉的一根手指頭

卻露在土堆外 情況十分詭異

有看到繩子就纏在小拇指上

啊腳這樣一隻 那樣一隻 埋到地下去

屍體狀況是身上都沒有塑膠袋

只有頭有而已

依照警方他們那個 查證的結果

認屍確定 蓋上白布

家屬焚燒紙錢 上香祭拜

時間到了6點半

救護車將死者遺體送往殯儀館

不過家屬期盼的奇蹟 沒有出現

只能帶著哀傷 一路回家去

警方逮捕來自北縣 宜蘭跟雲林的共犯

陳春富卻一肩扛起所有罪責

強調殺人棄屍 都是他一個人做

像是要展現黑幫情義的氣魄

面對媒體鏡頭的時候

也絲毫沒有退縮

一挖的時候就剛好一個手指伸上來

挖到看到那個手指 證實說

被害人是被埋在這裡沒錯

死者林松吉不僅全身捆著細繩

雙手被反綁在背後 雙腳也被捆住

頭部還套著塑膠袋

脖子上甚至還有膠帶纏繞

舌頭的舌骨 它是有骨折

舌骨是有骨折

那根據法醫師初步的判斷

應該這個部分是 對照他身上的繩索

應該是有勒斃沒有錯

只是陳春富在這之前

只有妨害自由的前科

還領有顏面傷殘的殘障手冊

學歷僅僅國中畢業

為何會如此兇殘狡猾呢

甚至還多次識破警方埋伏

他說是因為生活困窘

長期受到共犯林千耀的資助

後來發現阿耀因為經營酒店

向共犯鍾安順週轉100萬債務

他打算"知恩圖報" 幹票大的幫他還債

至於為何會挑上林松吉呢

竟然錢拿了 還殺害他 實在是沒道理

但是林松吉平常喜歡和朋友小酌

幾杯黃湯下肚後 愛吹噓自己的財富

可能是因此讓人起了歹念

比較愛開玩笑 會約喝酒

用餐的時候 就聽到隔壁桌在這樣講說

某某人有賣土地啦 有賺一些錢啦

這個某某人常常來這一家餐廳

他就鎖定他(林松吉)以後

就常常來這邊打探他的出入

他照顧我20幾年

從我開始做生意到現在

他就很照顧我 很疼我

要利用製造仙人跳這個方式

以仙人跳的方式來跟他騙一些錢

可是沒有得逞 仙人跳沒有得逞

所以他們在返回台北跟南部以後

再去重新的策劃 就策劃說

用擄人勒贖這個方式

2年前一次聚餐記憶

成了殺害林松吉的動機

多了一條無辜亡魂

離奇的是當初家屬去五穀廟裡

求的籤詩竟早已寫著

失去南方見 去者不回程

而家屬找來靈車要將遺體運回宜蘭時

居然連兩輛車不明故障

後來警方請示檢察官

能否先把他雙手綑綁的繩子解開

第三輛靈車才讓他 順利回家

林松吉最後不幸遇害

林家人徹夜南下台南

運回大家長的遺體

或許是林松吉死不瞑目

靈車居然還在半途上壞了3次

剛開始的時候我們就覺得很奇怪

怎麼會有這種事情發生

由於警方懷疑死者生前遭到嫌犯虐待

上午檢察官請來法醫進一步解剖屍體

確認死因

陳春富的部分 我們認為他涉犯

刑法348條的意圖擄人勒贖而故意殺人

而且是惡性重大

所以檢察官就這個部分 是求處死刑

而另一名共犯余育銘則被求處無期徒刑

另外參與策劃犯案的林千耀

則被求處10年有期徒刑

宜蘭地檢署表示 被告陳春富在偵訊時

毫無悔意 而且避重就輕

還有意幫同夥脫罪

因此具體求處死刑

不過被害者家屬認為

應該全部都判死刑

進入法院審判後

陳春富因為手段兇殘 毫無悔意

一連被判處6次死刑

沒想到在更五審時逆轉

法官認為他在更二審庭上

有向家屬道歉 也並非前科累累

而且擄人期間"有給他東西吃"

還因為他帶警方挖出屍體

不到罪無可逭的地步

改判無期徒刑 三審定讞
