ट्रीटमेंट के लिए शायद मुश्किल हो। उसकी आवाज में गिल्ट था और बेचैनी भी। वह भी

जानता था। यह बात पैसों से ज्यादा जिम्मेदारी की थी। वार्ड में लोग इधर-उधर

आ जा रहे थे। कोई बातें कर रहा था। कोई बगल के बेड पर एक बुजुर्ग आदमी धीरे-धीरे

ना भूख लगेगी ना थकान कम होगी। बस इसी लिक्विड से उसे अपने बॉडी को चलाना

पड़ेगा। काम पर जाना, सब नॉर्मल दिखना और अंदर से टूटना यह रूटीन बन गया था। उसके

दिमाग में एक ही प्लान घूम रहा था। दो दिन में वो क्यूक को लेकर चेंगजी माई के घर

चला जाएगा। दादी को मिलने का एक्सक्यूज बनाएगा और वहीं अपना यह साइकिल क्वाइटली

में एक बार जुमायू का कॉल आया था। शनाई ने बस यह बोला दादी से मिलने गया हूं और कुछ

नहीं। लेकिन जैसे ही उसने डोर खोला उसका दिल एक सेकंड के लिए रुक गया। जुमोयू

लिविंग रूम में ही बैठा था। सोफे पे बुक हाथ में बिल्कुल काम जिसे किसी का इंतजार

कर रहा हो। शई ने थोड़ा सर झुका लिया। थकान उसके हर गेस्चर में दिख रही थी।

जुमायू ने एक नजर उस पर डालते हुए बोला क्यों क्यों सो रहा है उसे डिस्टर्ब मत

करना। जुमोयू उसके पास आया और हल्की सी स्माइल के साथ उसके बाल पर हाथ रखा और

सॉफ्ट कंसर्न टोन में बोला तुम थके हुए लग रहे हो। दादी कैसी है? शदाई ने बस सिर

हिला दिया। बोला ठीक है। और थोड़ा सा पलक झुका कर बोला मैं रेस्ट करने जा रहा हूं।

वो क्यू क्यू को देखना चाहता था। पर उसे जगाने की हिम्मत नहीं थी। अपने कमरे में

आया, शवर लिया और सीधा बेड पर गिर गया। जैसे पूरे दिन उसके अंदर से एनर्जी निकल

गई हो। थोड़ी देर बाद डोर खुला जुमोयू अंदर आया और बेड के पास बैठ गया। उसने

शदाई की पीठ को देखा और एक पल के लिए बस चुप रहा। लेकिन उसने खुद को कंट्रोल किया।

रोज एक ही बेड पर सोने के बावजूद वो कुछ नहीं कर सकता था। बस एक छोटी सी स्पार्क

की देर थी और सब कुछ टूट सकता था। उसने अपनी ब्रीदीिंग को कंट्रोल किया। अर्श को

सप्रेस किया और सॉफ्टली बोला दादी कैसी हैं? शदाई ने धीरे से कहा ठीक है। जुमायू

ने कहा कुछ चाहिए हो तो बता देना। एक लंबे साइलेंस के बाद शदाई ने धीरे से कहा अगले

हफ्ते दादी का बर्थडे है। मैं क्यूक्यू को वहां ले जाना चाहता हूं। दो दिन के लिए वो

उसे बहुत याद करती हैं। जुमोयू की नजर उसकी गर्दन पे गई। जहां उसका वह पैच

रिमूवल स्कार था। उसकी आंखों में एक गहरा इमोशन था। लेकिन उसकी आवाज बिल्कुल फ्लैट

रही। बोला ठीक है मैं उनके लिए बर्थडे गिफ्ट तैयार करवा दूंगा। शनदाई तुरंत

पलटा। बोला नहीं जरूरत नहीं। उसका रिएक्शन थोड़ा ज्यादा फास्ट था। फिर तुरंत उसने

अपने आप को संभाला। बोला थोड़ी काम और सॉफ्ट टोन में। मैं नहीं चाहता कि दादी को

कुछ पता चले। मुझे नहीं चाहिए कि वो मेरी चिंता करें। जुमायू ने सॉफ्ट साई किया और

बस एक लाइन में सब कह दिया। बोला उन्हें अगर यह पता चलेगा कि मैं तुम्हारा ख्याल

जुमोयू ने बात कंटिन्यू की। कंट्रोलिंग ह टोन बोला क्योंकि वो मुझे एक्सेप्ट कर रहा

है अब और जल्दी ही उसे बाईजिंगवान के फेरामों्स की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी। देखो मैं

