No tuve un padre rico.

Intenté entrar a la universidad tres veces.

Todas fallidas.

Postulé a Harvard 10 veces y en todas

me rechazaron; no querían verme.

Por última vez fui a la

escuela de maestros,

que era considerada la tercera o cuarta

clase

de mi ciudad, así que busqué trabajo

y me rechazaron 30 veces.

Fue muy difícil; en ese entonces estaba

muy frustrado.

Como enseñaba en la universidad, mi

salario era de diez dólares al mes.

Como no pude encontrar un buen trabajo, en

1994, hablé sobre que iba a hacer

algo llamado internet y 23 de ellos

estaban en contra; dicen que es una idea estúpida.

Nunca habíamos oído hablar de internet y

tú no sabes nada de computadoras.

Y nunca pensé que fuera inteligente.

Nadie creía que podría ser

Intenté pedir prestados 3000 dólares estadounidenses a

los bancos.

Me tomó tres meses y aun así no pude

gente decía que Alibaba era un modelo terrible.

Como dije, yo creo en él; pienso que esto

podría ser grande.

Si seguimos trabajando... nunca pensé que sería

así de grande como hoy, pero creo que

algo

algo me está esperando ahí y tengo que

diferencia entre esas personas y

los demás

es que siempre son optimistas sobre el

futuro.

Nunca se quejan, siempre intentan

resolver

los problemas de los demás. Cuando eres optimista,

siempre hay oportunidades. La gente dice lo mismo aquí hoy:

"Jeff, ¿dónde está la oportunidad? No tengo trabajo, no tengo esto, no tengo deudas".

El mejor activo que tienes es que

eres joven. No te quejes, deja que los demás

se quejen.

La oportunidad siempre reside donde la gente

se queja.

Piensa en cómo puedes hacer las cosas

diferentes

y, cuando pienses en ello, comienza

a hacerlo. Vi a muchas personas,

jóvenes con ideas fantásticas cada

noche, pero por la mañana van a la

oficina y hacen lo mismo de siempre.

Si realmente quieres ser emprendedor,

tienes que hacer las cosas

antes que los demás. Tienes que levantarte

errores.

alipay and people that you are so smart

you have to do the things

you have to be more brave than the

when i was young i went to hangzhou west

whether your friends believe it or not

whether your parents believe it or not

that's not important

you believe it your team believe it and

work

day and night on this make enough
