¡Hola receteros y receteras! 00:00

[English]
Hello cooks!
Today we are going to prepare a dessert that is authentic ambrosia of the Greek gods
An Oreo cake!
To do this, with our hands we are going to open the Oreo cookies
and with the help of a knife, we are going to separate the cream from what is the cookie itself
Then we are going to put the cream in a large saucepan
and we crush the cookie a little with our hands and put it in a blender
If you don't have a blender, as is my case, we put it in another saucepan or similar container
Once we have finished with all the cookies, we give them "hell" with...
...the blender itself, or with a hand mixer
in the end, it doesn't matter what instrument you use
the important thing is that the cookie is well crushed with a texture similar to fine sand
Once this texture is achieved, we are going to reserve approximately 1/3 of the total cookie
that is, something less than half...
with this part of the cookie, we will make the cake topping
all the ingredients and quantities that I am using, you have them at the end of the video
To the remaining 2/3 of the cookie we are going to add butter at room temperature
and then, we give it hell again to integrate both ingredients well
With this, we will have the base
and we are going to place it in a removable cake mold
With a spoon we are going to crush all the cookie and butter mixture...
...and place it evenly over the surface of the mold
It is very important not to leave any free space
because if not, when pouring the cake here, it will sneak through them and all hell will break loose!
and having done this, we reserve in the refrigerator while we carry out the next step
in the saucepan where we had the cookie creams, we add whipping cream...
...also known as cream for whipping
We add cream cheese. Philadelphia type
We are going to add a little sugar. Not much so that it is not too sweet
and we add neutral gelatin powder. Also known as gelatin
you can also use, if you prefer, gelatin sheets instead of powder
with all the ingredients added, we heat it over low heat while stirring constantly
But it is very important that it never boils!
These ingredients are very sensitive to heat and burn with a look!
And once the ingredients have melted and integrated, we are going to add this mixture on the cookie base...
...which will already have compacted somewhat from the cold of the refrigerator
Then we put everything back in the refrigerator overnight
The next day with a sieve, or with a simple strainer, we sprinkle the cookie...
...that we had reserved at the beginning, over the entire surface of the cake
After this, all that remains is to unmold and serve
This is to eat even the mold!
If you like it please, thumbs up that this simple gesture will help me to continue making more videos.
