This language isn’t understood front to back or backwards

In Venezuela I bought a corduroy shirt with my money

And my friends would say, “That’s my buddy,” “That’s my pal”

In Colombia, “porro” is a lively rhythm you sing, but everyone looks at me badly when I say I love it

Chileans say “cuando hay algo lejos, está a la chucha”

And in Colombia, smelly armpits are “la chucha”

Meanwhile, in Uruguay, they call that honor “chivo”

The dictionary defines “chivo” as a goat with a beard

And by changing a vowel, the word becomes “chucho”

And “chucho” is a little dog in El Salvador and Guatemala
