have to say quite a lot has changed 00:23
since then I went to Kansas for 00:26
Thanksgiving I got to tell my relatives 00:29
and extended family and I told Ben's 00:32
whole family that's a huge relief to 00:34
have a lot of more people close to us no 00:36
now we still won't be able to officially 00:38
announce for a couple weeks I'm keeping 00:40
my hopes up I'm not trying to be so 00:42
freaked out about like every single week 00:44
wondering oh am I going to miss carry am 00:45
I going to miss carry in terms of 00:47
morning sickness I really hadn't had 00:48
significant morning sickness in my last 00:51
Vlog but definitely weeks 8 9 and 10 00:54
mainly weeks 8 and n were the worst I 00:58
didn't puke still save for one pregnancy 01:02
pill like prenatal vitamin that got 01:06
stuck sideways in my throat and I 01:08
immediately just wretched it back up but 01:09
that doesn't really count cuz I wasn't 01:11
really like nauseous I've been getting 01:13
kind of like night sickness I'll have 01:15
nausea on and off throughout the day but 01:17
then when it comes to being nighttime I 01:20
just I just feel crappy so things that 01:22
have been helping my morning sickness 01:25
have been wearing SE bands and those are 01:27
the little ACU pressure bands I think I 01:29
mentioned it before and like I said I've 01:31
used those way before I even got 01:33
pregnant just cuz I would get motion 01:35
sickness and that would help me there 01:37
for some reason when I wear them it 01:38
helps relieve the gas a little bit I've 01:40
been Downing ginger ale like nobody's 01:42
business and I found that ginger candy 01:44
actually helps like so so so much so if 01:47
you're pregnant you're having lots of 01:49
morning sickness definitely try some 01:51
ginger candy a lot of times I have to 01:54
make sure I'm eating like every single 01:56
hour and just really being careful about 01:58
maintaining my blood sugar because that 02:00
seems to help quite a lot but at night 02:02
some nights I would just have really bad 02:05
insomnia because I was feeling so awful 02:08
can't get comfortable I've been having a 02:10
lot of like sinus congestion and I've 02:13
heard that's just because of like the 02:16
increase in fluids and the blood vessels 02:18
getting bigger everywhere in your whole 02:20
body so that's been a big problem also 02:22
when I was flying back from Kansas I did 02:25
catch a cold a couple of my relatives in 02:27
Kansas were sick and so I think I got it 02:30
from them even though I was like napping 02:33
as much as possible there's not really a 02:35
ton of medicine you can take so I came 02:37
back the first couple of nights I had a 02:39
really bad sore throat that just 02:41
basically turned into sinus congestion 02:43

little bit in my voice but it's starting 02:46
to get better I was really surprised 02:49
because I didn't know before I got 02:52
pregnant that fatigue from first 02:54
trimester was different than morning 02:57
sickness they are two completely 03:00
separate things you can be so freaking 03:01
tired and have no nausea you can have 03:04
nausea and not be tired or you know 03:06
what's most likely is that they're both 03:09
happening at the same time one really 03:11
strange thing is feeling full and hungry 03:13

fullness isn't from lots of food in your 03:23

like they've all loosened up and they're 04:42
like moving around and they just feel 04:44

the heartbeat part of an ultrasound now 05:52
a lot of people are like oh I don't want 05:55
one cuz I don't want to obsess over it I 05:58
don't want to like freak out about it 05:59
every day trying to find it and then if 06:01
I can't find it then it's really scary 06:03
for me I just think it's really neat so 06:05
I wanted to get one not because I was 06:09
overly worried but just because I think 06:10
it's really touching to hear the 06:13
heartbeat make sure everything's okay 06:15
and the first couple of times I sat down 06:17
for maybe 15 minutes each and I couldn't 06:18
find it and it was really frustrating 06:21
cuz I was like I have no idea where the 06:22
baby is right now I don't know how low 06:26
in the uterus you have to go to find it 06:28
