Hey team, wrapping up day four and I

thought I'd bring you along for a quick

behind thescenes look. Most mornings

start off early. After teaching class, I

like to sit outside with some coffee and

study one of the two languages I'm

learning. Today is Portuguese.

After that, it's a quick breakfast and

then we're going to take Harlland for a

quick walk before getting settled into

work. Next, I'm at the desk finishing up

some writing here for day four. And then

it's off to jiu-jitsu for some me time

and some mad time. This is time I really

need throughout the week. And then it's

back home and time to record for day

four. Team, with day four, we're working

a total body ambition.

here such as front squats, bent over

rows, and deadlifts. This is a solid way

to get in that strength training this