तुम्हें रिस्ट्रिक्ट नहीं कर रहा। पर एक अल्फा के लिए तुम्हारा और उसका रिलेशन

थोड़ा सस्िशियस लगता है। फिर वो झुक गया और उसने शदाई के नेव के पास हल्का सा

आवाज में सॉफ्टनेस थी। पर शेंदाई के स्पाइन में ठंडी सी गूंज उठी। शेंदाई

स्टिफली बोला समझ गया। वेडनेसडे को बाईजिंगवान और जाऊदाई बीजिंग पहुंच गए थे।

कॉन्फ्रेंस वीकेंड पे थी। फ्राइडे, सैटरडे और संडे। शई ने सोचा था थर्सडे डिनर पर

मिल लेगा। पर क्यों क्योंकि केयर का कोई अरेंजमेंट ही नहीं था। इसीलिए उसने डिसाइड

किया चेंगजी माइक के घर पर डिनर कर लेंगे। थर्सडे सुबह शदाई ने क्वाइटली अपना प्लान

के घर जाने के लिए टैक्सी पकड़ ली। चेंगजीमाई के घर का स्पेयर की उसके पास ही

था। घर में घुसते ही उसने क्यूक्यू को सेटल किया और खाना वाइन ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर कर

दिया। तब तक टाइम पास करते हुए अपने इनहबिटर्स और न्यूट्रिएंट्स वाइल्स उसने

फिर से काउंट किए और फिर एकदम से उसका दिल जोर से धड़कने लगा। पैर कमजोर पसीना छूटा।

सांस थोड़ी फास्ट हो गई। यह सिर्फ एक सिग्नल था कि उसकी साइकिल अब दूर नहीं। एक

दिन या दो दिन ज्यादा से ज्यादा बॉडी के अंदर एनर्जी फ्लक्चुएशन अब ज्यादा इंटेंस

होने लगा था। सीन कुछ देर बाद पर शिफ्ट होता है। किचन में बीफ ट्यूब बस रेडी ही

होने वाला था। तभी डिंगडोंग डोर बेल बजी। शेंदाई ने डोर खोला और सामने खड़े थे

बाइजिंग और जाऊदाई। दोनों के चेहरे पर वार्म सी स्माइल। एक पल के लिए तीनों रुक

गए। क्योंकि यह सीन लंचन में पहले भी बहुत बार हो चुका था। बस इस बार वक्त और दिल

दोनों थोड़े बदल गए थे। बाई जिंगवान आज अलग ही लग रहा था। सूट पहना हुआ हेयर भी

चाहता है। तो उसने सोफे की तरफ इशारा करते हुए कहा तो बैठो। बाई जिंगवान बैठा और एक

जेंटल नजर से उसे देखता रहा। फिर सॉफ्टली बोला तुम्हारा कॉम्प्लेक्शन अब बेटर लग

रहा है। थोड़े हेल्दी भी हो गए हो। शदाई लाइट स्माइल के साथ बोला क्यों क्यू को अब

रात में नैनी संभालती है ना तो नींद पूरी होती है और मैं टीचर के साथ वापस काम कर

मिस्ड कॉल्स और कुछ अनरीड वी चैट मैसेजेस भी। पहले मैसेज में पूछा गया था क्या कर

रहे हो? क्यों क्यों कैसा है? और दादी और सबसे नया मैसेज जो एक घंटे पहले भेजा गया

था वो सिर्फ एक वार्निंग थी। अगर फोन नहीं उठाया ना या रिप्लाई नहीं दिया तो नेक्स्ट

टाइम मैं खुद आ जाऊंगा। शैन दाई ने तुरंत रिप्लाई लिखा। सब ठीक है। स्क्रीन पर लिखा

दिख रहा था टाइपिंग। लंबे वक्त तक डॉट्स यूं ही ब्लिंक करते रहे। फिर रुक गए। फिर

डोज़ भी लेना पड़ता है। लेकिन इस बार सब कुछ अलग था और ज्यादा इंटेंस और ज्यादा

मुश्किल। शायद इसीलिए क्योंकि एक साल से सब कुछ दबा हुआ था और अब सब एक साथ उभर

रहा था। जाऊदाई धीरे से बेड के दूसरे साइड गई और देखा शदाई का फेस पूरा पिंक हुआ

पड़ा था। ब्रीदीिंग अनइवन और बाल पसीने से चिपक गए थे। वो घबरा गई। थोड़ी शेकन सी

बेड के पास गया। पर जैसे ही झुककर उसने ड्रर खोलने की कोशिश की पर वो अपना बैलेंस

ही लूज कर बैठा और एकदम से गिर पड़ा। एक जोर का धार हुआ। उसका फोरहेड टेबल से टकरा

गया और सब कुछ अंधेरा हो गया। वो वहीं बेड के पास ही बेहोश हो गया। कुछ देर बाद उसकी

आंखें जाऊ दाई की आवाज से खुली। वो पैनिक थी। बोली टीचर शैन आप तो बेहोश हो गए थे।

कैसी तबीयत है? वो वीक वॉइस में बोला कुछ नहीं मैं मैं ठीक हूं। जाऊदाई ने उसे

सपोर्ट करके बेड पर लिटा दिया। उसका टेंपरेचर अभी भी बहुत ज्यादा था और बॉडी

ने अभी तक उसका होश संभाल रखा था। वरना सब कुछ और मुश्किल हो जाता। बाइजिंग वान ने

उसे संभालने की कोशिश की। पर उस मोमेंट में उसका भी पेशेंस टूट गया। उसने शेंदाई

को होल्ड करके साइड में किया। और शेंदाई के मुंह से निकल गया। नो सीनियर डोंट।

दरवाजे के पास खड़ी जाऊदाई पेट्रीफाइट थी। फोन गिरतेगिरते बचा। वो समझ ही नहीं पा

और डेंजर का क्लियर सिग्नल भी उसने ने दरवाजा खोलने का सोचा भी नहीं। बस धीरे से

दरवाजा खोलो। उसकी आवाज में कोई चिल्लाहट नहीं थी। सिर्फ एक काम हैवी थ्रेड था। एक

गया। बाइजिंगवान अभी अवेलेबल नहीं थे और अंदर गेस्ट रूम में शदाई भी था। उसके

रिलेशन उनकी कहानी सिर्फ गसिप और गेससेस में सुनी थी। वो सब इतना जानती थी कि अगर

इंपॉर्टेंट डिनर छोड़ के सीधा यहां आया था। और जब इस कमरे में जो दिख रहा था वो

उसके हर डाउट को एंपलीफाई कर रहा था। घर के अंदर फैरामोंस घुल चुके थे। दो टॉप

टायर अल्फाज़ फेस टू फेस। अब रूम में दोनों अल्फाज़ एक दूसरे के सामने खड़े थे। आंखों

में साइलेंट वॉर चल रही थी। उनके बीच की हवा इतनी थिक थी जिसे जरा सी स्पार्क लगे

और सब कुछ जल जाए। तभी रोने की आवाज आई। जाऊ दाई ने तुरंत फील कर लिया। एयर हैवी

हो गई थी क्योंकि उन्हें डर के मारे रोना शुरू कर दिया था। लेकिन दोनों अल्फाज़ जैसे

दुनिया की बाकी आवाज उनके लिए खत्म हो गई हो। सिर्फ एक दूसरे के फेरामोंस ट्रैक कर
